Arigato Sushi, you make my heart feel so mushy With your prices so right, you set my night alight With your buttery sake, your soy sauce so salty No piece of sushi was faulty… The tender embrace of Jenny’s face, our waitress so nice, wig, no lace… Your glistening eyes, you tell no lies, but the shitaki maki never arrives. Mountain of tempura fish, I’ve never seen anything quite like this dish. Though I’m not complaining, there must be some explaining. Arden roll drenched in oil, beautiful appearance, me, you did foil. Lemon water so refreshing, on refills they were dilly-dallying. With prices so cheap, fish so sweet, these deals you just cant beat! Water so yummy, tempura so crumby, Arigato Sushi, you truly are not bummy! Arigato and itadakimasu!

Sushi is very delicious, but service is not good enough: the tables are never clean, waitresses don't understand clients and don't offer anything. Last time I was given a cup of warm water instead of hot tea! That was ridiculous! Fortunately they admitted not to charge me for that.

Yes, fifty percent off every bite, Makes dining here a wallet’s delight. For friends and family, it’s hard to beat, A cheerful place for rolls to eat. Yet truth be told, for taste and flair, Mikuni’s craft is beyond compare. Their rolls have balance, art, and fire, A level above that you can admire. So Arigato earns four shining stars, Decent rolls, good value, near not far. A place I’d go when price feels right, But Mikuni still owns the crown of night.

A fantastic sushi spot with something for everyone. They offer a wide variety of sushi rolls, with plenty of creative options to choose from. If sushi isn’t your thing, there are also several non-sushi dishes available. My personal favorite is the Super Mario roll — definitely worth trying!

Got there with other family and kids, and while we supposed to follow one of the waitresses , the other one kind yelled kind to follow her, and politely i said come down people have kids that maybe a little slower. 1 star out, staff needs to more calm. As for the food it was good as i love sushi 5 star for that.

Update 02/11/23: don’t get the seafood udon noodle. Broth tasty nasty like salty fish water. No other flavor in it. Veggies excessively soft Not my first time here. Service is on and off, sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s just horrible. Food is usually consistently good. Today was a good day with service and food. Don’t recommend going when they’re busy because that’s when service is likely to be unfavorable. Images: single roll is the Lucky 7. 6 piece is the stuffed mushroom. 2 rolls:furtherest is the Say I love you and then the caterpillar(I believe).

I usually go to Arigato on Arden, but today we ordered here and were disappointed. The finished order did not match what we wanted. They didn't put miso soup on our plate, the escalope roll was missing, and there were 2 of the other one. And look at the size of the rolls, how do you eat this??

1 star - and that’s only because I can’t give zero This was one of the worst and most disgusting service experiences I have ever had at a sushi restaurant. I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone. We placed a takeout order, paid for it, and waited as instructed. Somehow, they never gave us our order. There was no explanation, no apology, and no effort to fix the situation. The staff acted as if this was completely normal, which already says a lot about how poorly this place is managed. Because of their mistake, we were forced to come back later just to get the food we had already paid for. When we returned, the situation became even worse. We were not allowed to sit inside the restaurant, even though: our order had already been paid for, we were simply waiting for our food, we were polite and calm the entire time. There was absolutely no empathy, no flexibility, and no basic customer service skills. The attitude we received was cold, dismissive, and borderline rude. It truly felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. When we finally received our order, the quality of the food was just as unacceptable as the service. The sushi was very cold, poorly packed, and completely squished, clearly showing zero care or respect for the product they were serving. Sushi is supposed to be fresh and presentable. what we received looked rushed, careless, and frankly unappetizing. This entire experience left us frustrated, disappointed, and honestly shocked that this restaurant is still in business. Between losing our paid order, refusing basic seating, and serving cold, damaged food, there is absolutely nothing positive I can say about this place.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a delivery driver. I arrived to pick up an order and the woman at the counter — the one with glasses — completely ignored me. I repeatedly told her the customer’s name, but she clearly didn’t care. She only paid attention to walk-in customers and acted like delivery drivers didn’t exist. I waited 20–25 minutes for the order, and she still wouldn’t hand it to me. Another driver was also waiting for a long time and she ignored him too. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you want to run a business, you must treat delivery drivers with respect. We help make you money as well. This kind of attitude is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unfair.”
