Courteous, friendly service. Busy due to entertainment venues nearby (Disneyland and Angel Stadium)but still quick service.You can help yourself at beverage station, but salsas remain prepackaged... it's way less mess.

We came to take a lunch break from Disneyland and they have this $5 bowls that are really good and convenient but what made it better the service there was extremely good and the food came out really fast. Would 100% recommend it

Staying in a local hotel with ridiculous prices, we went here twice in three days for clean, crisp and well priced chicken and salad, as well as burritos. Adults and kids enjoyed the food. The staff were dun to talk to, but I think it was just our weird accents... If you are in a local hotel and want a cheap but healthy option, drop it.

I just wanted to say Thank You to the female cashier working today around 2:30pm. She had a beautiful smile, very polite and had good work ethics when it comes to customers,, always appreciated 👍👍. Recommended: I got the Double Beef Taco Salad (pico and creamy cilantro dressing on the side). It's a super healthy way to go with extra protein and quick service getting it out to me. Deliciousness 😋 Note: If you have ebt--looks like they accept it inside. ✌️

I moved from Cali to the Midwest where unfortunately we do not have el pollo loco, on vacation I changed that and it was exactly the same! Myra was our cashier and she was so welcoming and made us so happy to be back at one of my favorite places to eat in Cali! Thanks Myra!

I stopped by this location after a visit to Disneyland and man it is the best EPL location I have ever been to! I got my usual a tostada bowl and the meat was extra moist compared to all other locations. The salsas always on point and the staff are great. Totally recommend this location and my family and I will definitely be back!

Carla the manager of this pollo loco was very attentive of me and helped me with my order. They were all very friendly and served me with a smile food was also very delicious. Will be coming back again.

The customer service is good and they prepare the food quickly. I was there between 11:30am and 2pm, there was a very long line and a lot of people, and the staff did a good job at making everyone's orders completed and not having anyone wait a long time. The food is usually good and not overcooked. I really like the combo special of the 3 tacos del carbón and the original pollo bowl combo. Currently, they have different tostadas they are featuring on the menu, (June 2022) and the baja shrimp tostada was great!

I love this El Pollo Loco. Very nice resteraunt. Even though they were busy, they completed my order very quickly. I tried their new enchilada plate and it was really good. I also got some sauces from their condiment station and again, even though they were busy, employees were making sure it was clean and stocked. Would definitely recommend this location.

we arrived just a little over 20 minutes before closing and were attended to with good service. they took our order correctly and had the food out in a couple of minutes. the food was hot and just how we ordered. we ate inside quickly and we weren't kicked out although we did cut the time pretty close to their closing

Excellent food. The workers were nice and fast. Food was tasty. My favorite was the Classic Chicken Burrito, it was the perfect blend mission style burrito with pinto beans, rice and shredded chicken. My wife and daughters complained that the chicken was dry and over cooked, or might have been a little old. Either way the chopped chicken in the salads were dry. My only issue with the atmosphere was that the second bathroom which is for customers use was locked out and they told us it's employee only which creates a line at the first bathroom while the second bathroom sits empty. But I'd definitely be back for more Classic Chicken Burritos.

I eat here about twice a week. I always order online and dine in. It is always clean and my food is always ready when I arrive. There is only one customer restroom which requires a code and that is always kept clean. Their avacodo salsa is nice and thick not thin and runny like at some El Pollo Locos. It does get very busy at lunchtime.

The team that works at night is awesome. Was there last night and I saw how they help each other and work efficiently. My chicken was delicious, the order was all right. I saw them working so hard, ordered inside and kept watching as I waited for my order. They were doing a lot of to go prepaid orders and were so fast. They deserve a raise and to have more help (please hire more employees, your location is great and as you keep doing the good job you are doing more clientele will come). Great job to all the employees at this location.

I recently had one of the best fast food experiences I've had in years. Not only only was Karen attenditive to my questions, but she let me modify my order after I was still confused with what I wanted. Food was great and service was quick, all thumbs up.

