I went to this place where I had the mango bubble tea and jasmine lemon bubble tea. The staff was nice and welcoming and the drink was phenomenal. It was just the atmosphere that was cramped up but other then that it was amazing!

I love all Vivis but I this Vivi location especially! They always do perfect 30% sugar level and they’re super nice. I probably get bubble tea here at least 2x a week. Highly recommend their classic milk black bubble tea + the passion fruit green tea w boba (both 30% sugar is my preference). $10 card minimum

This is the best Vivi so far out of 4 that we have been to. They are franchises so each one runs a bit differently. They are super nice, cook the popcorn chicken SO right (and made to order so expect to wait) and their boba is always consistent. They are fast even w the afternoon/aftee school rush. Our faves are mango slush w boba, oreo slush, milk tea and of course the garlic popcorn chicken (you'll have garlic breath lol).

Newly Fresh Gem! The workers were Soo freaking sweet, helpful with answering my questions. Gave me recommendations. The atmosphere in there is like a photo booth walk through in my opinion. Very fun and lite.

Uncrowded Vivi's location. No seating, very hole a wall type feel. They also have food like ramen and dumplings which i didn't get though Im not sure how u would eat that since I did not see seating when I went. They had some sort of deal going on where if u buy dumplings u can get bubble tea for half off or something.

I love getting the original milk tea with boba at any location I go. This location doesn't have fried chicken, just dumplings and beverages. I usually do milk tea with boba but decided to do the Oreo Creme Brulee. It had a lot of oreo in it, but if I would have mixed it all together instead of drinking it as it was, it would have tasted better. Overall, it was pretty good and I would get it again when I feel like treating myself to something sweet.

If you love milk tea and great finger food this is the place to go to. The variety of teas, slushy drinks, and flavored green tea with your choice of condiments for any type of drink is the place to go. You choose your sweet level within your drink (which i feel high level of sweetener isn't needed at all) but it's your choice. You do get your moneys worth and will be filled for sure.

Really friendly owners - the drinks here are so customizable. I love it. When you ask for zero sugar, it truly is zero sugar.

Love the Frozen tea drink from here as well as the mango egg tart. A little on the pricey side but worth the occasional splurge. Will definitely be visiting again!

A great place to get great service and get a cool drink. Try the Mango Slushy. And also the Honeydew 🍈 milk tea with bubbles taste awesome and also cools your body down a bit . If you want something with a bit more sugar try the Brown sugar mile tea

Friendly staff and great tea, but just like the 14th St. location, the boba is a little too dense for my taste. I am not sure if that's how it was on just that particular day, but I have tried bubble tea in other places and the softer boba is preferred by me a little more. All in all, though, I would definitely recommend walking in and getting some delicious drinks if you're in the area!

They stop making Ramen at this location and closed off their back seating area. Which is a shame because this location was the only one I knew out of all their other NY locations where they served CHICKEN Ramen which was actually really great. Very disappointed with these huge changes. But they still serve great tea.

Bubble tea shops are a dime a dozen these days and while Vivi has been one of the early ones in the game, this particular spot is no frills and offers Vivi's extensive menu to those that are already familiar with the franchise. The space is small and is meant to be more of a takeout joint. Non-drink offerings include dumplings and macarons which I personally haven't tried but I'd probably stick to the drinks only.

I used to frequent this location in 2018 because I went to school near this bubble tea shop, however I stopped going there for one reason: more often than not I would find an eyelash hair halfway through my drink. This has not happened once, but TWICE. I refuse to go back to such an establishment that has hair in their drinks. Disgusting.

I enjoy ViVis in general, but this location had a checked-out staff and despite me asking, my drink was far far far too sweet.

So honestly I’m not the type to do reviews as a matter of fact this is my first one…. But BEWARE the slush Oreo that I had was absolutely tasteless!!!!!! It was as if I was drinking water and milk slushed ! they need to do better. RESPECTFULLY

I ordered a matcha bubble tea with bean paste, but it wasn't a paste at all - I'm pretty sure they just put canned beans in the bottom of the cup. The seating in the back has cute decor and is cozy. ok pricing but they are extremely rude. If your drink is 3.75 they will literally take every penny out of you. they also serve white and asian customers first than any other race which is discriminate. they didn't serve me once because i didn't have 5 cents.. 5 CENTS!!! and i give them $3-5 tips half of the time😡. its good to get a quick drink but they are really about business..

