Opinions de Le Coucou Albee Square
going out on a limb and saying this will be my favorite restaurant of 2026. nothing missed. first time trying sweetbreads and now i’m going to seek it out on every menu. could have drank the sauce like soup. everything is sophisticated and unique from the pike mousse to the lobster au poivre. going to be dreaming about the pomme dauphine that came with the lobster and the baba au rhum. seriously one of the best desserts i’ve had in ages. love everything about this place!!
We had a very nice lunch at Le Coucou. My expectations were something around "elevated brasserie style" and I was indeed pleasantly surprised to come across some old-fashion bistrot dishes like "pâté en croûte", "vol-au-vent" or "baba au rhum". They were all solid, and by nature not chic or sophisticated. Some other dishes on the menu may have a creative twist in taste or presentation, but ours were just classic – yet enjoyable. The service was top-notch, punctuated by several little attentions for my husband's birthday. We had a table overlooking the kitchen, which we loved. We stayed until 3pm and we appreciated not feeling rushed to leave. Overall I assume most of the disappointed reviews may come from the promise of a Michelin "One star" experience. To me, the restaurant perfectly met the Michelin standards and definition of being: "very good in its category". But if you seek something that will leave you in awe, and dishes you'll still remember 5 years from now, this might not be the place. So I would definitely recommend the place to someone who is briefed on the concept and/or wants to discover this part of French gastronomy history and/or just want a great elevated lunch experience.
I don’t even know where to start. The service, the food, the decor, everything was outstanding! Our waiter went above and beyond on both the food and the drinks menus. For starter, I highly recommend the leek salad (I was skeptical about it it first but totally fell in love after the first bite). The duck a l’orange was one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything on the menu looked absolutely delicious. I’m sure I’ll be returning soon to try the other dishes. Great place for dinner date or business dinner. Complementary bread and small starter. Although we ordered desert, they also brought us two complementary small desserts! Left with a full belly and a satisfied heart.
The most beautiful restaurant I’ve been to in the city so far. The high ceiling and romantic chandelier matches perfectly for occasions like a date night or Valentine’s Day’s celebration. The meal is cooked to perfection, I’m still thinking about the crisp duck breast when I leaving. The service is attentive and warm, they’ve noticed we’re looking for some help immediately and took this nice photo of us. Would like to revisit for other important days as well!
everything was extremely good and the ambiance was excellent. Came here for my birthday and the service was quick and nice. The food was cooked perfectly and the appetizers were the main stairs. Especially the disguised escargots. The deserts were very nice as well. Perfect place for special occasion or a nice treat.
I absolutely love the classy and romantic vibe of this place—candlelit tables, elegant chandeliers, white tablecloths, and fresh flowers make it feel so special. I celebrated my birthday here last year, and it was the perfect choice! Everything was spot on, from the warm and attentive service to the incredible food. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. We went à la carte, kicking things off with a Kir Royale. Our meal included two starters, two mains, two desserts, and a great bottle of French Bordeaux—perfect for two! Appetizer (Hors d’oeuvres): * Tartare de Bœuf – prime filet beef topped with caviar. Excellent, we loved it. A bit small, but perfect as a starter. Second course (Gourmandises): * Ris de Veau à l’Estragon – veal sweetbreads with maitake mushrooms. Crispy outside, velvety inside, and the sauce was next-level—one of the best we’ve had! Entrées (Plats): * Filet de Bœuf – served with marrow bone, purée, and sauce Chateaubriand. Cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The mashed potatoes were unbelievably smooth and buttery. A must-try! * Dos de chevreuili roti – venison filet with quince and cabbage warmed in smoked cream. My boyfriend loved every bite. Desserts: * Marjolaine – yummy chocolate-hazelnut dessert. Loved the "Happy Birthday" note. * Milk Sorbet – light, airy, and not too sweet, the perfect way to end the meal. Compliments: * An amuse-bouche, freshly baked seaweed bread with butter - So good and a great start to the meal. * Selection of petit fours (lemon macarons, and chocolates) and mini lemon madeleines - A little treat to end the night! This place exceeded all expectations—an outstanding à la carte experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant. I highly recommend Le Coucou for a special occasion or anytime you’re craving an exceptional French fine dining experience. A memorable meal, worth every penny!
A refined place for a special occasion meal. The rabbit (served 3 ways) was a great treat, and the hazelnut chocolate cake Marjolain was heavenly. The portions are quite small so you the very minimum you want to order for 2 are 2 cold apps, 1 hot app and 2 entrees. I didn't really enjoy the buckwheat fried eel and seafood gratin which was soaked in cream but my husband liked them. The service was attentive and a bit distant without being snobby- a perfect way to give people some privacy during their nice dinner time.
Le Coucou restaurant is so beautiful and romantic- think Beauty and Beast castle with white brick! They have gorgeous chandeliers of candles and then long candlesticks on every table. Now onto the food- the bread basket is heaven! Warm soft sourdough bread with soft butter, I couldn’t resist having 3 pieces. We started with the eggplant appetizer and split the lobster au poivre and filet with bone marrow. Everything was outstanding! I am biased towards steak but that was easily my favorite alongside the buttery, fluffy mashed potatoes. Do NOT skip out on dessert! We finished with the mango sorbet with meringue and it was incredible. This was such a special place to celebrate our anniversary and I can’t wait to come back! The service throughout the entire experience was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and welcoming to us.
On our anniversary, we decided to celebrate at the restaurant of our choice. As soon as we arrived, the staff warmly greeted us, ensuring that our special day would be nothing short of exceptional. The portion sizes may have been modest, but the quality of the food surpassed our expectations, leaving us completely satisfied. Not only was the cuisine delicious, but the ambiance of the restaurant was truly enchanting, boasting a beautiful setting that captivated our senses. The staff's meticulous attention to detail further enhanced our experience, making us feel like cherished guests throughout the evening. Without a doubt, our time spent at the restaurant was absolutely delightful.
This was my first time trying French food, and I have to say this restaurant made an amazing first impression. I got the monk fish as a starter and the lobster peppercorn dish for an entree with caviar and the food was so fresh and tasty! For dessert the pineapple rum cake was very delicious and fun. The waitresses were extremely kind and funny and gave great dish recommendations, and the host at the front was also super kind. I will definitely be coming back!
