We got the garlic cheesy bread and cheese pizza and all our picky toddlers loved it! I loved that the pizza wasn't drenched in sauce. Definitely found our local pizza place!

This is my favorite pizza place in Amarillo! Top notch quality pizza, amazing flavor, and a variety to choose from. Their garlic parmesan and pickle pizza is bomb. I also love their hot honey pepperoni and regular cheese pizza. One time my pizza had a weird taste, I couldn't pinpoint it and they happily offered to make me a new/different pizza. 10/10 recommend!

Outstanding Customer Service and Amazing Pizza! Us over here at T-Mobile find Giovanni’s Pizza to be a true guilty pleasure. Over the past month, our team has been saving up our points through Toast to earn some free pizzas. For the last two weeks, though, Toast (their rewards and order system) has not been allowing us to redeem those free pizzas. We reached out a few times to find a resolution, but it always ended with the same result — it still wouldn’t work and we had to pay full price. Today, we reached out again, and this amazing lady on the phone took the time to listen and let us know we’d need to speak with management when they got in around 2:30 PM. We called back around 2:40 PM, but the manager was running late. I explained our situation to her again, and without any hesitation, she offered us a free pizza on the house! On top of their already incredible pizza, Giovanni’s went out of their way to make sure our team was taken care of, with no charge and no loss of the rewards we worked hard to earn. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Giovanni’s has earned our loyalty, and we’ll continue to order from them every chance we get. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to make our day!

I just had the pickle parm pizza... It was amazing. They are constantly making delicious varieties and it shows their passion for making a genuinely great pizza. Cheers!

First time customers, now lifelong devotees!! Hands down the BEST pizzas and wings we've ever had! Delivery was super fast, and we were ASTOUNDED at the sheer volume of toppings!! Everything is epic!! We will be back!!

They have some of the best pizza deals around town. I was able to host the game night with a couple of the 9.99 pizzas. We had the chicken basil pesto and the sundried tomato Italian sausage. Everyone loved it and kept asking where the pizza was from.

This is a pick up/take out/delivery place only (no seating). The food was decent, definitely better than your normal chain pizza restaurant.

Ordered a Detroit-style pizza. Not sure if this is how they make theirs, or if a new employee didn't make it right, but it seemed like a regular hand tossed pizza shaped into a rectangle. It didn't have the pan pizza oiled crisp on the exterior, and it was the thickness of the average hand tossed. Toppings are also supposed to go to the edge, and there was about an inch of just crust on the perimeter. Sauce, ingredients and dough were pretty good. Not bad, just not what I expected. Was $36 for a 5-topping and took up about half of an 18 inch Pizza box. Was hoping for a good Detroit Style, but this one isn't it. Would try again if it was just a fluke.

Not going too lie I was excited for my slice of pizza but the dude on the register kill my excitement. Horrible customer service.

We asked for the items to be cooked a little bit longer so that it would be crispy but when we got the pizza it was flimsy and burnt on topand the bottom was tan. Called to get the issue resolved and the guy on the phone was not helpful or sympathetic what so ever. His response what basically oh well. Very disappointing. Just so everyone knows I am not out to get a small business; nor where my intentions to get a free meal. We just want food that was done correctly. And I never once said it tasted bad at the time of the call. The food had not even touched a mouth. When it comes to spending what little bit we have it is only right that it be for something good, and if I felt a specific way about the entier experiance that's on the place that made me feel that way( also know as customer experienceand customer service). We come from pizza capital of the United States and we also, personally, know how pizza ovens work so it not that I am ignorant to the cooking process. We know there is a difference between burnt pizza and crispy pizza and this was not crispy. Also, I am sorry if you think that because I talk well and am cool under pressure and I do not curse at people that I was trying to get a free meal, I was simply being polite in a situation that most people would have blown up at others. Not everyone is out to get something. As far as the small business, I hope you understand that this is a review and reviews are best meant for learning from. I hope you had a wonderful night and was busy enough to come out on top. Thank you for your time and efforts.

The ONE star given is just for the supposedly Chicago style pizza we just ordered... tasty and abundant toppings IF you don't mind it being on a soggy crust that you can easily fold and the steeper overall price. We normally order their regular pizza and we do like it much better than chain pizzas ie Pizza Hut, Dominos etc
