Worst Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich ever tasted. Bland, cold cheese, barely warmed up bun and chicken. Milkshake tasted okay but leaked through the lid and the cup was very sticky that I had to cover with a napkin. Not a great experience and would not visit again.

This morning, I ordered chicken minis with extra honey butter because I have noticed that the biscuits at this location are often dry. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing, and I hope my feedback can help improve future customer service. A few weeks ago, I had a similar issue where I requested extra honey butter, but it was not added. On that occasion, I only ate the chicken and left the biscuit. Today, the same thing happened. I decided to return through the drive-thru line to request the extra honey butter that was missing. After waiting in a long line, I finally reached the window and explained the issue to an employee. They took my box of food and handed it to the cook, who added the honey butter to the existing food. However, the food was cold, and the butter did not melt, leaving me with an unsatisfactory meal. As a former fast-food worker, I was trained that once food has left the customer’s possession, it should not be taken back or modified but replaced with a fresh order. This practice not only upset me but also raises concerns about food safety. In the end, I ate the chicken and discarded the rest of the meal because it was inedible. I kindly request that staff are reminded to fulfill specific customer requests accurately and that, in cases where an issue arises, food is replaced with a fresh order rather than being modified after leaving the customer’s hands.

One of the worst in the area. I thought the company had a good vetting process. Very slow. I make sure I’m have plenty of time to wait before I come here. People were nice and the food was still tasty. Edit: made the review before looking at my food, biscuits were VERY LIGHT, like justdone. Sigh. Taking out the chicken and will toast it up at home 😞

Stay away from this chick FIL a. Staff isn't concerned with customer satisfaction. They don't operate by the same principles as other Chick FIL as. This is more comparable to a McDonalds where the ice cream machine is always broken

If i could give the absolute worse -1,000,000 i would. I called to respond and leave an email they didn’t respond but the most extremely bad police they had who started the most humongous scene must have heard and he left the location. He disrespected me in the drive thru line told the managers not to serve me and they wouldn’t it was harassment at its finest. He told me that his chick fila was his store got a lady to go in drive thru pulling on my door. Chick fila turned their head disregarded and acted like it didn’t happen. I will live with starvation before i go here. I was born and raised in this neighborhood. I never experienced this before ewwwww -1,000,000 thumbs down

so I went w my boyfriend an they completely messed our order up 1st off they put Lon-Dan on my name tag instead of London she asked me 2xs an still tried to be funny no lettuce toppings nothin on the sandwishes they gave us flat soda an so much ice it was literally a swallow of juice I asked for all the sides an got none of I wanted terrible service I would’ve went to McDonald’s but to spend almost $50 is unacceptable!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Chick Fil A experience I have EVER had. We are new to the area and weren't aware this was a "Drive thru and walk up ONLY" Chick fil a. When we arrived we asked if there was a restroom and even AFTER ordering food here we were denied the bathroom. The area is sketchy as all get out with cops all over the place. I'd never recommend this store to anyone. Thanks so much chick fil a for denying a TODDLER the restroom!

Every-time I order from here they butcher my order the club sandwich is ALWAYS made incorrectly and the fries are never fresh maybe you guys need to do a better job at training your team because they obviously don’t know what they are doing.

My daughter went here today. Spent almost $50.00 on our ticket. The crew saw that my daughter was on a bike, yet in still, thought it was a good idea to stuff all those items on that ticket (except the large fries which was not in the bag at all) into one bag. Not a plastic bag but a paper bag... one of those items was hot soup which was at the bottom. In addition to the food she had 3 drinks. It would have been mindful and great customer service to not only replace this 50 ticket, but to educate your employees how to package food properly especially when you saw her on a bike. My daughter is a timid soul and do not like to fuss or complain. But at best I feel the employees should have 1. Put the soup in a separate bag (pressure from the hot soup cause the lid to pop open compromising the integrity of the bag) 2. When you see the customer has multiple items suggest a bigger bag (hence the plastic bag) that would have made it a little easier on her especially riding a bike. Long story short i took the messed up items back to the resturant he (David) the "owner" cared less how much I spent didnt care to hear how it happened. No money back no food. I left the food with them because I was so upset. I have been coming here for long time, some of the crew know me by name... it's a shame I have to sever this relationship. To spend that much money and not get anything but a kids meal is disheartning its a no for me because of the lack of customer care.

This is the worst location … food quality is terrible . The chicken sandwich taste like all salt . The bun was basically frozen. I hate this location they just need to close down. The only thing can do right is the fries

This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A in the United States( Maryland Ave in NE DC). When I complain to the manager about how my macaroni and cheese look, she was like what's wrong with it? Really you need me to explain Jada! She told me this is how it's supposed to look, I explained to her that I buy macaroni and cheese from Chick-fil-A on a regular from the Columbia heights location and it never looks like this, and she responded "this ain't Columbia heights location"! 🤔

This is the worst Chick-fil-A. This location always skimps on the toppings and often forgets the sauces. One time when I ordered on the app, I asked for extra, extra pickles on my sandwich and got 2 of the smallest pickles ever. I love the pickles and have offered to pay extra for them so I can actually get more then 5 between my sandwich and side order. Now this location isn’t even giving me the stuff I am paying for. My two orders of fries are the size of one. It’s super frustrating and worth driving somewhere else.