Le Coucou was the perfect spot to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The ambiance was elegant, and the food was exceptional. We loved the filet de boeuf, dove sole fish, aubergine, and leek—each dish was perfectly prepared. The service was attentive, making the evening truly special. Highly recommend!
The food was amazing from beginning to end: my quenelles de brochet were beautiful, delicate, and full of flavor; the tout le lapin (rabbit in three preparations) was a real revelation. The sommelier was excellent, but the waiter and servers were not up to fine dining standards. We had to ask twice for bread, we were served with the wrong dishes. Atmosphere was lovely, but we were first seated next to a woman talking so loudly that we had to ask to be moved.
A romantic, splendid, tranquil oasis in the middle of a barren block on Lafayette St. The staff could not have been more attentive or helpful (which is never the case with solo diners). I felt all of them were a team working in unison and anticipated all my needs. Even my cider bottle was poured when my glass needed a refill. The tuna and scallop appetizer was enhanced by the mild chili oil, thinly sliced white onions and a sprinkle of parsley. The Vol-a-vent, combining lobster and sweetbreads, two of my favorite things, meticulously prepared was exquisite. And to top it all the Marjolaine dessert (chocolate and hazelnut ) was a dream come true. A grand lunch in a grand soaring space with a reassuring old world grandeur.
Exquisite place, top of the line food and wine. Le Coucou in New York offers an elegant and cozy atmosphere with exceptional French cuisine. The menu, curated by Chef Daniel Rose, features exquisite dishes such as foie gras, duck, and perfectly cooked steaks. The attention to detail in both food and service elevates the experience, making it perfect for special occasions. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, enhancing the intimate ambiance. Though on the pricier side, Le Coucou is a memorable fine dining experience worth every penny. You get what you pay for is true here. It’s so worth it. The food is very delicious, and I highly recommend this place. You will remember it and you want to go back.
Went to Le Coucou with my family celebrate my birthday and as soon as I stepped inside, the lovely ambient luxury atmosphere. We were greeted by a super friendly waiter who said Happy Birthday. The service throughout, for starters, was the best of any michelin star restauraunt Ive been to because they treat you like kings, no matter the age. Everyone was visible and you will never feel like no one is paying attention. Top tier service. He first gave me a French cider drink to start and explained what it was, then bread to start, which was delicious. I got the Foie Gras with jelly and iberico ham and more ham as the starter and Quenelle de Brochet as main. Both dishes looked spectacularly elegant and works of art, especially the first dish. The Foie Gras paired very well with the ham, which was mixed into the circle shape, and the top was of some jelly mixture. It tasted soo delectably rich and melted in your mouth. The green beans didnt look like they had a lot of flavour but they most certainly did, thanks to the sauce. Everything was very creamy and soft in texture, and everything was perfectly balanced and went together, especially the jelly cubes which were a nice touch. Very ingenius way to pair the delicacy into a unique dish. The other appetiser was raw scallops and tuna, which were also incredibly rich and succilent. Paired very well with the cream sauce. The first main course we ordered was the chicken and Foie Gras which was also mouthwatering and delicious but the star of the show was the Quennele de Brochet. The lobster bisque was so foamy, creamy and paired superbly with the soft fish quenelle. It was an explosion of flavours and different tastes (salty, sourness, umami [umami because it had mushroom taste]). The brochet had a beautiful crispy like covering. The inside was like tofu and foie gras mixed together, and it melted in your mouth along with the sauce. Its like angels casting a spell and its truly magical. The trick is to eat it quickly because if you eat it too slowly, the richness gets to you and it overwhelmes you. This is a completely unique dish that Ive never seen served before at any restauraunt and is a once in a lifetime one. We got dessert; the lemon gelato with chocolate and the fruit vacherin, which they added happy birthday in chocolate and a candle. The lemon gelato was super good and had tastes of alcohol, and the vacherin was a huge variety of different textures, like that of edible snow, tart, cracker, foam and was another explosion in your mouth. It also was beautiful. It was the perfect dessert I chose because after a long rich meal, a pallate cleanser instead of a heavy chocolaty dessert is perfect. After that, we got petit fours of gummies, chocolate pieces, and mini macarons. With lunch lasting two hours, it was an incredible experience here at Le Coucou and will recommend this place for my friends and family to try. Definitely worth it for a special but relativelt affordable meal for a occassion!
A fabulous dining experience with great service and amazing food. It was our anniversary and multiple staff members wished us a happy anniversary, and wrote it on our dessert. The food itself was the best food I’ve ever had - we got the tuna, veal sweetbreads (the best thing we ate), duck, rabbit, and hazelnut dessert - all fantastic. Definitely check it out!
Everything was spectacular, food, service and atmosphere. The restaurant is beautiful and you do not feel crowded at any table. There is enough room between them. I have said this at some other restaurants but this is truly the best bread. It is cut fresh, the bread service station is on the floor. The kitchen is open and depending in your seat you can view the chefs which I like. The tartare was very decadent given that it is topped with caviar. Was delicious, but personally I would prefer it without the caviar because for me it overpowered the flavor of the beef. Dover sole was outstanding, tender and delicious and I liked the addition of the spinach as a contrast to the rich buttery fish. The person who had the duck enjoyed it very much. The hazelnut dacquoise was rich and the nuts provided great texture, perfect to share. The honey madeleines were great, crispy edges and a hint of honey. Overall this was a perfect dining experience and will definitely return.
I love their bread here and it’s free! That is another a big plus in my book. The service was amazing: staff were super friendly and explained each dish. The kitchen was also very organized and fun to watch. My favorite were the Quenelle de brochet (pike mousse) and the Canette a l’orange (duck) because the pike mousse just has this sweet, divine lobster sauce that we also dipped the bread in and I just loved how tender the duck was. All the dishes were nevertheless delicious. I would definitely come back!
