I had such a great experience at this Bang Cookies location! The cookies were absolutely delicious—soft, gooey, and packed with flavor. I tried a couple of different ones, and every bite was amazing. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Angel was incredibly helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain the different flavors and helped me pick out exactly what I was craving. His positive attitude made the whole experience even better. It’s not every day you come across someone who’s so good at making customers feel welcome. The atmosphere in the store was great, too. It was clean, bright, and had a fun vibe that made me want to stay a little longer. Everything about this visit was perfect, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. If you’re thinking about stopping by, I highly recommend it—you won’t be disappointed!

I wasn't sure what to expect from the new cookie shop at City Point, but color me impressed! As soon as we walked by the front of the store, we were offered free samples, which was a great way to try a few different flavors. We ended up trying and buying the 3 triple chocolate chip and 3 salted caramel cookies. Their cookie was genuinely delicious; the flavor was spot on – rich and satisfying; and not overly sweet. This spot is definitely worth a visit if you're in the mood for a quality sweet treat. Give them a try – you might just find your new favorite cookie!

Bro this is one of my favorite places now, I loved their iced latte and the chocolate chip cookie. Food: 10/10, the guy gave me an option if I wanted my cookie hot or soft, and either way it tasted so good, my iced latte was actually cold and refreshing, I was sad when I ate all of my cookie and drank all of my iced latte. Service: 10/10 a Korean guy was so nice to me and my mom, and he was very funny too, I recommend talking to him. Atmosphere: 10/10, very good and welcoming atmosphere. Overall I love this place! Recommended if you’re craving something sweet.

Love the triple chocolate and the ooey gooey centers, the white Chocolate macadamia is a second favorite. Not a fan of overbaked cookies so these hit home for me.

I Stop here EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN THIS MALL!!! I absolutely love the Cookies here!!! My fave are the Chocolate Chip Cookies, specifically the minis!!! The large ones are good too!! They have an array of selections but I mainly get the chocolate chip!!!! They are SOFT, DECADENT and the PERFECT BALANCE between tender and crisp!!! And the Chocolate chip have the perfect amount of chocolate in them!!! Just try them, you won’t regret it!! It’s a guilty pleasure of mine at this point and definitely a TREAT every time!!! I was hanging out with my friend when we recently stumbled upon bang cookies yesterday. There was a guy named Max handing out free samples and we explored the store. The cookies tasted GREAT, we had the triple chocolate cookie and regular chocolate chip and they have a good variety of cookies and drinks at a decent price. Will be visiting again in the future. Shoutout to Max! He is cool.

If you live delicious cookies then you’ll love this place. Their cookies are great, soft on the inside and has a little crunch on the outside. There is a variety of flavors for you to choose from and the price is good for what you get. The staff is friendly and provides great service. This place is conveniently located right at the entrance making it easy to grab a cookie before you start shopping or as a sweet reward on your way out. This place is definitely worth your money and I recommend trying their cookies, you will not be disappointed.

New cookie spot just opened up at city point. Was not expecting much but they were actually good. I had the chocolate chip cookie and it was very tasty although a little harder than I would have liked. They have a limited menu for now but still a good amount of choices. Give them a try!

I walked by and saw they had all a variety of cookies. They’ll let you try some if you ask. I decided to go for the white chocolate macadamia which was good. $5 for medium size cookie and a small one for $3.

I love this place. ITS VERY SMALL WITH NO SEATING BUT the food is good and the workers I’ve experienced are very pleasant. My fav cookies are their oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip & white macadamia. My go to drink was the Guava but they are no longer selling it so now I’m doing passion fruit. They’re my weekend treat when I go t Target. Workers are super nice, they let you try the cookies or drinks before you buy to see if you’ll like it. I hope they’re here for long.

Bang cookies? More like quiet cookies. They look amazing, smell amazing but the sweetness is 100% lacking. Absolutely perfect texture though.

The cashier look exhausted and like he couldn’t be bothered. I asked for napkins and he stated they didn’t have any. - I ordered the sea salt chocolate chip cookie and a mini snickerdoodle. The price for the regular size is $4.99 and the mini was $2.49. The cookie was soft and had a nice amount of chocolate chips. The place has no seats. All in all it’s not worth the price. More so for people looking for a quick snack.

Cookies were dry. Staff was not friendly or helpful … it was an inconvenience to them for us to be there.

Service was fine, the cookies were not very good though. Would not recommend. Saw other reviews say they had to give out free samples for 5 star reviews which makes sense since the cookies are not 5 star.

My first visit was painful I try making a good conversation with the cashier and her facial expressions was "(hurry order and get out)" and the cookie that I ordered wasn't all that great but I said to myself I'll give them a second try my next visit. My second visit oh my God the cookies that I ordered made my stomach hurt a little because in the middle was a little too raw like it needed to bake a little longer and it was way too over sweet. I don't think I'll be coming back but I do wish the business a great success for the future!

The ice latte was made poorly, it was barely cold which shouldn't happen if the milk is properly cooled and if the espresso ratio is low enough. The cookie options are great and tasty, though a bit too sweet and overpriced. They wrote that they offer free samples, but during the time I went there were no free samples.

I came here while walking around in the mall and wasn't the biggest fan of their cookies. The interior of this shop is a grab-and-go (there's no seating), but they have samples for you to try! The service was good. I got two of their cookies (a chocolate chip and a salted caramel one) and I thought that although both were gooey and a good texture, they were WAY too sweet. It felt super sugary to me and I wasn't the biggest fan of them.

I came here after a midday Trader Joe’s run, you know trying to avoid the crowd, so it wasn’t busy at all! It was my first time, so I had excited. The young man, the employee at the register, was AMAZING, he was helpful and kind. However the same can not be said for the other employee, the moment 3 additional customers came in the store he become curt and rushed. He even went as far as to start yelling, before any customers arrived at the counter, that they don’t have mini cookies. I understand from an operational perspective, trying to move the line along, but it came off very rude and it was not welcoming. as mentioned, it was my first time visiting and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. I could excuse the curt and rushed tone, we are in NY so it’s a bit expected. but the quality of the cookie itself was NOT worth the $5 I paid. The cookie was DRYYYY, yet stodgy at the same time, not a great combo… especially given this was the batch I was told just came out of the oven. overall it was quite disappointing! buttt the atmosphere is cute, I like the bold colors and how you can see the cookies right in front of you.

The cookies are great. However they get one star because they are not transparent about prices. $5 cookie but they ring up as $5.99. The cashier said “tax.” There’s no way that the tax is 20%. NYC sales tax is 8.875% even if you charge an additional 3% for credit card fees, that’s still under 20%.

I’ve been coming to Bang Cookies since the day this location opened, and honestly… the customer service has taken a huge hit lately. I don’t know what changed, but the energy is not what it used to be. There used to be a really kind, attentive lady — I think her name was Kay — who made every visit feel personal. She already knew my order, remembered the little things, and had this way of making your whole day better before you even left the counter. She’s been gone for a while now, and it shows. She was honestly one of the best employees you ever had, and I hope she comes back because the difference is noticeable. Lately, staff just seems untrained or uninterested. Half the time no one even acknowledges you when you walk in. On top of that, the white mac cookie I keep ordering is almost always raw in the center now, which is disappointing because it used to be my favorite. Kay once recommended the cookies & crème cookie to me, and that one was always on point. I usually rotate between that, oatmeal raisin, and mini chocolate chip — I buy about a dozen minis at a time — but the inconsistency lately is making it hard to stay loyal. I really hope management tightens things up, because I’ve watched employees come and go for months from this location … but losing the ones who actually care, like Kay, is where the quality really starts slipping.
