I ordered online for pickup. I tried the chicken tender combo with fries and a drink. The honey hot rub flavor was good. The spicy Korean flavor was ok, but not for me. The fries were good, and I loved how they have vitamin water in their soda dispenser. Overall, the service was great. My order was on time and I had no issues with anything. The large parking lot was packed during dinnertime.

I always leave this place with a sense of satisfaction. The staff is great; they always double-check and ensure that they give me the right order. They never fail to make the chicken wings delicious. The place is quite small, but I personally prefer to dine in with a few friends or just myself.

I just ordered for me and my girlfriend and he suggested the meal for two combo and helped me with a survey to get fries for my girlfriend instead of sharing. I come semi frequently and it is nice to see a helpful crew and new faces that are ready to work.

Ordered my food and they gave me the wrong items even though they read off the correct items. Was on hold for supervisor for over 10 minutes and nothing. I called back again and supervisor said she would fix the issue. I went back and she had my correct order, while keeping the wrong order and gave me free fries. It was a bad experience at first, but was remedied by fantastic management.

We love the lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan classic wings and fries we order well done. Best ranch and blue cheese dipping sauce. Always order ahead to avoid the wait. There are parking available in this center. Staff are always friendly. Thank you for practicing social distancing. Ordering for delivery was quick and easy! I love when they offer FREE delivery

I've been coming here for quite awhile now and the service as well as the food is amazing. The manager Sandra is extremely professional and very friendly with every guest I see her help after me. There's a worker named Carla who has helped me a few times and she is very friendly and professional. The location is always looking clean and the workers are always wearing their masks and gloves and cleaning and sanitizing in between guests.

Everything was good as usual but didn't give 5 stars because the wings I ordered were really small and very lil meat on them compared to other times I had them or maybe because they were whole wings all together with drumstick, flat and wing. Will definitely not be ordering those again.

My first time ordering here. It's TNF. I set a time to pick up my wings and they were done on time. The floor manager customer service was perfect. All my wings were coated perfectly. I wish I had an option to cook my French fries extra crispy. In the end my family enjoyed it. Wing Stop needs to make wings hotter than Atomic. lol

First time I've been to this Wingstop in Alhambra. I couldn't put my finger on it but I wasn't really sure what was slightly off with the wings compared to other locations. I'm not sure if it was the wings weren't as juicy as other locations or whatever it was, I honestly don't know. OVerall, it's not bad and it's not great. I'm sure I'll be back because it's close to me. They do take a while to make your order here. I would suggest to order your food online or call in before and then wait another 10-15 minutes after when they say your order will be done. My sister and I timed it perfectly where we waited a little bit and our order was ready for us to pick up. We didn't eat here in the restaurant but it looked like there was a good number of tables and it was pretty spacious. I've been to a few Wingstop locations where it was a tight squeeze.

Food is always great. Didn't receive my rolls as ordered but returned only for them to tell me that I was refunded that item since they were out of it. Still waiting for the refund 5 days later.

Only thing I would change is the prices, for the price I want the the fries not to turn cold and soft after 5 min. I live 3 minutes from this location and my Cajun strips was soft like they was baked not fried. But it was still great.

Wings are great , great customer service excellent location this location definitely needs extra workers to keep it clean, its to busy. The fries are waesome :)

Only thing I would change is the prices, for the price I want the the fries not to turn cold and soft after 5 min. I live 3 minutes from this location and my Cajun strips was soft like they was baked not fried. But it was still great.

I Came to pick up my order at 1035 food was good and usually when I come into this place it seems good and everything but today I seen the front cashier guy on his phone and the Asian cook guy with with no hat ...not sure if that's acceptable when handling food but from what I know is that your not ...I'll be back eventually just not now... 3 stars...