If you want sleek and sophisticated service, an ambience that is conducive to conversation, a well heeled crowd, an occasional family with well behaved (above average) children, then you have come to the right place!!! And the food is amazing!!! You know how some menus you like a couple of appetizers and an entree or two. This is not that!!! Everything on the menu is FANTASTIC!! We started with a leek salad (which looked like no salad i had ever eaten) but was amazing. Paired that with Morels. Enough said First course was a dish of tuna and scallops. Sushi grade i tell you, but with the tangy way that the French garnish their dishes, that highlights every last atom of flavor. I had the veal sweetbreads topped with a Japanese mushroom For the entree, it was "all of the rabbit" rabbit prepared 3 ways!!! The saddle was grilled, the foreleg in a mustard sauce, the hind leg in a traditional red wine broth that was too die for!! We also had the duck with cherries!! OMG!!! The duck had the crispiness on the outside and the tenderness on the inside. It's one of the best duck dishes I have ever eaten. Finalized the meal with a classic creme brulee!!! Run, don't walk here. And enjoy some of the best French food in NYC without the pretentious preening but with all of the savoir faire of a restaurant at its peak!!!
What a fabulous dining experience. The service was exceptional, everyone who was responsible for taking care of us, did an amazing service. Top notch! They started us with some seaweed bread, so delicious! Next we ordered an oyster appetizer which was so flavorful. The next dish was an order of veal sweet breads and it was so delicious. It was served with an amazing sauce, once we finished we were able to use the bread to dip in the sauce. For our entrees I had the filet de boeuf which was a piece of bone marrow with beef which was cooked perfectly. It was served with the creamiest of mashed potatoes. What an amazing dish. My girlfriend ordered the rabbit and she loved it. It was prepared 3 different ways and she loved it. The ambiance was amazing, a really nice restaurant. I highly recommend this place but make sure you make a reservation.
Celebrated my wife's birthday with an intimate family dinner (party of four) at Le Coucou. We couldn’t have been more delighted by the enchanting atmosphere, impeccable service, and exquisite cuisine. My daughter indulged in the beef tartare with caviar, while my wife and son both opted for the veal chop. I savored the duckling, each dish a masterpiece—beautifully plated and crafted with perfect balance, turning every bite into a memorable experience.
A refined and unforgettable French experience in the heart of Manhattan. I had the pleasure of dining recently at Le Coucou NYC, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we walked in until the final sip of wine, everything about this restaurant reflects sophistication, attention to detail, and a deep respect for classic French cuisine. We were graciously attended by Radu, who kindly and expertly recommended four standout dishes that truly defined our evening: Canette à l’orange: The duck was perfectly roasted, juicy with crispy skin, and paired beautifully with braised endives and an orange sauce that was neither cloying nor overpowering—just nuanced and balanced. A reinvented classic, executed with great technique. Agneau printanier: The lamb chop was cooked to perfection, bold in flavor yet refined. The wild garlic and tender young carrots added fresh and delicate notes that complemented the dish wonderfully. Ris de veau à l’estragon: Sweetbreads are a delicacy that few can master, and this was masterfully done—crispy outside, creamy within, bathed in a luscious tarragon cream sauce that brought herbal brightness and depth. Morilles farcies: The stuffed morel mushrooms were perhaps the biggest surprise of the night. Rich, earthy, and umami-packed, with the jamón providing the perfect salty contrast. A must-try for anyone who appreciates quality ingredients and finesse. While waiting for our table, the bartender surprised us with a custom cocktail inspired by a Manhattan, but made with a smoother whisky instead of the typical rye. His attention to detail and willingness to tailor the drink to our taste was impressive. We were also delighted to be assisted by a Venezuelan server from San Cristóbal, whose warmth and charm made us feel truly welcome—while keeping the service polished and upscale. The ambiance of the restaurant is subtle and elegant, with lighting designed to create intimacy and luxury in every corner. It’s ideal for a romantic dinner or a special occasion among friends or family who appreciate serious culinary craftsmanship. Le Coucou is not just a restaurant—it’s a sensory experience. Every dish, every glass, every gesture from the staff is aligned with a vision of excellence. I will most definitely return, and I highly recommend this place to anyone reading this review. If you're looking for a dinner that blends haute cuisine, flawless service, and a sophisticated atmosphere, this is a sure bet.
Celebrating Easter dinner at Le Coucou was nothing short of magical. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, elegant, and effortlessly Parisian—soft candlelight, romantic chandeliers, and that signature old-world charm that makes this restaurant so special. The seasonal Easter menu was refined and thoughtful. Every dish—from the delicate hors d’oeuvres to the perfectly cooked lamb—was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. The standout for me was the velvety foie gras and the spring-inspired dessert, which struck the perfect balance between freshness and indulgence. The service was gracious and seamless, striking that perfect French balance of sophistication and warmth. You could feel the attention to detail in every moment, making it not just a meal, but an experience. If you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion with grace and exceptional cuisine, Le Coucou is a must. It was the perfect Easter evening—memorable, delicious, and full of charm. @raquelgerlani
Absolutely worth a Michelin star! The atmosphere was stunning, just like an upscale SoHo hotel. There were complimentary treats like bread and confections. The sourdough was super good, I could steal it! I ordered oysters and a rabbit. The oysters a la Isigny probably added another week’s worth of saturated fat to my belly, but they were absolutely worth $7 a piece. The rabbit came in 3 parts: a broth, a salad-like dish, and a messed up quiche-like concoction. They all felt like home, a great compliment in the culinary world. I finished with yuzu macarons, ginger fudge, and grapefruit? jellies. I would recommend this spot for a special occasion that is a splurge but doesn’t break the bank.
Le Coucou is an absolute gem — the elegant, candle-lit dining room feels both timeless and intimate. The open kitchen adds a warm, theatrical touch, and every dish is beautifully crafted with classic French technique. The veal sweetbreads with tarragon cream were divine, and the lamb chop reminded me of springtime on a plate. Service was polished yet very friendly, with staff guiding us through the menu effortlessly. The wine list is thoughtful and well paired. Finally, their Crème Brûlée was a perfect, indulgent finish to an unforgettable evening.
Le Coucou is easily top 10 restaurant in NY to me. Been here 4 times past 12 months and every time the experience was delightful & scrumptious! The staff are attentive & knowledgeable and the food simply superb.
Le Coucou is elegant, romantic, and truly refined. The atmosphere feels like classic Paris—intimate, timeless, and luxurious. Service is attentive without being overbearing, and every detail feels intentional. The food is beautifully executed French cuisine, rich in flavor and presentation, with standout sauces and perfectly cooked dishes. Ideal for a special night, date, or anyone who appreciates high-end dining done right. ✨🇫🇷
Love that Le Cou Cou now offers lunch. The food, service and atmosphere consistently exceptional. Every person that greeted us or came to our table wished my husband a happy birthday. The cocktails and wine list are thoughtful and compliment the food. Suggestions by our waiter were spot on.
