Posto consigliatissimo! Buon cibo,abbiamo apprezzato la qualità delle materie prime e la dimestichezza del pizzaiolo nella preparazione della buonissima pinsa. La "dottoressa" addetta ai dolci crea dei piatti che non puoi fare a meno di ordinare. Per il resto tutto il personale è gentilissimo, gli ambienti curati e nonostante la quantità di clienti i piatti sono usciti velocemente. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Delizioso ristorantino/pizzeria nel centro di Alberobello. Consiglio a tutti la pinsa: ottimo impasto, buoni ingredienti, cotta a puntino. Attenzione: la pinsa è molto grande dunque da considerare come portata per due. Da provare assolutamente anche il baccalà mantecato servito con cime di rapa a scaglie croccantissime di polenta. Servizio rapido e gentile. Titolare molto cortese e disponibile. Lo consiglio.

In the middle of the narrow street there is this great restaurant, cozy, romantic with excellent service and delicious food, we tried the Pinsa Alici and La 4 formaggi, matching with a white (Bianco” wine Antica Enotria - Bianco, really Unforgettable!

We were looking for a bite quite late in the night and so we searched Google. This place sounded good by reviews so we gave it a go and we didn't regret it. The atmosphere was very nice and we were accommodates without booking despite the restaurant being quite busy. We ordered three pinzas between four of us and we could barely finish it. Two would have been enough but we took what was left back home. Pinzas were delicious and the dough very light and tasty. There was an option to have the pizzas on brown dough but we opted for a classic ones. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This is my 2nd time in this restaurant after 2 years, I must say it my top 1st restaurant at Alberobello, the food is just so delicious, the staff is very friendly and will always recommend you the best ( to no order to much food ) If you have the chance to have dinner with them, order a Pinse ( half half ) it's very big + pasta Calamarata, it's a dream food and for dessert the semifreddo di figgi & almonds. I will definitely go back on my next visit 💛

Very nice atmosphere with pleasant music. The service was very good! Friendly and quick. We were confused by the menu at first, but the prices are for full pizzas and if you order 1 each they give you 2 half pizzas that are still big enough. We paid 50 euro for water, 2 cocktails, 2 pizzas and 1 dessert! tnx

EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS! The 3 of us took 3 different starters, 3 different main dish and 3 different desserts and they were all AMAZING! I recommande 100% ! Keep in mind to come as soon as it opens because it gets full in a matter of minutes.

Cura e attenzione alle materie prime. Piatti presentati con cura. Ambiente curato e gradevole. Personale cortese. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo preso due antipasti, veramente ben realizzati, ed una pinsa con un impasto veramente eccezionale e condimenti bilanciati. Consigliato; attenzione al resto del menù, di ottimo livello ma non economico. Locale consigliato, a ragione, da Birre Slow Food.

Ero carico di endorfine per altro, ma l'esperienza è stata certamente superlativa. Antipasti, primi e secondi OTTIMI. Polpo con purè e cicorie ottimo sia per la freschezza che per il bilanciamento. Cialledda un po' troppo rivisitata e tanto distante da quella tradizionale: buona ma piuttosto cambierei il nome del piatto perché nn lo merita. Orecchiette ai tre pomodori "clamorosi" (cit.). Strascinati con cardoncelli e salsiccia veramente ben preparati (anche se fuori stagione). Fusillone da fare rigirare gli occhi: "ma che roba è?" (Cit.) Lunga vita ad Ivano e al suo team! Ottima la pinsa romana in questo bel ristorante situato nel borgo antico di Alberobello a due passi dalla zona dei trulli. Ingredienti di prima qualità su un impasto leggero e digeribile grazie alla alta idratazione e la lunga lievitazione. Buoni anche i primi piatti, dessert invece deludenti soprattutto la millefoglie con creme senza sapore.

Abbiamo cenato da Il Guercio di Puglia. Siamo arrivati senza prenotare e per fortuna c'era un tavolo da due libero. Il posto molto accogliente e da come correvano camerieri anche molto frequentato. Per cominciare ho preso antipasto classico crudo, melone e mozzarella di bufala è proprio mi soffermo su questo piatto perché avrei da dire una cosa. La mozzarella non era fresca, secondo me l'hanno tagliata e lasciata fuori all'aria per quello era poco succosa e appetitosa, se posso consigliare al ristorante la cosa migliore sarebbe che sostituiscono la mozzarella con la piccola burrata così da classico piatto "campano" o classico antipasto italiano diventa più pugliese. Per il resto niente da dire, tutto perfetto. Servizio, personale, locale il desert tutto alla grande. Grazie per l'esperienza. PS. Il forno per le pizze elettrico.

Posto informale e accogliente, personale gentilissimo e soprattutto cibo ottimo. Abbiamo preso un tagliere di formaggi, due burratine e una pinsa in due. Peccato solo per il tagliere di formaggi (poco interessanti e insapore). La pinsa era eccezionale, sia come impasto che come farcitura.

Il locale è uno dei pochi posti - su Alberobello - che offre un buon servizio anche in assenza di prenotazione. Lo spazio, sia interno che esterno, non è molto grande ma ben curato, come anche il servizio ai tavoli; il personale è disponibile, cortese ed efficiente. L'offerta gastronomica è originale, sebbene non così ampia in termini quantitativi; in compenso la qualità delle materie prime e delle preparazioni è di livello medio/alto. Ottime le pinse, come pure la selezione di amari da sorseggiare a fine pasto. I prezzi sono generalmente buoni in rapporto alla qualità di cibo e servizio, ma risentono dell'influenza turistica, come in tanti altri locali della zona. Nel complesso, comunque, un locale sicuramente consigliabile.

Lovely restaurant. Nice decor. Full of locals which was promising. Pleasant and helpful servers but when the restaurant become busier they were distracted. It was nice to see a different variety of vegetarian options on the menu. However, I wouldn't say they were the tastiest. The food may be much better for non-vegetarians.

We came without a reservation and got a table for two (in low season). We had the octopus as an antipasti. It came with mashed potatoes and was extremely delicious. The price is a little on the high side, but it was worth it. On our second visit, we would try the cold cuts platter with local meat and cheese, which looked pretty amazing. As a second course, we ordered the large (600 g) pinsa for two. One half with tomato/mozarella/basil pesto and the second half with prosciutto or Parma ham and a milky sauce. Both halves had an excellent flavour. Delicious. The dough was soft and the crust crispy. Plenty of salt in the dough, as it should be. So far the best pinsa I've eaten in Puglia! If you like pinsa, this is an absolute MUST. The service was very nice and helpful, especially with the selection. We didn't realise that you could choose two toppings for the pinsa.

This was, hands down, the slowest and most disorganized restaurant staff I’ve ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no one was really in charge. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged. The staff seemed confused, overwhelmed, and completely out of sync with each other. It felt like chaos from start to finish. Would not recommend if you value your time or basic service standards. Food was okay, nothing special.