The staff helped me pick a gluten-free option from the menu. The food is high quality. The restaurant is in a less touristy part of town, and there were a couple of homeless people taking naps on the lawn outside the restaurant. The staff made up for the less than ideal location of the restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience at El Pollo Loco around 12:45 PM. There was a young lady working who was absolutely amazing—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. She was incredibly friendly, very helpful, and had a great attitude. She helped a customer entering the restroom, assisted people with their tables, and even managed the back area before coming back to the cash register. And helped me . She was super efficient, very friendly, and truly respectful. I just want to thank her, even though I don’t know her name. Highly recommended service! Best customer service ever. Thank you

Dine in took 15 mins before even acknowledged. With no one else there. Then they did a great job. Food was awesome. 3 days later, dining in was closed during normal hours... they just decided to close an hour early. The drive through apparently is their priority. Carolina, taking the order was terribly impatient and did not seem to want to take the order, however she was very helpful and polite at the window. Chicken Nachos and the tostada salads and the queso burritos were amazing but so were the chicken drum sticks.

Food and service was good. Atmosphere was below par. It was very loud. Don't know if they were hammering something or the chopping of the chicken. It lasted for a few minutes. One of the workers was dancing in the lobby, and one was sweeping right next to me while I was trying to eat.

Update: Manager called me personally and gave my family a free meal. Very pleased with management at the location. I understand they are under training to get everything in order. 👍🏽👍🏽 Very disappointed to find hard bones scattered throughout the chicken in my first two bites of a classic burrito. Churros are overfried so they taste burnt and completely of oil. Whoever made them did not sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar, they are completely dry. Convinced myself to stop here for lunch, sad I did. Only good thing was the tortillas and the soda.

Even an hour before closing the food was still very good. I would recommend giving this one a try. The drive thru lady was nice and helped me place my order easily as it was my first time.

The service and food has turned out great the two times I have visited. The only thing is the dining area needs more of a sweep. Other than that the workers are great and accommodating.

One thing we envy about SoCal is the number of El Pollo locations. From the Club Wyndham Anaheim resort we were staying at, we had three or four El Pollo locations to choose from within about a 10 minute drive. This location shares a parking lot with Burger King but there were plenty of open spots when we arrived at about 5:30 pm. As soon as we entered, we could smell the aroma of El Pollo Loco’s signature, freshly grilled chicken. The older gentlemen in front of us had a hard time ordering because the cashier was speaking 100 miles per hour! LOL While waiting for our turn, we prepped our answers to his lightning round of questions (leg and thigh or mixed chicken? which sides? corn or flour tortillas?) but still flubbed our answers because the cashier changed the order of the questions! Despite the mini-challenge of ordering, we got our order of hot, freshly-grilled chicken, warm corn tortillas, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy within a few minutes. The taste is as good as we remembered from our last dining experience at El Pollo Loco.

Waited 20 or so min for my order, along with others in the store. Maybe it was a busy night, but seems like a lot for "fast food." People working there were friendly, but had to dock for wait. Food was good and they didn't mess up the order.

There are two things that concern you first is the person that's preparing the food was tossing lettuce back into the container that was on the preparation board and I ordered three chicken tacos, but tortillas were not warm enough, and they didn't put sufficient amount of chicken for the price. There should be a standard amount of chicken which they should use a measuring tool so that every person that prepares the Tacos doesn't give their own personal amount. Remember, consistency of amounts and quality is the success of a restaurant.

Came to Drive through when store was to be open for business per their business hours yet no customer service came on speaker box after waiting and five minutes of trying. Other customers behind me in cars decided to leave since I stayed until an El Pollo Team membersl would take my order on drive through call box, yet no service ended being provided. I drove around twice even going to window to try to see if maybe the call box was broken however it wasn't it turns out after calling the store to check I was informed they will not be opening for another 10 minutes so it was just that they weren't open until around 10:20 for customers.

Services is slow, we went there around 13:00 on Monday. It took about 30 minutes for our order to be served. (8 pc chicken and double protein bowl). The bowl was alright but chicken was too dry and cold.

Came to the store the first time, and the employer taking care of the front did not offer to help us, I asked nicely to help us since we had people that were seniors and she right of way said you can go ahead and order from the Machine and turned and dismissed us showing her back, I quickly saw another senior and I quickly advised her to please assist the senior since he didn’t know how to use the machine , I told him that she didn’t want to help so I insisted for her to help him so she suddenly change her mind and offer to help. I recommend for the manager to understand that this business consist in helping and serving and delivering great customer service, I believe she can do a better job if she can be corrected. Thank you.

I have ordered chips here several times, and this is the third time I’ve noticed the same issue — not many chips in the bag, maybe half filled. I actually mentioned it to an employee, and they told me the chips are weighed out and “that’s what you get.” I should’ve taken a picture to prove it — next time I will! For the price, the portion could definitely be more generous. Hopefully management can review this so customers get fair value for what they pay.

