I ordered the $5 Meal Deal for my daughter at McDonald’s in Roseville and wasn’t planning to get anything for myself. The employee surprised me by giving me a free meal as well. I was so thankful and impressed by the kind gesture. The service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh and high quality. Definitely a great experience.

The best McDonald's I've ever been to and I'm 28 years old It's nice to see a McDonald's not owned by Mexico.... all the workers are nice young clean cut high school students with a magnificent attitude to work .
A small mistake was made and they forgot half of my order but they immediately remade everything for me and offered a free lunch, thank you for the excellent customer service

Brand new McDonald’s. Only open a week or so. Good food. Nice & polite service. Ate inside. Great layout.

Passed by here yesterday morning Saturday May 31st. I went here with My Father. This is the first time I went to this McDonald's location for Breakfast. There weren't many people inside when I walked in. I used the kiosk to place My order. I ordered two sausage burritos with mild picante sauce, and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal with extra two half strips of bacon and a hash brown and a Large Hot Coffee with four creams and three Splenda's. My Father ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel Meal with a Hash Brown and a Large Hot Coffee.
I've never had issues with my order here. I use the app and it's usually a 5-10 minute wait.
I recently had an Egg McMuffin for the first time in over 10 years. It still has that nostalgic taste that I love, keep making them Mickey Dees!
someone really needs to check the men’s bathroom, it actually smells like someone died there. the food is fine and the service is good though i’ll still eat here just stating this to see if anyone else has noticed
McRibs is back at this location for 2025. Happy service. Good looking interior. Half of the fries were warm and half were hot. I wish they were all hot. McRib patty has grown in size but the sauce has gotten a tad worse, but for nostalgia, I would do it again before they are gone.
My visit here yesterday was good the staff was here and there but pleasant, the location is very nice and modern and has lost its Family kid fun place to visit.. it's basically a Order Pickup and Leave design. Overall like the convenience of being able to order and go but it's starting to lose that personal connection people would have with their local food locations.. guess you just can't win when you want it fast and you want happy employees that want to serve the public. Thank you for nice easy grab and go options and lunch menu!
This McDonald's is a mainly a "To Go" restaurant although the inside has good seating, clean, and has flowers on the table. Orders are placed at the Kiosk. If you try to order at the counter, there is a sign telling you to order at the kiosk. I found the front counter to be sterile with one cash register, a shelf for the To-Go orders, and a blank wall in the background. The service was basic. No greeting and no one at the counter. The food was delivered to the table but that was sterile too. If you are looking for Chick-Fil-A service, it's not here. The food was nice and fresh, although the assembly of the sandwiches could be better. Our Filet-O-Fish looked like they just threw all the components in the box. Since it is a new restaurant, I'm giving it some time to find their stride.

I just tried the Big Arch and to my surprise it was a VERY good burger. The only thing missing was some bacon. I would give it 8 1/2 stars. This place can get crowded and loud with students, but overall great experience as usual.
Visited 4/11/25 - Mobile Counter pick-up through the app, took only 3 mins to get my food - ordered McChicken w/ pickle, McDouble w/o pickle, both orders were correct

I want to bring this to McDonald's attention. No cheese. I ordered no cheese (no el queso) at the Pleasant Grove blvd restaurant and still got cheese. Cheese gives me a headache. Update edit: I tried to order no cheese again, still got cheese! Though the woman with glasses was helpful, she seems like she has more intelligence than most of the associates there.

New McDonald's which probably contributed to the glitches. You can only order at kiosks, the whole restaurant is automated. I would rather talk to a person. I suppose if you only use the drive thru you won't notice much difference. We decided to eat inside to check-out the place. Tables and seats were not cleaned with some food debris still present. Our ordered food was delivered to our table timely and tasted good. However, the staff in the counter doesn't care about rowdy and disturbing young adults. No re-fill for drinks and table napkins available.
Just went through drive through. Woman taking order was in a hurry and not listening. We repeated our order a couple of times. When we picked up order she gave us one sweet tea and one unsweetened. We told her both should be unsweetened. She immediately had an attitude, said that’s what you ordered. I said no I specifically said unsweetened. She reluctantly took the drink but gave the same drink right back to (me (which I didn’t discover until we got home). Lose the attitude, admit it was an oops but instead deliberately gave me the middle finger. I will be reaching out to corporate. So not ok. Your food is good but not that good.

