I tried the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which was I really enjoyed along with my very favorite, oh so yummy McDonald's french fries. Then I treated myself to my favorite Mocha Frappe. Everything was scrumptious and the Mocha Frappe really cold and tasted so good. Whatever I order it's always so delicious.

Prolly my favorite McDonald's around here, pristine, lots of friendly staff, loads of seating indoors and out, touchscreen ordering, never much of a line, good bike rack outside.

You want fast theres really no one faster than ol Micky D's but the quality of the food i think suffers for it.

One of the few McDonald’s that has a playland! I love table service and the employees have been so kind each time we have come!

Serves food within the restaurant till 11pm but drive thru available till 2am as of Feb 2026, and pickup/deliveries at all hours. You will get your food regardless 24 hours a day. Food came out piping hot even at 10pm. Great for a quick bite for supper!

Was kinda surprised that the restaurant didn’t open according to its advertising at 5am. Only drive through. I can see why cuz I saw a homeless black woman at the door. Meanwhile the black female assistant at the window was friendly and generous. I got the tallest McDonald ice cream just now. It made my day.

My only disappointment in going to this McDonald's is that I didn't get the young manager's name. He was absolutely outstanding and should be given a promotion immediately. When I first went in, he was working the main cash register. I ask for a sweet tea and they didn't have any made. He said he was sorry and that it would take about 10 minutes to brew a new pot. Since I was staying to do some writing, I said okay and when the tea was done the same manager brought it to my table and asked me if there was anything else that needed. I told him no but thank you and you went back to helping other guests. I sat where I can kind of keep an eye on this amazing person. He was as nice next 30 people he saw as he was to me. If there was any situation that came up it wasn't normal, you quickly adapted what needed to be done and made a happy customer. Place was clean, there was a service staff at the counter ready to take orders, unfortunately I think it may have been her second day so there was a bit of confusion but we all have to learn some how. The manager on duty was nice and very helpful, she went out of her way to assist us. Thumbs up.

I'm not a fast food kinda gal, but the kids wanted kid's meals and the playground was a plus. Didn't take a pic, but the playground is shaded now. Place is clean, food was fast, and the employees were very courteous. My filet o fish sandwich was a bit soggy.

This McDonald's has one of the nicest outside eating areas. Has some shading, is fenced in, and is pretty pleasant. Until the kids start playing in the play structure, and then it gets a little loud.

As busy as it was, i got my food faster than I thought. For next time, may need to remember to ask for a coffee holder as cup was to hot to hold and extra napkins. But everything was good 😁😁

As much as I hate to say it the service that we get at McDonald's is not that great. I don't know if it's management doesn't teach their employees how to say please and thank you or if it's just the quality of the people they hire. Their food is the same as it was 15 years ago so there's nothing new there. But it would be nice for them to take customer service to the next level like some of their competitors.

This is a really decent McDonald's. While I have experienced the occasional delay, each time has been handled professionally. It seems like a good team working at this location. I would also note that it is clean and my son loves the updated play area.

Stopped on road trip up from SD. Although incredibly busy in both drive thru, pickup and counter order, it was very fast and they got our special request breakfast sandwich mod correct (we elected to walk in). Very clean, and with one of those confined playgrounds with seating outside for parents. Haven't seen one of these in awhile and my daughter never has, so had some opportunity to burn a little energy and have fun before we continued our drive. Inside seating limited, but outside was plentiful. It was cloudy, but there was shade for sunny days.

Stopped by McDonald’s for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The service was fast and friendly—staff greeted me with a smile and got my order just right. It’s always nice when a familiar spot delivers consistently good food and great service. Will definitely be back!

They don't have menu pictures on the cash register, so you have to use the order kiosk to know what you are getting. Secondly, the customer service is not really the best here. After they go inside, you don’t see them again, and they don’t come outside to check if people are asking for something. The French fries aren't fresh. They're a little soggy because they're made upfront. I asked them to give me fresh French fries. I waited for 12 minutes.

Inside ordering is disorganized and very confusing. Ordering from the kiosk means that you take several minutes extra to find your wanted items. There is no clear "here or to go" choices. Orders were bagged that were for eat in and put on trays for take away. Also, orders took a very long time to receive. We waited at east 10 minutes for our order. Tables were left unwiped. Staff seemed confused. Several safety concerns were noted.

Be careful when ordering through the drive thru, because they have not provided my complete order on multiple occasions......it's on you to do the QC before driving off

It's fast food, nothing really good or bad to speak of. The service was friendly, but the drive through intercom was hard to hear and the order board was incorrect, and I couldn't see most of my order on it anyway, but I was given the correct order. It would be nice if I was offered ketchup, because of course I forgot to ask for it.

