Came here for lunch with my son while we waited for someone. The staff was nice and the place was clean. I ordered the kid's Cheese Burger combo and came with a little gummy burger. I got the Grilled chicken bbq sandwich with grilled onions, tomatoes, cheese, shredded lettuce and side of fries. Got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milkshake (One size available) The Chicken sandwich and fries were good, I just don't like shredded lettuce on my sandwiches/burgers. It makes eating it so messy. Kiddo ate all the first and part of the burger. The milkshake was really good! Even though I love Cinnamon Toast Crunch, this was yummy!!

Reminds me of in n out burgers but only if they were operated like a Panera bread. The burgers are juicy and they have several options for sides beyond the expected fries and onion rings. The establishment itself appears clean and sanitary. The staff all seemed pleasant and helpful.

I like Havit Burger a lot. Especially the French fries. As for consistency among different locations, I’d have to say that this location does not cool their fries to perfection. They are almost always slightly undercooked. My experience elsewhere is a fry that is served right out the oil. Hot, crisp & golden. I know they can do better.

I ordered the garden salad and added grilled chicken, no cheese(lactose-free). They gave me a salad with cheese and left out the cucumbers. I asked for extra salad dressing, they said it would be a 1.15. When I looked at the salad dressing they gave me to go with the salad it was halfway full! My salad had big chunks in it. I'm very disappointed with this Habit.

I usually enjoy my visits to this restaurant, but today I was shocked at the state of my meal 2 stars. The burger was seriously overcooked and the fries were definitely refried to the point of dried up extra crispy sticks. I am hoping by leaving this review the staff will do a better job. They should make the food the way they would enjoy it or their family. As of now, I won't be going back.

I tried The Habit Burger Grill for the first time. I got their signature CHARBURGER, which came loaded with caramelized onions, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, pickles, mayo, and cheese. It was delicious, to say the least. The onion rings and sweet potato fries were excellent too. While the food was top-notch, I did notice that the cleanliness of the place could use a little boost. The table was a tad sticky, which was a bit off-putting.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. The kiosk ordering menu is really badly designed. Good luck trying to order a simple sandwich rather than a full meal. I'm sure the choice is buried in there somewhere, but I don't want to take five minutes to find it.

Very rude customer service from the two ladies at the cash register area today. I've been here at the Albany location once before and there was a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable guy who took my order and answered my questions about ingredients, particularly since there are certain ingredients I cannot have. He even gave extra info I didn't know to ask about, which I really appreciated. Not so with the rude ladies today. When a customer finished ordering from a live human at the register, I asked the lady at the register what the difference is between the veggie burger and Impossible burger. She said nothing at all, as if she didn't even comprehend the question. Another lady said one is "fake meat" and the other is "made from vegetables." That made no sense since they are both plant-based. She had a rude look on her face from the get-go, like she didn't want to be bothered with a question, then she just turned her back to me. I said there's a large price difference, so is there any other difference, and when she turned around, she gave me a rude look again. I said she doesn't have to be rude. Then she said there are different toppings, followed by giving me this big fake smile with a sarcastic look. I was taken aback and said again she doesn't have to be rude. She said she's not going to take my order and to order from the machine. This is despite the previous customer ordering from the cashier who was still standing there. Then the rude lady said they're closing, despite there being 15 minutes left before they close. Then the one who never speaks left the cash register. I never got a real answer and was left there without anyone taking an order, despite many staff being there. The Albany spot needs to get consistent in hiring knowledgeable and friendly staff, because the difference between my first time there and today were like night and day. This is especially true for people wjo may be new to the going to the chain, who have food allergies or dietary requirements such that they need to know basic ingredients. I do not recommend the Albany location. I've been to another Habit in another city that had friendly, knowledgeable staff, so the chain itself seems fine. The food was good when I ordered before, but I did not even order this time and don't believe they make it a welcoming place for me to want to order there again.

Very poor experience with this location. It’s impossible to get anyone that works there on the phone because they outsource their phone calls to a call center so your talkin to ppl that have no idea what’s going on in the restaurant, food can cbe delivered incorrectly and there’s no accountability for it because no one can be reached.

My grilled chicken was frige cold which is a health hazard because it was not prepared fresh and the greens were mush and spoiled in the bottom. And the salads are overpriced, only for the restaurant to not take the time to prepare it fresh. LAZY! :(

Went in here and ordered a regular charburger. I was in there to order at around 850pm. They close at 10pm and they were already cleaning the grill so the patries were already cooked and placed some where else. I work night shift and I took my food back to work to eat and the fries were soaked in grease and we'll over cooked, hard, and cold. My burger was RAW!!! And cold. I took it back to the restaurant and I asked the lady if there was a manager and "Gigi" said with an attitude "yeah im the manager" i pulled out my burger and showed her that the meat was still raw and she goes "oh" shruds her shoulders and asked me if I want a new one. The person behind the counter putting the food together looked at me as if she knew something was up. Another employee was standing on top of the counter cleaning the hood vents where the food was and all the grease, dust, and what ever else falling on top of the food. My fries were so gross and cold. I asked for her name and the she just pointed to her name tag. I asked for the name of the person who cooked it and she refused. She never offered to refund my money either. I believe this was intentionally done due to what I do for a living and how I have to dress for that profession. I have sent a complaint to cooperate. They also did the same thing to my partner with his food as well. I have had pleasant experiences with other managers but Gigi seems to hate 1st responders. Sad really.

I've never been this dissatisfied and disappointed by Habit 😡. This is supposed to be the Super Food salad. It's looks more like a ceasar salad. As you can see there's barely any kale, feta cheese, cucumbers or diced tomatoes. This salad and the fried green beans are the only reason I go to Habit. I got the salad to eat it for dinner and now idk if I'll be going back to Habit if this is how they make their Super Food salad. Habit please do better.
