A good place to get a bite to eat but you can't sit in so it's only take out and dry through and they just change their menu so look over twice if you're used to going to this Wendy's.

Food was good, but the employees are not very helpful. No matter when I go in and ask to talk to Mr. Dave Thomas, they always tell me he isn't in. How can this man run a successful fast food chain when he is never at one?
I was pleasantly surprised how they changed up the inside and how bright it was. The food was hot and fresh. We enjoyed it. I will return.
Went inside to get food and the cashier who helped us was friendly and patient while we looked at the menu. All the food was correct, fresh and good, which made me happy because I do a few mods to order. Over all a wonderful experience.
Well I had to pull into Wendy's for a frosty. My cousin is in the hospital and he wanted a frosty. I got a hamburger for myself. I will say to people were friendly at the window. Five stars for this Wendy's.
Up until a few months ago, my family would usually avoid this location as there used to be a rude manager who basically chased us away. However... after they recently remodeled, we noticed they now have the Coca Cola Freestyle Machines which my family LOVES. So we decided to give them another try... glad we did... The staff is absolutely amazing here these days! By the time you are done getting your drinks, your food is ready to go, we absolutely love it, we try to make this a meal once a week 😊 The food is absolutely amazing, and the prices are phenomenal! If I could, I would give this place MORE Than 5 stars 😊😊😊
Clean. Friendly staff. Wait time was a bit long for mobile pick up (placed an early order for 2:10pm. Wasn't ready 'til 2:40pm), but if a long wait is inevitable, I'm ok with that. Food was fresh. No unnecessary attitude or "Ihatemyjob" mentality. I highly recommend this establishment.
Wendy's seems to be consistently good. They are not a high end burger joint..but they never let me down. The burgers are always juicy like they just came off the grill, the chicken...well it's like straight out the fryer.. nice job Wendy's

Very nice and very clean evening the tables were clean. The workers always said hello when walking in the door. It's is a nice place to eat inside and when leaving the staff will say goodbye. That is really nice place to din inside
Take my kids to this location on average once a month. They love it there. The people are always friendly and nice, The dining room is always clean, and the food is always hot and fresh. Also the bathroom is always clean. Very grateful for such wonderful staff that always put a smile on my kids and my face.
Been listening to Face Jam for over a year and they kept harping on how good the Spicy Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken sandwich was, so I had an off day and decided it was time. The Wendy's was quite quiet when I pulled up and the whole ordering experience was fast, efficient, and helpful. I ordered, of course, the Spicy Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken sandwich, an order of Pub Fries, and a Strawberry Frosty. I wasn't expecting I could get this as a combo, but the guy working the drive through actually said it would work out and I spent a few bucks less then I was expecting. Sweet. So how was it? Well I can confirm that Face Jam know their fast food, and the Spicy Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken sandwich was fantastic. The pretzel bun really did an amazing job at holding everything together much better than a traditional bun, which is needed with all the sauces and moist chicken it contains. The Pub Fries on the other hand were not really my jam, as they were covered in the Pub Sauce which resulted in soft fries. I much prefer my fries crunchy and crispy. And last but not least, that Strawberry Frosty was slapping. Holy smokes, what an improvement over the old vanilla frosty they use to serve. 10/10, will consume again. Overall, a great experience to wrap up my Memorial Day weekend. Thanks, Wendy's.
Had quest burger combo, went back 4 a jbc.. food was good, I just cant read the small print on the overhead menu, I think it said food won't look like the picture... Fast friendly service & clean.
This location was clean and the staff was friendly. Our food came out relatively quickly with only a small order adjustment, but they were more than happy to resolve the matter.

It's Wendy's. There's really nothing different about this location than the rest of them. It's okay food at a decent price. If you're looking for something quick on the go, the 4 for $4.44 can't be beat.
The quality of food has declined in the last few years and depending on where you go, you'll have a different experience. The taste is great but the wait is not!
