Like many recent reviews, the owners were incredibly friendly and their service was excellent… but their employees are terrible, with sour faces, they don't explain things, they answer rudely, they take the wrong orders, and they say they don't have the ingredients to prepare the food 😒 What a shame about this place, I wish the owners would come back to manage or supervise the staff 🥲
It used to be good, but now that it's run by a girl, it's nothing like it. The service is terrible, and the food is even worse (cold and tasteless). I hope they make the necessary changes; it used to be a good place to go for crepes :(

The products are very good, but the customer service is terrible. They are very rude and take a long time, they don't take orders, and they make very bad faces when you ask for something. It makes you not want to return, not even for the products.
I had never had a problem with the service and food until a girl served us very reluctantly, on the other hand there was a hair in our food and she just removed it in front of us, threw it on the floor and said "that's it" that leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to an establishment that offers food