Food was really good and the first location to actually serve double chicken on a double chicken tostada. We ate inside and the tables were okay, not the cleanest but not dirty. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper and you needed a code to get in which meant you had to wait in a long line at the counter just to ask for one and disturb the employees who were busy having their conversations with each other. A homeless person walked in and filled from the the soda fountain with a cup that he found in the trash outside and that felt like a hygiene issue.

We always come to this location, cause it's always been good service/food. Yesterday's visit was not good at all. Chicken was dry and hard, they had no flour tortillas! I would suggest alternate location, especially if you plan on going there around 9:30 pm!

The burrito I ordered was horrible!! The chicken was under cooked, the cilantro wasn't cut at all and it had WAAAAY too much of it, and I only got 2 slices of avocado. Only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 was because the woman working the driver thru had amazing customer service!!

We were visiting Disneyland and we were wanting a break from the park food. Should have read the reviews before ordering curbside . Our mistake. We ordered 2 burrito combos and another burrito and drink. Never got the burrito or drink. We were back at our hotel and tried to call 5 times and no one picked up the phone to let them know about our missing items. Read the reviews and should have realized this location is notrious for missing food and cutlery. So I have emailed head office hoping they make it right. We are from Canada and now back home....so be aware when ordering you might potentially get ripped off.....but the food we did get was good...so I am not knocking the quality of food but the lack of customer service.

Food wise pretty good ! No complaints. Staff wise they were understaffed you can definitely tell. Trash cans were completely full they were spilling out of the trash bins... I was able to see what everyone ate from the whole day. So management you might need to hire more people. Just saying.

I had a great experience at El Pollo Loco recently when I ordered the $5 specialty bowl along with a lime mango drink. I want to give a special shoutout to Karen, the employee who helped me. She was exceptional in explaining the differences between the hibiscus drinks, and her friendly, kind service made a real difference. Thank you, El Pollo Loco, for having such amazing staff like Karen. She truly brightened my Day however after talking a few bites of the food I found hair😢

This place burnt the chicken and it was dry. Also, the tables and the restaurant are filthy. My table is in the photos...that food debree was already there and no one ever cleaned it. I just took my food that I was going to eat in the restaurant to go on my own.

Man, I’m usually not the type of person to be doing this but, I work nearby this location and pollo loco one of my favorite places, but this exact location just disappoints. Been several times when i have food missing and been given wrong items. I went today asked for a Breast and a thigh as shown and I was given this. At the end of the day it’s chicken but come on those pieces are so skimpy. The thigh had a hard burnt layer of “chicken” and really little meat. Also asked for flower tortilla and got corn. Rice was the last hard part of the batch. Unfortunately my break for lunch is tight so I had to eat it along with the rest of times, but this time around this was just pathetic.

I placed an online order thinking it would be the easiest and fastest way to grab my lunch before going back to work, but this was not the case at this location. First of all, the line of people waiting to place their order was to the front door, and the counter area where you pick up orders was crowded with angry customers. If it wasn't for the receipts in people's hands, I honestly wouldn't have been able to tell the difference between the lines. I tried for 10 minutes to get to the counter while customers who previously received their orders kept coming back because their orders were missing something. When I finally got to the counter, there was only one person in front of house who was filling and distributing orders slowly. She was trying to be accurate but was moving far too slow. She only spoke Spanish, so she had difficulty dealing with customers who only spoke English, myself being one of them. It wasn't until almost 10 minutes later (so 20 minutes total) when the long line of customers were gone that I was able to ask for my order from the cashier. Next, my simple double chicken avocado salad order was not ready as it should have been 20 minutes earlier, and I was told they only had thigh meat, which I do not eat. I finally asked them to cancel the order, and then, like magic, they had breast meat to place on the salad. The cashier tried to make it up to me by offering me a free drink, but I was far too frustrated at this point. After I got my salad, it was not double chicken at all, but rather a small amount. This took nearly my entire lunch break from work, and it shouldn't have. So, unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location any time soon. I hope they learn from this and get it together.

The management team and employees have gotten worse since they renovated. There's no motivation or consideration to get orders correct anymore. I had sent an email to corporate about my awful experience I had on July 26th and they said they would take action. Hopefully it's true because the lack of care in this place will get someone sick, but if you're craving El Pollo Loco PLEASE go to another location. Who knows how they prepare the food or what goes on behind these walls.