Le Coucou is every bit worth the Michelin star and all the hype that surrounds it. From the moment you walk in, the warmth of the hostess and the bartender sets the tone for a truly memorable evening. The French Riviera-inspired decor creates a serene and elegant ambiance that feels both luxurious and comforting. Every detail, from the impeccable service to the stunning interior, has been thoughtfully executed but it’s the cuisine that truly shines. The wine and champagne selection is outstanding, curated to elevate every bite. To start, I had the Poireaux vinaigrette, an exquisite balance of fresh leeks and roasted hazelnuts that delivered a rich, full-bodied flavor. The Halibut beurre blanc was cooked to absolute perfection: tender, flaky, and nestled in a buttery, delicate sauce. The Canette aux cerises was the literal and figurative cherry on top with a crispy duck breast paired with decadent foie gras, every bite more indulgent than the last. Dessert was a dream. The Fraises rafraîchies à l’estragon was refreshing and aromatic, and the Marjolaine is a chocolate and hazelnut marvel which was an unforgettable finale. This restaurant isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience refined, indulgent, and utterly transporting. Absolutely deserving of its Michelin star and already planning my return.
Excellent spot, chef from Paris. Zero complaints; all the dishes had luxurious sauces, perfectly cooked. Very nice serious, never waited for my water to be refilled. Pike mousse quenelle and broth was very special. The friend monkfish was insane. Amazing decor, just a wonderfully nice place. Very delicious bread. Would return.
Absolutely loved my experience at Le Coucou. The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing, and the ambiance was effortlessly elegant—perfect for a special night out.Food was delicious. Every detail, from the lighting to the music, made the evening feel truly memorable. Highly recommend.
Came here for an anniversary dinner, and they had prepared written celebratory messages for us :) The place was dim-lit and romantic. Service was spectacular! We asked our waiter what he recommended and he described his favorites, and also considered that we'll share dishes (so they served the dishes in two plates for us). Staff also described each dish to us, describing how it was cooked. The food presentation was amazing, it really felt like fine dining. We were full by the end of the meal. We ordered 6 food items, and they also gave us bread. My favorite was the veal and Vacherin aux myrtilles!
First I would like to say such a beautiful ambiance! My friends and I really enjoyed the whole vibe. We ordered the oysters + grilled calamari to start - the oysters were absolutely delicious the flavor was out of this world had sort of a Asian cuisine taste. Honestly, one of the best oysters I've ever had. For main course I had the lobster, it was cooked to perfection and the sauce was a delicious creamy sauce. The steak was also delicious would recommend medium/rare will make a difference in taste. The expresso martini was delicious- must have for a cocktail. We ordered all the dessert- my favorite was the chocolate 🍫 😋 😍 A must go for a dinner date or friend gathering.
A spectacular dinner in a truly refined French restaurant. If you’re expecting a bistro or a brasserie style cooking, forget it. This is fine dining that pays homage to classic French cooking and techniques. Since we wanted to share all of the dishes the staff split them when appropriate. We could not pass on trying their seaweed bread and wonderfully creamy butter. The Galantine, with guinea hen and foie gras was a wonderful starter. The roulade was accompanies by gelee and green onions and served with a side of mustard. Next came the super tender Rabbit prepared three ways: roulade, consommé/soup, and daikon w/mustard. To be honest, we found the mustard to be overpowering in the daikon dish. While it certainly gave the dish flavor and a kick that was missing in the first two, far more subtle preparations, it took over and we could not taste the rabbit at all. While the first two dishes were good our favorite, hands down, were the next two: a classic combination of a Ducking with cherries and foie gras and the Filet de boeuf with marrow bone. In both cases, the dishes had a killer sauce and the meat was soft and full of flavor. We closed the meal with Tourtiere with prunes. Made of layers of Phillo dough, butter and sugar, the parcel is layered with prune jam and topped with honey walnuts. Presented table side with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it was served flambé and finished with Armagnac sauce. The service was impeccable and the deco elegant and added to the refined atmosphere.
Wow this place is amazing for French food. The flavor profiles and all truly compliments to the chef. Each dish was truly mind blowing. I would recommend making a reservation as it can get busy especially at night but eating around 6 was very quiet. It started to get busy around 7:30-8
I took my husband to Le Coucou for his birthday, and from the moment we walked in, it felt like we had stepped into another world — elegant, glowing, and just quiet enough to let the moment sink in. The space is stunning — tall ceilings, soft lighting, and a beautifully designed room that somehow feels both grand and intimate. We sat near the open kitchen, and I loved hearing the soft clinks of the pans, the movement of the chefs — no music, no distractions, just this warm, quiet hum of people enjoying something special. It felt… calm. Thoughtful. Romantic in the most grown-up way. Every dish was a little work of art — not flashy, just quietly perfect. Rich, balanced, so French, but also light on its feet. We kept looking at each other and smiling after every bite. The food had that rare quality where you remember how it made you feel — not just how it tasted. Service was graceful and effortless — present when you needed something, invisible when you didn’t. They brought out a small birthday dessert for him, and it felt sincere, not staged. By the end of the night, I realized we hadn’t looked at our phones once. It was just the two of us, good wine, beautiful food, and a restaurant that somehow knew exactly how to hold space for all of that. A night that felt like a deep breath — and one we’ll remember for a long time
Nice atmosphere, getting busier in the evening. For the food, the standout was the rabbit: not so common to find it on a menu, hard to get right, and here executed three different ways, all very well done. That alone made the meal really enjoyable. The rest of the food was solid and well executed and the service was excellent. We had a great evening with my kids. Highly recommended!
Such an incredible evening at Le Coucou! We celebrated our anniversary with a beautiful set menu, amazing drinks, champagne and dessert. I can’t say enough about the entire experience, the ambiance, food and service. I have seen others post about the cost, but I honestly don’t think there is a respect for this level of service, attention to detail and five star service. We have dined several times here and it is worth every penny. So if you’re looking for an amazing experience, food and service - you must visit when in NYC.