Food is good, drive-thru is accurate. Don't ever go in for table service. They will always forget your drink, napkins, and usually my order is wrong. Something happened at this location a year or so ago that changed it. Scratch that also add mobile order to that list. Always forgets straws or dipping sauces

They don't have salsas for breakfast, don't give a coffee stir when you order coffee to go just put the sugar and cream inside the coffee.

Went at around 10pm. There was a decent amount of people in line but it moved pretty fast. The workers were actually really nice and efficient.

I had a McChicken basic bun, chicken, and a few pickles. And fries and a Coke. I haven't been to a McDonald's for a long time. Had to order tru a computer panel. Then grab the numbered table table marker. It was about fifteen minutes to get my order. The meal was very subpar. Fries not really hot, sandwich was just so-so. Coke was ok. Total for the Meal... just under $13. Very non-personable. Definitely not as good as the McDonald's in the past.

I like this location because they still have a soda fountain and a play place. It probably won’t be too long before McDonald’s corporate decides to take those away and turn it into yet another soulless pickup only dystopia. Update: Feb 2025 - remodel has removed the self serve soda fountain. Only took two months after posting this! Just an average spot now.

The only reason I love going to any McDonald's is their McGriddles, their breakfast and iced coffee. Besides that, I feel like their food is just meh and yes, that includes their world famous Big Mac and fries that everyone and their grandma raves about. I really don't think their food is all that great. Sorry, not sorry.

Love the self serve machines. But the customers service is So-so. Ive seen some people waiting at the front waiting to ask something and the employee wasn't even acknowledging them, the worker jusy kept walking past them back and forth until eventually they asked if they had a question.

The layout of this McDonalds is awful. Very cramped entrance and ordering area. The dining area is always dirty. I mentioned to the staff about how dirty the tables are and they just shrugged off and returned to the kitchen. The playground and the outdoor dining area are the only good things about it. However, the playground had food in there and quite dusty when we visited. I told my kids to get off right after they started playing there. Despite putting in table number, our food never got delivered. Because I had kids with me, I ended up calling them to ask about it. They just said I should pick it up. I told the staff I couldn't just leave my kids at the outside dining area in order to go inside to pick up the food. Eventually, they brought the food to us, 25 mins after placing the order!

I ordered deluxe chicken sandwiches and nuggets and experienced eating uncooked chicken. I think staff doesn’t know chicken is not cooked properly. Two starts are for kid friendly restaurant and for my coke. I hope they will take this feedback positively and make required changes.

the last 8 times ive been to this location i’ve gotten my order messed up. How hard is a burger with only ketchup, cheese, and meat???

All I ordered was a McFlurry and Sweet Tea. They gave me unsweetened. And I had to wait for the tea so they made me wait and still got it wrong.

I ordered a fish sandwich and it was so small it looked like a meal for a toddler. The double cheese burger was better but the meat was too dry. The 2 drinks had no ice and we got no condiments or napkins through the drive window and we even had to park to get our order.

The food is McDonalds food you know what your getting, and it was good. The workers didn't seem to work with any sense of urgency. Then about 10 teenagers/kids came in unattended making alot of ruckus and cussing profanities and the staff did nothing to to get the children to settle down. It made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.

It is decent for a quick bite, but the crew goes through the motions. I have yet to get a complete order, correct?

This is not a 24 hour location. They need to change the sign. I’ve tried coming several times in the last few weeks after 11 PM and they’re always closed.

Forced to use kiosk because no menu at register. Very annoying.. and looks clean from afar, but actually dirty.

Customer service at this location was ok, recently I visited I bought a caramel sundae and it was hardly any caramel or ice cream I asked the person to redo it and she just gave me an attitude. Something this size is almost 4 dollars not worth the price or the lack of attention

Did a mobile order and waited for our food to be delivered to our table. We were missing 1 L mocha frappe. My husband went to get it but was told at the counter that its not showing up. After telling them its on his phone, they said it was delivered to someone else. Not our problem. So they later told they dont have mocha and if caramel is ok. He just took it so we can eat. This store needs to have someone paying attention to the counter (people waiting to ask question or order but no one there) they also need to ensure all order are correct amd also smiling goes a long way. I see a couple of crew regardless of what time of day not being approachable or just being friendly to customers.

Very rude and insulting. I did an order on my app, but they said it had been canceled and my card didn't go through. Even quoted me a higher price than the order I placed. Manager was extremely rude and said, "Maybe you don't have enough money in your account." I showed him the online receipt and my bank app showing I had already been charged. He refused to listen to me and they charged me twice!

