Desde Reformas en Alicante, nos ha gustado muchísimo este restaurante. Desde el primer momento recibimos un trato estupendo, cercano y muy profesional, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos cómodos durante toda la visita. La comida nos agradó bastante: platos bien preparados, con buen sabor y una presentación cuidada que demuestra atención al detalle. En conjunto, una experiencia muy positiva que sin duda recomendamos y que estaremos encantados de repetir.
Buen restaurante para comer una buena carne a la brasa. Buen ambiente. Buen servicio, la gente es muy educada. Calidad, precio muy bien. Un lugar sin duda para repetir.
La cena buenísima. Primero ensalada de tomate, pepinos enanos y pepinillos a juego. Señor que tomates mas ricos. Después un señor chuleton de 1100 gr. espectacular!! Se desace en la boca y un licor de hierbas para rematar la faena. El servicio muy bien. Fui sin reservar y me sentaron en la terraza en un callejón sin todo el barullo de gente pasando y viendo que comes. El ambiente para mí perfecto, me gusta comer tranquilo sin chillos ni nada. Seguro que esta semana vuelvo a por otro chuleton. En la foto faltan 3 trozos que comí antes de hacer la foto.
Tuve una experiencia excelente gracias a la atención de Naiara. Fue muy amable, atenta y siempre con una sonrisa. Se notaba que le gusta su trabajo y se preocupa porque los clientes estén a gusto. ¡Da gusto encontrar personas así! Sin duda volveré.
Agradecer a Ricardo , el jefe, la profesionalidad y el trato ha sido inigualable, deseando volver y repetir con mucha más gente, la comida 10, el entrecot se te deshace en la boca y la parrillada de verduras se te va de las manos. Mi pareja me trajo aquí como sorpresa para comer. Pedimos unas patatas bravas a la manera de las brasas (No me suelen gustar las patatas bravas, pero éstas me encantaron), unas croquetas de jamón, el chuletón gallego de vaca mestiza y una botella de vino. Para acabar, yo me pedí la torrija de las brasas y mi pareja un café con leche. Todo estuvo exquisito, desde los entrantes hasta el postre. El local está bien decorado, y los camareros fueron muy amables en todo momento. Todo nos salió por 154,35€. Volveremos en un futuro, porque todo estuvo de 10 y la experiencia de hacerte tú mismo el chuletón estuvo muy chula💓✨
Si eres amante de la buena carne y de los sabores auténticos a la brasa, Las Brasas de San Miguel en Alicante es un auténtico paraíso gastronómico que no puedes dejar pasar. Desde que entras, se percibe el aroma irresistible de la brasa que hace que tu boca empiece a salivar antes de sentarte. La carne a la brasa es simplemente sublime: jugosa, tierna y con ese sabor profundo que solo la brasa puede dar. Su solomillo de carne roja es una experiencia en sí misma, tierno, sabroso y perfectamente asado, un auténtico homenaje para cualquier amante de la carne. Pero no todo es carne: las croquetas de jamón son una joya, cremosas, con el punto justo de crujiente por fuera y un sabor que recuerda a las croquetas caseras de toda la vida. Y si eres de los que buscan sorprenderse, el pulpo a la brasa es un imprescindible: suave y