Great roadside place as you drive north into the town of Galway. The manager of Eds Dugout, Andy is a hard-working guy and great cook. He makes a tasty pizza and wings. Lots to choose from on the menu.

Ordered the ultimate bacon cheese burger. Absolutely Delicious and huge, ate in two meals. Loved the thick 🥓 bacon! Definitely going back for more!

I'll be digging myself out of a food coma for sure. Passed by this spot for years, never knew it was even here, but boy I'm glad I found it. Ordered over the phone, going with the traditional poutine and the ultimate hot pastrami sandwich. Total came to a bit over $32 before tip, which seems a little much, but that's because I had no clue about their size. Pickup was fast and simple, really dig the small storefront look, with a clear view of the kitchen. And boy, was it hot in there. I mean we were only in the 70's outside but inside, felt like it might have been closer to the 90's. Back home with my meal I knew I was in for a ride as the heft alone told me the food was worth it's weight in gold, and the first bite of the sandwich confirmed that suspicion. So meaty, so cheesy, so much! The homemade chips? Excellent! Now I only sampled a small portion of the poutine, but that's because by the time I finished the sandwich I was feeling it. But even still, the gravy was rustic, the fries were thick, and the cheese was drenched everywhere. If you ever wanted to feel the weight of your culinary sins, this would be the spot to indulge. Full marks, everything I wanted it to be.

Pizza, wings, burgers, hot & cold subs, steaks, chicken dishes.....he's got it all covered! Here a couple photos of our dinner a few night ago....swordfish cooked to perfection, and their version of a "Big Mac" on a pizza. Delicious!!

Place is a grand slam! Stopped on way to Lake for some lunch on the go. It was so amazing and full of flavors. We stopped on the way back to grab desert. Absolutely zero complaints. Totally a hidden gem.

Super delicious and amazing prices. Loving the new deli items, and how fast the service was. Got a huge Italian mix sub and a ginormous calzone for 17 bucks. Best sub I've had in a long time and best price in the area for sure!!!!

I placed a catering order for several entrees and sides for a bridal shower that I was hosting. Everyone that I dealt with was helpful & accommodating. They actually prepared a wonderful pasta primavera that was not on the menu, for my vegetarian guests. The food not only arrived hot but was delivered on time in a torrential rainstorm. Everything was wonderful! The food was delicious and plentiful. All of my guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I can't thank them enough for helping to make my event a success!

Great little food spot!! Offering a pretty good selection of food. Owner is a really nice guy . Ordered the huge half pound burger with fries .Great quality burgers. Also tried the homemade Italian sausage. All I can say is wow!! Totally amazing!! I wish I had gone to this place long before now!! The Dugout was a home run for my wife and I. We look forward to returning.

The Philly and Italian steak hot subs were phenomenal. Delivery was super fast and the young man who brought it was very sweet. I'll definitely be trying more of the dugout's expansive menu. Next time I'll update with pictures. Highly recommend!!

They have the best subs He slices the meat when he makes the sub. Not pre sliced. He bakes his own sub rolls. I get an Italian mixed Pepperoni, salami, ham, cheese Plenty of meat

Our food is always made fresh and how we ask for it , the meals are always sized to make sure your full and get what you pay for . Prices are extremely reasonable. One of the better places to get pizza and wings in Galway. I have always experienced great service here and it is now my favorite new sub place in the area. If you like a sub roll with a chewy interior texture and a toothsome crust, this is the place. I'm really glad that the new owner has decided to stay open all winter.

Was looking for a place to get wings from. Someone told me about this place. Wings are very good. The only complaint I have is blue cheese is very watery.

Could be better.... Pasta sauce that came with the Arancini balls was so bad we had to open up a can of Ragu. BBQ sauce that came with my daughters chicken tenders was very watery so we used our own Sweet Baby Rays. Poutine wasn't the traditional poutine that I'm used to. On it, there was shredded cheese instead of cheese curds and the gravy had mushrooms in it and my family cannot stand mushrooms (wasn't noted on the menu). Other than that the Bone-in wings and and the boneless wings were decent.

I wish I could've written something better about this place. I've heard good things about this place and this was my first time ever buying anything from there. The items I bought off the menu were 8-cut meat lovers pizza and an order of 6 garlic knots. I spent like $38 without the tip so I was expecting something good to come out of it. I was told a 45 minute for my food. About 50 minutes later, I was called by the delivery driver who told me he arrived at the wrong address and I waited ten more minutes for to arrive just to drive past my house. I was given my food and gave the delivery driver like a $6 tip. The garlic knot grease seeped the cardboard box it was in and onto my pizza box, causing a bit of a mess. The varying sizes of the garlic knots sent me with two baseball sized garlic knots and four golf ball sized garlic knots. Half of the garlic knots weren't fully cooked so I had to cook them in my conventional oven to cook them more thoroughly but that didn't really work out. Along with the pizza, I I don't understand how meat lovers pizza could be so flavorless. I mean really, I thought it was just the one slice I ate, but no, it was the whole pizza. Safe to say I won't be ordering from this place again.

Super slow service. Took 15 minutes for 2 flurries, and there was no line. Ice cream was average.

My family has used Bill's Dugout twice in the past and we had great experiences. For a wedding, and an anniversary party. My mother called recently to set up another party, in which right away he said he could do. When my mom called back a bit later to go over the details, the owner was very rude to her and refused to do the party because the headcount was so low. In the initial phone call, he never said anything about a headcount minimum when he said he would do the event. Which sounds like a pretty important detail to ask of. She continued to ask a few questions and his responses were belittling. He took away numerous services as well. Because he would not do the event, my mother now has such short notice that she is cooking herself for the party. We understand businesses have requirements in order to successfully run, but his attitude is not one that we want to work with. There are ways to talk to people and address issues without stressing people out. We will not be using this company again. Thanks!
