El lugar es tranquilo, la comida deliciosa con una gran variedad. El personal son amables y serviciales.

Las personas que atienden son super amables, todo el tiempo estuvieron atentos, probamos de todos los sabores y a buen precio.

Aún no tienen venta de bebidas alcohólicas, pero el agua de sabor es rica y manejan algunos refrescos y jugos

En mi opinión, la variedad de pizzas está muy rica, todas están muy buenas, definitivamente volvería a ir, precio muy razonable. Es un buen buffet, además el personal es súper amable, el lugar es fresco incluso en días de calor.

Mi experiencia, no me encantó, llegué, me dieron mesa y me atendieron aproximadamente 20 minutos después de ahí me dieron varias rondas de pizza pero después me dejaron como 25 minutos sin comer su respuesta ante mi pregunta de por qué tardaban tanto nunca fue clara, sólo me decían ahorita en cinco minutos sales, y así pasaron 25 creo no se dieron abasto, llegaron dos mesas y a las dos mesas, les dijeron que tenían una lista de espera de una hora cuando no había personas,

Deliciosa la masa delgadita de la pizza,el sabor es único y el servicio excelente, deben probarlo !! Recomendadísimo 💕😋

Sucursal recien inaugurada de un concepto de larga tradición en Cholula. Agradable y confortable lugar, con excelente servicio. Recomiendo mucho venir a disfrutar estas ricas pizzas.

Riquísimas pizzas, y muy buen servicio, son super amables. La pizza de 3 quesos con mango, está muy rica (nuestra favorita), al igual que la de pastor y hawaiana.

A mis amigos les encantó, aunque en lo personal me desagradó que algunas pizzas tenían la masa cruda.

Está padre el concepto, las pizzas son ricas y un increíble precio. El único inconveniente es que todos los que llegan deben anotarse en una lista de espera de 45-60 min ya que mencionan que no tienen mesa disponibles, cuando si había mesas desocupadas y no ví a nadie más esperando. To activate the buffet, you have to buy a drink, which makes the price seem misleading. There were four of us, but we only ordered three buffets, as the fourth person was just accompanying us. Throughout our visit, the cashier was constantly watching us, seemingly to prevent us from sharing food, which we found quite uncomfortable. After the first round of pizza, they stopped bringing out the pizzas. We were told that from then on, we should order directly from the server; however, more than 10 minutes passed without any food being offered. When we finally asked, they took our order and it took another 15 minutes to serve us. We don't know if this is part of their system to limit consumption, but the experience was unsatisfactory, and we left with no desire to return. We hope they can improve these aspects, as we definitely prefer to go to the Cholula branch rather than return to this one.

It's an affordable place; the pizza isn't the best, but it's acceptable. If you're hungry, it's a good place to eat tons of pizza 🍕. The buffet only activates if you order drinks, which range from 45 to 130 pesos. You can upgrade to more premium pizzas like Serrano Ham, Argentinian Chorizo, and so on. The system is similar to a Brazilian barbecue: they bring the pizzas around, and you decide whether to eat them or pass. At the end, they ask if you want any of the ones they've already brought.

Consideren que el buffet completo cuesta 259 pesos por persona. No 99 pesos por persona como lo dice en su publicidad engañosa. Son 129 del buffet sencillo, más el premium 60, más el dulce 30 y más 40 de la bebida por persona que tiene que ser a 🥚 si no, no puedes iniciar el buffet.

Everything had its drawbacks: the first pizza was reheated, and the last ones had half-cooked dough. The music was terrible, with only vulgar lyrics. And the waiter almost threw things away; the one I assume is the manager was the one who served us best.

Entrando,estaban 4 mesas vacías y un joven se me acercó para decirme que tenían una lista de espera de 45 minutos,que si quería que me anotara,cuando prácticamente el lugar estaba vacío,solo estaban 2 mesas en servicio, me apunto y paso el tiempo y solo llego una familia a la cual atendieron de volada ,y cuando le dije que ya se había cumplido el tiempo,solo me dijo que le habían dicho que iban retrasados,la verdad que mal servicio

I only went twice, and both times the experiences were terrible. I ordered the pizza buffet, and both times I was served by two girls who gave me really nasty looks and were incredibly rude. The pizzas are just okay; they're not bad, but they're not worth it, especially with the incredibly rude treatment from both the server and the cashier, who the second time even threw my change at me. I really don't recommend it.

They want you to pay extra for everything. At the Cholula Rodizio, the sweet and savory pizzas are included in the buffet, but here you pay separately. They want you to pay extra just to share a little piece with your partner, hehe. They also want some pizzas to be reheated, and they don't have all the ones on the buffet menu. I don't recommend it.

The experience was quite disappointing. The pizza selection was practically nonexistent; they always had the same ones and it took a long time for new ones to appear. The service left much to be desired: the staff was inattentive and didn't explain the buffet system well. In the end, they charged us extra without having clarified this from the beginning. Overall, it's not worth the price. There are many better options for the same price (or even less).

The pizza is good, although the premium flavors are very greasy. The service is poor. The bespectacled waitress serving us is very tyrannical when it comes to charging, and I don't think the system is fair considering the prices. It's not a place I would return to because of the staff.

Terrible service, the staff is awful. We went really looking forward to trying the pizza, but the experience left much to be desired. The prices are outrageously high for what they offer. The quality of the food doesn't justify the cost—small portions, unremarkable ingredients, and a bland crust. But the worst part was the service: the staff was unfriendly and treated customers poorly. I don't recommend it and I definitely won't be back. There are many better places for much less. They're not transparent about their procedures and have hidden extra charges.

The food is good but they are abusive when charging, they do not specify the dynamics well, for sharing 2 bites of pizza they charge you the full extra and they say that according to the camera they noticed it and it is a lie there were no cameras the waiter was the one who observed if at that moment he saw it he would have indicated it to us and without a problem but the way of charging is lies and abusive, the hibiscus water has no flavor all the sugar remained at the bottom of the mini pitcher it was the first time we went and the last I do NOT recommend it