Food is usually hot and fresh. Service can be hit or miss, but no worse than other places. Expensive.
I had better experience at this Wendy's compared to another one I visited recently. At least the baked potato at this location was edible. The baked potato I got at that other location seem like that was on the burner since that morning. The salad I think they need to switch to a mix greens and not put all that white lettuce in there cuz that is not nutritious. Or they can just go straight spinach I wish I can get a straight spinach salad there.
I had to pull up and wait for my order. I noticed that the 3 cars ahead of me had to do the same. However the food was hot and cresh. The severs spook very fast and were hard to,understand.
Pub chicken sandwich was delicious, but not hot. Service was standard. The dining room felt like a school or hospital cafeteria with free-standing tables lined up (no more booths, whi h provided a little privacy).
Had an online order, 2 bacon baconators with pickles, neither had pickles. The third baconator wasn't a baconator, got a small burger with a shred of lettuce and tomatoes on it, neither belong on a baconator...and no sign of bacon lol. This was after pulling into a spot and waiting for a little more then 10 minutes for it to be brought out, and this is far from the first time.
Wendy's food is probably a better choice for fast food. With that said, this franchise provides that food. Unfortunately, unlike other Wendy's franchises that are (somewhat) nearby, the decor has not been updated in a while (this is as of this review in January 2018). It still has the old Wendy's western style font on its signage and the interior needs to be freshened up. The service, for some odd reason, seems to be very slow whenever there are more than five customer in the restaurant. I wonder if that's due to the fact that the staff seems to think that the drive-through is more important than the dine-in customers.
I only gave 3 stars b/c I am not a fan of fast food restaurants but the chicken was actually pretty good from prior experience. The environment was a little dirty as were the public bathrooms (hence why I'm not much of a fast food type). There frosties are also good! Free parking and a drive thru usually open pretty late which is convenient.
The first time my wife and I ate breakfast at this restaurant the food was terrible. We decided to give it one more try. The food was good,the service was great, she was very pleasant. Update: I went again to take dinner home to the family. I will not return. Food was wrong and the dining room was locked so we couldn't even get the right sandwich. By the time we drove around the building to get in line. The line was out the driveway.
We eat here quite a bit. The food is always good. They have good drinks and some good salad choices. It's fast food. Id rather eat here than McDonalds. EDIT I don't know what's going on in the kitchen here but the past two days their food has been not as good as I remember. Teenagers working? I don't know.
Wendy's ok for something quick to eat if your in a hurry. We ordered a chicken sandwich with fake processed cheese & onions.Whatever they clean their surfaces with is way to sticky dont touch surfaces. Dirty & could use a good cleaning.
I was out with family and decided to get something quick to eat. I usually don't have a problem with Wendy's. This time one of the burgers was cold. And the employees there were very loud and obnoxious. For the price one has to pay for fast food now, I'll stick to diners and restaurants.
16 dollars for a baconator meal after tax. Then staff was having issues getting my recept. Fast food has caught up to 5 guys. Which means wendys has no purpose anymore, as they can't touch a 5 guys burger and definitely can't touch their fries.
The food tasted like it was sitting around for a while. My sons nuggets were soggy and so we're our fries. Guess there not enough people to be working because it took forever for someone to take my order. I will say it was one of the cleaner Wendy's I have been to

Went through drive-thru and ordered the chicken wrap. I've only ordered this once before quite a while ago..... thought I would try it again. So very disappointing...... someone needs to teach the workers on HOW to make a WRAP. The two times I now ordered this, the wrap completely falls apart to where you need to eat it with a fork like an open faced sandwich..... I WILL NOT give this a 3rd try down the road. And let's not mention how the ranch is always all over the wrapper..... making it even more messy and annoying.
I had just ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, I want people to be aware, when I bit into it extremely hot liquid came out and burnt my face and chest. Please be careful especially for Children.
