I love this botanica! I've been coming regularly for four years and they've helped ease me through major life transitions and career changes. I feel so blessed to have Caesar, Danny, and Charlie in my life. They've become like family and trusted confidants. I follow their advice and rituals, and the blessings have been flowing!

Charlie read me many years ago when I went here w/ my grandmother. I plan to give him another visit soon (and I did 11/2025). Not everyone feels his vibes, especially after a long day but I love how strict and straight to the point he is. As far as his predictions, he’s very accurate but the major predictions he made concerning me years ago didn’t come true but I know it would have. The reason they didn’t happen was b/c of the spiritual route I decided to follow years ago (Ifa/Santeria) which was leading my life into shambles a couple yrs after seeing him (2015-16’ to be exact) I thought it was leading me the right of way by connecting me to my ancestors and the Almighty when their “Gods/Goddesses” were doing the complete opposite to my energy. That religion was leading my life towards near Death—turns out the ancient traditional sayings are true folks “Gods/Goddesses/Idol worshippers” of the dead will lead you astray, aka these unclean polytheists. Please stay spiritual as you are—there is no coincidence that you walk into this store! stick to your belief system that you were raised under, or decided to convert to whether it’s any umbrella of Christianity, Judaism or Islam—monotheistic way always ppl. All the abrahamic/ibrahamic religions are meant to discipline you, not “control” you (contrary to popular beliefs) Thank you always Charlie, you’re God sent! I was recommended by a friend.Awesome people,they are very helpful, I love Danny, he is amazing at what he does spiritually for you. I have seen good outcome. God blessings to him and all the others that work there.I would recommend anyone to go there for their spiritual needs.

Place is amazing. I woke up this morning and was lead to Botanica El Phoenix by spirit. I knew I needed some candles and other things to set off the new month of August and my week. And Boy was this trip here enlightening. Right away I found a park directly in front of the store.. Soon as I walked in I was greeted and the work began from there. Don't hesitate to visit you won't be disappointed. All sorts of candles, beads, statues, incense etc for your spiritual journey. Staff is helpful & the location is right in the ❤of Brooklyn. I can't wait to return. Ase Oya and Chango!!

After a wait of 3 hours, had a very mundane session with Charlie, who was dull and tired after seeing person after person. At $140 it seriously wasn't worth it and I was disappointed at how boring and non illuminating the session was.
