The service was good. Staff was friendly and very pleasant. I do wish the drive through lanes where a big larger tho and not so much of a tight turn in. The also have the other street blocked off so you’re forced to pull forward into the drive through.

Definitely one of the busier chick fil a especially at lunch time. Employees are kind and quick but there’s been a few times where they gave me my drink and it looked like it was tipped over. The sauce shortage also became a bit of an issue as we can only get like 2 per meal. The food is on point and is always delicious. Overall, definitely good but hopefully they don’t spill drinks.

Chick Fil A is a great fast food place when you're craving some chicken sandwiches. Since my work office moved to Simi Valley, we are now closer to a Chick Fil A so I took advantage of trying this location out. I opted in for the curbside pickup through the Click Fil A app, the only thing I would change about their online order is that they give you you estimated time on when to pick up for food. It's because your order is not made until you get to the curbside pickup spot and check in so of course you'll have to wait. I got the Club with American chesse, with large fries and a cherry coke. The curbside pickup area is where the drive thru exit so look for that area. It's not the most efficient area for pickup cause you can get stuck there if ita busy. It took about 6-10 minutes for my food to come out and get deliver to my car. The club sandwich was good but you can only request for 1 sauce through the app. Same for the French fries, they give you a max of 2 quantity of sauces.

4 stars because I love chick fil a and I understand this place is new. I will return in a few MONTHS when they have the hang of things. I waited 30 mins and spent 40 bucks. Fries were not cooked right and my nuggets. Let's just say I didn't see the other nuggets that were order but I pretty much got an 8 count for the price of a 12. See picture. 4 of those were just fried crumbs zero meat. Sucks that someone actually thought that burnt fried crumbs was counted as a nugget. Oh and didnt get the dipping sauces either.

The CFA in Simi would not accommodate making my fillets without marinade. I was told the fillets come that way, but I know they dont. I have been a red card member for 10+ years. I have visited many CFAs that will. I maintain a low sodium diet and do not care for the CFA marinade; taste or smell. It was a simple ask. Simply don't add the marinade.

I like this place and most of their food except they can't get their waffle fries right. I always find them a bit soggy and undercooked. They refuse to do them well-done, on request, like In-n-Out. Wish they had a better lite lemonade. Still far too sweet, too many calories.

Was parked and told that they were waiting on fries, before we pulled away we asked to make sure our sauce was in the bag, they said they will have them in there. We pull to the side where our food is brought out by Adiel, my food was not only missing sauce but the fries that we had parked for came out half empty as a Large?? I payed the extra amount for it to just be a small anyways and I had to park.. I understand a mix up of sauces but when you’re parking people and having them wait for fresh fries there’s no reason they should be coming out half full.. normally have no issue with accuracy of orders and was let down today.

Chicken sandwiches and such never tasted so good I do like the deluxe chicken sandwich.. which actually makes me feel like I'm eating something good for me and the veggie department. I like the friendly service and clean atmosphere always a good time the drive-thrus sure Can be slow though.

You guys- is this seriously enough meat? This has got to be the thinnest Original sandwich I’ve ever purchased from you guys.

Last night, my son went to the drive-through and ordered $60 worth of food. At the time he was informed that he would not be able to get the two large mac & cheese and small mac & cheese that he ordered. Since it was so late in the evening, they didn’t have enough. So they gave him two small mac & cheese. Needless to say they failed to remove the two larges. In addition, they failed to add the Kayle crunch that was ordered. This was the second time that a situation like this had occurred. This is roughly a $12 difference in the bill.

Check your order before you drive all the way home. I got about 5 waffle fries in my large fry order.