Not great. Ordered a Japanese Matcha Organic Milk Tea. They used Lactaid milk (not organic). The drink was lukewarm even though it was ordered with “regular ice” and after I took my first sip I asked to confirm that there was indeed ice in it and he told me yes regular ice. The bobas were mushy as hell. Some guy out on the street must have seen my face when I took another sip because he asked me how my bubble tea was and I replied “not great”. He offered to take it off my hands for a McDonald’s apple pie so it wasn’t a total fail. Would not go back after this experience.

The AC might have just been broken the day I visited, but it was sweltering and hotter inside than outside. The building is pretty unclean as well. The brown sugar milk tea was super watered down- no flavor. The mango green tea was sour and really artificial tasting. Lastly, the boba in both was mushy on the outside but hard in the inside which was really disgusting. Don't really recommend this place- there's a kungfu tea and gongcha nearby thats probably worth the walk if you're craving boba.

There price for bubble tea is Robbery, 6 dollars for 16oz.that is robbery. There prices are ridiculously high.

Just got my order of bubble tea. Ordered 2 coconut milk tea and they gave me taro. Told them it wasn’t what I ordered and they forced me to take it. Wasted $16 for no reason. They were rude too and had a problem when I tried to return.

I always go here but this time there was a fricken bug in my bubble tea. I’m not every joking. I got a green bubble milk tea and there was a disgusting bug in it. Never drinking there again.

Rude stuff, asked for a manager to talk about the debit card minimum issue and cashier told me he is not available and it’s impossible to reach him . Didn’t take my order because they have a $10 card minimum which is illegal in NY and didn’t do anything to help me with my issue, just left the register and wouldn’t even talk to me.

At first I didn't want to write a review, but I thought about it and said maybe others have went through a similar situation. My family and I went to purchase 5 Bubble teas. while ordering a lady came in and was close to us. The capacity clearly states 3 person limit in the store with mask. So I told the lady whom was taking the order to ask the other lady to wait until we were done and of course because it is a pandemic and there was obviously no social distance practice. Instead of asking the lady to wait outside until her turn. She said to us we should hurry up and make our order then wait outside. Why should we do that and we waited patiently like the other customers before us. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention she stated she can't wait outside it's too cold( the temp was in the 50's) and also skip a lady whom was outside before her. So since we realized she wanted to make "special privileges" for the privilege. We left and refuse to patronize a store that doesn't treat ALL CUSTOMERS EQUALLY. I don't recommend it at all.

Got a matcha bubble tea with boba and asked for 50% sugar because literally every other bubble tea place I’ve been to if you ask for 100% sugar the drink is so sweet you can’t drink it. I mixed it around and everything and there’s absolutely no flavor no sugar at all. I have to go back in and ask the lady to put more sugar and when she handed it back to be and I tried it it STILL didn’t taste like anything and had no sugar. Bland tasteless drinks. Don’t go here.

Bad attitude from cashier, not friendly and poor customer service. It wasnt busy either, just one other person in store. Required $10 purchase for credit card otherwise cash but didnt wash her hands to make the boba drink AFTER handling my cash.

I had a terrible experience with the lady there. She purposefully overcharged me as much as she could and did not even deny it. The first thing that I was asked upon walking in was if I had been there before. I said no. I then say I want a coconut boba. She does not ask the size I wanted but put a large into the computer. I was getting a large so I was okay with this. She then asks if I want 2 scoops of boba. I assumed that this would be the normal amount there since I’ve never been asked that at a boba shop. She also does not mention that more boba costs more. I said yes again assuming this was the normal amount. I am with 2 other people who are not ordering or talking at all. She then insistently asks the both of them if they are ordering anything and why they are not ordering anything. After I pay I notice that I paid almost $10 for a drink that was $6.75. I then ask why it costs this much and she then explained that the boba costed more. When I asked why she did not say that before she says she thought I knew when she specifically asked if I had been there before so she was aware that I was not familiar with the menu. Then she proceeds to try to make fake nice small talk with other members of my party when she was silent before being confronted. Overall terrible shop and the drink wasn’t good.