This was my first fine dining experience on abroad. It was great. We ordered A Very Coucou Lunch. It includes 3 courses + dessert. My favourite dish was the dessert. Bana au rhum. Bar noir en souvenir de la Plaka was great too. You should definitely order them. Atmosphere was great. It's like you are in a fancy Hollywood movie :D
We had an amazing experience at Le Coucou, where we went to celebrate our anniversary. Everything about the evening was exceptional. The service was flawless, and the ambiance was elegant yet warm. It’s truly one of the best examples of classic French cuisine in New York. The appetizers were very well done, and I especially appreciated their extensive wine list and the sommelier’s thoughtful recommendations. For my main course, I had the filet de bœuf—a prime beef filet with marrow bone, mashed potatoes, and sauce chateaubriand—which was outstanding. We also tried the halibut, and it was cooked perfectly, with sauces that really elevated the dish. For dessert, we chose the Marjolaine, which was incredibly delicious, and also tried the crème brûlée, the day’s special. It was excellent and surprisingly generous in portion size—something you don’t usually see at a Michelin-starred restaurant. We would definitely come back. A perfect place for a special celebration.
Came here for a lunch after getting married at City Hall. The food and the service was absolutely fantastic. It was a perfect pairing of friendly, knowledgeable staff and attention to detail on all the dishes. Everything was delicious, so just share what you like and get tips from your server. We were taken care of by Paulo, who made us feel extra special on our special day!
We had a nice dinner at Le CouCou. The staff was attentive throughout and clearly knows how to take care of guests. Really appreciated that they put together an off-menu vegetarian option without any fuss and it felt thoughtful and well executed. Wine list had good depth and they were helpful with recommendations. It is an overall well-run spot with good food and service.
Le Coucou is an exceptional dining experience. The food is absolutely outstanding—refined, perfectly executed, and full of flavor. Every dish feels thoughtfully crafted. What truly sets it apart, though, is the service: attentive, professional, and warm without being intrusive. Easily one of the best services in New York. A must-visit for anyone looking for top-tier French cuisine.
Went there for the 2 set lunch menu. It was delicious and the place was so cozy and pretty. We also ordered Baba au rhum and it was great as well
had the best experience here for my 21st birthday! the service, food and drinks were all top notch, and our server was incredibly helpful with dessert recommendations for the most aesthetically pleasing birthday cake :) i initially chose this place for the foie gras, but every dish was perfect!
The fish was phenomenal. Definitely get the steak with bone marrow too. The duck was very good. We shared everything between two so the photos we took are half portions of the original dish.
Service was magnifique! Tasting menu is delicious, we came for lunch and got some cocktails too. We hope to come back and try the dinner menu. A beautifully decorated restaurant, not stuffy and felt really cozy inside!
The best birthday lunch a girl could ask for! The food was absolutely outstanding; fresh, unique, and delightful. The only thing that could possibly top it was the five star service by Ryan and his entire team — amazing recommendations for food and wine, impeccable service, and so many delightful surprises throughout to celebrate my birthday lunch to myself. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a one of a kind dining experimented in the city
Expensive but personable, I came alone but was welcomed by the company of the sommelier, Quincy. The halibut and chicken patty with foie gras were excellent, as were the wine pairings. Should’ve noted the wine names Finished with delectable chocolate cake god i’d go back just for the cake! Need to try the veal sweetbread next time
I celebrated my birthday at Le Coucou and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. The service was excellent — attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. The atmosphere is elegant, warm, and inviting, making it a perfect place for a celebration or a special night out. Overall, a fantastic restaurant with great food, great service, and a lovely ambiance. Highly recommend.✨👌
Came here for my partners birthday celebration and it was a hit ! First off, you’re greeted with lovely staff where you check in and they do have coat check. You wait patiently with some nice seating beside their beautiful entrance bar. We took our seats in the inner dining area and loved the open kitchen concept. You can see the chefs/team preparing your food as well as hear them too. We decided to split everything we ordered and they did such an awesome job serving us with our own dishes for each ordered enter (hence why the portion looks smaller). One of my favorite parts was the servers left the sauce pan on the side for us especially with the Ris de veau à l'estragon. That sauce was my favorite and would have scrapped it with the bread if given another chance. Lastly, if I were to order a dish over again… it would have to be the Ris de veau à l'estragon or the Canette à l'orange. I believe that my partner enjoyed the side pan they left for us. Please see photos and videos for more context on our orders !
Le Coucou is special. The food is rich, classic, and perfectly done without feeling over the top. Every dish feels thoughtful, from the sauces to the presentation. The room is beautiful but still comfortable, and the service is calm and confident. It’s the kind of place you go for a real dining experience, not just a meal. Worth it.
This is probably my favourite restaurant in New York. The food is always delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is amazing. You must try the tartare with caviar and the crème brûlée. Our sommelier was simply magical! I haven't had such amazing wine in a long time! This was my second visit, and I will definitely be back.
One of the best restaurants in NYC. The food is just amazing. Every dish is the best thing you have ever had (or at least this week if you eat at Michelin Starred restaurants every week). The maniacs in the kitchen (you hear them yell "Ouii" after every order is read by the Sou Chef as you eat) are incredibly talented and have attention to detail that would normally be considered a problem. The service is excellent as well. Everything was properly paced, and all the service was smooth and unobtrusive (unfortunately for wait staff, if you can't remember them even being there they did their job at the highest level). I've been here for lunch and dinner and both were occasions I won't forget.
Le Coucou has been on my list for what feels like forever, and I’m so happy we finally made it in to experience it. From the moment we sat down, it was clear why this spot has the reputation it does. The menu, while reading as incredibly exotic and uniquely curated, reveals so many thoughtful intricacies once the dishes actually arrive. Each plate feels like a quiet little masterpiece! Bold in flavor and elegant in technique! We decided to lean into our server’s recommendations, and happy we did! Every single dish was truly mouthwatering in its own way. We started with the eggplant, then came the sliced tuna, perfectly seasoned and impossibly fresh, with a silky texture that practically melted the moment it touched your tongue. The fish dish with the buttery mousse was to die for, one of those plates you already start craving again halfway through eating it. Beyond the food, the entire experience felt intentional and intimate, from the knowledgeable service to the way each dish was delivered with just enough context to make you appreciate the craftsmanship behind it Safe to say Le Coucou fully lived up to the hype fand then some!!)