One of the only terrible experiences I have had at El Pollo Loco. I asked to purchase their keto tortillas with my meal (which I have done before on many, many occasions in many different locations before INCLUDING this location just days ago) and the manager refused to allow me to purchase them. I also heard him telling the lady at the window that there is no way I bought them before like I said (he basically said I was not telling the truth). I even told him the price I paid and how the tortillas were packaged. I’m not upset at not buying the tortillas, I am very upset at how disrespectful the manager was and just unkind. I literally am asking to purchase something (not asking for it for free or to replace the normal tortillas) and he was so incredibly rude about it. I am very disappointed because I always buy chicken at this location and I never experienced this before. Please tell your employees to be respectful to the customers and willing to listen to their request without just turning them down for no reason at all or calling them liars.

I hate writing reviews but I had to for this one. I fell like the manager was a man and he was in charge. I got a horrible order. I order birria tacos. The meal and the ONE MORE one then side. But asked for all spicy. One consume comes with / birria tacos. And you can order that spicy as well. Which I did. I order 2 birria tacos ,spicy, and asked for one extra birria tacos. Spicy as well. I had about 15-20 for work and my job is about 5 mins away from this el pollo loco. I waited about. 20 mins for my food , which was my problem even tho it was falling apart and soggy. I order my food at 5:15. I start at 6. I got my food at 6:45 which I was mad at. The manager gave me a very wrong order. He gave me 3 comsumes. I didn’t order any extra ones. I only order one extra birria taco. And I asked for no tomatoes on everyone. All 3 tacos came with tomatoes and I was charged 35$ and given 3 consumer which I didn’t order. I couldn’t go back because I had work at 6 and was about 7-10 mins away and waited about 30-45 minutes for wrong food.

This critique is concerning El Pollo Loca store # 5400 Near the corner of Ball Road and Anaheim Blvd in the city of Anaheim. After taking my order the cashier who was handling money proceeded to place lid on my takeout order with unwashed hands! When I requested that she wash her hands she proceeded to the sink and was not there for even 5 seconds. When I requested that she return to sink to really was her hands she told her manager and her manager went to the sink instead of the employee to wash her hands. The manager washed her hands thoroughly, but proceeded to the already contaminated container and bag the cashier was previously preparing and completed the preparation and attempted to hand me the contaminated container and bag. When I refused it the manager became indignant and stormed off. When I requested another meal in an uncontaminated container the manager refused to speak to me, putting her hand up as if you say " I am not speaking to you". When I ask her her name she would not answer (she was not wearing a name tag). She became angry with me because I refused to eat my meal from a container and employee handled with unwashed hands after handling cash filthy money in the middle of a pandemic that has killed millions of people. My intelligence was insulted. The manager exhibited the poorest example of customer service to her employees I have ever seen. She has 0 concern for the welfare of her customers.

Horrible service, today my dad went to buy four pollo bowls, and they didn’t put chicken in any of the four pollo bowls, also they never have anything, no salsas, etc. He went back to tell them that they didn’t put chicken in the pollo bowls and they decided to give him one small cup of chicken. Supposedly they had only put chicken in two bowls, but none of them had chicken, and if they had put chicken in two bowls why didn’t they put chicken in the other two? just doesn’t make sense. We decided to go ourselves to get a refund, we had waste gas and our time, we brought the food back because we didn’t want it anymore it was cold and dry. The manager was very rude, wasn’t helpful at all, and he was also lazy. He asked for the receipt, we told him our situation that my dad was the one who bought the food, so he is the one that had the receipt, he just dropped the food off to us. All he did was walk out, he returned doing whatever he was doing, didn’t even say anything, and ignored us.Also they have all the orders in their system, but the manager didn’t even want to check. So I had to call my dad to bring the receipt, he had to come back all the way from his house to the pollo loco. The manager is bad at his job, he didn’t even apologize, nothing, he was being very rude, that manager needs to be fired, we did ended up getting a refund, but we had to go trough all of that. Horrible service don’t recommend coming to this pollo loco.

I hope people can be able to avoid this location when you want to buy food. The chicken were with a lot of hair , not cleaned, very disgusting, mostly burned(overcooked so it tastes bitter), different from the chicken from other locations. Also I never missed any piece in the past when I lived in another city, but you need to count at this location since some piece is missing. Bad experience. I will try to go another location next time.

We just picked up our online order, and drove up to the drive thru to tell them we were here. I greeted the worker saying hello and they didn’t respond back and rudely said just come to the window. After she opened the window and just shoved the bag into my arms and closed the window very upset. I waved her down to ask if my receipt was in the bag and she said that it was in the front and then again shut the window upset. I always come to drive thru trying my best to be nice cause these workers don’t deserve mean customers. She ruined my night instead, I understand that people go through things but automatically being rude is not the answer. I hope she had a better night and learns to be a little nicer to the people that come across her way. Food was great though!