Normally the drive-thru is not bad today I don't know what happened but I waited 5 to 7 minutes by the time I got my food my fries were cold had to wait for them to make more I don't know why they weren't fresh there was so many people going through there
My daughter had a nice piece of salmon and they were very accommodating about her dietary restrictions but my pizza margarita had too much sauce and was really soggy. My Caesar salad was not good either.
THIS Wendy's recently underwent a renovation. New stall partitions in the bathroom were much cleaner. New grab bars for handicap 👍 HOWEVER, the visible kitchen area had not changed. Stainless surfaces appeared greasy. Floor in front of fryer was filthy. At the very least a slip & fall hazard for employees. At worst, indicates a lack of caring, and comprehension of safe food handling. The counter person walked away from the register to go "find" the salad person. She was found in the ladies room. Looking at another employee she said, "She was in the bathroom TALKING! " I LIKE WENDY'S. I was hopeful that things had changed for the better here. Maybe it was just a really bad day. IF I go back... I will go inside to look at conditions before I decide if i will order. Very disappointed.
Maybe its just the area and how people are treated, but the customer service is just low end and rude. We received no napkins in the drive-thru and as we drove away another customer was banging on the door asking for napkins and the sauce he didn't get. Bottom line, food was good but customer service was horrible. The inside seating isn't even open, so all you have is drive-thru and and you can't get that right?
My boyfriend and I got a biggie bag and we were excited till we opened the bag. His bag was missing a chicken nugget and our burgers did not have all the topping it said it came with. Very disappointed with how this order was.
Service was good but the food not so good. Fries are either not cooked long enough or it could be the shortening is not hot enough. The chicken was not very good either. I usually get a burger and if I return that is what I will order.
Poor customer service. Wouldn’t hurt the employees to smile once in a while. Employees are very slow paced. It is fast food, we shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for out order.
Totally skimped on fries. Got small fries in large boxes. Paid for bacon and cheese got none. Only thing they got right was most of the drinks. Lukewarm food. Will not go back
I'm not sure what happened in this area but both Wendy's and McDonald's sold me dark fries. Do they not like changing their oil? Unfortunately I can't eat at either of these restaurants in Amsterdam NY. This shows a lack of care during food prep, what else do they not do in the back of the kitchen? To boot, my combo meal cost me 16 bucks! I'm about to quit fast food altogether!
Food was kinda soggy and stale. Honestly my stomach didn't feel great after eating it... Staff didn't really seem like they wanted to deal with customers, save for a few visits. On the plus side, the store was much cleaner than it used to be and we didn't have a long wait to get food! Just wish the food was better and tasted fresh and it would've made for a much better experience. If you have the choice, the Johnstown and other local Wendy's are much better choices.
Ordered through the drive thru, but also went in to use the restroom on a road trip. Location isn't exactly convenient off the highway, but no demerits for that obviously. I wanted Wendy's over other fast food choices, so that's my doing. Staff was very nice and cheerful. Women's restroom had 2 stalls, the larger stall's toilet was very dirty. The soap dispenser was missing, the soap container itself was sitting on the counter and completely unusable no matter how many different ways I tried. No food was missing from the order, which is always a plus. The fries were very salty, but otherwise good. Nuggies were good as expected. I ordered the seasonal strawberry salad, and all of the strawberries were rotten or very close to it, so they were inedible. Most of the grilled chicken had a combination of a rubbery/spongey texture, so I didn't eat much of it. So I had a shaved parm and romaine salad. We weren't offered or given a receipt, so I don't know if I'll even get anywhere with customer service.
Food was good, but as entering the place was a big sign saying caution wet floor, now there was a big puddle were we ordered our food. I simply asked if they have a mop cause there is a big puddle of water were I was standing and smelled like rotted water from the sewer, now was thinking of leaving but we love Wendy's restaurant, but says a lot from the manager on duty, to me they are not on top of maintenance or they simply DON'T give a damn, we were in this restaurant for more than 45minutes, not once did any of the employee's bother to mop that puddle, management does a piss poor job of making sure that the restaurant looks great for the client. Burgers are thick, not dry, & filling BUT the food is so bland their is almost no flavor. I would rather have a burger King burger just because those have flavor although not overly filling. I highly recommend using spices or do something.