Disorganized and lack training. I placed my order online at 6:20PM for some wings and tenders , it says it will be ready for pick up in 19-25 minutes. Showed up at 6:55PM and gave cashier my name, turns out they didn't even start it. Finally they called my name at 7:30PM, more than one hour after I placed the order. Normally I would give them a free pass given it's a Friday evening and they seem rather busy, but they got my order wrong! For the wings I asked for Original Hot and Lemon Pepper which they got it right, but I asked for Cajun and Louisiana Rub for the Tenders instead I ended up with Original Hot and Lemon Pepper Tender as well... SMH...

I would give it 1 star just based off the woman that works there (Sandra) who was really rude and antagonistic to me and the guests in front of and behind me while we ordered. Sure even got my name wrong on the order and instead of apologizing, teased me about it like it was my fault and continued to refer to me by the wrong name. There were several other people complaining about her. It was wild

Their original hot sauce smells like highlighter and for the first few bites, tastes like it too. If you want to try it out and never been here before, I would recommend getting everything plain and pick out the sauces you want to try on the side.

My order was supposed to be ready at 10:31 it's now 10:44 and my order is still not ready. Employees didn't apologize for the delay or offer to give me something in exchange of my extra wait time. I always go to the Wingstop on Whittier and their service is MUCH better . Never coming here again

The lady worker who I'm pretty sure only works at night is so rude. The food is alright, but it's literally fresher when you get it delivered. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you don't mind being treated badly, and eating mid food.

I waited in line with my girlfriend for a few minutes with 2 persons in front of us waiting too , while 4 employees were chatting away not caring about people waiting inside and outside , when my girlfriend ask when can they take our order a female employee,said it’ll take 20 minutes% my girlfriend ask to take our order.? Then she said oh I do t know that’s not me when we walked away and said that they just lost 2 customers she didn’t care and said okay just go away . Very rude and will not ever go back

This is horrible place. The cashier she doesnt look like the job. She will gv you sarcastic look. And rush you to order. When I am want order some other thing she look unhappy. Even my kids ask me why she so mean. 2nd they got my order wrong and they dont even apologize!! 3rd they close the restroom for customer. I never heard that any restaurant will close the restroom for customer. I am guessing they just doesnt want the customer make dirty the restroom coz its mean more job for them. I am always keep telling my kids to wash their hand before eat coz you all know the covid thing. And we just want to wash our hand they dont allow it!. I was thinking it's for all location but uts not. I call other location on fremont and they say they open the restroom for customer and their company or head quarter never say that we close the restroom for customer!! This place its ridiculous!! I never want come back here !!

The store “supervisor” Ashley, sucks at customer service. DOES NOT know how to talk to customers AT ALL !!! She is extremely rude !!! Wingstop charged me and she did not CARE about the situation ! I had to double pay for my food. Never coming back here again ! She should work on her customer service skills. Or maybe this isn’t the job for Ashley.

I placed an order online; 8pc cajun combo & 10pc Louisiana rub combo..both with veggies, & 5pc Cajun corn side. When I picked up my order, the cashier even asked my last name to confirm it was the right one. However, when I got home, I noticed they gave me someone else's order!! The 8pc combo were a different flavor (buffalo I think) and instead of Corn, I got their nasty fries. If the workers were focused instead of goofing around, maybe my order would have been right!

I had already placed my order when I looked towards the back where the wings are getting cooked & this guy in the back making the wings cleaned his nose with his hands opened the freezer took out a blue bag of frozen wings & with his bare hands took out the wings out of the bag & put them in the deep fryer! How unsanitary is that! When I brought it up to the cashiers attention she didn’t say anything she just stood quite! I had to ask for a refund right away! I couldn’t stay there another moment watching what that guy was doing! The girls in the back had long acrylic nails with no gloves handling the wings & sauce with NO GLOVES ON!! Bad Bad Bad! Not safe at all!

We ordered our food at 728pm. After several people, who had come after us, had been given their orders I grew impatient and asked for my order. At this point it was 8pm. The Wingstop employee stated she would serve the platters and then our food. I stated we had been waiting over 30 minutes. After almost another 10 minutes we finally got our food. We weren't given an apology or explanation. This place is long waits and bad service .

