Pizza with little ceaser is always good, and the employees arere great hardworking, the only thing is i wish they would acknowledge the new person walking in and ask if they've been helped, I understand it gets really busy but that 2 seconds of " Have you've been helped yet " sure goes along way.

We used to be able to sit down and wait, pre pandemic. I guess what baffles me is the smaller, cramped space in front of the counter, for waiting for your pizza to be ready. However, if these are adjustments that were necessary, due to the pandemic, I completely understand. If you are claustrophobic at all, I suggest waiting outside if there are more than 4 people in line, waiting for their pizza, or you can try ordering online for pickup. The pizza pods are a great convenience. So, even though I miss the way it used to be, I love love love the fact that they have pizza pods for our pickup orders. Ordering online is awesome and convenient. And my order was ready ahead of the scheduled time I was given, & my pizza was maintained hot and fresh. Not bad for an evening picnic dinner with my daughter. No hassle service, for sure, and mounds of deliciousness are what made our evening picnic that much more awesome.

Went in to pick up a Hot and not so ready? For our Grandson Daniel. Didn't hold that against them rate wise. Because at all the Little Caesars pizza places has on make wait for 10 minutes or Less for walk-in orders Just thinking...they ought to change the name? Kind of misleading. That's the only complaint they have from me. Other than that, it's well worth the wait. They sell a cheese pizza for $6.10 . That's a bargain.

I was surprised the dough was more cooked than usual; the pizza was at a good hot temperature for a short time. The dough still tasted a tad undercooked.

4 star cause they have a food locker. I ordered online and went to go pick up. Walked into the store. Punched my code into the keypad. A little window opened and I grabbed my food. No need to talk to anyone and I was OUTTA there. Overall: will return cause ordering is so easy. The pizza taste like little Caesars pizzza

The veggie pepperonis are a nice touch, they taste nothing like pepperoni but they satisfy the vegetarian 🌱 this nod to animal preservation changes my 3 stars to a 4⭐️

The last 3 times I have come here for a Classic Hot-N-Ready, there is either a "10 to 15 minute" wait, or a push to buy the extra pepperoni option. What's the point of having Hot-N-Ready if it's never ready? Experiencing the same thing at Culver City. Sounds like a push to get you to download their app.

The cost has gone waaay up (might as well just go to Costco if u have the membership since price is almost the same), and the hot 'n ready part is no longer true. Sometimes u have to wait 15mins for the regular pepperoni that's supposed to be ready.

Due to the challenging circumstances affecting many of us, I reached out seeking clarification regarding coupons desperately needed to help provide for my family. To my dismay, my simple inquiry was met with such utter confusion that it only added to my distress. I was counting on the discount to make ends meet, yet the individual on the other end of the line displayed a level of rudeness and lack of assistance that left me utterly disheartened. Their complete disregard for my predicament, coupled with a noticeable absence of empathy, underscored a severe deficiency in customer service. They proved utterly useless, unable to provide guidance on utilizing the app or even honor the coupon in person. Not to mention the baffling deficiency in offering a complaint email or phone number, as they claimed the franchise setup made it impossible for me to voice my dissatisfaction. The absence of any means to voice my grievance, be it through email, phone, or website, is downright unacceptable, leaving me seething with indignation. I found myself waiting in the store for a staggering 28 minutes before finally being able to have a word with a manager. The treatment I received not only as a customer but also as a member of the local community and a fellow human being left me feeling not just neglected but outright discriminated against.

I ordered a big order and only got 3 napkins... After I asked for more for my kids the lady gave me 2 more... The Chicago deep dish had way too little sauce in it... Bad enough they skimped me out with napkins but the quality of the food too... Will not be coming back...

I came during hot and ready ordered two " hot and ready " pepperoni pizzas and was told seven minutes and waited 18 minutes for two not hot and ready pizzas I asked for the Boss and some twenty year old guy says can I help you and I asked why I waited 18 minutes for a hot and ready and says sorry we're busy and I said maybe instead of taking orders turn around and get the cooked orders out he say we busy and I said busy taking orders well can I have some of the free cookies and he turned around and grabbed one bag at dropped it on my box at that point he made his point I'm busy and I don't care how you feel one package of cookies said it all I will order pizza hut thank you for asking why I don't want to go back

Horrible customer service!! Ordered food on the app and received a completely different order. I understand this was probably the delivery person's fault because they pick up multiple orders at once. What really made me mad was I called the restaurant and told them I got the wrong order and all I wanted was to go pick up my correct order. Instead the manager blamed the delivery driver and told me there's nothing she could do and they would not be making me a new order?!! Like what?! Regardless of who's fault it was, I'm a paying customer, as a manager there is so much u can do.

This it upsetting I keep ordering from the app and never get my soda and crazy bread and I ask the delivery drivers and they say the same thing there’s no soda or bread like I was the one who ordered it very upsetting 😡😡😡😡😡

Terrible experience. Had to wait almost 20 minutes to get waited on, only order cheesy bread. The price advertised $3.29 but they charged me $3.99. When i questioned the difference the store manager said it was an old ad and that they could not honor the $3.29 price posted because they are a franchise store. I was on lunch and had to return to work without getting something else, i asked for my money back and will never eat there agaain.