The Amsterdam Wendy's is still sadly below par. The tables were not clean. The staff gave the wrong order (a pick-up order) to a drive thru customer and my burger had the consistency of yesterday's leftovers. When I used the restroom, there was a white powder (flour?) on the entrance door and one of the stall doors. A big disappointment.
Staff seemed very confused. Food was mediocre, service was slow. Items were forgotten.
Me and my friend had a mobile order to pick up in the Drive Thru(we got 3 Frosty's). She overheard this girl employee tell the guy employee to not put the syrups in the frosty's because we didn't order it. We don't have to order it because it automatically comes in them and we didn't take it off. She was lazy and rude plus the Frosty's were basically half melted already.
Slow food. Not fast. Grill dude the only one working...Deserves a raise. I paid 15 dollars for a medium combo "big" bacon classic. Tiny burger. Because of this location i am DONE with wendys
This Wendy's is terrible, I asked for coffee with milk not creamer and I got it black. I gave it back and said I asked for milk, she never said a word to me and just handed me creamers(I dont drink half n half) I said I asked for milk in the coffee, she said nothing turned around and told her manager I wanted milk in my coffee, manager said just open a milk and pour it in a seperate cup cause we dont pour milk in coffees(with an attitude) as I am listening to this..finally I get my coffee and a seperate cup of milk without a word from the girl at the window, not even a here ya go, or have a nice day, or sorry about that!!! Never coming hear again..plus the manager didnt even have a hair net or hat or visor on!! With her old long hair all over her shirt!! Grossss
Cold. Asked for fresh Also on July 3rd at 7:40pm whoever the guy was working the cashier asked for a customer's food back and handed him money. Pretty sure that's cross contamination and left. Who knows what he just touched and what the other guy did to that food.
The employees litterally were screaming the N word at each other and then me. Always different employees, it seems like a bad place to work or go to. Idk if I will enjoy wendys for a while because that's the only one around.
Ordered one food item, jr bacon cheeseburger. It came out without cheese and without bacon. Is this too difficult to understand what to put on it? The cashier was too busy on Facebook to listen.
Only went to this Wendy's because Johnstown was closed. Very rude girl at the drive-thru! Wadded up my change and put it in my hand. Then proceeded to stand against the counter checking her nails while the other 2 girls did all of the work.
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Everytime I go, they hire humanity's rudest for that day. Let me set the stage. 1. My Mother is getting older and sometimes she gets easily confused. 2. She is hard of hearing. It was a nice day out. We pull up to the drive thru. It was warm out so..why not have an ice cream float. Sometimes they ask for options of "chocolate or vanilla" or "coke or root beer" etc. All my Mother wanted to know were these options. The exchange went something like this. Mom(M): What kinds do you have? Employee(E): Pick the kind you want. M: Well, I can't pick. I don't know what kinds(of floats) you have. E: Pick the kind you want. M: I don't know what you have. The girl at the intercom was getting increasingly snotty and then a male voice cuts in. A-hole: We'll obviously what's on the board is the sodas we have. This was said in such a snottish way, in as such only someone with a professional degree in lifetime assholery could sound. He was quickly replaced by the female voice again (his wranglers must have caught him and shoved him back into his broom closet so he could jerk off into the mop bucket as per usual.) I wanted to just drive off and not give them any of our money, but my Mother protested that my brother was hungry. So we got our food probably with a garnish of spit.
Ordered door dash paid 23$ for 2 breakfast baconators and a seasoned potato.. when order came I had 2 containers with just bacon instead of sandwiches I called wendys to see abt coming and grabbing the sandwiches and they refused to said that the order was without egg sausage cheese bun etc...lol not the case even have the receipt that shows diff and still the lady " couldn't help fix this problem" ....really u can't remake 2 sandwiches you screwed up no your just being a petty b****
It seems that the days of a greeting and friendly service are over. The chicken sandwich was good and I like Wendy's food in general but people are turning more and more into rude robots...
