Shaney and her coworkers have by far the best customer service ive seen in years. This place has great options and if you're dairy-free, you'll absolutely love it here. You have to check out there cookies n creme milkshake, its unbelievable how good it is. So greatful I can enjoy that again with no belly ache!!! I love how healthy this place is and the environment is fantastic. I highly recommend if you're in the area.

Came to try the Burger lounge from my daughter's recommendation. Originally from the East Coast and been to a few burger places. I was very pleased with my burger because it was spot on from the bun to the patti and every condiment was fresh and tasty. The large half & half fries and onion rings were fresh and tasty! This is now my new go to Burger place and will definitely come back to try all the different burgers!

This is the absolute best burger place in town! The bison burger is SO good. James is an amazing server!! Met the owner, Shanie, she was super nice! Honestly you're missing out if don't stop by and get a burger!

One of the best burgers I had. We ordered “The Classic” and “Ancient Grain Burgers”. As per my wife this is one of the best 3 veggie burgers she had in US. I would definitely recommend to try this place

We stumbled upon this place by accident while walking through the strip, and thought we give it a shot since we were looking for a similar restaurant. Best decision. Food was great. We ordered the Turkey burger with half & half fries/onions fries along with chicken tender. Turkey burger was delicious, tasty and savory. Definitely going to stop by again. You can smells the aroma of roses nearby. A great place for families to hangout.

Cashier lady was nice, cooks put perfection on my plate! We came at happy hour, half off all burgers! She got the lounge burger and hot choco shake! I got 2 beef paleo burgers (added lettuce on top.) These burgers looked and tasted beautiful! Of course, mine being basically lettuce wrapped, I had to cut it in half to pick it up and eat. My burgers had a great charbroiled flavor that I was impressed with! I did add some salt and pepper to it because I love extra flavor! All the ingredients tasted fresh and healthy. For happy hour, trying this place for the first time, I'd do it again! Ps, You have to dine in to get the half off happy hour.

I have never seen this level of service at a fast food restaurant. You order at the counter. They will bring your food when ready. Drinks that come with the meal are served in actual glass, but they do have to go cups if you need They have craft fountain sodas, organic brewed iced tea and house made lemonades. You but your drink, you can try them all and get a refill no extra charge. With the combo you save $0.50 so it's not a huge savings. Pricing is higher than most restaurants but I did feel like with the service paying a bit more was fine. It is located inside the fountains of Roseville, near the pet did express. We had servers and even the manager check up on clients. They had to have asked us 5 times individually. We were offered extra sauces for our fries when we sat down (they did this for all the tables). They brought a water bowl for my dog on the patio. I ordered the husky with avocado and bacon. Though the bacon added flavor, it wasn't as crisp as I'd like. Eating it became slightly difficult. The burger itself is more high than wide. A decent amount of avocado was given. On one of their visits they offered me a knife and fork which I took. If I lived here I would come more regularly. The fries were fantastic. Their bbq sauce and ranch goes very well with them.

Great experience. We got there a little earlier than opening but the team let us come inside so we didn’t have to stand in the cold. Once they opened they invited us to order. Today was kids eat free so my two little got their kids meals for free while we enjoyed two adult entrees. Food came out super hot and fresh and while we waited one of the team members brought over some crayons and paper so the kids could color. Great team, great service!

I really like the Burger lounge. Food is usually really good but lately consistency has been a bit off. Last time I was in I ordered the grilled chicken which I've had several times. It wasn't very good something was just off and the chicken was dry. Prices are a bit high to be disappointed with your food.

As someone who is highly allergic to beef(not common, I know), I was saddened to see that BL has modified their onion rings and fries to be made in beef tallow. I'm a minor outlier, but it sucks not being able to have my go to burger place anymore.

the pickles on the burgers tasted foul, like they actually tasted like rotten fish. very concerning and gross. we weren't able to finish our food since the pickles had soaked into the bun and the meat, making everything taste like rotten fish. we both stopped after getting a bite with pickles, spit it out and commented on the fishy taste. we thought it was the meat and that our burgers were just cooked where fish was cooked, but it didn't seem to be coming directly from the mear. so we slowly picked everything apart until we found the pickles and realized the pickles were the culprit. genuinely the most disgusting thing i've smelt and tasted in years. i have never tasted a pickle that had that flavor, and i hope i never come across it again. we will not be eating here ever again, regardless of whether we can take the pickles off the burger or not.
