We were lucky enough to get star as our waitress after arriving 45 mins before close. Even though we arrived so late , she greeted us with a smile . She treated us as if she’d be there all night . Super pleasant . Great service ! Thank you ! We will be back again !

Staff was on point For a 430 stop on a Saturday. Wasn't full and could pick any table. The salad bar is great and was very fresh Staff was topnotch, in which we had 2 as one was being training. The trainee coordinated the right order, and the trainer was worried about and expressed how the trainee said we want one side and she had me for something else. But the trainee was right, and the order came out as ordered. Kids' meal was perfect, and the waitress gave us advice to no get grapes as she could get those with her salad bar. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I can honestly say the manager of the ruby Tuesday in Amsterdam ny absolutely saved the day. I ordered delivery on the website and nobody ever went to pick up my order for delivery. We were on a time crunch at this time being we had to be to work soon and the manager personally delivered my order since the delivery company never showed up.

Our server was friendly, courteous and a pleasure. Even though she was busy she made sure to check on us and make sure we had what we needed.

Went to Ruby Tuesdays this evening. I had the scallops & Shrimp with a baked potatoe & broccoli. It was excellent. They were very busy but our server was very attentive. tonight I tried the Ramen bowl with steak. I was very disappointed. I don't know if it was because the steak was really overcooked or because they use tough cuts for this dish. it was very tough and hard to cut. The dish itself was tasty but I would not recommend it with the steak.

Our local Ruby Tuesdays closed so we drove to the nearest one about 35 minutes away because we had a gift card and really missed their salad bar. Salad bar was stocked and lots of options. We got the spinach artichoke dip and 2 salad bars for $26. Wife got a strawberry Lemonade that was very good. Highly recommend all. Couple thoughts: Dip needed salt. Salad bar needs boiled egg. Skip the coleslaw.

Super Monday Lunch. We did the “Monday daily event” for $9.99. What a nice deal. I had the salad bar and smash burger and a Diet Coke to drink (every little bit helps 😬). Everything was great. The service was awesome, our server was super professional and friendly. The salad bar was clean and filled right up with a wide variety of good stuff. The burger came with fries. A+ here at Ruby’s today 👍

We had a great lunch here a couple weeks ago. They had a chalkboard in the front lobby about a daily lunch special. Salad bar and soup or salad bar and baked potato for 9.99 what?!?! It was awesome. Do they not advertise this? Or do I just not pay attention cuz I live too far away? Would totally return. Love those croutons.

A good place to eat, if you are going on the weekend you should make a reservation. They have a new salad bar, the food is almost always good, the service is good. When we made reservations for a party we were told they would do a birthday set up for us but when we got there they said that management frowned on that. Then the table right next to us also had a birthday, for an adult, and they sang and brought out cake and other stuff, but they didn't do that for our child so that was weird.

Our waitress Shauna was wonderful. Food came fast and was nice and hot.

We stopped at Ruby Tuesday's after school shopping for our 3 kids. Shauna, our waitress, was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed, and was very understanding of our two year old twins and almost 5 year old, who were not the quietest diners.

This was my first time at a Ruby Tuesday and my experience was amazing. The food was very fresh, I could tell it wasn't pre made sitting under a heat lamp. The service was very outstanding, very kind and gentle workers, the atmosphere was a very nice and pleasant.

A friend and myself stopped by for dinner. We were happily greeted by the hostess who sat us right away. We waited 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order (for drinks and food). For the last 10 minutes, after waiting we decided that they didn't want our money, so we got up and left. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, we called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. We explained what happened and then went to another restaurant nearby. I may or may not give them another chance, were only working in the area for a month and there has been plenty of places in the area that have taken very good care of us that we will be returning to. I gave 2 Stars because the bathroom was clean, the salad bar looked like it would have been good and the hostess was very nice. Update: 4 days later... Gave them another chance. Walked in and receive a cheerful hello. Immediately after sitting our waitress came over and took our drink orders. For dinner, I got the "Triple Play" (ribs, chicken fingers and shrimp). As for the sides I ordered the grilled zucchini and upgraded to the salad bar. The salad bar (7 out of 10) was good. Everything was fresh. The ribs (7 out of 10) choosing Texas dry rub, had good spiced flavor. The grilled zucchini (4 out of 10) was lacking flavor but wasn't horrible. The server (8 out of 10) was great, I'm not sure if you could rate people, but hey... It's part of my experience. Overall I give 4 stars (8 out of 10).

