This Skinny Pancake quickly became one of my favorite places to ear in Albany. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and suitable for all ages and occaisions. Both the sweet and savory crepes are creative and delicious. If you stop by you must try the chicken caesar wrap- its huge and well priced.

I must say that the atmosphere is very inviting interesting, warm and comfortable. The place draws you in as if you were home on a Sunday morning waiting for breakfast to be done. Immediately upon walking in my nostrils were drawn to the rich smells of fench toast, maple syrup, sausage and bacon. I can undoubtedly say they do not disappoint! Yum Yum eat Sum!

Probably the best restaurant in Albany right now no cap. The food is banging like crazy, I was on a whole nother planet after this meal. We got the Johnny crepe, vegan Seoul poutine, and the Good Juju vegan burger. It was all cooked to perfection, it came out quickly and exactly as we ordered. The ambiance of the place is 11/10 also- super friendly staff, lots of cool art and plants, and fire tunes on the aux. And they got the whole local thing going too, it’s nice to see a restaurant supporting the community while still being affordable too. The whole thing is suuuuch a vibe. Definitely will be coming back here regularly and recommending this place to all my friends! The bottomless coffee concept is super cool too I had like four cups 😂 fire

IN from Galveston, TX for a friend's wedding. A little confusing when we got there but a quick explanation soled our confusion. Order from QR code or the counter and they bring everything to the table. Great Popeye Crepe and Burrito.

This place was delicious, clean, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Definitely recommend the smash burger it was awesome as well as their take on a hash brown, the hash purples, with beets which were delicious. Overall great experience.

The service here is warm and welcoming! I tried the grilled cheese crepe with ham and scrambled eggs, and it was absolutely delicious. Even the salad, which I don’t usually enjoy, was surprisingly tasty. Their sweet crepes are equally delightful. Plus, the convenience of online ordering and payment makes the experience even better!

The Skinny Pancake does a great job providing an urban green atmosphere. The food was good, would not say amazing but very good. They will meet any dietary restrictions you might have. The prices were good, but as soon as you add a drink and side, the prices climb much higher than I would expect for brunch. None the less, the food and atmosphere were to a level that I would have no hesitation of coming often.

This place is different but cool . They ha e books to read, a t-shirt shop, etc. You order online or at the cashier but your food is brought out to you. The crepes were good. They are served up like a cinnamon roll. The prices are good but I somehow felt the portions were small. The place is big.

I was passing through the area with a friend who was attending a nearby function. Hungry but craving something simple and low-key, I browsed a few nearby spots. A cozy creperie caught my eye—honestly, I realized it had been way too long since I’d had a proper, hearty crepe. Later, I returned with my friend, and we shared both savory (pulled pork) and sweet crepes. Both hit the spot. The neighborhood itself added to the charm—great for people-watching with a relaxed, understated vibe. The ambiance was casual, the service efficient, and the menu had a nice balance between sweet and savory. Portions were on the smaller side, but satisfying. I’d happily return—and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an unfussy, enjoyable bite.

I had the "not your average breakfast sammy," and it was really good, except the bacon! It was very, very well done. But I like my bacon chewy.......so? I will be trying it with a different meat! Homefries were good with ketchup

Great spot! The food was delicious and the place was very quiet for a Sunday afternoon. The sausages and the lattes were incredible! Very different to eat a crepe with eggs and sausage. But it’s a skinny pancake right? Either way we enjoyed it! Service is cool as well. You order from your phone and they bring the food to the table. There is self service water as well.

I ordered the " Noah's arc" it was mediocre at best. The crepes were ok, bacon was small. The side of homefries was the best part of the meal. It was an additional cost tho.noah must have ran out of room onboard. I thought Noah's arc had 2 of each animal lol, I liked the name but it didn't deliver for me. Overall is was an ok breakfast,it's not a place I'd repeat visit.

It is an order from the table or up at the counter type of service. The food I ordered was ok for the most part. I had a couple of issues though. The eggs were obviously made on a dirty skillet as they came out a little black from the old grease. I asked for the hot chocolate to be hot, and she said that they can make it piping hot. I thought that would be perfect. But, alas, the hot chocolate was luke-warm at best. I would recommend eating here, but maybe take note of anything you might dislike to bring to their attention. I did not want to do that. I was not going to wait for anything to be remade, as they should really do it right the first time. I'm sure many people have had lovely experiences. They are locally outsourced, so that is good. Hopefully, they take note of my review and make sure this doesn't happen again.
