Donuts are a wonderful treat, especially for weekends, and I do not buy them very much. If I’m going to buy some donuts for the office, do you have to buy the best! I decided to get a box of 12 assorted and they all turned out fantastic. The staff was very friendly, unfortunately, they were out of several items on their menu. Kind of an inconvenience but I guess it happens.
3/30/24- 2:36 PM. I walked in and was greeted by Rock. He was happy as could be. Then a few minutes after Jonathon came over and said hi. Both boys had been helping customers as they walked in. I needed time as we don't have your store in Indiana. I like many customers behind me went in for the Easter donuts on sale. They did not have any. They could not substitute the promo with a different variety. Some customers left. I stayed because Rock and Jonathon offered me great customer service. When I said I had a problem it's because the promotion was not met. As a previous District Manager in retail this falls in the hands of the owner or management, not the employees. I know this so my review is Highly Satisfied. When I said I may return in 30 days is because I go home April 15 and it's a long drive for me. If I lived here this would be my shop. I want to give Ariana working the register for her help and being friendly. She helped several customers before me and everyone left happy. I hope you recognize Rock, Jonathon and Ariana for their positive attitude and great customer service handling all those who went in for the Easter promotion. They made a huge change in my opinion the way they handled the situation they were put in. All I can say is plan ahead and make more 🍩 Remind customers or offer them a free glaze while they wait or buy two dozens. Nice treat for the road 😋 Have a great day!
Just passed through the drive-thru this morning. The donuts were sweet, but Marisa was even sweeter! Her personality could glaze over anyone’s bad mood. Cheerful, funny, and just a joy to talk to early in the morning. Give that girl a raise!🥰
We went through the drive through and Emiliia was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs! Even told us about deals we didn't even know was there! Excellent customer service, and awesome donuts! Come by y'all 🤪
Just had the cream-filled donut — and wow! So generous with the filling, soft dough, and everything was super fresh. The coffee hit the spot too. Absolutely satisfied with the quality and service. Will definitely come back!💯🍩☕

Just was in, the service was great. Got a hot dozen, had three instantly, oh my are they great hot! Also had a maple which is even sweeter, but excellent! Nothing else like these hot doughnuts. You can see when they are making doughnuts and they are hot in the app.

This place made our day! We came to Crissy Creamy Donuts just for a cup of coffee and ended up leaving with sweet memories and great energy. The guy at the counter was incredibly welcoming and cheerful — he made us feel right at home! When he found out my husband has a birthday this month, he surprised us with three free donuts. It was so thoughtful and kind! The donuts were fresh, beautiful, and delicious — each with a unique taste. The coffee was smooth and flavorful, just what we needed. We enjoyed sitting by the window, soaking in the cozy, peaceful atmosphere. A true hidden gem. Thank you for making us feel so welcome — we’ll absolutely be back!

Came for the Harry Potter specialty donuts and they dos not disappoint! A little too sweet for me, but so are their glazed donuts. My wife LOVED them though. Especially the Slytherin ones!
Food? Service? Atmosphere? Huh? Ya’ don’t ask Mickey Rooney to grab something off of the top shelf!!…. These donuts are terminally AI and the Krispy Twins can CLONE them! Do yourself a favor and go to Rocklin cinnamon/donuts. Your inner robot will thank you for it!

Definitely needs a lot of deep cleaning. The food safety should be notified for unbiased inspection. Bathroom is needed a lot of attention. Hand soap, paper towel , toilet paper and seat cover is not properly working.

Pretty annoyed that I had to wait in a slow drive-thru line instead of just walking in to see what donuts were available. I came here specifically to get a regular cake or blueberry cake donut and strawberry glazed donut (which was advertised to sell starting Sep 1st, but apparently has already been discontinued), but neither were being sold here. I didn't want anything pumpkin spiced, but that's mostly what was available (and clearly their main priority). I had to settle for their usuals (pictured). The ones I did order came out well.

