I had a great experience at this breakfast spot! The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ordered breakfast tacos, and they were absolutely delicious—good-sized portions and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid breakfast option.

Fantastic spot for breakfast burritos and great service. My family stopped here during a road trip and everyone left very happy and full. They were so kind to even run something we had left out to us right when we were about to pull out.

Ive tried almost every breakfast burrito spot in Amarillo, used to be all about HUDS but their prices have raised significantly & this place is much more affordable ($6 per burrito) & BETTER. Homemade tortillas & salsa, stuffed full. Highly recommend this place & will be my go-to spot from here on out.

Sweet little hidden gem for breakfast burritos! This place is low-key but packs a punch. Their homemade tortillas are next-level-soft, warm, and wrapped around pure heaven. The burritos? Absolutely killer. Not a ton of seating, so it's definitely more of a grab-and-go kinda spot, but trust me... it's worth it. A must-try for any burrito lover.

Small restaurant, not a ton of seating. The menudo and tortas were FANTASTIC! They have a restroom but you have to ask to get access. Super tasty and authentic; we will go again!

Specializing in burritos and menudo, this place is a great find. It's a simple operation. Order at the window, take a seat, enjoy your food, pay. I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese, bean, potato burrito. It's not too big or small...just right. Drinks are pre-bottled and canned, cup and ice available. As I sat to dine in, no less than 20 folx came in for to go orders. Their maximum wait was 3 minutes for orders which were called in ahead. Dining in is at picnic tables, nicely set. Table service provided for dine in. Window service was friendly. English & Spanish spoken here. I did not see a bathroom, but also didn't ask. An excellent start to my day.

Don't be discouraged when you drive up to the Pasadita and see long lines like this, trust me its worth the wait! If your'e looking for authentic Mexican food whether it's a Burrito, Torta, Mendo or Pozole for the hangover this is the place to go to! Orders placed are typically as large as mine and with them providing fresh warm food you can understand why people patiently wait. It's not just there food that has earned my business the staff there is humble always super friendly and welcoming one of many reasons why I will keep supporting this local business.

The breakfast burrito was out of this world good. The tortilla tasted homemade. The green salsa is the best I have tasted in Amarillo, ever!!!!!! The only complaint I have is that they could put a little bit more in the burritos, they're not that big. So if you're really hungry, you need to buy two. Also, the service is fast and the people are nice.

Very busy place which means good right? Lol they were out of menudo when I got there so I was only able to get 1 instead of 4 but good stuff will come back earlier than 11am to get some. Update 7/8/23 I would have gave a 5 but my burrito was a lil dry, and the pototaes werent cooked all the way but the meat was overcooked. Overall good service and good flavor. Good size for the price.
