Excellent burger joint in Torrejón de Ardoz! You can't imagine how happy I was after my visit. They use delicious aged beef, one of the best buns on the market today, and combine ingredients in very interesting ways. They have a wide variety of burgers, including some special ones every month. I started with their pizza-flavored tequeños and I found the mango habanero sauce that accompanies them to be incredible. From their burgers, I tried the salvaje and the bichota; I loved both, and the meat was perfectly cooked, just the way I wanted it. For the smashburger, I tried the bacon one, and their smash technique was magnificent. For dessert, you can't miss their traditional cheesecake, and especially the lotus one, which is finger-licking good. I have to highlight the eagerness of the staff at this place to learn. They transmit a passion for the world of burgers and deserve the best. There's nothing better than constantly learning and evolving.

The place is cozy and has a very spacious terrace. It's best to make a reservation just in case. The food was very good, the portions are generous, and it's not expensive. Parking is easy, either nearby or in the surrounding area. The service was also excellent; they were attentive at all times.

A VERY GOOD place to eat. To start, they serve you some delicious tortilla pinchos. It was homemade tortilla, and that's how it was delicious. Then we ordered a starter and a burger each. My partner's was an XXL burger, and mine was a two-steak smash burger. I ordered mine to go because I left half of it. Everything was delicious, but the starter was already more than full. We'll be back.

The location is great, the decor is beautiful, and the service is perfect. Our drinks and appetizers were delivered right away. The food took a little longer, but not too long. The burgers were delicious and plentiful. The sandwiches are also huge and of great quality. We'll be back and highly recommended! Both the manager and staff are very pleasant and friendly. Make an appointment before going because it gets quite busy.

La hamburguesa Valkiria de su Food Truck muy buena la carne de chuletón, pero la salsa y el queso no me llegaron a convencer del todo. Un notable alto. Buen servicio.

We went to celebrate a bachelor party and reserved a table outside. The service was a little slow, but considering there were quite a few of us, that's to be expected, and the burgers were very good!

We were recommended to try the burgers, and they were all delicious. We ordered the bacon smash, the Bichota, and the Bellaca. The fries were frozen. They would be much better with homemade fries. The meat was perfectly cooked and flavorful. We also ordered the combo of appetizers, which, however, we didn't particularly like because it was a mix of frozen fried items that seemed a bit disjointed. The burgers, though, were fantastic; we'll definitely be back. We got a table on the terrace and had booked in advance, although at least on the day we went, there didn't seem to be any problem with space.

Everything was so good! We ordered the smash bacon and the smash Brooklyn, and both were delicious, so flavorful, and the bread was excellent. The cake is super big and delicious. It would be a great idea if you could order just half because it's so filling :) We also ordered the Oreo cheesecake for dessert, which was delicious. 100% recommended, don't hesitate to try it.

The food was delicious. We were a group of 8 people. We made a reservation and had no problems at all. The food was very good. We ordered a starter and burgers. They were delicious. My burger was quite raw inside, but I don't like my meat undercooked. I like it well-done. They didn't ask, and mine came that way. My friends' burgers were all well-done. But I told them, and they cooked it a little more. It wasn't completely cooked, but the meat was very thick, and it's normal for it to be undercooked. We also ordered pancakes and brownies. I'm not really into sweets. The brownie was better than the pancakes. The service was very good, from the moment we walked in until we left.

Was my first and I enjoyed their hamburger

Expectativas demasiado altas. Pedimos una ración de patatas, muy abundante pero estaba saladisima... Hamburguesas que prometen ser Smash pero no lo son, simplemente es carne aplastada como puede verse en la foto. Pedimos una de beicon, el cual estaba algo chamuscado y daba el sabor al resto de la hamburguesa. Supuestamente tenía mayonesa de beicon, pero no tenía sabor. La otra que pedimos tenía sabor excesivo a mostaza y pepinillo que no dejaba saborear la carne. El pan estaba perfecto y fresco. De postre una cheesecake de oreo, de sabor buena, pero esperábamos algo más cremoso, estaba demasiado compacta. El precio es similar a otros lugares de hamburguesas. Quedamos algo decepcionados dadas las buenas críticas y resto de reseñas, sin más. El servicio fue bueno y rápido.

Tras mi reseña de hace 5 años me veo en la obligación de modificarla: Es un local que hacía hamburguesas caseras a precios muy razonables y se ha querido subir al carro de las burgers gourmet, sin conseguirlo en absoluto. Comida: tienen una extensa carta de burgers con diferentes tipos de carne y vegetariana, incluyendo burgers XL. Ofrecen, supuesta, carne madurada de 45 días. No note los matices en ninguna de las burgers que probé. El patty tiene un picado compacto, nada jugoso y poco agradable de comer. Abusan de productos como la cebolla frita comprada Dicen servir el bacon crujiente, hecho por ellos mismos, así me lo transmitió el camarero cuando se lo pregunté. Juzgar por vosotros mismos en las fotos que subo el crujiente que tenía. Todas las burgers acompañadas de patatas caseras, fritas en aceite que sabe a de todo. Los nachos: ración grande pero de totopos de bolsa, no tenían guacamole, ni pico de gallo ni nata agria. El queso era salsa de bote. Prescindibles. Tequeños: buenos, a elegir una salsa: guacamole (no era casero y poco aguacate tenía, eso sí, verde era). Y una de mango con habanero. Si pides las dos te cobran 0,6 €. Ojo! Ración escasa de salsa, pero te la cobran. Incluso en una cuenta de más de 300€. Postres: las tartas de queso están buenas, son estilo NY, con una buena base de galleta. Servicio: deja mucho que desear. Reservamos para 9 personas y al final fuimos 11. Teniendo una de las dos terrazas completamente vacías y con mesas y sillas apiladas, el camarero nos dijo que no sabía si iba a poder ponernos dos sillas. Nada más sentarnos, nos dejaron claro que cerraban a las 17 horas. A la hora de pedir los entrantes, la camarera no es capaz de decirnos que los tequeños no son suficientes para los 11. Tenemos que percibirlo cuando nos llega la ración. No me gustaría que sonase como una crítica destructiva. Pero creo que, como profesionales, deberían ser éticos y preguntarse si el producto que ofrecen está ajustado a los precios que cobran. Estando la Demo prácticamente al lado, tengo muy claro donde iría. Concluyendo: era un sitio habitual para nosotros, incluso en pedidos a domicilio. Actualmente, no repetiría.