I ordered through the mobile app to pick up curbside. I checked in when I got there. After 17 minutes, a girl came out to drop off food for someone in the drive thru. I called her as I couldn't walk there. She didn't get close, for her safety I believe, but asked me what was my ordered after I told her I've been waiting there. She said she thought I was going to go in and pick up. Why would she think that if I checked in as to pick up curbside in #3 space. Food was correct bit hamburger was cold. 1st time I try curbside. Not happy.

Worst McDonald's to date. Don't use the mobile pick up. Sat in car for about 15 minutes. I walked inside and saw my order sitting on the back counter. After awhile I got one workers attention. She did not look very happy to help me. I could see she was busy and told her thank you and she just glared at me, I felt bad for her despite her poor customer service. If I could give a zero to this franchise I will! I live in the area and as a mom of small boys I go there quite a lot and they make soooo many mistakes with food orders or forget to add items that you paid thru in the drive thru. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAG before you drive off! I once had got out of my car in the drive thru and walk into the cashier because they missed something on my order and they were giving me a hard time because I had exited my car to go correct a mistake that they made because I didn’t “park” where I was supposed to park, how in the world am I supposed to know where to park because you made a mistake on my order. It has happened so many times and many times I let it go but today I finally called. I am so tired of giving you guys my money for free because you always miss items in my order! Today again they missed an order of 10 chicken nuggets, I had order 20 and only got 10. This has happened so many times, one time it was 40 chicken nuggets and I only got 10. It’s not even funny anymore. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN COUNT AND READ! I understand human mistakes happen but they are happening so often that I just can’t understand what type of employees they have working here. So many incompetent employees, mistake after mistake. Management has the worst customer service. They don’t even give you anything extra at least a dam coupon or something for the fact that I had to drive back to claim a food that I already paid! When I called the only option was to go back and pick it up or to pick it up another day! I used to love this McDonald's. My experiences were always positive during every shift, but now I can only vouch for the morning shift. The morning staff is sweet, professional, and my food is ALWAYS FRESH! However, lately, when I order from the swing or night shift, there's a noticeable decline in attitude and food quality. While there are still a few professional staff members, the lazy and unprofessional ones are the culprits behind cold or refried fries. As a customer I fear receiving FOOD from BAD energy. People can be CRUEL, and I'm not sure if I'm willing to take the risk of eating at a place where my service isn't valued and respected.

Morning staff is ok even though its slow service there busy and still dont hire more staff. Its ridiculous how the line gets and they hardly acknowledge you when you make line. Specially when you just want ketchup or a refill. Drive-thru Its horrible at night its like only person is working. Literally they take so long to take an order now imagine waiting even longer to get your food and most time is cold. No ice coffee at that time. I went here because I get off at 12 am and its very convenient for me after work. But it will be a while for me to try to go here again. I went there the drive-through in Tustin off Irvine Boulevard and Bryan, which I often do and today around noon the girl at the window, I sat in one lane for about 10 minutes almost by two other cars and the other lane went forward and after a while I kept saying hello hello hello and no one would answer And then I just drove up to the window and the girl told me it was my fault because I should get closer to the microphone this I’ve lived in this vicinity since 1998 and no one has ever been that rude or ever told me to get closer to put my car closer to the microphone. She obviously did not want to serve me, but I did not make a scene, but I think she should be fired

The worst service we ever received, bad faces, not even a greeting, out of 4 people in front of us none were able to serve us until I spoke to them, they didn't give us ketchup or ranch, until a client took it on her own and gave it to us. Afterwards we saw that they did give it to the others, even to the table They brought their order to them, racism perhaps. And on top of that it was super expensive, the hamburgers without a gram of lettuce or tomato, we paid almost $35 for an order of nothing. And I put one in the stars because I can't put zero. By the way, tell your employees that customer service is not a job for everyone. Tell them to let their minds tell their faces that they are working and being nice wouldn't be a bad idea.

Terrible costumer service at the drive thru. I was ordering just a kids meal at the radio and the guy taking my order wasn’t responding until I repeated myself 3x. Then he replied by raising his voice and saying “I got it anything else”. I responded by saying “no but since you don’t respond I didn’t know if you heard me.” He just replies “Next window”. When I got to the window he took my payment and I began to say “kindness is part of being in customer service” when he cuts me off to say next windows and shuts his window on me and locks it as if I’m going to try to attack him. At the next window I complain to his manager who tries so brush me off by saying he’ll talk to him. I get home and they didn’t give us any sauce for the nuggets. Awful service. Avoid like the plague.

Although i love coming to this location in the morning because everyone is usually in good spirits and my orders are always correct, i figured I'd make a quick stop to grab lunch to go. Everything went well until i got home. I ordered some spicy McChickens and there was MOLD on the bread. At first glance, it looked like it was just burnt and upon further inspection (thank God i looked) it was mold. I ordered 2 and didn't even bother inspecting the other because I'm sure the bread comes from the same spot. I'm saddened because we loved this location but we're not coming back after this.

