I get the flavors for the flavor, not because I need coffee. I make my coffee at home. This time I ordered pumpkin spice, good as usual.

I love this Starbucks! I can sip my coffee while helping my clients with their real estate needs in comfort. The baristas are the best, they know me and my order. They are always smiling, always helpful, and always working so hard to be sure everyone is taken care of. They treat me like family!. Thanks so much!!

The drive thru line routinely backs up, and blocks the parking spaces. Maneuvering is tight, and it's generally not a simple, quick in and out. Stick to the drive thru unless you've got time to burn.

I stopped by this Starbucks today to get my wife her iced chai latte and my sister her iced caramel macchiato. I found parking easily here and this location has a drive thru. The lady who took my order was very nice and also the barista made the drink quick. She also put light ice like I asked. They have outdoor and indoor seating at this location.

Stopped for a quick snack with my kids while we were on a bike ride. The person who rang me up was very polite and courteous but a little distracted. My order was wrong but fixed with no issues. This place stays busy. Drive thru is always packed so it can affect inside drink wait time. Order ahead was disabled.

If you have a long enough charger, you have to stand on top of a chair to actually charge your devices which is a huge safety issue. They could easily get an electrician to fix it. 3. I wish they offered free water like the other Starbucks's in the area started doing. I know about the stupid policy change Starbucks did which makes no sense, hence why other locations started ignoring the policy and put customer's first. I only come to this Starbucks to study and never purchase anything since they follow this rule. Please change!

It's quite loud, unusually cold and not very clean. There is plenty of seating though.

This store is very busy. I went inside, to avoid the drive through, since the line was very long. The problem is they only had one person taking orders inside even though they had 10 people making drinks. I waited 10 min to place my order. The girl was sweet but she seemed new because it took a while for her to process my request. Because of the drive through and orders for inside it took 10 to 15 mins to get my order. They were all very nice, but they should rethink and reorganize how things are done. More people at the registers please.

This Starbucks is our largest location here in Simi Valley. They always seem to have a hard time with good leadership. Trash is usually full, bathrooms don't seem truly freshened up. Always running out of stock like hot drink sleeves so they have to double cup which in my mind waste so much more money. Today they were out of napkins and Hazlenut syrup. Again I don't blame this on the workers but the management and then the workers have to hear the complaints of people for the said conditions.

This Starbucks is amazing! But the employee was a little distracted and I didn’t get my order right.but this Starbucks is amazing!

I am not a coffee drinker so this review is based on the establishment only. The shop is located in a buisy target parking lot. The parking for Starbucks is somewhat segregated from the rest of the parking, but getting in and out is bad because the drive through line is so long that it blocks the entrance forcing patrons to park far and walk in. For this reason on top of the over priced coffee my family will not visit this shop again. There are a couple well priced and very good coffee shops directly across the street. I suggest trying them cause you may find better coffee and much better parking with quick service.

Girls here are amazing and sweet always very polite. Sadly I can’t say that if most guys. They seem to be in a bad mood but are not rude.The schedule isn’t as it’s online or on window schedule. The male shift supervisor stated different hours oppose to those being enforced and posted. It states lobby opens at 4am and it won’t open till 5am. He stated it opens at 5am and that drive thru opens at 6am. It is 4:37 and I can see they are taking orders since 4:15am. Either he doesn’t know the schedule which is sad if he is a shift supervisor, or they need to update their post hours on the internet and front window decal schedule. Very inconvenient when I have to get my day started and I ask to be dropped off at this location for convenience, when I could have gone else where. Bathrooms are always a mess and there’s no hand soap and sink is very gross for an establishment so popular. In my opinion the cleanness, and organization of bathroom, lobby, front area and well stocked sections in bathroom/lobby area and it’s employees service and courtesy are the vital and foremost first impressions of an establishment. I hope this is addressed and fixed.