I sat in the drive thru at 11:25pm and they are supposedly open until midnight. They left me there for 5 minutes, turned off the menu lights, waited a minute and THEN said they were closed over the speakers. I have had issues with them being shady before. Not reliable at all.
For the last 6-12 months everytime I come here I have an issue. They fill the fries barely half way, or they give me the wrong order, or it's cold. There's always a wait. Recently I went and asked for a plain sandwich, they put everything on it. I asked them to fix it, when I looked they clearly just wiped it off as there was still sauce on the meat and bun. So I asked for a new one, as we were handed it through the drive through the cook stood and stared at us like we were evil for wanting the food we ordered. Last night I went and ordered a regular chicken sandwich, and once I got home to eat I realized they had given me the spicy version. Bad service, bad food, won't waste my time going there again.
I waited 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru and ordered two quarter-pound double stacks along with my wife's food. Upon driving away I realized I had received single patty burgers, not double stacks. I turned around and went back to the drive-thru, spending at least another 15 minutes just to get through a second time. I informed the lady at the speaker- she told me it was no problem and please pull around to receive the correct double stacks. Once I pulled up to the window a different woman walks over, asked that I give her back the incorrect ones, and proceeded to quickly open up one in front of me (and all her co-workers) as if to prove me wrong. She then lies in front of her coworkers and said that the orders were made correctly, but bc she already made the new order, we can just have those. The woman proceeds to throw out the two burgers, gets the news ones, then storms away- end of transaction. She made me feel like I was just wasting their time for simply asking for just the food I had originally ordered! I didn't make a big deal of it... I just asked for the correct ones so I could be on my way. But instead of saying "here ya go, sorry about that", it had to be a big theatrical performance. In the end I got what I had ordered, the food was as expected and all the other employees were nice and efficient for what presumably was a busy night with too few workers. Look out for this miserable lady... she obviously has some stuff going on in her personal life that tends to flow over into customer's lives. God, if that's how she treats customers, I could only imagine how much of a joy this woman is to work with.
Went there again 8/22, ordered the chicken caesar salad. Half of the lettuce was brown or old, so I took out and ate about 1/2. Pretty awful, but my daughter enjoyed the chicken sandwich, no better than 3 years ago We waited outside for 15 minutes for them to open. Once in, we waited 8 minutes for them to get the register working while the manager served the drive thru. I ordered a dbl jalapeño burger, no cheese sauce, no jalapeño sauce, no bun, add raw onion. What I got, cold patties that didn't resemble hamburg w/cheese sauce, w/jalapeño sauce, and no onion. I threw it away, it was disgusting and wrong. My daughter had a chicken sandwich that she enjoyed.
Was allowed to place a curbside pickup order via the app for this location. Arrived and notified them that we were outside, waited 25-30 minutes, tried to go into the location but the lobby was closed. Got back to the car and called them and was told they "Don't do curbside". Asked them if we could go through the drive through to pickup our order as we had already paid for it. Get to the drive through and the lady repeats they "Don't do curbside". Okay well can we get what we paid for? Lady says yes she has our order and to pull up to the second window. Lady at the second window hands us the wrong meal and repeats they dont do curbside. We told her we already paid for it and explained to them that the previous person said they had our order. Says again we dont do curbside. Okay i get it you don't do curbside, put a sign out front or something that indicates that then maybe? Or get the app or your management team to stop allowing them to be placed. The manager or cook approaches the window and tells her she gave us the wrong order and gives us the food we ordered finally. Fries were not warm or crispy as advertised. Avoid this Wendys if you can.