jugoso por dentro, con ese toque ahumado y crujiente por fuera que lo convierte en un plato simplemente memorable. El ambiente del restaurante es cálido y acogedor, perfecto tanto para una comida en pareja como para una reunión con amigos o familiares. El servicio es atento y cercano, siempre dispuesto a aconsejar y a asegurarse de que tu experiencia sea perfecta. En definitiva, Las Brasas de San Miguel no es solo un restaurante: es un lugar donde cada plato es una explosión de sabor, donde la brasa transforma los ingredientes en auténticas obras de arte culinario. Es un restaurante perfecto para comer buena carne. El ambiente es muy agradable, y el servicio ee primera (el camarero atento a nuestras necesidades sin llegar a ser pesado, un acierto) La comida de primera, en nuestro caso una parrillada de carne. Los entrantes y los postres bordan una cena perfecta. Totalmente recomendable
Comida: la comida es de 10, tanto los entrantes como la carne. Productos de calidad y bien elaborados. En cuanto a la cantidad, ya se ve en las fotos que no está nada mal. Servicio: fuimos en hogueras y el restaurante estaba lleno, así que como era de esperar, iban a la carrera. Aún así buen trato, agradable y nos atendieron bien. Precio: muy bien para lo que comes, salimos a menos de 30€ por persona, pidiendo varios entrantes, parrilladas y varias cervezas. Eso sí, no tomamos postre. La relación calidad/precio me parece excelente. Conclusión: muy buen restaurante para comer bien con amigos o familia, sin duda volveremos. Variedad y calidad de carnes, además de tener varias cervezas de grifo para acompañarla.
Las Brasas de San Miguel es el paraiso de los amantes de la carne en Alicante. El tomahawk y el t-bone estan espectaculares, cocinados a la brasa con el punto perfecto. Las croquetas caseras son cremosas y deliciosas. El entrecot de vaca vieja es tierno y jugoso. El ambiente es acogedor y elegante con una decoracion muy cuidada. El servicio de barra es excelente y el personal muy atento. Los precios son acordes a la calidad premium de los productos. Totalmente recomendable.
Hemos estado cenando hoy por primera vez en este sitio y nos ha encantado!! A parte de por la comida que estaba espectacular, por el trato de los camareros, en especial mencionar a Sergio que tuvo con nosotros un trato de 10, súper atento en todo momento y súper agradable, es un gran profesional, volveremos!!
Hemos ido a comer en familia y nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Las carnes están fabulosas, en especial el chuletón Black Prussian, los quesos exquisitos, todos españoles, y del postre hay que destacar la torrija (nunca probé una igual). Personal muy atento y servicial. Ricardo, el gerente, nos ha dado a probar una salsa para las patatas que nada más probarla te crees que te estás comiendo una hamburguesa. No es barato pero el precio sí que es acorde con el producto y el servicio. Sin dudarlo, volveremos.
Nos presentamos sin reserva y nos atendieron enseguida ofreciéndonos una mesa. Trato exquisito por parte de todos con muchos detalles por parte de Ricardo. Calidad en los platos especialmente las carnes.