Monday 11/10 approx 1030am. The front of the store is strewn with trash. The outdoor tables are missing half their seats, leaving sharp metal supports bare at knee level. Other seats are rotten and look unsafe. Only two people working at the store, neither greeted me, store was nearly empty. Snippy service.
Went through the drive thru, and the AI voice got everything wrong. We tried to order a box of dozen donuts, and 3 extra single donuts on top of that. It asked if we wanted to allow them to pick the dozen for us, and we said yes. It then ignored that, and when we THOUGHT we were ordering our extra donuts, the AI put that in as a part of the dozen, which was not correct. When we got to the window, we were informed that the order was placed very much so incorrect. We then had to order at the window instead. The AI is awful, and needs to go. It makes everything more difficult. My friend I was with made several complaints to me leading up to us getting there about the AI. I figured it wouldn't be THAT bad, but it genuinely got everything wrong.
I never fail but to have an issue. They don’t even know about their own promotions. And when I am showing them the online posting on their own website about it they are still trying to shorthand me when they don’t even know about it in the first place. I came in for an assorted dozen promotion that the worker was clueless about. She proceeds to try to say “I think that’s for only a certain time of day” when it was a three day promotion. Then tries to give me a dozen of glazed so I told her no I want the assorted and she turns around and her coworker or higher up maybe says “yeah they can get the assorted”. It was like she was trying to find any reason to not give me what I want lol. I also use the “Too good to go” app. The purchase I make on the app qualify for the price point of an assorted dozen and they always give me a prepackaged box of glazed. They are not filling the rules of the app correctly. I am paying for an assorted and have told them that and they always refuse to get a manager out and they always have no idea what they are talking about. Overall the managing and staffing at this location is absolutely horrendous and unprofessional. Get donuts somewhere else.

They really need to have more than one person working in the store at a time. I went through the drive thru. The AI is annoying to order from. I waited over 5 minutes at the window to pay, and no one ever came. I left without my order.
We ordered custard doughnuts, we asked 3 times that they gave us custard doughnuts and instead we get the ones that had marshmallow on the inside. It seems that the workers do not know the difference between custard and cream filling. White filling = cream or marshmallow flavor Yellowish filling = custard flavor It is not rocket science. I do not like the white cream filling and as soon as I opened the box, I can see and tell it was cream. Pissed that it was too late, once we got home, some of the other doughnuts we had, had nothing inside. Very disappointed, especially when you pay for something you want and get something completely different. Also especially in this economy we have. This is not the first time with this location, I feel like every time, they screw up our order.
The cashier who handled my money uses the same hand to grab the donuts. She has a globe on but did not change it when she grabbed my cash with the same hand. What’s the point of wearing a globe if you’re handling cash with it. Most foul thing ever will not be going back. Very unsanitary.
Came through the drive through and your dumb automated system couldn't get my order right. The guy at the window was super nice but maybe instead of trying to cut cost by using automation you could actually just give the job to a live person who can actually get the order right and not frustrate your customers. I'll go to Dunkin next time!
Our entire order was wrong. Our entire trip there was to get specific donuts for a kids 10 and under visiting. We especially when ordering via the AI drive through ordered blue berry donuts on top of a few others. The AI def had a virus. We then asked the worker to read back the order so confirm pls. All sounded correct. We got our order and drove off not opening the box to leave that for the kids. To our sad surprise it was all wrong and not one blue berry donut. It was too late and out of our way to go back. Had to explain to the kids why we said we have their donuts and only to just have glazed.

When I received my order, a few of the items I requested were missing. I went back to ask about it, and the staff member seemed to have trouble hearing my request, possibly due to the noise in the store. She suggested we could just “buy” the missing items if we wanted. Another employee noticed the situation and seemed concerned. The original staff member then returned the missing items (picture), placing them on our table with a “here you go,” while making noise by hitting a nearby trash can. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and have ordered from many different staff members without issue. This was the first time I experienced a mistake or uncomfortable service like this. It was surprising, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.
My family and I love have loved coming here over the last decade but this past Sunday's experience left a sour taste in our mouth. This location has been amazing about participating in their Donuts for A's program which my kids love to redeem their report cards through. However this past Sunday my daughter with great excitement brought her report card with 6 A's she received this past week to this location. The employee who helped us almost immediately seemed frustrated with our redemption. She took the report card to the back office and returned shortly there after informing us that the manager said we were outside of the 7 days for redemption. The report card was received last week and no where on the program flyer is there any expiration date listed. There was even another employee asking her co-worker why she hadn't accepted the report card. This was an extremely disappointing visit and on this day we chose to support one of our local family owned donut shops instead. Hopefully this location can be better in the future when it comes to their customers.