Was a long wait as they were short handed. The fries and chicken seemed like they were fried in oil that should have been changed. They redid the chicken because it took so long but not the fries so they were cold and not crisp . I understood the wait but threw most of the food out .
20 dollars for two sandwiches and cold fries. No drinks included. No napkins provided. Slop tasted like it had been there for hours. When we got to the window the employee was throwing her hands in the air like a lunatic. Unfriendly and the food was horrible. When we called to ask why no napkins the “manager” seems annoyed. Never again! And we will warn everyone we know not to go. This is not the way of Wendy’s in general. But in Amsterdam, they don’t care. Save your money folks. I wish zero was an option.
The food was horrible, it was cold, the hamburger was over cooked, part of the hamburger roll was hard, the fries and chicken nuggets were cold. we ordered two chocolate frosty they gave us one peppetmint , one chocolate. Saturday 19th ,2022 5:35pm.
Terrible experience. Watched us get out of the car while they were all outside smoking before telling us the dining room was closed, then when we went to go through the drive thru they decided to say the system was down and that they couldn't serve us but another car went through after, right behind us. Very rude tone was used and my kids really wanted Wendy's and we drove an hour to get here. Very disappointed, I would have went to another location.

Didn't let me enter. Staff was aggressive and non friendly. Told me and other customers to get the f out you don't belong. Tries to bribe him you let me in but he took the nickel and threw it at me. Do not recommend. Better service at the one in Glenmont near Lowe's. The worker also threaten to make a shiv out of a spoon. Please don't go! Thank you. HORRIBLE. Some rude workers/bad service. Went there 4 times in the course of a year and every time I wasn’t satisfied. One time no one was working the drive through, I just left.. Another time a worker tried to tell me I had nothing on a gift card I was given when I did and she was rude about it, another worker came over and said I did have money on it. They also don’t have some things that are on the national menu and they aren’t open till midnight or later. This Wendy’s sucks.
After being inundated with TV commercials about their crispy french fries, we went there today, 12/13/21 and had 2 meals. Both had soggy awful frencb fries which were so bad we threw them out.Never pull away from the drive up window without sampling their food. Go to McDonalds, far better. 2 single burger meals, $22.00.
Highly disappointed in this Wendy’s. I am from SC and I love Wendy’s but unfortunately there aren’t many up here. This is the second time that I have been to this location and both times they have messed my order up. The first time they didn’t put bacon on the baconator and this time they gave me chicken sandwich instead of baconator. Will not be back. The food I did get wasn’t even fresh...
My wife and I decided to get fast food instead of going out to eat to a restaurant. We went to this Wendys and it was the worst experience I've had in quite a while. The people taking our order were horrible, they didn't pay attention to us at all, weren't friendly and barely talked to us. They got our order wrong and the food was not good at all.
The experience was not good. Some of the staff had negative attitudes starting at there greeting and talked Spanish as if no one knew what they were saying, in which I did. Food was wrong n undercooked(nuggets were soft). Not an overall good time with his being my first time in your Amsterdam location.
This Wendy's used to be great, but there are a couple staff members there that are extremely rude, no matter how polite you are to them. They don't communicate at all and slam the window shut in your face. I honestly have no idea how one of them in particular still has a job there.
Ordered fish sandwich and frosty received fish sandwich and fries tried to correct guy who took order he said I didn’t order frosty. Couldn’t check the receipt as he didn’t give me one.
I honestly hope this location goes out of business and FAST. The employees are an absolute disgrace and the management should be embarrassed and ashamed. BE SURE TO ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT!! They have a habit of making sure you don't get your receipt so you cannot provide an order number to complain about the service. The woman working drive thru when they open is extremely miserable and she pours all that misery all over any customer she has to deal with. GET A NEW JOB PEOPLE SKILLS ARE NOT IT FOR YOU.