The bad: attention to the (minimal) dining area is borderline non-existent. (See photos, evening of 4/3/2025. It stayed that way for the entire duration of our 30-minute visit.) Staff customer service is hit or miss -- while dining-in, have had to ask for napkins on a few occasions. (Keep in mind, there are ZERO utensils or napkins available in the dining area.) Sometimes you need to stand at the counter for a few minutes just to get service (such as when you are redeeming an offer for a free sandwich in exchange for completing a survey, which I seem to be giving negative reviews for lately). I get that this location is more of a bare bones McD location, but that shouldn't mean you skimp on customer service or cleanliness.
Came here first on the day of the grand opening, went fine a little wait but whatever it was the grand opening, then went a second time got one drink they almost had me leave without paying, came a third time today to get 3 drinks: 2 dr peppers and a Frappuccino, place was absolutely packed and NO ONE had their food yet, kids everywhere, and after FINALLY getting our DRINKS that took over 20 minutes we get to the car and the dr peppers are actually 2 cokes and the frappuccino wasn’t even filled all the way. went in to go get our drinks fixed and after asking and waiting for a second, we ask again and they proceed to tell us they forgot that we asked for replacement drinks. We got a small fry out of that though if it sounds worth it to you. So now we’re currently waiting for them to fix their mistake and it has already taken an extra 15 minutes SO FAR. I personally don’t want to be here anymore😭 like please I want to go home I know this place just opened but get new workers or something because i don’t want to come back here. which sucks because it’s a really convenient spot but no 👎

I pul in behind someone else at the signs that just finished ordering and pulling forward this is about 10:50 for reference. I didn't have anyone say anything at the mic so I pulled forward and waited for the guy ahead of me to get his food and leave. No one in the take order window or at the signs. I pull in behind him and someone opens the window and I ask if they are open which I know is a yes cause I just watched them serve someone. They then tell me they are actually closed already and have everything off. Even though I just saw someone get food less than 60 seconds before then. Compound this with the amount of times I am told to pull forward for a single box of fries to get 3 cars behind me leaving before I do, and this place is a joke. This is the lowest rated McDonlads in the area and is absolutely earned.
I ordered a cheeseburger for $3.49 through the machine, it should have two patties, onions and vegetables (tomatoes, lettuce). The machine does not give a receipt (they say it is broken)). They gave me a poorly fried bun with small patties and ... nothing else! What did I pay money for? I do not recommend buying from this McDonald's, nothing, they are cheating!

manager is a racist & vicious woman me and my husband found a bone in our chicken nugget instead of suing or doing something extreme all we wanted was a refund we called in three times and they hung up on us so we decided to go in and instead she said that she had everything on camera?? accused us of lying believed that we put the bone in the box And threatened to call the cops on us when all we asked her to do was refund our food or let us speak to the supervisor meanwhile She kept trying to take the chicken bone away from me and when I didn’t let her she said it’s because I wanted to “eat it later” and called the cops on us not to mention she called us scammers & liars I’m absolutely furious and yes I did go to corporate And I filed a report

Parking: Plenty of parking available, which was convenient and one of the highlights of this location. Drive-Thru Speed: Disappointing. Despite ordering through the App and only two cars ahead of me, the wait time was about 20 minutes. For a grand opening, I expected better efficiency and organization. Order Accuracy: Poor. My order was incorrect and missing items. When I brought this up to the staff at the window, they argued with me, insisting I was wrong. Only after reviewing the bag (which had only been in my possession for a few seconds) did they correct the mistake and provide the missing items. Customer Service: Unimpressive. The beverage I received was covered in liquid, and no napkins were provided. I had to specifically ask for napkins to avoid making a mess in my car. Staff seemed careless and inattentive, which was disappointing for a grand opening. Food: The food was just as messy as typical McDonald's with sauces being all over the buns and onions everywhere. The fries were cold. The McFlurry was average. At least the ice cream machine was working. Overall Experience: Sadly, this grand opening did not live up to my expectations. While parking was convenient, the slow service, incorrect order, and careless customer service made this feel like an average McDonald's rather than the fresh, well-run location I had hoped for. Improvements are needed to make this location stand out.

