This Jollibee is clean and the employees are friendly. Got the Chickenjoy Spaghetti combo with Pineapple Quencher and Peach Mango pie. The Chicken was tender and juicy and the Spaghetti was ok. The Quencher and Pie were fantastic though. The food seemed a bit pricey for fast food but definitely worth checking out.

Every time I mobile order for this location it’s always an extra 30 minute wait from the estimated pick up times. I wish they allowed more time in between orders so customers have a more accurate pick up time. The food itself is good but prepare to wait if you mobile order, walk up to order or even drive through. None of it is fast

The chicken is really good I enjoyed it very crispy to eat with the gravy really yummy However, I placed an online order for dinner December 24 and I understsnd the high demand during these times of the year the pick up time was more than 2 hrs When I arrived at the restaurant I let the cashier know of my online order and she told me no order was made and was first come first served and the waiting time was more than 40mins. The restaurant was busy I understand if its a little bit of a wait even for an online order so I waited and waited saw some of the people waiting in line for in person purchases pick up their food it was more than 2hrs that I waited in the restaurant until I got impatient and went to ask the lady giving out the orders that I has been waiting for that long for an online order and people that arrive after me were already receiving their orders. She quickly started getting my order ready and when handing me the food no type of apology whatsoever nothing, I dont want to say maybe prejudice to other non Asian races but definitely saw a bit of that

I got there to order food to eat in. No one was in front of me. But I had to wait 20 minutes b4 my order was taken and then 30 minutes to get my food. Person behind me got his food before me. Food was great, service suck. It was my 1st time ever to eat at a Jollibee. I will probably try it 1 more time at another Jollibee to see if the service is the same there. And if it is, I won't go back. And they were out of chicken sandwiches.

I ordered takeout for pickup. My fried chicken were quite cold. I ordered half & half. My spicy chicken was not spicy enough. My original chicken was not crispy enough. Gravy was great. However, overall, the quality of fried chickens was just above average, I can’t say I want to buy this again and again. I hope they improve the quality of crispiness, flavors profile, taste and texture over time.

Location wasn’t the most clean but still decent given this is a fast food restaurant. Their chickens are crispy and well cooked. It’s a bit salty. Gravy was good, still could be better. You can also request honey to eat with biscuit. I do not recommend getting the soda. Everything tasted like bad tap water.

Today was a sad day , i order for my daughter the chicken sandwichbecause they dindt have original chicken you have to wait 40 minutes, the sandwich was so bad fry hard chickem a small piece just with a litte Mayo, 15$ come on ! And no ice in the soda machine , really bad Jollibee, we love the chicken before but today even the service was bad. I hope you guys fix this if you dont have chicken dont sell the sandwich over fry please for respect to the customer.

Check your order before you leave the drive thru⚠️ I ordered 3 palabok fiesta by itself and 1 palabok fiesta with chicken in drive thru, but when i get to work i found out they gave me 3 palabok fiesta and a spaghetti by itself without any chicken. The service crew didn’t pay attention of the orders.

I'll stick to the one on Beverly. What a rip off! Cold, fried, chicken flavored batter. Yuck! The dining room is about 50°. We waited too long for our small order.

Went to Alhambra Jollibee to get the 2 chicken sandwich deal. 3 cars in front of me somehow took 25 minutes. Finally get to the window, and they say its a 20 minute wait for the sandwiches. Slowest fast food in Alhambra!! Obviously left with no food. Went to popeyes instead.

I usually stick to the west covina location. But i thought i’d give this one a try since its closer. NEVER AGAIN!. Mash potato was semi cold, gravy cold, chicken stale and cold. Fries hard and stale. The drinks however were good. I got a whole family meal and its all going to waste because we arent risking getting an upset stomach. What a shame. I dont know why this location has so many issues. At this point they need a new manager and new staff because they arent doing things right!

Don't use doordash to order their pickup. 9 minutes estimated now I've waited for 50 minutes ☹️ Update: 60 minutes eventually, just for a 10 pc bucket. I've seen so many rounds of drive though get their food. If Jolibee don't want to get order from doordash just don't. No need to delay like this to irritate the customer

I ordered a 6-piece bucket, but they gave me 4 legs and 2 thighs. I asked them to change it to 3 legs and 3 thighs. At first, the female manager said that once food leaves the counter it cannot be exchanged. After I insisted, she very reluctantly made the change, with no apology and not a single word of courtesy. She simply tossed the thighs at me after switching them. The service attitude is absolutely TERRIBLE.

Date: Saturday, 7:49 P.M. Edit: FOURTH time visiting. NO Chicken sandwich available?? This location is bottom-barrel. Edit: THIRD time visiting. 40 minutes, waiting for ONE Chicken Sandwich inside. Get it together.... (-1 star ⭐) Edit* 2nd time visiting, no chicken sandwiches or tenders available. This location needs some quality control (-1 additional star ⭐) Knocked off 1 star (⭐): the drive-thru experience. About 24 minutes from start to finish waiting. Wasn't particularly crowded (see pictures) I understand it's a new location, so staff may not be synchronized yet. I will be coming back so I may adjust my review accordingly 👍 2nd star I knocked off (⭐): The prices are a bit steep for comparable meals at similar fast food chains. That said, the Pineapple quencher, and both pies are incredible! I do think they're all about 50¢ overpriced, but a good treat once in a while

My first time at Jollibee and most likely my last. First off there was only 3 cars ahead of us in drive thru but yet we spent over 30 minutes in the line. Then when we finally ordered and came home we started to eat. Only to find out the chicken was not cooked. Pictures are included. We also ordered chicken sandwiches aside from the bucket and those were not bad at all. Our only problem was the bucket of chicken. My family and I are very disappointed. Spent a lot of money for something we didnt enjoy.

I ordered Jolly Spaghetti with 2 pcs Spicy chicken. They said i need to wait for at least 14 minutes. I waited and then they served me my order without napkins and proper Cutlery. Spaghetti was good but the wait was disappointing. I think this BRANCH NEED RE TRAINING FOR fast food manuals!!!!😡🤭🙈

WARNING: DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THIS LOCATION unless you want to wait forever. I placed an order online to skip the line but they wanted me to pick up my order at the drive thru window. This is ridiculous and very inefficient! I placed an order online but still had to wait for everyone else to place their order/get their order before I was able to pick up my order. This place should have a separate pick up line for online orders. They also don't pick up the phone at this location. I wanted to cancel my order because the line was so long. I had no way to cancel it so I had to wait for over 45 minutes.