Worst customer experience ever at a wendy's. The manager when asked for napkins and hot sauce was asked for a bunch of hot sauce. Gave us 2 when asked for more gave us 2 more, Also the napkins asked for we got 3 total. Either they don't know how to count (Possibly) or they are just plain rude. Either way I would not eat at this one. Place smells like VOMIT inside as well (Caused by the disgusting old grease they never clean up properly)
Staff doesn’t perform their jobs well. There always seems to be an issue with this restaurant. Last night, bought a DoorDash for my family. No sauces for the nuggets. No forks for the baconator fries and baked potato. They completely left out my wife’s plain fry order. DoorDash refunded the almost $6 for a large fry, but didn’t offer a free/new delivery. So I had to drive up there, anyway, to get the missing item. Complete waste of time and that $15 in delivery fees + tips was completely wasted too. Back in December, there was a night I pulled into their drive through and was told that they were taking “DoorDash only” that evening. And another time, their card system was down. Nothing ever seems to work or get handled properly at the Amsterdam Wendy’s. I swear, Amsterdam has the absolute worst version of every chain restaurant. The food also seems like it had been sitting for a while - since it was in pretty poor shape and was delivered quickly. Most of the fries being soggy. Not up to the standards set by other Wendy’s restaurants
The Salad I had was good! The burger my husband had was falling apart and just a mess. His fries were cold. When he went to get fresh fries, both men behind the counter were outside hitting on a female customer who had just left... When they finally came back in, they had an attitude about getting fresh fries.
The employee that we had that was was very rude every time we said something she's being rudeer I was so mad that I'm not coming back to Wendy's for a long time if ever. It was over almost then we were in the Drive-Thru but we had to come back because we had no fries I don't know..The food is very expensive and you think that they have employees that would be nice to you this was March 9th 2021,,,it was night timeto ...know who she is without saying it ....
We frequent Wendy's when we travel. Our favorite is taco salad. We ordered 2 taco salads at the drive-through in Amsterdam. Big disappointment! Skimpiest salad we have ever been served! One salsa for 2 meals and no salad dressing. Cannot recommend this Wendy's location.
I ordered a cheeseburger and fries to-go. When I opened the bag, I then realized there was a hole. I look inside and found that the French fries have cut a hole inside the bag. I was confused and just though nothing about it. I grab a French fry and put it into my mouth. It tasted like blood. I then realized the French fry was so sharp it cut through my gums.I tried the swallow the French fry and it cut my throat on the way down. Then my stomach hurt. I’m now in the ER because the French fry didn’t dissolve in my stomach acid. I’m suffering with AIDS now. But the cheeseburger was pretty good.
Every time I go to this Wendy's, it's always a bad experience. From their managers and staff not wearing masks properly and to just how rude the staff is. I like Wendy's food but this location gives them a TERRIBLE look. I'm done giving this location chances if they won't do the bare minimum of treating their customers with basic kindness.
Disgusting. My breakfast sandwich had burnt sausage. There all out if oj for breakfast so we had to settle for soda at 9 am. This is the only fast food place in the city that does not have a open lobby. Also not given a receipts back with my debit card. So I cant give them a review or turn it in to our job who give us back traveling expenses for gas and breakfast. I will be sure to post that they give no receipts at work so no one else has to lose out on 30 bucks like we did yesterday morning.
This is by far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. And I have been to a lot of Wendy’s. I have property in Fulton County and usually drive up on the weekends. I have been there several times through the drive thru for the ride home. Each time has been a disaster. Keep trying to give additional chances just because I love Wendy’s, but this place just can’t get it together. Burgers cold, chili watery (hardly and beef or beans), frosty melted, no coke available, so got sprite that tasted like overly carbonated pure syrup. They didn’t give me a straw, which sucks when you’re on the go. This was just the most recent experience, but very similar ones in the past. Never a good one. I will not be returning. Hopefully the owners will get the message.
Fries taste like skinny BK fries & bun was stale 🤢 i love Wendy's for their FRESH food & REAL cut potato fries. Restaurant was filthy. Staff was idle. I didnt trust the fountains to drink. If they cant clean tables & trays they are not cleaning the fountains.