Great place and menu. A cut above the competition but laid back and casual. Attentive service and gorgeous interior. The house wine, stuffed artichokes and Arroz Meloso Con Secreto Iberico was fantastic. Go there.

Stumbled across this beautiful little spot and had a fantastic lunch. The stuffed artichokes were perhaps the best I've ever had! The arroz was seasoned perfectly and so delicious. Service and atmosphere were also tops. Can't wait to go back in the fall!

Cesar has created a staple in Alicante. Highly recommend a visit. The staff is also very friendly, attentive and helpful. Lina and Bruno are really terrific staff that made our experiences even better. The food is just delicious. Try everything because there’s nothing that disappoints. From the croquettes to the filet 🥩. This is a must for us when visiting Alicante and I cannot believe I haven’t written a raving review earlier. Hope everyone reading this enjoys San Telmo as much as we do. 🥂

I had an outstanding dining experience at San Telmo Gastrobar in Alicante. The ambiance was welcoming. The food was the highlight. Ingredients were fresh, and the quality was evident in every bite. Found this place randomly on Google Maps and it seems luck was on our side. Best meal we had in Alicante and felt like we stumbled across a Michelin star restaurant. We went back two nights in a row due fo the high quality food and amazing service. Our waiter was so knowledgeable, spoke great English and contributes greatly to our dining experience. Enjoyed the squid and black aioli sauce the most, followed by the blue cheese and honey croquettes and both sirloin and fillet steaks! I thought the squid, salmon and cod fish were all too salty and not my taste but still a 5 star worthy restaurant!
Spontaneous decision to visit this gastro bar, also the best decision in choosing restaurants so far. Amazing food, it was delicious. Fast service, very friendly and funny staff. Extensive wine menu. Would totally recommend.
One of my new favourites. The service was exceptional, the background music was refreshing and the food was incredible. The calamari was cooked to perfection as was the fillet steak. We also had goose egg with a traditional Valencian sauce topped with honey, which was too die for. Considering what we ate and drank, it didn’t break the bank either. Nina (or Lina, didn’t quite catch it), gave us great service. We’ll be back.
High quality dishes with genuinely great service, friendly and informed staff. Modern takes on Spanish dishes focused on quality ingredients. On par with the Michelin restaurant we went to, and visited it twice while we were there. Great selection of wines and local beers. Prices were fair and worth the inspired dishes they delivered. Highly recommended!!!
Amazing modern twist on some traditional tapas!! The flavour was amazing; the calamari sandwich was very good. French toast was an amazing dessert!! The Iberian pork rice was flavourful but was a little salty; will probably order something else next time 😁 Love the open kitchen, you got to see the chef making everything fresh

Restaurante bien ubicado en el bario de Alicante, especialista en carne. He tomado la hamburgesa, la carne era buena pero he tenido que pedir devolverla porque me lo han servido poco hecho al luguar de muy hecho, mi padre ha tomado carne que era buena pero en que es carnicero nos dijó que la carne que le han servido no era lo que venden en la carta. Pero platos buenos y servicio agradable.
Fuimos a probar este restaurante de carnes en Alicante y salimos muy satisfechos. Pedimos distintas carnes, todo en su punto, buena presentación y sabor. La relación calidad precio es justa y el servicio fue atento. Es una buena opción para disfrutar de buena carne sin sorpresas

Si buscas un sitio en el casco antiguo de Alicante, alejado de los restaurantes típicos es una buena opción. Tienes tanto carne, su especialidad, y alternativa de pescado. Recomendable el bacalao
Nice place. Food is tasty but not like wow. Expectations were higher from the gastro pub, but ok. Iberian meat and some starters are ok. The desert was the best.
We had a wide range of dishes. Everything was decent. Nothing was outstanding but it felt very authentic. We were brave enough to venture beyond the traditional croquettes and jamon, and opted for the pig ears. Well made but a funny texture. Not for the faint of heart - imagine crunch and chew all in one. Not for us but definitely an experience to remember. All in all a place worth visiting in Alicante with helpful staff and a nice ambience.
Beautiful place.. friendly staff. No menus.. so you have to scan a QR... but the signal is bad so you have to join their wifi... seemed a bit of a faff when you just want to order. Nice complimentary olives and bread. Tried a Ham croquette which was lovely. The chicken fingers lacked flavour. I went for the high rib for my main... asked for it medium well.. but came out more on the medium side.. bloody on one edge (pictured) It was mostly fat.... the peppers that came with it were quite flavourless.. Just a bit disappointed after reading such as..great reviews. The Mrs had the cod dish.. and said it was lovely... so it may have been I just chose badly.. We only had water.. but our bill came to over €60 which is a bit steep compared to other places in the area.. and the quality it delivered... But everything else about that venue itself was lovely.
Stopped here for an enjoyable dinner on our last night in Alicante. Great atmosphere and the food was delicious, albeit perhaps slightly pricier than some of the other places we visited during our trip. Good service and the facilities were spotless. Would especially recommend the Iberico Ham and the Bodegas Mocen Verdejo, which was one of the nicest wines we had during our trip and very resonable priced.

Anoche estuve cenando y bueno iba con más gente y no quise hacer una reclamación , la cual me arrepiento, engaño total con la carne, en casta entrecot pone 300g y lo que nos sirvieron no llegaría a 100g , me sentí engañado , luego no vale que la carne mengua con el fuego. Adjunto fotos y que juzgue la gente.
La carne era correcta, pero nada destacable. Pedimos consejo sobre cantidades a pedir y nos dijeron muuuucho más de lo necesario, exagerado, imposible comerlo. Lo que se espera de un buen restaurante y su servicio es que piensen en los clientes, no en vender más. Un sitio para no volver.