I know it's a long story but just read it. So I came in to El Pollo loco and they gave me some coupons. I had lost the coupons so I went in to ask for more and they wanted me to buy something so I bought a piece of chicken for $4. Then when I went in to try to use the coupon the cashier said "it HAD TO come out exactly to $11.99 to get the free fit bowl" I explained the total before tax has to be over $11.99. He INSISTED that he was right so as the line grew longer he finally let someone with more experience and common sense handle it within 30 seconds it was done. Sour taste in my mouth was when the females DEMANDED I buy something to get a coupon (pointless). The only part that left a 2 start instead of one was when. I explained to the guy in drive thru WHY I was buying a piece of chicken for $4 he stuck a bunch of them in my one piece order🤣🤣. He made my day. The rest of the female cashiers .....rude. Not all of them but whoever calls the " shots" on giving out the coupons. Girl. You don't own the restaurant nor do you get more than an hourly wage. Relax on the demands. Needless to say I am Not going back. I was going to live off of the fit bowls but it's easier and cheaper to make my own.

Our worst life time experience in a fast food restaurant about waiting time. We spent more than 30 minutes after the order was placed and the food was not ready!!! I asked the cashier and she answered me with a attitude that it's gonna be ready in a few minutes. I didn't expect that and I asked her to cancel my order. I paid almost $5 for 2 tablespoons of Mac and cheese (the container was mostly empty). The chicken avocado burrito that I ordered had 2 small cubes of chicken, a handful of cold shredded cheese and beans wrapped in a cold flour tortilla. I won’t be coming back to this location. I do not recommend it! Avoid at all costs!

Waiting here for 30 minutes, they forgot to make our food, no apologies no nothing, they must have been embarrassed for they behavior. Shame on the management. Sorry for the cooperation who has these employees. I am so angry because of their attitude, if I was speaking Spanish would this still had happened to me???? Why all Spanish-speaking customers got their food and they kept us waiting and waiting and waiting? Why when they found that they missed to make my food, didn't explain it, why they kept speaking about my order in front of me without acknowledging my presence? Someone should be responsible!!

A coworker & I went to this Pollo Loco for lunch. After waiting an unusual time for our order the drive thru employee assured me everything was in the bag she handed us. Once we arrived to work we noticed the churros we ordered were missing & the Horchata drinks were extremely watered down. We tried reaching them at the provided number printed on the receipt more than 8 times & had no luck. We are still waiting to hear back from them, since we paid for items we never received.

Worst customer service ever!!! I went through drive threw and the young lady greeted me fine she wasn’t the problem, I got my order and got beens instead of rice witch was no problem, I didn’t get any utensils nor any salsa. I then walk inside the dine in area around 8:30 ish and the door was still open the manager named JESSICA then walk up to me and tells me they are closed to go outside with just rude manners. Doesn’t ask me nicely gives me a nasty attitude and walks me out the door, I then clearly told her more that (three) times! That I was missing salsa and utensils she kept on asking how many how many repeatedly when I made it crystal clear that it was for one set which is (one) she then gives me a bag with what I needed and said here, no thank you, have a great day, I was once a pollo loco shift manager for 3 years so I know what customer service is especially as a manager customers come first well she didn’t do any great job with her service sadly .

I came to order 8 piece leg and thigh (chicken only), and the drive threw employee took my order then came back and said sorry you can only order the mixed. So I asked what is is the mixed that you can go back and give me leg and thigh only? He said the mixed comes with leg, thighs, wings, breast. I kindly asked then can you just give me the leg and thigh because I don’t want wings. He said no. I asked if he could please explain how you have legs and thighs but want me to get mixed only! He then got a manager and she stated the same thing. I told her can you please explain this, i don’t understand if you have the chicken? She said sorry we need to save it for other customers. Wow, I am a paying customer and you can’t sell this to me? So I had to wait in the drive threw for 30 minutes for nothing. El pollo Loco is based off selling chicken and should have it in stock. I don’t know how this location keeps its business!!!

The food was ok but the management acted like everyone was a homeless person and a lot of people complained about the chicken being dry. There was trouble getting in the bathroom and it was very dirty. Most people were going through the drive through so they didn't have to go inside or risk coming in contact with a homeless person.