Everything was perfect — the food, the service… well, except for the bill. They took their time bringing it, but hey, no complaints 🤣 The veal stew mid-course was absolutely heavenly, and the veal chops were truly to die for. The open kitchen was a masterpiece on its own — no smell, just chefs working like artists driven by pure passion.
We had an amazing time at Le Coucou. The whole experience felt incredibly romantic, especially with the candlelit atmosphere and the beautiful open-kitchen concept. The room itself was stunning and set the perfect tone for the night. The drinks were amazing. We weren’t impressed with the tuna or lobster, but the monkfish was definitely interesting and unique. The bone marrow and steak were absolutely life-changing. The veal chop was also very good. Dessert was a highlight. We loved that they offered cheese to finish, and the crème brûlée paired with the passionfruit sorbet was the perfect ending. Overall, a beautiful experience and a place we’d definitely return to.
New favorite, Had a 7:30 p.m. reservation to meet a friend — and while the food was fantastic, the real joy was catching up over a beautiful meal in a stunning room. We started with gin & tonics — cold, balanced, no fuss. Then came a series of dishes that show why Le Coucou earns its reputation: • Veal sweetbreads with tarragon cream and maitake mushrooms were rich, crisp-edged, perfectly executed. • Buckwheat-fried monkfish with cucumber and curry vinaigrette: incredible texture and flavor contrast — crunchy, tender, bright. • Halibut with beurre blanc and fermented daikon was subtle and elegant, with that perfect hit of acid. • The kitchen surprised us with an off-menu bay scallop (callo de acha) — delicate and fresh. • Dessert was the Vacherin aux fruits exotiques — passionfruit and mango sorbet, coconut cream, crisp meringue — like a tropical cloud to end the night. Service was warm, attentive, and perfectly timed. The room felt alive but never loud. Every detail, from the plating to the pace, allowed us to focus on what mattered: reconnecting. This wasn’t just a meal — it was a setting for conversation, memory, and presence. And that’s what great restaurants are supposed to be.
My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and loved the experience. The restaurant was beautiful and everyone working there was very kind and professional. The food was also delicious! You need to schedule your reservation a few days in advance because this spot books up especially for weekend reservations
You’re gonna love this place! It’s an elegant French restaurant with a full menu of incredible food and wines — perfect for a romantic date or a special celebration. I started with the Thon à l’Espelette, a tuna appetizer that was absolutely amazing. For the main course, we had the Filet de Bœuf — insanely delicious, tender meat served with creamy mashed potatoes and bone marrow. We also tried the Agneau Printanier, which comes with lamb chops and a small pot of slow-cooked lamb — juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. For drinks, I went with a non-alcoholic cider (Longe Cider) — refreshing and fantastic. Prices are fair for the quality and experience — not cheap, but if you appreciate top-notch food and fine dining, this place is totally worth it.
This was the BEST dining experience I have had in a long time. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and everyone from the hostess to the waitress to the support staff were wishing us a Happy Anniversary and making sure we were comfortable throughout the night. The service was impeccable, our waitress was attentive, and the whole dinner ran smoothly. The most impressive thing that I took away from this experience was the fact that the kitchen went above and beyond to give us a crème brûlée for our dessert to celebrate our anniversary, since due to my food allergies, I could not eat other desserts that were on the menu. The food was amazing and we will be returning 100%.
Excellent Atmosphere and Hospitality. Food quality was excellent, as always. Our server Paolo was very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu, as well as the wine recommendations. We had the Yellowfin Tuna, Morrells, Lobster and Filet. All 5/5 choices. Deserts was phenomenal. A true experience, not just a dinner. We had a 10:45 reservation but arrived at 9 and were seated very promptly.
My boyfriend took me to dinner at Le Coucou for our anniversary, as he knew it has been on my list for a long time. TLDR; We were both blown away by the whole experience at this restaurant! After a lovely greeting, we were given a table with views of the whole place so we could take it all in. Every detail about the design felt intentional and luxurious, and the ambiance was peaceful yet alive - a rare feat in NYC. The staff are beyond wonderful - so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. They also made sure our special occasion felt truly special, not just like another night of the week. Every single staff member we interacted with wished us an emphatic Happy Anniversary :') The food exceeded all expectations and we were so grateful to our waiter for making such perfect recommendations. Every bite was a genuine delight and we left VERY full. I also am never one to say the dessert was the best course... but I will be thinking about that green chartreuse creme brulee for a long long time. I could really go on and on about what a great time we had. I am already plotting my next visit! Thanks Le Coucou <3
Celebrated my birthday here. Everything was phenomenal. Atmosphere is chic and VERY romantic. Me and my husband ordered Galantine de pintade et foie gras à la chartreuse, Filet de bœuf, Homard « bourse et la vie » and Creme Brule. We loved everything. The lobster was one of the best among those that I had in US. I just wish they had escargots served together with baguette as well. Other than that, price matches the performance. Highly recommended!
A Restaurant Worthy of a Second Star ✨ This restaurant is truly a must-visit for everyone—and it has definitely become our favorite. It’s the kind of place you immediately want to return to. First of all, it’s beautiful. The bar at the entrance is perfectly designed and lit, with extraordinary chandeliers and a unique evening charm. The white tablecloths add a festive touch. Second, the teamwork is impeccable—every staff member greets you and is attentive at exactly the right moments. Third, the quality of the products, the techniques, and the ideas behind the dishes are outstanding. Hats off to the chef. Let’s start at the beginning: elegant silver settings, the softest tablecloth, and synchronized service as two waiters place dishes in unison. Crumbs are cleared instantly. Each couple is served their own basket of handmade sourdough bread and individual butter. Highlights of the evening included: • Tuna tartare — exquisite. • Lobster with onion — delightful. • Pike mousse — meltingly tender. • Buckwheat fried monkfish — clever, with both crispy batter and refreshing cucumber. We shared the grilled black bass and the duck with cherries and foie gras, both beautifully plated, so there was no need to stretch across the table. Desserts were a true celebration. Crème brûlée—though not on the menu—was legendary, served with crisp sugar-dusted breadsticks. The rum baba was a do-it-yourself joy: the bun, two types of rum to choose from, pineapple pieces, and whipped cream. The chocolate cake is a must: served with ice cream, and for us, decorated with a “Happy Anniversary” in chocolate—a lovely gesture! We also received madeleines in a basket, along with handmade truffles, meringues, and marmalade as a sweet treat. If anything could be improved, it’s the tea—served in bags of modest quality. But cocktails and wine were highly praised by our friends. Even the details are thoughtful: in the restroom, “Coucou” plays on repeat, and Aesop scrub soap is provided. Everything spotless. Interestingly, there is no music in the dining room itself—we only realized this as we were leaving. We wish you a second Michelin star—and when it comes, we’ll be back to celebrate it with you! Thank you for such a wonderful evening where everything came together perfectly.
