Delicious food and amazing staff. Every time I go to Foster's Hollywood, I leave delighted. The dishes arrive hot, perfectly prepared, and incredibly flavorful. Plus, the service is top-notch: friendly, fast, and very attentive. It's such a pleasure to go to a place where they make you feel so welcome! Highly recommended.

This isn't our first time at a franchise, but it's our first time at this restaurant. There were quite a few people waiting and it was packed. The service was very good, but I must say that they mixed up the orders twice, etc. The food was very good and the price/quality ratio was reasonable.

We went for lunch and it took over 45 minutes to be served. The service was unfriendly and they didn't even apologize for the delay. They also failed to scan our membership QR code at the end, despite us asking. As for the food, the Iberian ribs were tasty, except they were missing some ingredients (the ham on top was missing, as were the portobello mushrooms). The salad had a different dressing than the one listed on the menu, and the Pink burger only had half of its ingredients. The atmosphere in the restaurant was a bit overwhelming due to the number of people, which made it difficult to have a conversation since the tables were close together. Furthermore, our table was in the sun, which was quite uncomfortable, and they never offered to change tables. We were disappointed with this visit.

It's unbelievable how little effort they put into their work and customer service. The restaurant was practically empty (there were literally only about five people there), and yet they refused to seat us at a table because "it was too big for two." When a place is empty, the normal thing to do is make things easy and provide a good experience, not create absurd problems. Their attitude was completely inflexible and nonsensical. In the end, we got up and left. We certainly won't be back.