I visited the El Pollo Loco drive-thru on Ball Rd and had a bizarre and unpleasant experience. While picking up my order, an employee with a nose ring approached me, accusing me of recording her the last time—even though I had no idea what she was talking about. She kept yelling nonsense at me, even though I told her I wasn’t involved. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. If employees have concerns about being recorded, they should step away—not harass paying customers! I hope corporate addresses this because it left a bad impression of the brand.

Order 3 price leg and thigh combo with rice and ruined my night. The salsa I order was rotten like sour and smelled off. I worked at Polo loco before and never have I ever had salsa that's bad. I've been working as a chef for 3 years now and have never had this level of poor quality and care. I tried calling twice to put in a complain and to inform them about the salsa, but sadly no one picked up. I checked online and it said open until 10:30pm and they accept online orders until 10:00pm. Called at 9:30pm so there is a no excuse. Ruined my night and my meal. I like to add my sauce on top of everything so my chicken, rice, and black beans are all ruined. Don't ever eat here if this is the type of quality they'd serve.

I went through the drive thru, and I ordered a chicken breast. It was very small, with hardly any skin, which is where all the seasoning is at. It was also very dry. I've been to several Pollo Locos near me, and their quality has gone down. The chicken is always dry, no matter what I order, bowls, salads, or combo meals. I rarely go to any of their locations anymore because this keeps happening. I thought I'd try again, but I think I'm done with them. Sadly, I use to love their restaurant

Which will not be true you will be left standing there for 5-10min with no one to help you. On top of it all tables will be dirty, no napkins or lids. When you ask them for some they will roll their eyes and give you the items with bad expression. While I was eating I seen 3 people leave because no one would help them use the kiosk. I seen so many older folks asking for help and they said "we can't take your order!" I the customer got up not once but twice to help the older folks that had been struggling and standing there for more than 8 min. While the employees just stood there and watched me help them instead of them coming over and taking over to help them. You guys had like 5-8 people and not one person could help or clean the lobby. Pollo loco check your cameras 2/4/26 between 1:53pm - 2:30 and see how many people walked out, how many times I got up to help, and see how your employees were doing nothing. Get new employees or lower their pay if they can't do their job. It's ridiculous!

I would give them 0 stars. I ordered food through the drive-thru, and the lady told me to order when I was ready—which I already was—but then she left me waiting for more than 5 minutes. When I finally got my order, she gave me iced tea instead of a Coke. The drink was warm, had no ice, and was the wrong drink altogether. I ordered the 3 tacos al carbon combo, and it looked like they had just thrown the tacos, chips, and meat onto the plate. Everything was a mess. I was very disappointed by the poor customer service and the condition of the food

The staff constantly gets my order wrong, whether I use rhe drive thru ir door dash. Its sad. I spoke with someone who called himself the assistant manager and he flipped the script to where I was at fault for continuing to give them chance after chance 🤷🏾‍♀️. So yeah writing a letter to the corporate office because no one way should a customer be blamed for staffs laziness, inaccuracy or inability when it comes to putting together an order.

I do not recommend this place. Their workers just don’t care. I came to order some food and four people were served before me and my order was never fulfilled. I left because I had to make it back in time to work for lunch and I was never refunded. I came back to try to get a refund, but they said that Il they didn’t know what I was talking about and I needed the receipt. I lost my receipt and had no way to prove that I placed an order other than showing them my bank account, but I guess that didn’t count. It’s no wonder they want to replace workers with robots they just don’t care.

Went drive through; very slow service, with three cars in front, waited 20 minutes. I ordered the eight piece family meal with a large soda almost $40. That would have been ok if we would have enjoyed the meal. When we got home, the chicken was burnt, it was so burnt that the pieces were extra small. Plus, the chicken was completely dried. The salad I ordered as a side was old and soggy. Could not eat the salad. I have not found a good Pollo Loco in Orange County anymore. Another place off my list!!!

Don’t waste your time here! We always order big orders from here and have them delivered they always miss meals! People don’t eat! and when you call to have them fix it they say you have to come in store for refund or a pick up. They are so careless about their service! The managers are careless. We ordered for an office lunch, and unfortunately, HALF of our order was missing when it was delivered. This meant several employees didn’t get their meals. When we called the store to address the issue, the manager on the phone(Theo) was rude and unhelpful. Mistakes can happen with one or two things missing but HALF is unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism and care in resolving the issue was very disappointing. I hope the store improves its attention to delivering orders and customer service, especially for group orders.