Unfortunately I had to wait at the curbside for about 45 minutes after I checked in, the person running orders outside didn't want to help and had no clue what she was doing because what was on her phone was more important and I left with no food. What's worse is that a $5 order isn't something that should take that long but I had to go back to work before my lunch was over. Bad job 👎

This is honestly the worst McDonald's ever...my wife went to pick up some free fries for her birthday and was given attitude because the worker had to run food out to cars because they didn't disable pick up at counter on their app. The worker made my wife cry with her attitude today I would recommend never going to this McDonald's. Was there for about 90 minutes with my daughter while she played. Every single table was sticky and gross including spilled ice cream that looked like it had already been there for hours. The four French fries on the floor inside were never cleaned up. In the entire time I was there I never saw a single employee except the one who gave us our food almost 20 minutes after we ordered. TLDR this place is gross and we’re not coming back. Management should be embarrassed.

The worst and most awful McDonald's I have ever come across. Not even a welcoming greeting from the restaurant staff, one person is made to wait at the counter for at least 5 minutes to order, I waited 20 minutes even though I ordered online, this is a disgrace. The staff are very slow, sullen, unhelpful, they leave the counter after taking one person's order and make the other customer wait at least 5 minutes every time, and I mean this sincerely, at least 5 minutes.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The bathroom smelled worse than a homeless camp — it was disgusting and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Unbelievably Slow Drive-through. I visited the drive-through for a small order of fries and McFlurry. It took me 24 minutes to get through. For what I could notice, no one ahead of me had an unusual large order. Most all customers had what seemed to be ordinary orders. The entire crew was extremely slow and it felt as if they don’t want to be there. By far the slowest drive through experience I’ve had in my entire life.

Order curbside waited forever to be brought food. Food was cold. Small fry consisted of 10 fries. Iced vanilla coffee that I paid $1.40 extra for came in a small cup because they were out of medium cups....what? You give me a large then. Also, no vanilla flavoring. Hamburger put together sloppily. This McDonald's is going down hill fast. They charge you more and you get less.

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves today and we're extremely disappointed on numerous counts.Normally fresh McDonald's fries are so good. However, today, that was not the case. I always order the Filet o Fish without cheese and did so today. But l, alas, it came with cheese - a total turn off. My husband ordered the chicken McNuggets with the Sweet and Sour sauce. There was no sauce in the bag.

They never clean this place. Never clean tables to eat at. Trash on the floor, everywhere. If you have a small child, just know that the only way they “clean” the playplace is an old guy comes out in the mornings and sprays it down with a hose from the outside. I made the mistake of going inside of this thing with my son and just wow. Ignorance is bliss.

I ordered through the app, and it went through all the way. I received a receipt, and a pick-up code. I went to get my food from your store, and an older lady in a grey shirt was argumentative and did not give me the food that I was already charged for. She then tried blaming the issue on my phone, but I showed her the app receipt, the email receipt, and the order confirmation had all gone through. I told her that whatever issue the store may have is not the customer's concern. I paid, I had a receipt, and I needed that food before I went to work. Your staff needs training on how to handle issues on the store's end without resorting to blaming the customer's phone or app. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience from your store. Employees should have more knowledge of how to handle situations like mine. I paid, I had a receipt, my Venmo was charged, I had the app receipt and pickup code. So why wasn't I given my food? Any store issues are not the customer's fault, and should not be poorly treated the way I was by your staff.

I ordered a Filet O Fish and it had a sticker in the sandwich. The last time I ordered a Filet O Fish they gave me a Big Mac in the Filet O Fish box. This location absolutely cannot get the orders right. The management and service is terrible too. They will just stare at you from behind the counter and not even ask how they can help you. I'm done with this location. It's not worth it anymore.

9/18/21 update: zero stars today brought the average of reviews to one star...perhaps the worst managed McDonald's location. I was glad to see I was second in line, not so glad when it took over five minutes for a cashier to come to the one register. We're not the biggest fans of McDonald's food but they had a deal for forty chicken nuggets and two large orders of fries for just $16 which fed our family of five. it was cheap and easy when we didn't agree on going elsewhere... So for this visit I have to give them four stars. Though they're probably normally just two or three stars for our family. *3/26/21 update zero stars today brought the average of reviews back down to two stars... Zero stars for placing a mobile order and after waiting twenty minutes in pickup space three I went inside to a response of oh I was going to bring your order out... But they had nothing to give me for about five minutes and it was only half the order. After a total of thirty minutes I got the other half. After getting home we find that they counted the little fried ball in this photo as a nugget.