Placed order Monday at 12:15pm dine in. Ordered large spicy chicken combo, salad. Restaurant not very busy. Ten minutes later received my order, soda in a small cup, not large. Was told they're out of medium and large cups so everyone gets a small . . . Charged for a large though. Majority of soda flavors were empty, My chicken was not up to legal temperature (my wife is a retired food safety inspector) and my "dine in" was given to me in a bag (fries spilled on the side) no one was given a tray although dirty trays were on top of both garbage pails. While situated our table we heard another person complain to the manager "no soda flavors, no cups, are you kidding me". Another elderly couple bought multiple drinks, while carrying them to their table they were complaining about no trays. This Wendy's is an embarrassment to the chain. We do not recommend it and will NEVER be back. There are to many other options in the area.
Bottom of the barrel employees, who probably couldn't get their own order correct. If you do go here do not leave without checking your food. $15 chicken sandwich meal, instead I got 4 nuggets, a burger.
Do not go to Wendy’s in . If I could give zero stars I would to this restaurant. They served me cold food and refused to fix the problem unless I paid for it again. For kids and a single mom Out to enjoy your day and get something to eat together and the restaurant manager treats you in such a horrible manner
Don’t waste your time at this location. If you in the area and prefer decent customer service with your meal, go to Burger King, Popeyes or anywhere else.
If I can give this nasty place a 0 star rating I would, sitting at the speaker for about 20 minutes with them telling us to hold on with no body but one car at the window they even told the guy to move up all this just for my wrap to have bad lettuce in it chicken was not fresh “everything is supposed to be fresh” and for my husbands baconator to be all pink like this is the worse Wendy’s I’ve been to in history fr like eww never again will I ever go back to that nasty taking mad long place again!!! YAHH DO NOT GO TO THIS NASTY PLACE FR!!!
If there’s something that I hate in my life is getting my food screwed up…. $45 dollars later, the order was not satisfactory. The burger was supposed to be A Dave’s Double, but apparently a double and a single is the same, when they make it not when you pay, this order was supposed to come with a Lemonade but we got ice with lemonade instead of lemonade with ice. The fries were nasty as well. Now, I don’t mind paying for a good meal specially when I’m craving it. So I went inside to have them made right, again cause Wendy’s pay for my wasted time….and I was appalled when I saw this teenager with braids but no mesh making some orders of fries….and eating them as she fill the orders, no gloves and bare hands from the food to her mouth to the order being filled. Sure they changed the burger but after seeing that I kind of lost the wanting to eat my burger. I believe that’s an OSHA violation…… Place is run down, looks dirty and unkept. I don’t recommend this location at all….and that’s a shame cause it’s the only Wendy’s in town. Smh. Most likely I’m gonna escalate this to a manager. Oh yeah…ask for jets up and napkins because apparently those are optional commodities since I got none. I’m one to give opportunities to young people but when you fill a fast food with teenagers and a younger crowd at rush hour is never a good idea, because GenZ don’t care about anything but their traumas in life. I’m aggravated because I was hungry and tired from work, now I’m hungry, tired and lost a good penny on a useless disgusting meal.
Check your ! I’ve been getting hair in my food. Anyone getting food from here should check your burgers cause I’ve been finding hair in the burgers. 2 burgers covered in hair. Mixed with the cheese and between the bun and burger so you can hardly see it. Little thin gray hairs. And a previous time I swear there was a pube. There are some nasty people worker here. Not all, I’ve had mostly positive experience here. But just my most recent orders have not been great. I recommend anyone ordering from here to CHECK YOUR FOOD!
Ugh gross and cold too boot. They made the wrong chicken sandwich to rectify that somebody took it and put a piece of cold cheese and tomato on it and said here you are. Nastiest food I've ever had in a Wendy's.and I was given the excuse that it's been a long day and everybody wants Wendy's well I sure don't want your Wendy's again!
