Ordered from this store via ubereats but I received the wrong item. Tried to dispute it with uber eats but they refused to refund me. When I contacted the store the lady said she would deliver me the correct item herself and she did exactly that! Her customer service was beyond amazing and I am so appreciative. I ended up keeping both items which was the House Stir fry noodles what I originally ordered and the House Singapore noodles and they were both delicious.

Everything is very good. Fresh sashimi, good price come everyone. You can’t find anywhere better than this place entire NY with this price and this high quality foods for Japanese foods. There are some parking spaces behind the restaurant and you can also park on the side of the road. It is All you can eat but they make it fresh order by order and serve you at the table.

Fantastic sushi spot right in the heart of Downtown Albany, the food was incredible, and the service was exceptional. I ordered both sushi and sashimi, and my wife ordered Ramen, everything was fresh and delicious! We will definitely be going back!

We were struggling to find a late night restaurant that’s kid friendly and Google pulled up Ruby City. We hit the gas and ran straight there in hopes we’d make it in time for dinner. Not only did we have such an incredible meal, but we were entertained and fell in LOVE with Yuki! The food won us over instantly, and we’ll be back just to hang out and laugh with her again! Usually when you’re the last table in the door so close to closing time, you feel like a burden. But the entire staff made us feel so welcome and assured us we could take our time and enjoy ourselves. The food came out so fast and we basically inhaled it, it was that good! If I could have made more room in my stomach to keep eating I absolutely would have tried. We plan on coming back early next time to enjoy the all you can eat options. Thank you so much for such amazing food and even better company!

WOW. I need 10 stars to describe this place. I wantonly dove into their all-you-can-eat special and will never be the same. I had (deep breath): seafood soup, shrimp ramen, spicy tuna/salmon roll, avocado salad, fried scallops, hibachi chicken, spring rolls, and pomegranate bubble tea. EVERYTHING was fresh and superbly prepared and absolutely delicious. Some of the best Asian cuisine I've ever had in my whole life. Ordering more dishes from the table is easy with their online menu. The staff is super friendly and always smiling. They are just around the corner from my house, so they'll see me often. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My boyfriend and I came for dinner and had an fantastic experience. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. They make all of their sauces and soup broths from scratch, the fish was very fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

In Albany, and decided to try Ruby City. Little did we know that not only great food awaited but the charm and hospitality of Yuki as well. Yuki served us delicious food and showered us with warmth and unmatched conviviality. Scrumptious rolls and ramen sated my appetite, and Yuki provided her own gracious humor and personality. Thank you so much, Yuki. Cannot wait to go back!

Everything was very fresh and tasty. The Takoyaki was crispy outside, with the soft interior and chewy octopus. Presentation was great, and watching the Bonito flakes dance over the fresh Takoyaki is reason enough to check them out! All you can eat sushi, and we tried almost everything on the sushi menu. It was all fantastic!

Friendly service, good food at good prices! They are still following COVID protocols so seating is limited. Family run restaurant that is still struggling to recover from Pandemic shut down.. if ur in the area.. give them a visit for take out or dine in!

I don’t think the amount and quality of food I received via DoorDash were worth the cost. I’ve only ordered from this place once before, and the food was nothing special. This time, it was even worse. The food lacks flavor, particularly salt. The beef in my teriyaki beef dish was so tough I could barely chew it, and the teriyaki sauce was watery and bland. I also ordered a $2 side of spicy mayo, which I never received (and $2 is an outrageous price for spicy mayo). While I doubt this feedback will make a difference, I won’t be spending my money here again. It’s too much of a risk.

The food was decent just be warned they automatically put a gratuity on the bill without notifying you and then ask for another tip when you check out. The lack of being able to view the bill in detail before paying is frustrating as you do not know you are being charged already for tip as well as additional fee for using card until you receive your receipt.

I went to Ruby’s and the food was not fresh. The sushi was “moist” like it was freshly thawed. There was also a strong fishy taste, like it had gone bad. I would recommend somewhere else because I ended up with food poisoning.

This was my first time coming here and it was very disappointing; I ordered Tonkatsu ramen, the noodles looked like it came from a package, it was all wavy like one, no flavor whatsoever and they couldn’t even get the ramen egg right. The pork barely had any flavor and texture was like a wet slime. The narutomaki tastes like it came from a can and just over all no flavor or anything to give. My husband ordered chicken fried rice and also no flavor, the chicken was just that- no salt, no paper or anything to give it taste. Apart from that it’s fried rice, you can’t really mess that up much but it really lacked flavor. I was very disappointed and will never be going back, not sure where the 4.4 stars came from but it sure wasn’t for those two items on the menu. I’m not one to complain or be a Karen so I did eat most of it because I wanted to desperately find something to enjoy but I was left full and empty at the same time. I recommend going to Kazan Sushi in 1 Crossgates Mall Rd- they have an amazing beef ramen.

When I complained, the manager rudely refused to replace it even though I didn’t eat a single bite. Serving raw fish without warning is reckless and dangerous, risking serious food poisoning or parasites. Terrible service, no respect for customers — avoid this place at all
