I'm not usually drawn to pizza from fast-food restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Extravagazza pizza was very good, my 10s. P.S.: The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The establishment is very dirty. The restroom isn't clean. The air conditioning isn't adequate. Papers are scattered on the floor. The floor is sticky in the refreshment service area.

After waiting twice for my order because the pizza came without extra sauce, the second pizza comes exactly the same!!! No extra sauce!!! I've never had such thin crust at Domino's...an American sees this and laughs.

Estaba de vacaciones por Madrid: !!!! Pizza cruda después de una hora, se hizo también un pedido de alitas de pollo pero las alitas de pollo nunca llegaron, Que pena porque fui gerente de dominós por mucho años en Rep. Dominicana y todo el proceso es igual y con los mimos estándares de calidad!!!! Nuca más esta pizzería de España en Alcorcón.

No vengais los lunes por lo menos a las 19:00 mas omenos, el chico que atendia estaba con su novia A tenido una actitud un poco desagradable y poco cortes Por la comida todo bien, o al menos normal Sin duda repetiría en otro horario, un cordial saludo 🫂

It was awful. There were six of us for a "food and drinks" place where only four of us were eating because the other two had already eaten dinner, and instead of letting them stay, the restaurant forced us to pay or leave.

My family and I went to eat there, the pizza was so badly made it was inedible, the Aquarius was just water, the tables were dirty... I'm really sorry because we love this place but it wasn't a very good experience for us.

I hadn't been to a Domino's in years and I can see the quality has gone down a lot. The pizzas are pretty bad and, like everything else these days, the prices have gone up quite a bit.

I HAVE MADE TWO HOME DELIVERY ORDERS ON DIFFERENT DAYS AND WAITING FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR, COLD PIZZA, INGREDIENTS OUT OF THE DOUGH DUE TO THE HURRY, AND RUDE MANAGER, WHEN I ASKED FOR COMPENSATION SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T DO THAT, I REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE PIZZA AND OBVIOUSLY THE DELIVERY MAN DID NOT OBJECT, AND I GAVE HIM AT LEAST 5 EUROS FOR THE TRIP SINCE IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT ACCORDING TO HIM

I placed a pickup order today, Friday, at 3:50 p.m. I arrived on time to pick it up. There was a queue. Normally. I saw my freshly prepared pizza and my name even on the screen. After 10 minutes of patient waiting, watching the pizza cool down and my name disappear with the undelivered pizza, I left empty-handed, but not before seeing four people behind the counter unable to serve me or deliver my pizza. To top it all off, the app showed my order as delivered. Congratulations, you've lost a customer.

Horrible experience, very bad service, there was no ice AND THEY GOT ANGRY WHEN WE ASKED FOR ICE, they didn't give us napkins, very untidy, very bad service, the girl and the guy a little rude, the chicken wings were greenish and smelled bad, the fries were dry and old, the pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza was vinegary In short, ALL BAD I WON'T RETURN

Bad experience and negative reviews. My partner and I ordered the "eat and drink" set, and they refused to give us the crust we'd chosen for our pizzas, even though the offer said to choose between three different crusts. They claimed they didn't have it, even though most of the other diners had it. Of course, since ours was the "cheap" menu, they didn't feel like it. They gave us the final one, which I suppose is the cheapest. I also want to point out that the manager, a blonde with glasses, was very rude and mocked us, making derogatory gestures when we asked for the complaint form. If you read this, you are rude and incompetent. I hope your supervisor takes action.

The worst experience I've ever had at Domino's. Not only did the pizza arrive cold and poorly prepared, but when I complained at the branch, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering a solution, she simply responded rudely and practically blamed us. Someone in that position should know how to treat customers with respect, not arrogance. Unfortunately, due to the manager's bad attitude and the terrible quality of service, I don't plan on returning to this place.

This Domino's is a disaster. It takes over 40 minutes to get your pizzas, and the manager, Irina, never accepts the discount because she's annoyed that other people can benefit from it even though she works at Domino's. I think it's shameful. Besides that, the service is incredibly rude. I absolutely do not recommend coming here. You can tell the employees are disgusted and don't want to work here. It's a disgrace. They should replace that manager immediately; everything has gone wrong at this Domino's since she started. I'm giving it one star because zero wouldn't let me post it.
