Super cute shop with fun seating options. Took 3 boys with me and they all were happy. I really like that there are non-caffeinated options and ice cream for anyone in your group who doesn't like coffee/tea/boba but still wants to be part of the fun. Everything came out quickly and looked exactly how it did on the menu. Top tier, will be visiting again. I got the Tokyo Banana sundae with extra chocolate sauce and it was delicious!

Great dessert place! Ice cream is very smooth, seems pretty healthy from advertised ingredients. Boba sundae and croquant were delicious! Lots of milk tea options and nice interior.

Great flavors and a fun experience for us. It was a last min decision and we were all happy. I want another banana cream lol.

We were looking for a cozy spot to relax and chat with a friend after a fun afternoon at Top Golf. Most coffee shops in the area had already closed by six, so when I came across Tokyo Cream and saw that they were open until eight, it felt like perfect timing. Their specialty coffee menu immediately caught my attention, so we decided to check it out. The moment we walked in, I loved the vibe. The place has such a trendy and inviting atmosphere, with stylish lights and creative artwork decorating the walls. It was fairly busy when we arrived around five thirty, but we still managed to grab a comfortable table. Tokyo Cream has a great selection of treats and drinks. They serve everything from coffee and milk tea to matcha, desserts, and soft serve ice cream. It’s nice to have such a variety, especially when everyone in the group wants something different. I had a tough time choosing between the banana matcha and banana coffee but went with the banana coffee in the end. It turned out to be amazing! The banana flavor tasted natural and perfectly balanced, and the banana cream at the top and bottom gave each sip an extra burst of flavor that I really enjoyed. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to try the banana matcha and explore more from their menu. Tokyo Cream is a great place to unwind, catch up with friends, and enjoy something sweet and unique!

Tokyo Ice Cream is an absolute gem! The flavors are incredibly rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet, just pure quality in every bite. You can really tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. The texture is creamy and luxurious, and every flavor feels thoughtfully crafted. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes the experience even better. Whether you’re trying a classic flavor or something more unique, Tokyo Ice Cream never disappoints. It’s easily one of the best ice cream spots around and a place I keep coming back to. Highly recommended!

This place is near roseville galleria mall. I've only been here twice but now everytime we passed by roseville, i make sure to drop by to this place. I love their matcha cream. Sweetness overload. Worth to try if in roseville area. 😀

Cute little spot full of plenty of the most picture worthy furniture and wallpaper! We got the coffee n cream ice cream which definitely had a full espresso taste which I loved and the strawberry shortcake drink which looked delicious! We will be back to try more and enjoy our treats in store instead of to go

Our whole family absolutely loved Tokyo Cream in Roseville! The ube ice cream was incredibly rich and creamy with that perfect hint of sweetness, and the strawberry shortcake ice cream was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, it tasted just like the real dessert, but better! You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put care into what they serve. The shop is clean, stylish, and has a fun vibe. We’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend for a sweet treat everyone will enjoy!

As a Dutch tourist, stumbling upon this gem of a bubble tea store with Japanese ice cream was a delightful surprise! The variety of bubble tea options allowed me to explore local flavors, and the Hokkaido milk-flavored ice cream was a true highlight. Interesting and sweet drinks. Pricey for the portions. Don't come here for a caffeine fix but if you want to experience drink with matcha, ube, or pistachio flavors then give them a try. They also have boba drink options. I might try their desserts next time.

This place was really good 👍 got the matcha ice cream, $6.50 was a little steep for the amount they give you. Portion size was great, I wouldn't want it them to add more, but it felt like it should've cost $4.50 not $6.50 😭

Came out to Roseville to try the special japanese soft serve here. My husband and I both lived in japan, and we were very excited to try this little spot. a couple of the menu items we wanted to try were already sold out. Which probably means they're really tasty.. So no go for 2 of the 4 things we wanted to sample..Unfortunately, the hokaido cream soft serve didn't really live up to japanese standards or the instagram hype. It really didn't taste like the soft serve We have had in japan. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't anything to write home about either. My husband and I had really wanted a hot coffee to go with our cold dessert.Unfortunately they don't make that here. When I had asked about trying one of their specialty coffees anyway.The girl seemed to think that I needed to be reminded that they only serve the cold coffees, which I completely understood since you just told me that twice. I had wanted to try one regardless but I changed my mind since she wasn't really listening to me. We ate our sundaes and left.