We were given this as a gift and were blown away by the experience. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and at first glance let our eyes feast on the beautiful white table cloths with candles under large round chandelier like lights giving the place a warm glow. Our waiter was informative, attentive and funny as he carefully guided us on the multi course meal paired with wine. The sommelier was well educated on each wine and offered suggestions and information about the taste of each and the compliment it would add to each course. The wait staff accompanying each course were efficient and warm. The excitement of what the next course would be was fun anticipation and at first bite - a culinary experience. We ended with a glass of white port and were amazed that 2-1/2 hours had gone by. We definitely wanted it to go on longer but were filled to the brim! For those seeking a Michelin experience with incredible informative service we would highly recommend Le Coucou. This will be the dining experience that we will speak about for a lifetime!

Overall atmosphere was great and all servers and staff were extremely professional. The food did not wow us but for Michelin standards this was reasonably priced. My personal favorite was probably the fried monkfish, nothing else really stood out for the price and hype. The bread was good though 😮💨
Dynamite 3 1/2 hours. Seamus our captain was charming and handsome. Mitchell the som was smooth, his white burgundy suggestions were a touch off the mark for us (wanted fatter wines). Amuse were terrific, oysters and little croquettes. Gallantine tasted as good as it looked, with Chartreuse Geleé. Roasted Foie gras was lost among a plate of greens. Veal Sweetbreads with mushrooms was terrific. My chicken crepinette stuffed with Foie gras was outstanding. All the reduction sauces were outstanding. Bread is excellent. Dinner was only slightly less brilliant. Lobster seemed a little chewy, but my halibut with ginger/ butter sauce melted in my mouth (was a tad over sauced.) Desserts and chocolates were terrific and well presented. Lemon sorbet, vacherin and marjolaine were all delicious. Nice room, could use music.
Beautiful restaurant, candle lit, classic French cuisine. Came with a few friends and opted for the tasting menu. Overall, well executed, though some of the dishes were just a bit bland. Service, while mostly attentive, felt robotic. Mostly, the pacing was a bit off - long pauses between dishes, then dessert felt rushed towards the end. Hosts could have been a bit more welcoming. Expected better.
We came here to celebrate our anniversary and had a great time! The services was impeccable, all the staff were friendly and courteous. The restaurant itself is beautiful, but unfortunately we were not really able to enjoy the ambiance because we were tucked in the back facing the open kitchen. The food itself was very flavorful and true to French cuisine: rich and indulging. Yum! Overall, it was a great diner but we paid $400+ for 2 people and I personally think that was too expensive for what we got.
The food was good, but not outstanding. The leek was fresh and the hazelnut paired well with its flavor. The filet de boeuf was good, particularly with the bone marrow mousse. Tout le Lapin is the house specialty and didn't disappoint. The hazelnut entreme wasn't great; the hazelnut overpowered the rest of the flavors. The creme brule was huge, but the green infusion made it less tasty than it would have been without it (my wife disagrees and liked the infusion). The service was excellent!
A very pretty restaurant with open kitchen and food makes for a memorable dining experience for a romantic date night or sharing a meal with good friends.

I am really conflicted because I wanted to enjoy this place but I got food sickness. The presentation of the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is great, perfect for a date night. I was so disappointed with the quality and flavor of the seafood dishes, but the rabbit was really good and the desserts hit the right spot. I probably won’t revisit, there are better options for the high price point.
Food: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Had high hopes for the duck and rabbit before coming here due to all the good reviews. But after visit, I'd probably not come again given the service and the food which are both below expectations. Ordered the squid, rabbit, and the duck entrees. It's good portion for 2 people. We didn't go for the "A Very Coucou Dinner" option as our waiter told us the entree option is a mystery. I like how they prepare the proteins in various ways and you get to taste different combinations of flavors with each entree. However, most of the dishes tend to get too salty and the sauce is too thick. The dessert is too dense and very sweet. In addition, the service can improve as the waiter was not very attentive and did not give very thorough introduction of the dishes compared to other Michelin star restaurants.
The service was of course stellar and beyond any expectations. People are nice and really take care of you and your experience there. The food, this time for me at least, was disappointing (and the friends I went with felt somewhat the same). The foie gras was undercooked in my opinion. Maybe it should have been that way but it’s different from any other foie gras I had growing up in France. The quenelle was excellent though. Soooo good. I felt like I was in Lyon again. The duck breast was also good. The desserts were disappointing though. The Marjolaine, barely tasted chocolate, the dacquoise biscuit was average, but more importantly, no hazelnut flavor. I ordered it because of that, but it was tasteless other than the sweetness. The chocolate tarte: the chocolate cream was creamy enough, but again no chocolate flavor at all. It was all sugary. Just no chocolate taste at all. The cheesecake chiffon was good though. Light, not too sweet, pleasant to the palate. The madeleines were very dry… The « Royce like » chocolate was very good as expected and the mini macarons as well.
The restaurant is beautiful but the food is overrated. It is very pricey for the quantity. I might be old school but my husband was handed the menu first. We took the 2 courses menu - We got a small amount of fish for a big amount of sauce - and chose to get the cheese plate as we didn’t feel full. The pears in the dessert were too firm and the chocolate cake didn’t taste home made. Very disappointed about the experience overall.