Our waitress Amanda was great, we had appetizers and the chicken wings tasted good however very small and you get 8 for $15.99 won't do that again. The celery was bad and we had spinach artichoke dip. 🇺🇸

My family and I ate dinner here on 5/18/25. We were seated quickly, even with a party of 8. Our waitress was friendly and personable. Upon hearing that one member of our party needed to order a gluten free option, she provided him with an additional menu to order from. We did note that some of the options were not in stock at that time. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. One of the meals was not correct. Not only were the customizations not accommodated, but they had substituted 2 chicken tenders for a fried chicken sandwich without consulting the customer first. The waitress was quick to apologize and immediately put in a new food order. We ran into one additional issue when trying to order dessert and the specially advertised cake was still frozen. The manager approached the table to discuss the concerns and was eager to make the situation right. He also reported the restaurant is under new management. He was very responsive and respectful. Our party left on good terms all around. The decor could use a little updating as we noted some peeling wallpaper and some old staples on the table edges, but it was clean overall.

When on a quiet night with three adults and four children. Was not busy. Food did not take long and was delicious. Our server / waitress was phenomenal and funny. Salad bar was fresh and loaded. The cheeseburger I had was fantastic. Only downside was they didn't have fountain drinks or water unless it was out of the bottle. Not their fault although with the limitations especially for children I didn't expect to get charged what we did for every drink. Normally yes. But it's not our fault that your machine is broken. Four kids drink a lot of chocolate milk lol. Anyway that's more of a management complaint then with anyone that we dealt with. Our experience was good. Although I generally avoid chains this particular Ruby Tuesday's always seems to deliver.

Aliah was great. The manager on duty was not very hospitable as she sat us and just walked away- no your server is _____ nothing. I checked the salad bar on entry and noticed it was picked over- after having to tell mgmt that my table ordered salad bar but it needs to be refreshed it was fixed.. the restaurant was freezing its 55 degrees out why is the air on? My children’s food came out promptly without complaints, my meal was room temp, my ribs specifically. I didn’t bother sending them back as everyone was freezing and ready to go. This is much better than previous experiences but still much is left to be desired. I am glad services saved my dinner. Kudos to Aliah.

Update: gave them another try tonight Thursday June 28th. I ordered the coconut shrimp which in my opinion was cooked incorrectly because they were dark brown (see photo) and the coconut burned. I had to TELL someone to replenish the salad bar, which one would think at dinner time things would have been filled. There were not a lot of people there. They did replenish, but the fact they need to be told by a customer is sad. Our waitress was a sweetheart, no complaints there. My dining partner got the pasta dish, which looked very good. So....Hopefully the staff will be checking the salad bar and the cook will learn how to cook fish. Although it is Friday and they advertise fish & chips for $9.99, I was informed they were "out" of them. Mind you it wasn't even 5 PM. I ended up ordering the salmon, which was good, but that isn't the point. One would think an effort would be made to have what you are advertising as a special.

Waitress wasn't coming around much, didn't like that. I left a $10 tip next a $1. What she worth on her job it was sad.

Everything inside is covered in a grime,and there was absolutely, undoubtedly food contamination at the salad bar. The waitress ( who was perfect) is the only thing that made me give more than 1 star.

Honest opinion, they're over priced for what you get. The food isn't that great. We were seated right next to the kitchen so when they cooked fish or seafood you smelled it strong. Our drinks remained empty until the end of our meals when we were finally asked if we wanted a refill and dessert. Just wasn't a good impression. Won't be going back.

I was there on 9/8. Only about 4 other couples in restaurant at 1 p.m. My husband ordered ribs which were good but I odered the steak noodle bowl. The noodles had great flavor but the steak tips were so hard you could have bounced them off the wall. I told the waitress how overcooked they were. She made no apology or attempt to bring me a replacement. When she returned to the table to ask if we needed another drink, I asked if she told the chef the ramen noodle steak tips were extremely over cooked. She said yes and left. When I received the bill no compensation for uneatable meat was made. Very disappointed with this meal and the service. I did tip the waitress the 20% because she did not cook the food but she also appeared poorly trained in customer service. I have enjoyed their salad bar many times but something seems to be going in wrong direction in Amsterdam restaurant. It's a great location and very clean and comfortable atmosphere but food needs to be consistently good and help must be well trained to deal with genuine complaints.