My experience was awful. Staff here don't deserve one star. Had to cancel my order due to staff taking their sweet time to "make" my food. No one else was dining in there. Don't bother with this place.

They are slow despite not having a lot of customers. They chat a lot and then give you an attitude. And they get tour orders wrong oftentimes not even including ranch. They also won't answer the phone so you can't complain unless you go in person.

Wish I could give zero stars. What happened here on Friday night was honestly inexcusable. So... I came here with a group of five people and we ordered the 40pc family pack and an order of cheese fries. The cashier Victor said it was going to be a 40min wait which is ridiculous in itself but I understand Wingstop on a Friday night is going to be busy. So we put in our order grabbed a table and started wasting an hour of our lives. During this hour we had gone to the counter at least 5 times asking if they called our name but each time they said no we called someone else. Now you would think at this time some common sense would start to kick in and they would think "hmmm... this group has been here for 30+ mins and they keep asking for a name that isn't in the queue maybe we should double check what they ordered", but as we all know common sense isn't that common. And as for Victor who took our order and was preparing orders in the back never thought to himself, wow I just took a big order and we aren't making that many wings. Well after sitting there for an hour we went to the counter and asked Victor how much longer until our food will be ready because you said 40 mins. Of course, he couldn't find our order ticket anywhere. All he had to say was that's going to be another 40min. I got money back and left. This was honestly UNBELEIVEABLE having a customer WAIT 1 HOUR FOR NOTHING!!!! I love Wingstop but never again. We ended up next door at Blaze, great customer service and great pizza.

Earlier this evening, my daughter tried to place a phone order. She was told they (this location) were not taking phone orders. She proceeded to go to the location, place the order. The order added up over $50 dollars, once she submitted her form of payment which was "cash" she was then told this location was not accepting currency larger than a $20 dollar bill. My question is, would anyone be upset at this service?

This place serve salt with a side of chicken!!! Barely any meat and all breading, every flavor is over seasoned with salt on top of salt with a side of salt! Never eating here again. Staff was ok and courteous. Never again.

Terrible customer service, no business ethic, very unprofessional, employees lack of enthusiasm and speak to you with a satirical tone. Poor product, uncooked meals, hygiene issues, long story short, they take 25 minutes to cook my wings but wait longer to cook the fries and make my wings cold as I wait, staring at my food in the counter... I highly doubt I will ever go again to this location.

The workers were goofying around in the back. I had ordered my food earlier online. Which was half an hour ago. When I got there, they still haven't started on my order. So I there I was waiting for an hour to see the employees messing around.

Everytime I go there.. I get bad service! It's like the kids that work there don't like their jobs. They ignore the customers because they're busy talking to someone they know . And they end up pushing their friends orders infront of yours . So you always have to wait longer.. They should really have an adult working there in the afternoon

I was ordering online at 7:30pm and arrived at this store at 7:50pm to made payment. The cashier told me it gonna be 10 minutes I was standing there wait until 8:30pm. In between I did go to check out my order status they keep on said is on the way, until I release someone after me already got their order ( we are same online order ) The manager of the store still lie to me about its on its way already making but I saw they just start preparing my order. How can a store manager be so dishonest you should tell me the truth. I won't come back again because of the dishonest ! This store will not prepare your order on time they always missed out someone order, this is not first time If you're starving make sure don't come in to Wingstops Alhambra Main Street here Bad bad bad I won't come back sooooooo disappointed

Should blame the horrible taste of this locations food on the covid-19 pandemic. My order was short items, missing condiments. But most of all the lemon, pepper boneless wings taste like overly fake buttered microwave popcorn, not chicken. I am done with wing stop.

9:30pm today, Alista (served my order) was rude. Long dark braid, tons of makeup and tattoos. No greet, smile. Just quiet, points (instead of helping), and grabs from you, looking misserable. And literally tosses my order. Cant believe they hire someone like that.

I travelled all the way from Australia to try. I was so exited to try Wingstop but needless to say I am disappointed. Their chicken is ridiculously salty with way too much breading. I felt sick after two bites and also way too expensive for what we got.