I was here last Thursday with my elderly mother who likes the breakfast and was told breakfast ended at 11 AM so we could not get any. So we showed up today at 10:45 AM asking for breakfast and was told breakfast ends at 10:30 AM. I explained we were told 11 AM last time and the worker who clearly sounded like she hates her job said its 11 AM on weekends. Well that was not specified and I was there on a Thursday last time so that makes no sense. Overall terrible customer service here and not all on the same page.
This McDonald’s like all in Roseville, don’t care about customers you could only order through the kiosk, which takes a lot of pushes of the menu. Whatever happened to customer service greeting your customer going into a counter. I went to this restaurant complained they blew me off, saying they’re too busy with drive-through And phone orders. All they wanna do is make money cut back in customers. Everybody go to end it out or have it or Kane’s chickens where it’s cleaner better food less expensive and they actually like you coming in they greet you and thank you.
We went here two times and both times we went, they made us wait forever. Customer service here is awful and rude. Definitely not coming here again.

Came for breakfast Ordered few items Clearly the staff does not know how to read orders, All Spanish speaking , super loud , Spanish, speaking is what I heard for 30 mins . Yelling conversations , no English language was used . Main thing we had to ASK 4 times to correct our order. Person making orders does not know how to prepare. I don’t like rating places one stars, but this McDonald’s is extremely disappointing. I sat in the drive-thru for 5-10 minutes and was the only car there, being ignored, and making me almost late to my appointment . One of the staff explained: “Oh. I didn’t see your car.” No apologies, no emotion, and absolutely no pretense of service. By the time they actually serviced me, my food was cold. I would suggest going to another McDonald’s location because this one makes you feel disappointed, in ways you didn’t know you could be disappointed.
This place sucks ive given too much of my money. Save yourself and goto the one on foothills. I waited over 30 minutes for them to bring me my order had to go through the drive thru and have them remake it because it was sitting there the whole 30 min. Then I go back today and the chicken sandwich I got was super hard and dry.
Last week, the drive through missed a 20 peice nugget. Tonight, the didn't put the French fries on 2 Happy Meals, the 2 milks were not their and also the 2 sweet & sour sauces weren't included. It's not that difficult people. And to think that you are getting $20+ hourly for doing possible poor jobs is infuriating. Called the restaurant and tried my best to explain the situation. 2 Sad Meals for my boys tonight. SMH, how do screw up a Happy Meal?!
Just got home with my order and it's missing part of my order. This is why I try not to go to McDonalds. It happens every single time. I only went here because it was a treat for my daughter and her choice. Super disappointing.

Horrible service! I order 3 chocolate chip cookies to be made fresh. They make me wait a ridiculously long time. Finally they brought them but only 2 cookies. They brought the one missing cold. Never coming here again!

The person taking our order wasn't understanding me and kept messing up my order. The one taking my money I couldn't understand when she repeated it back to me. When I got my frappe is was spilling all over the cup and finally when I bit into a French fry a blonde HAIR came out of it. So disappointing first trip especially with this being a new one in the neighborhood.
Don't bother coming here at 10pm, even though it says they close at 11 and ask for anything ice cream related. They shut the machines off and clean them so they can go home early. Don't know why they offer something but don't list the hours that you can get it.
Can’t say much since I wasn’t able to order. McDonald’s website says this location is open 24hrs drive thru. Disappointed when I went around 1130 and the guy says they’re closed. No fault on the staff, he was very polite about it. Maybe the franchise owner here should change the hours of operation to be accurate so us night owls know to not stop by. Probably be back for food sometime else.

