Completely dead when I came in. Small area with two tables and bar seating for up to 7. Quattro’s Chicago Style and the Bacon hot dogs were delicious. Sport pepper added to the Chicago style had just enough heat. Can’t think of another restaurant in town that does hot dogs this good.

We really enjoyed coming here! The philly cheese steak was delicious, and they have the good fries, too. They made good use of the small dining area, and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back!

Real Italian Beef and Real Vienna Beef hot dogs. This is the only real Chicago dog in this whole town. If it's not Vienna it's not Chicago. The Italian beef from the peppers down to the au jus it soaks in is %100 Chicago authentic.

Departed Amarillo for greener pastures months ago, but I felt the need to go back and give Fidel and his establishment credit for providing an authentic Italian Beef sandwich in the armpit of Texas. I lived in Amarillo for 3 years and the closest thing to Italian beef I found made me wake up expecting a parasite to burst forth from my gut. Show me the beef! Amarillo needs this place, actually every other town needs this place too. Try anything they have to offer - you wont make a bad choice. The operation needs more locations and longer hours.

Let's start off with I am not a burger person but oh my lanta the burgers here where so juicy, the meat was seasoned really good, the veggies where fresh, the bun was toasted to the perfect soft and crunch combo and but to mention the fries! The service was excellent the young girl who served us was super nice with a bright smile when we walked in. Definitely coming here again!

This new restaurant exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcome the entire time. As for the food, it was simply outstanding! Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors. Overall, this place has quickly become my go-to spot. If you’re looking for an authentic dining experience with excellent service and mouthwatering dishes, I highly recommend giving Quattros a try. You won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I went to Quattros for lunch today! The place is small and has a really cool vibe about it! I ordered an Italian Beef Combo (hot sausage) and my wife got the chicken sandwich. We both had fries and a drink and the food was off the charts good! $25 for both meals and the guy running the place was really nice and very helpful! We’ll definitely be back!

It's fantastic to be able to get a beef sandwich or combo sandwich or a Chicago dog here in Amarillo. The owner seems like a great guy working to bring the Chicago food experience here. We enjoyed our meals there and will be returning often.

Amazing new find! Quattro’s Restaurant impressed me from start to finish. The atmosphere is inviting, the service is top-notch, and the food is delicious. I had the Chicago dog, the Italian beef, and the gyros – all were absolutely fantastic. Definitely a must-visit!

Staff was very friendly and helpful explaining all the sandwiches. I tried the gyro and my fiance had the Italian beef combo with the spicy sausage and onion rings. Both were delicious, the spicy sausage was soo good on the Italian and the meat on my gyro was perfectly cooked. The onion rings were some of the best I have had in a long time. We both loved this place and will be back soon.

I had the Philly Steak and cheese sauce fries. I ordered the cheeses fries which came with a cold nacho sauce. The food is over priced and the service sucks. Nothing unique about the experience or food here.

I had a sausage breakfast burrito, the eggs were burned and had absolutely no flavor and the sausage was almost raw sausage links cut length wise, made it difficult for me to eat. The staff was nice. I think I will go back to try a burger before deciding to find a new favorite place to go.