Restaurant is very dirty. Sticky floors with many days worth of dirt. White tiles were actually black. Bathroom not clean. A “mildew” smell where we were sitting. I hope the kitchen is cleaner but it makes you wonder.

I did not feel well after eating here. The salad bar was stale and not good. The only thing that was decent was the ribs were tender.

The salad bar was great.The mozz sticks were stale and bland. I put in a complaint. Make sure if you order them that they are fresh. When home I put garlic powder and ranch dressing on them but no improvement.

I visited Ruby Tuesday and placed an order, but another customer mistakenly took my food. After waiting **30 minutes** to speak to a manager, I was told that because I ordered online through their main website, I would have to contact customer service myself to get a refund. This was incredibly frustrating—especially after already waiting so long just to resolve the issue in person. The lack of immediate assistance and having to jump through extra hoops for a simple refund left me very disappointed. I expected better customer service, especially when the mistake wasn’t mine. Hopefully, Ruby Tuesday can improve their process for handling these situations in the future.

What I wanted was a regular cheeseburger, what I got was rare mush that tasted like the last guy's order. I've never had a raw burger that tasted like cooked fish before. 10/10 spot if you want to spend the rest of the night in the bathroom though.

12/13/2021 just left worst money ever spent on food other than apple bees! Potato salad was left over baked potatoes, chicken wings couldn't be eaten. Going to pet smart to get dog treats just to get taste out of my mouth.

I don't know about anyone else but my experiences which have been a couple it has been horrible, I've ordered spend decent money and tips still the food is horrible and not to forget to mention the service not very hospitabal. I honestly wouldn't recommend went twice never again I'd rather spend that amount of money elsewhere dissapointed 😑

I an a regular customer ! Most waitresses know me and my husband. I came in today and spent around 120$ . When I was ready to pay I walked up to the bar and patiently waited. After about 15 minutes I caught the sight of the manager who asked what the issue was, I explained that I had been waiting and couldn’t wait for a half hour to pay my bill . He immediately got defensive and snapped about how they were busy and that he no time for me and started to walk away. I followed him and said that I understood that the waitress was busy and that I would wait, I told him that I come regularly and that she knows us..but had been there for a while.. he kept cutting off my conversation every time that I made a comment and snapping at me rudely saying he didn’t care and complaining about being busy and that I could wait .. He had no time for me. Very rude! I saw the waitress settled up and tipped almost 25% . I left. My husband called to inquire about the situation and the manager immediately said that the waitress Kristi said that I was extremely rude as well as him and behaved inappropriately! WHAT? I had no negative experience with her whatsoever and she knows us. Unacceptable especially if I tipped her almost 25% and had a good service . we tried to call back to inquire with Kristi but the manager refused to allow us to speak with her..This manager has no business in customer service and has no manners! He is a child! We are old double his age at least and have not been treated that way before.. I regularly purchase gift cards for friends and family and use them occasionally as well , never again ! I don’t need to throw my money away to a restaurant that thinks so lowly of me and my patronage.. Hope that you don’t miss my $ ! There are plenty of other restaurants to eat at .. The food is better too!

I had lobster Mac and cheese and after getting home I was sick to stomach and was vomiting. The next morning I called and spoke to the manager and all I got was sorry. No refund no free meal nothing. Great business!!!!! I will not be returning.

I order the Scallop Medallions with pilaf and was very disappoint to bite in and find they were FAKE Scallops for $25 a plate. Never in my life have returned a plate to the kitchen so fast. DO BETTER!

Absolutely filthy. We were sat at the table RIGHT next to the kitchen door - that by the way was disgusting. It was a very slow Monday - not even before noon. I dont even think there were 3 tables in the whole place so the hostess should have chosen a better seat. Once we sat, I could feel how sticky the vinyl tablecloth was. Gross. I stood up to move my mother's purse to the chair in the corner and saw there was a big tear in that seat. Gross. As I went to go back to sit in my chair, I could see it was filthy-as if black greasy hands had been touching it. Gross. The handle of my knife looked like a cat had been chewing on it. The crusty, dirty caps on the salt and pepper shakers were.... you guesses it. Gross. Last time I ate there was 10 years ago and found a hair in my food. Guess what I found in my food today...yup. Hair. GROSS. I was comped my "meal" which was the cost of the salad bar as that is what I ate and finished before I found the hair If you like eating in dirty places, I highly recommend this place.