I really had high hopes for this new McDonald's, but the food is not freshly made, the staff are chronically depressed or angry, and when you go to order you can't get a word out before them quickly saying, "Is that all" after every thing you order. It is as if they want you to go away and should have never come there in the first place. I notice the restaurant is never busy and that could be why the stale food. I have even asked them to make fresh food for me and that I will wait and it doesn't happen. I saw the manager the other day and she is not friendly either. I think if they could throw the food through the drive thru at your car, they would.
We waited about 20 minutes in line because we had a good coupon on the app. When we got to the speaker I gave her the code. She repeated it as she typed it and I heard her mix up the numbers so I corrected her. She re-punched the silently the second time. I asked after ordering if she had got my coupon she assured me she had. I got to the window and surprise surprise she had not entered my coupon. I asked her to fix it and she argued with me saying I had given her a code just to get points and shut the window. Great! Glad I waited all that time to use a coupon they took but didn’t redeem. And they gave us the wrong drinks.
This is by far the worst McDonald’s restaurant. Service is ridiculously slow every time. The employees do not acknowledge customers. The bathroom doors are locked and need to be unlocked by staff but there is no staff at the front counter. They are hidden behind a wall
Terrible service. There wasn’t even a line, yet I still waited over 5 minutes. After I asked for a cup of water, the employee walked away and only brought it after another 5 minutes, while the staff were standing around chatting. Very disappointing
Fries were horrible! I have never had such uncooked fries in my life. They looked like they got heated up for 1 min and then tossed into the bag. Of corse it was an Uber order or I would have gone back and asked for new ones. I had to cook them myself. Nasty
Ordered an iced caramel coffee and I think they heard ice with a side of caramel coffee because this coffee had a full cup of ice and hardly any coffee. Two sips in and I'm halfway through the drink! The coffee was good but I got like 1/4 of the cup with actual coffee. Fries I ordered were also a bit too crispy but not that disappointing as the drink.
The customer service here is remarkably horrible. Staff will look right at you and ignore you if you need any type of assistance at all at the front counter.
Waited 20 minutes for my order which, by the way, was not a 12 course gourmet meal. Just a sandwich and an iced coffee. By the time they handed me the bag, I was old enough to have rethought my life choices. I opened the iced coffee, took a sip and immediately questioned if they accidentally brewed it with mop water and regret. No sugar, no cream just bitterness and vibes. Asked politely if they could fix it, and the worker looked at me like I’d just asked them to rebuild a transmission. Honestly, I think my coffee got emotionally traumatized from being in that building too long. If you’re into slow service and mystery drinks, 10/10. Otherwise bring snacks and a backup beverage.
first of all, it’s rare to recieve your order and it be correct. they just put whatever they want on your items, half the time i don’t even receive my full order. they hand out the wrong orders all the time. working at mcdonald’s is not hard at all, but these people sure have a hard time.
Gave me one large bag and told me this was all of my food. Came home to realize I was missing my filet o fish and Big Mac. Called the store and they need you to go into the store to get your refund. I'm not wasting more of my time for $10. Check your bags before driving off.
This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. I ordered curbside and when I got there, the app told me I need to pick up my order inside. So I went inside, asked for my order, and one of the workers told me I need to confirm my order before she can give it to me. I asked her how I do that and she told me she doesn’t know. I showed her my order number through the app, the email I received thanking me for the order, and also my bank account showing I paid for the order. She continued to interrupt me while I was trying to talk to her and just kept telling me I need to “confirm” the order, but she couldn’t tell me how. 20 minutes later she finally grabbed my order and gave it to me.
Some chick who manager said was named “Gwendy” had a bad attitude when I told her I ordered DECAF coffee and she handed me regular. It was on the order screen “decaf” and I showed her and she just rolled her eyes at me and then brought my decaf and rolled her eyes at me again. When I went to pick up my coffee in my car…she didn’t snap the lid on and it spilled in my car and on me! I’m called supervisor “Luis” who apologized and offered me free food! I told him I didn’t want free food. Not going back there!
Definitely 1 of the worst McDonald's I've been to. Not helpful I asked to be helped they started to help and never came back. Had to waive someone down after 5 mins at the register. What is the point of having an app where you can do mobile order, waited in the destinated parking space only to have to go into the restaurant and pick up the order myself. This is the 3rd time this same scenario happened to me.
The employees are very slow and also they can’t even make a simple oreo mcflury, this is the second time I have ordered oreo mucflury and they have not mixed the oreo with ice cream. Hire better 😠
Without fail, EVERY time we go to this McDonald's drive thru we are missing food. Incredibly frustrating but at this point, my bad for not checking for our food before leaving.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s restaurant. Service is ridiculously slow every time. The employees do not acknowledge customers. The bathroom doors are locked and need to be unlocked by staff but there is no staff at the front counter. They are hidden behind a wall

I really had high hopes for this new McDonald's, but the food is not freshly made, the staff are chronically depressed or angry, and when you go to order you can't get a word out before them quickly saying, "Is that all" after every thing you order. It is as if they want you to go away and should have never come there in the first place. I notice the restaurant is never busy and that could be why the stale food. I have even asked them to make fresh food for me and that I will wait and it doesn't happen. I saw the manager the other day and she is not friendly either. I think if they could throw the food through the drive thru at your car, they would.
