Exquisitely tasty. Organic. Healthy. Balanced. Juice was amazing.
Service was fantastic. They were full of people but still managed to serve us quickly. You can try samples of their juice, which is important and good considering its quite pricey. If you got one you didn't like that would feel like a big waste, but since you can try before you buy, no buyer's remorse . They have 2 Disney flavors out. I tried one of them. They are slightly bland tasting, but that's not a bad thing. I liked that it wasn't overly sugary and it was just fresh juice.
I am impressed by my first experience with this company. I joined the "club" online at their website and was eligible for an immediate free bowl of Icecream and fruit. I enjoyed my first experience and look forward to finding them in Portland Oregon.
Service was fantastic. They were full of people but still managed to serve us quickly. You can try samples of their juice, which is important and good considering its quite pricey. One of my favorite stores! Love their juices and choices of freezes. And that I can get free shipping and delivery to my house sometimes. The flavors are sooo good. I use this company for my cleanses too. Such a great way to do a 3-5 day fasting cleanse without feeling hungry.
What an awesome place! Chaya gave me some really amazing recommendations, and walked me thru the different juices. Give this girl a raise! All in all, great juices and fun ice cream, all while staying on the healthier side. Will definitely be back!!

Little hole in wall place, but was clean and polite service. We got an Açaí bowl and a juice and it was good.
We came here for the first time and wanted to eat something delicious and ordered ice cream just like in the picture. They gave us a small portion that didn't match the picture at all. They didn't add any fruit, although the picture showed strawberries and blueberries. They just gave us a scoop of ice cream. My husband was shocked and this ice cream cost seven dollars, but I ordered something else and it was beautiful and very tasty. The staff was unfriendly. They don't accept cash, only cards. It's up to you to decide whether to go here or not. We paid $22.
service has definitely gone downhill recently. very badly understaffed, the employee wasn’t friendly at all but I felt bad for her because she was the only one working with a line out the door. i have no idea why managers would only have one person working with a popular promotion running. also they make you pay by putting money on the app to get the current deals, which i’ve never had to do at other locations. we ate our freezes and came back after to check on the line but the same woman was still waiting! come on pressed, schedule more workers during rush times…

I went right back in and politely asked if I could swap out - The girl who rang me up just poured out my drink in the sink in front of me as if to show her feelings of irritation. Then she tossed the container on the counter. She then asked what I wanted so I asked for a greens 1 & she got it and basically said “here!” very abruptly. I said thank you and left embarrassed bc there was another lady there with her children and another worker. I thought friendly service, a smile, and curiosity were basic training for customer service? Lastly, I am not a person who likes to waste food so it was difficult for me to take back the juice.
I went to your Roseville fountains store today (I frequent this location) to purchase a regular açaí bowl for myself and my niece on her lunch break. I ordered 2 regular bowls, once I was given the bowls I noticed mine had very few blueberries (I order this item regularly so I could tell), my nieces had double. The gentleman that completed our order went to the back. I told the shorter lady with brown hair that my bowl had very few blueberries. She responded by saying the man was in the back cleaning more and I’d have to wait if I wanted more. I didn’t like her answer as i already paid and waited for my order and I shouldn’t have been shorted in the first place. But I didn’t respond to her lack of customer service and waited 5 mins. The man had still not returned, so I asked her again, this time saying can you please tell him that I’m here waiting for the blueberries I was shorted? She replied, “as I told you, he’s in the back cleaning some more when he’s done he’ll be back up front with them”. Her attitude was unprofessional and horrible, I told her I’d just leave and try to reach a manager about this. She gave me a dirty look and I walked out.

The 2 girls working here today (one was blonde) and the other had curly hair, were both very rude. I was waiting patiently when a group of gals infront of me were taking their time ordering for about 15 mins, the employees were just talking about how their makeup looks and totally ignoring my presence, and continued talking to them even after their order was done for another 10 mins while I waited. Then another girl that came after me the blonde girl took her order first, when I was there before her. That was quite rude since I was just being patient, and not once did they ask “you were there before her?” To even clarify. The blonde employee who did my freeze also gave me little portions on everything. I’m just overall disappointed in the customer service part.
Extremely bad customer service and improper business practices. They show a clear inability to rectify problems or send products that are paid for in a timely manner. I would suggest using a different company as their are hundreds of options these days.
I just came here and the supposedly manager ( Alissa) after we paid made us wait 10 minutes, getting other orders and finally gave us a very small amount of the ice cream! It was so tiny only filing half of the cup! I thought she was putting two flavors but she started to put the toppings. When I objected she said the other workers were wrong giving more. She said we are even rising prices. We paid over $15 for two small cups that were half empty! Such a rip off!! Do not give business to these type of businesses! Stay away!
Terrible customer service, went for a quick frozen dessert, but left empty handed due to employee holding the door closed on my husband. The limit of customers is only 3 due to Covid (understandable) however there were only 2 customers , 1 being myself and another lady. My husband was not rude and waited patiently after trying to enter while I was checking out the lady told him shes taking orders outside and pulled the door from Him. I informed one of the workers that he was my husband and she seemed sympathetic but no apology for what transpired, I canceled my order and left. Trust me when I say you'd be better off going to another health food stop and avoiding the bad customer service.

Last night the girl was ready to serve us, despite the fact of not having most of the stuff on their menu, but a hairy face guy came from the back and screamed “all machines are already down for today”. Very rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. So I told him that they should update their business hours and he replied that I should try another store. When I mentioned about writing him a review he replied “good luck, have fun with that.” So here I’m, making sure everyone knows how this place treats their customers. I wish this guys was my employee so I could fire him for ruining the business.
You can't read the expiration date. Responding with a ridiculous response is worse. You can not read the expiration date. It is very extremely small and the same "color" as the bottle. This should be illegal. It is clearly unethical. Telling me to reach out, so that I can furtherer waste my time. Asking me to take pictures when I purchased a dozen is juvenile. So each time I make a purchase, I should take pictures and send them all via email and then wait to find out what the expiration date is. And how will I know which one is which. Just make it legible. How about that!