It was quick and easy. My order came out good. Staff were friendly! Recently visit. Note: It was a beverage. It's a sandwich! From yesterday! But, thank you for the response. This wasn't the first case that happened. It happened last month, too! You need a screen or a monitor for the customers to look at the orders before proceeding. See if the worker got their orders correctly. To avoid some mistakes and unloading 👍 They always messed up my order. It's just getting bad 👎 service at the drive tru. Messed up once ok, then repeated the order when we got home to see our orders . Messed again. Twice ! Unacceptable! Manager. Pls. Pay attention to all your staff. Also, I even gave them a tip $15.oo that night. Cuz, I thought it was right this time. Dang! When I got home, only 1 order. Successfully messed up again😶

They didn't have many of the syrups, or green tea, among other things, and although it was a busy Saturday there really isn't an excuse for poor management with ordering enough. Perishable food, I get that, beverage ingredients, no. We sat inside talking for an hour so we were unhurried, yet one drink came out, and two others we waited for over 20 minutes. I see them sitting on a side ledge that customers can't reach, so I went up 10 minutes later and asked what we were waiting on to complete them, because at this point half of the ice was melted and my two guest's passion teas were watered down. The associate says "oh I didn't realize you were here to pick the mobile order." ...wouldn't you expect the associate to note that they only had 2 of the 3 drinks sitting there, and the one drink missing was a hot drink that would've been made from the position on the line that she was working? It was an overlook on Starbucks' part, and it happens, but in combination with what I feel is poor management with inventory, it all seems to stem from poor management. I'll try one of the Starbucks on a different corner next time.

Make sure you have like 30 min to spare. I'm not exaggerating. Seems like at any given daylight hour this store's drive thru is packed and the line moves very slowly. If you go inside it's not much better but it'll still take at least 15 minutes. The crew needs to hustle, there is no organization or any sense of urgency and they spend way too much time chatting with customers. Yes, Starbucks is all about an individualized experience but there needs to be a balance, especially at such a busy store. The baristas are nice but they need better leadership.

Showed up at the drive-through at 10:20. They close at 10:30. They refuse service to me. I am very dissatisfied because I am a loyal customer every day at Starbucks I’m very upset with the way I was treated and they were very rude and they still had 10 minutes before they closed, and they still refuse service, I will be calling corporate

Bunch of rude weirdos work here, side eyeing each other and the customers, being stand offish while waiting for my mobile order, tall guy with Justin Bieber hair says “what’s up?” As if I just landed there by accident, his demeanor changed when I told him I’m here for my mobile order as if he wasn’t expecting that… what else would someone be doing at the pick up counter.. lol so professional. The small girl with the glasses was quick and efficient however, she seemed to be carrying the greatest load out of all 3

This store has charged me twice for the same order saying my debit card was not working and then charged the same order on my credit card. I ended up paying $30 for a $15 order. I didn’t realize this until later when I looked at my card records. They have also missed items on my order before quiet a few times. Normally I love Starbucks but this particular store has terrible service. Seems to do more talking than staying focused on their work. I won’t be going back.

The SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Also the only Starbucks I’ve been to that is always “out of stock” of some major supply. Forty minute wait in the drive through is crazy. After so many lonnnnnggggg waits in the drive through I’ve came to a realization that I’m done with Starbucks entirely, Dr.Konky and McKenna have way better coffee and are always fast even with a line and going inside .

I order daily on the app since they opened. It used to be fast, friendly service even at busy times. By the time I get there it's ready. EXCEPT WHEN THE MISERABLE LEANNE working. She was really rude to me one morning and I smiled at her. EVERY SINGLE TIME she's there she delays my order. So we switched our mobile app name from my husband's to mine, so she wouldn't recognize the name and sabotage our order. First time it went well, but then she caught on. Now, every time she's working, not only is it delayed, I don't get my order at all!!! I have to wait an extra 20 minutes while they make it on the spot, so on top of the 10 minute window i gave them before arriving for pick up, I've now wasted 30 minutes and I'm late for work!!! She's miserable, mean, rude and purposefully slow! I've watched her go up to another worker look at me, roll her eyes, grab my stuff and take it to the drive up window and just leave it there or throw it away!!! IT ONLY HAPPENS WHEN LEANNE IS THERE!!! Everyone else is nice and efficient.

After rinsing off this disgusting black thing, it seemed to be a napkin that they used to wipe old mold off of something. This location for some reason their frappe’s tastes so pale and basically crushed ice with a hint of coffee.. not once but thats the third time for this to happen!! If you’re a frappe lover STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Their frappe sucksssss👎👎👎👎