Food: doesn’t really worth the price. The food was underwhelming and mediocre —dishes looked fancy but lacked depth of flavor. The duck breast, in particular, was dry and bland, with a sauce (and cherry?) that didn’t help. I would say there are so many better options in NY for a French cuisine Service: While one male server was friendly and accommodating, another staff member was unreasonably strict—even stopping us from taking a quick photo at an empty table, which we had previously been told was fine. The inconsistent treatment and lack of warmth toward our table made the experience feel unwelcoming. Despite celebrating a birthday, we received no special gesture—not even a small dessert—while other restaurants we’ve visited offered much more (also, according to a few of my friends they experienced racism when they visited this restaurant)
Overall a great time but something that didn’t click for us early in the meal lowered our score and our overall recollection of the experience — let me explain. Everything started marvelously. Beautiful setting, open kitchen with tall French chef hats, impeccable and attentive service (exceptional service). for some context, we had initially come because we were visiting from Los Angeles and I had a hankering for French cuisine (which is sparse in LA). Le Coucou’s Michelin star was an enticing proposition, along with their Beef Tartare topped with Caviar. From most angles this places would rank highly: Ambiance: 5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Drinks and Wine: 5/5 Desserts: 5/5 Main Courses: 4.5/5 It was the earlier parts of our dining selection that were confusing to us. The starters and the gourmandises were just not “our taste”. 1/5 Starting with the bread service — yum. Delicious fluffy warm sourdough. Then we moved to the Beef Tartar and the Leeks… the leeks were exceptional, very well prepared and presented. The beef tartar was well presented but we both found that while pleasing to look at, texturally not muchdynamism, and very salty. Because no shallots or textural contrast it was “rich / creamy” on top of “rich / creamy”. This was a theme for half of our time eating… truly unfortunate I didn’t like it because I really love beef tartar and the dish was beautiful. The gourmandises were, as Michelin says, “unapologetically French” which — again — is someone’s taste but I guess just not ours. Each dish seemed warm, “rich / chewy / creamy” which starts off the dinner quite heavy. The pike fish mousse with the lobster sauce was really not for us. It reminded me of a jello mold of fish with a very bubbly thick lobster sauce on top. Again, “rich / creamy / chewy”, and we left most on the plate. I was surprised the staff didn’t ask us about it, why we didn’t like it (especially after they recommended it as what the chef is known for) and then the Morilles Farcies dish (I think)… also sat as rich, creamy and chewy. Ultimately both weren’t to our liking. Interestingly, the other gourmandises option would likely have been the same — sweat breads with a thick sauce? Again too much rich, chewy, creamy... I suspected my dislike was possibly my Pacific / Asian palate… maybe I should have ordered the fish crudo / tartare dish they also had on menu (looks good, see other reviewers Google Photos). But my partner is half European and half Latina, and she agrees. For our Mains, we loved the duck served two ways and the sole / fish. So well prepared. Knowing what I know now I would go back — beautiful scene, gorgeous kitchen, great staff, world class wine selection, good bites here and there — I would just would avoid those dishes.
I had dinner here for my Birthday. The staff are good and attentive. The ambiance is excellent. The food however while attempting to be innovative is under seasoned and bland. We had the lobster, rabbit and bass and while the dishes are very very beautifully plated, the taste was underwhelming on all of them. It was a disappointing food experience overall

Le CouCou is a chic vibe, no denying that. I went here on a date and it was romantic. Their wine list is almost obnoxious as it's packed with countless bottles 1k and up with some as high as 12k+. …
I’m giving 2 stars only for the atmosphere. The food and drinks were disappointing. The desserts looked beautiful overall, but the strawberry dish was a letdown - the berries were not fresh, one was even starting to rot, which ruined the impression. This should not happen in a restaurant of this level.
Looks better than it tasted. Not much flavor, food was cold. Bread was cold. Only enjoyed the pudding bc it was hot and soft. Appetizer was a hard piece of toast, not sure what it was. Everything was decorative and cute but when eaten, become disappointed. Required to dress up. For that price and expectation, it’s a no for us. Different servers kept bothering us asking if we were done. Atmosphere was loud and bright although fancy looking.
My husband and I went with a lot of anticipation to Le Coucou. The atmosphere is excellent. We were excited but it went downhill from there. The service felt half hearted - the people serving and presenting the food did so with indifference and no attentiveness. Smiles and warmth were lacking, the finished food was cleared after a long time, the table was not cleaned in between courses. The quality of some of the food was excellent including the dessert, some not so much - especially the fish my husband chose which was rubbery. Since service for us is paramount, having eaten at several Michelin star restaurants in Manhattan and around the world, this felt not worth it and not a repeat.
Today We had a lunch at the restaurant and i was very disappointed with the food . I love French cuisine and French restaurants are my favorite places to go, but this place was very big mistake to go. First appetizer We order Beef tartar ( looked great ) but the tase was super wired and salty , plain , no taste just salt and fake caviar on the top. The Chef need to visit France and try real beef Tarta Second appetizer was Glazed eggplant, this was great , The main course we order beef steak and Bass fish. (Fish was like a soup with two tinny like a string beans pieces of fish also 3 mussels and one little reddish split on two) no taste, nothing to eat , plus fish was under cooked, i thought i will not make at home as my stomach was upset after eating the fish. Now about the beef steak ( stake had no taste at all just sweet /source Sause on the top , ) , French fries was burned it was impossible to eat because it was so bitter) , after bad experience with appetizer and main dish we were afraid to order dessert . so cannot say anything about that. Lunch was spoiled. Also 2 appetizers and two kids size main course ,will cost you 350$ . This place way overpriced for the food they serve. There much better placed in the city you can go and enjoy real French food . i Will definitely not recommend to any one this place, Very disappointed with the food
Located in SoHo, Le Coucou carries significant prestige and social media hype, bolstered by its Michelin-star status. Expectations were naturally high. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not align with that reputation. 🦴 The Os à Moelle (Roasted Bone Marrow) felt overwhelmingly rich and greasy, with the fat overpowering any nuanced flavor. After a few bites, it became difficult to continue. 🐟 The Quenelle de brochet, sauce américaine (Pike Quenelle with American/Lobster Sauce 🐟🦞) was the most memorable dish of the evening — though not in a positive way. The texture was extremely soft and mousse-like, and the combined intensity of the fish purée and shellfish-based sauce resulted in a pronounced seafood aroma. For diners unaccustomed to traditional French quenelle preparations, the flavor profile can feel quite heavy and overly fish-forward. Overall, nearly every course fell short of expectations, creating a noticeable gap between the restaurant’s acclaim and the actual execution. While the service staff were polite and professional, the pacing of the meal was considerably slow ⏳, which further affected the overall dining experience. Considering the pricing and reputation, I personally would not return nor recommend it to friends.
