Las Brasas de San Miguel es el paraiso de los amantes de la carne en Alicante. El tomahawk y el t-bone estan espectaculares, cocinados a la brasa con el punto perfecto. Las croquetas caseras son cremosas y deliciosas. El entrecot de vaca vieja es tierno y jugoso. El ambiente es acogedor y elegante con una decoracion muy cuidada. El servicio de barra es excelente y el personal muy atento. Los precios son acordes a la calidad premium de los productos. Totalmente recomendable.

Hemos estado cenando hoy por primera vez en este sitio y nos ha encantado!! A parte de por la comida que estaba espectacular, por el trato de los camareros, en especial mencionar a Sergio que tuvo con nosotros un trato de 10, súper atento en todo momento y súper agradable, es un gran profesional, volveremos!!

Hemos ido a comer en familia y nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Las carnes están fabulosas, en especial el chuletón Black Prussian, los quesos exquisitos, todos españoles, y del postre hay que destacar la torrija (nunca probé una igual). Personal muy atento y servicial. Ricardo, el gerente, nos ha dado a probar una salsa para las patatas que nada más probarla te crees que te estás comiendo una hamburguesa. No es barato pero el precio sí que es acorde con el producto y el servicio. Sin dudarlo, volveremos.

Nos presentamos sin reserva y nos atendieron enseguida ofreciéndonos una mesa. Trato exquisito por parte de todos con muchos detalles por parte de Ricardo. Calidad en los platos especialmente las carnes.

Stumbled across this beautiful little spot and had a fantastic lunch. The stuffed artichokes were perhaps the best I've ever had! The arroz was seasoned perfectly and so delicious. Service and atmosphere were also tops. Can't wait to go back in the fall!

The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable. Great food, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service—we’ll definitely be back!

Cesar has created a staple in Alicante. Highly recommend a visit. The staff is also very friendly, attentive and helpful. Lina and Bruno are really terrific staff that made our experiences even better. The food is just delicious. Try everything because there’s nothing that disappoints. From the croquettes to the filet 🥩. This is a must for us when visiting Alicante and I cannot believe I haven’t written a raving review earlier. Hope everyone reading this enjoys San Telmo as much as we do. 🥂

Found this place randomly on Google Maps and it seems luck was on our side. Best meal we had in Alicante and felt like we stumbled across a Michelin star restaurant. We went back two nights in a row due fo the high quality food and amazing service. Our waiter was so knowledgeable, spoke great English and contributes greatly to our dining experience. Enjoyed the squid and black aioli sauce the most, followed by the blue cheese and honey croquettes and both sirloin and fillet steaks! I thought the squid, salmon and cod fish were all too salty and not my taste but still a 5 star worthy restaurant!

One of my new favourites. The service was exceptional, the background music was refreshing and the food was incredible. The calamari was cooked to perfection as was the fillet steak. We also had goose egg with a traditional Valencian sauce topped with honey, which was too die for. Considering what we ate and drank, it didn’t break the bank either. Nina (or Lina, didn’t quite catch it), gave us great service. We’ll be back.

High quality dishes with genuinely great service, friendly and informed staff. Modern takes on Spanish dishes focused on quality ingredients. On par with the Michelin restaurant we went to, and visited it twice while we were there. Great selection of wines and local beers. Prices were fair and worth the inspired dishes they delivered. Restaurante bien ubicado en el bario de Alicante, especialista en carne. He tomado la hamburgesa, la carne era buena pero he tenido que pedir devolverla porque me lo han servido poco hecho al luguar de muy hecho, mi padre ha tomado carne que era buena pero en que es carnicero nos dijó que la carne que le han servido no era lo que venden en la carta. Pero platos buenos y servicio agradable.

Fuimos a probar este restaurante de carnes en Alicante y salimos muy satisfechos. Pedimos distintas carnes, todo en su punto, buena presentación y sabor. La relación calidad precio es justa y el servicio fue atento. Es una buena opción para disfrutar de buena carne sin sorpresas

Si buscas un sitio en el casco antiguo de Alicante, alejado de los restaurantes típicos es una buena opción. Tienes tanto carne, su especialidad, y alternativa de pescado. Recomendable el bacalao

Nice place. Food is tasty but not like wow. Expectations were higher from the gastro pub, but ok. Iberian meat and some starters are ok. The desert was the best.

We had a wide range of dishes. Everything was decent. Nothing was outstanding but it felt very authentic. We were brave enough to venture beyond the traditional croquettes and jamon, and opted for the pig ears. Well made but a funny texture. Not for the faint of heart - imagine crunch and chew all in one. Not for us but definitely an experience to remember. All in all a place worth visiting in Alicante with helpful staff and a nice ambience.

Beautiful place.. friendly staff. No menus.. so you have to scan a QR... but the signal is bad so you have to join their wifi... seemed a bit of a faff when you just want to order. Nice complimentary olives and bread. Tried a Ham croquette which was lovely. The chicken fingers lacked flavour. I went for the high rib for my main... asked for it medium well.. but came out more on the medium side.. bloody on one edge (pictured) It was mostly fat.... the peppers that came with it were quite flavourless.. Just a bit disappointed after reading such as..great reviews. The Mrs had the cod dish.. and said it was lovely... so it may have been I just chose badly.. We only had water.. but our bill came to over €60 which is a bit steep compared to other places in the area.. and the quality it delivered... But everything else about that venue itself was lovely.

Stopped here for an enjoyable dinner on our last night in Alicante. Great atmosphere and the food was delicious, albeit perhaps slightly pricier than some of the other places we visited during our trip. Good service and the facilities were spotless. Would especially recommend the Iberico Ham and the Bodegas Mocen Verdejo, which was one of the nicest wines we had during our trip and very resonable priced.

Anoche estuve cenando y bueno iba con más gente y no quise hacer una reclamación , la cual me arrepiento, engaño total con la carne, en casta entrecot pone 300g y lo que nos sirvieron no llegaría a 100g , me sentí engañado , luego no vale que la carne mengua con el fuego. Adjunto fotos y que juzgue la gente.

La carne era correcta, pero nada destacable. Pedimos consejo sobre cantidades a pedir y nos dijeron muuuucho más de lo necesario, exagerado, imposible comerlo. Lo que se espera de un buen restaurante y su servicio es que piensen en los clientes, no en vender más. Un sitio para no volver.
