Neat place, big buffet you fill a small bowl up with things and take it to a grill and get it cooked in front of you. Lots of options for noodles, veggies, protein, etc. They even have burgers and hot dogs. You season it yourself too. You put the sauce on the side and they add it on at the end. I liked the options. The buffet could use better labels. Service was fine, our waiter was between the bar and a ton of tables. But we didn’t need too much. I made two plates of stir fry with teriyaki sauce and enjoyed it. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. So a good option for those looking to just fill up before or after the park. We were seated near the bar and the grill. It gets hot in there fast. Especially if they have birthdays. They light a spot on the grill with a big fire and sing happy birthday. Which was cute, but very warm. I’d say also bring cash to tip the guys cooking the food.
This place was great. We went here about an hour before the doors were scheduled to open at the house of blues for BBNO$. We were sat on the balcony and although it was a chilly evening, the heat lamps kept us comfortable. I wasn't cold at all even in a dress. The food itself is whatever you make it, but they cook it on a huge round grill and they do a great job at cooking it just right. That being said, if you have food allergies I'd probably either avoid this place or pop a benedryl beforehand because sometimes the food touches on the grill and while they clean the stovetop often, I noticed they reuse cooking utensils without cleaning in between. I ended up popping a benedryl when I saw my food was next to some shrimp and was fine but it might be a bigger deal for more serious allergies. I'm not sure if maybe they could accommodate allergies but I feel like the concept of this place would make that request difficult. The drinks were good and I liked that we had a view of the long house of blues line from our balcony spot. Overall my only regret was I couldn't eat more than two plates. We'll probably come back here again for future shows.
Great place that can feed you no matter what kind of cuisine you're craving. Personally, I went with a more Asian-inspired dish, but others in my party tried the hamburger or an Italian dish. No one left unhappy. I was definitely not unhappy. My only concern is that my wife (who was not with me) could not have eaten there as I did not see a wok in use for people with allergies. I'd recommend that minor adaptation for them in the future if they're not already in use so they don't rely entirely on having cleaned the grill enough to not prompt a reaction.
We were there on 6-16-25 celebrating my fiances birthday. Let me tell you, I cant say enough good things about this place! It started with the hostesses, very friendly and inviting. Then our server Coco! She was absolutely FANTASTIC! Went above and beyond! explained the process, always checked on us, was extremely friendly and even made sure my fiance had an amazing birthday surprise! Last (but not least) the chefs! They run that grill like the professionals that they are, making sure everybody gets their food exactly how they wanted it and cooked everything to perfection. This is our new favorite spot in Anaheim!!!
Fire + Ice is a great choice for a fun and engaging meal near Disneyland and the Anaheim GardenWalk. It's not your typical fine-dining establishment, but if you're looking for a lively atmosphere, the chance to craft your perfect meal, and an all-you-can-eat value, it's definitely a place to check out. The concept is especially popular with families and groups who appreciate the flexibility and entertainment.
It's fun, good value with a vast range of options, great for large groups of people with various tastes and diet restrictions.
Back home in Missouri, we call this place HuHot. You pick your own food out in a buffet style line. Then you take it to a large grill where you wait for it to cook. I find it very delicious. There is a bar for drinks, outside eating. The first night the music was way too loud, but the next time I went it was better.
Brunch Brunch Brunch!!!! Our family loves this place for brunch! Not only do they have the regular Mongolian BBQ, they also have pancakes made to order with all kinds of toppings, omelets as much as your imagination can make!!! The chefs are fun and always ask their opinion on what you should have made!!!! Picky kids? No problem... they have plain noodles and pancakes... it can't get better!!!! This is our 11th year coming here and even the new staff makes us feel welcome!!!
There tonight was a beautiful thing the see what I saw. Manager in white shirt was taking in some new cooks under his wings and teaching them the right way. The new guys have and showed a lot of potential and the food they made was fantastic keep it up you guys will be the next fire in the ice.
The best food ever and dinner is 20 bucks for all you can eat. Can't beat that! The alcoholic beverages are always made with care, as well. Only negative during COVID is that you do not watch them cook your food at the stove. Instead, they bring your food to your table but you still get to add any ingredients you want. This place is a must if you're in the area :)
Excellent cooked too order all you can eat. Choose all of your raw ingredients. Choose from a variety of Asian sauces, or Italian sauces, or Mexican sauces. Hand everything to the chef, and watch him cook your masterpiece. Asian style... I recommend starting with a half container of either Szechuan or Sesame sauce, then experiment by filling up the rest of the container with some other sauces. If you really want to play it safe, just do equal parts Szechuan and Sesame sauce. Italian style... I recommend equal parts Alfredo and Pesto. Add a garlic butter ball to your main bowl containing your noodles. Also add some raw garlic, and if you like it spicy, add some Sambal crushed red chillies to you're main bowl. Finally sprinkle some Sicilian seasoning over everything and hand it to the chef. Ask the chef to mix some of his own supply of shredded Parmesan to it while it cooks! Mexican style... I recommend 2 parts Fajita sauce, and 1 part Cilantro Lime sauce. If you want to get crazy, add a garlic butter ball to your main dish containing your meats and veggies. Tell your waiter you'd like some tortillas and sour cream, and he'll bring them to your table. Happy hour until 7pm! $4 beers!
Definitely a great spot to go to when in town visiting Disneyland or any other attractions in the Anaheim area. I've been coming here since at least late 2016 top notch everytime I come never once have I had a bad visit and I'm going visit number 15. If your not trying to spend a lot of money and trying to get some great fulling food Fire & Ice is the spot you want to be at.
Such a cool concept! The selection is great and the combinations are unlimited. But the best part is the service. My family and I went here twice during our Disney vacation and both times Coco was our server. She was great! The cooks were just as good, offering suggestions on flavor combos and cooking the food perfectly. I don’t know how this place doesn’t have a higher rating.
I had a great time at Fire + Ice! It's basically a build-your-own noodle bowl/salad/burger joint. I don't even recall what exactly I used in the two plates my stomach only had room for, other than I literally piled on the noods and the meats and every sauce that added spiciness. Both times I don't know what I created what they were GOOD. Like, hard to take another bite but I just have to because it's so good but also I'm going to freaking explode good. It's also $23.00/person so you know I'm going to TRY to get my money's worth. The ingredients were so fresh, they were constantly being replaced and refilled. The hardest part about this whole experience is waiting at the bar while you literally watch your food cook with a growling stomach. I would definitely recommend this place!
Highly recommend!! America and Raul were very great to my family and I. Very caring and attentive of their customers. The food was amazing as well. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of my food or drinks but I got to choose what paste and what I wanted in my paste and just hand it to the cook to cook it. They also have a salad option. I had a mojito and a melon mule they were so good props to the bartender.
I came here on a Saturday night because I was already at the Garden Walk and this was one of the few places still open. Even then, I had less than an hour. This is a Mongolian BBQ with a buffet style, although the options are a big broader than a standard Mongolian fare. They have some Mexican and American options with tortillas and hot dogs. It was just what I wanted.
What a fun place! Plus great service. Our server Melissa was really attentive. We never had to ask for anything...we turned around and dishes removed, drinks refilled. The host (dont know his name) helped my friend whose daughter needed ice on her eyes (from a pool incident earlier in the day). He offered an ice pack (after seeing her put cucumbers on her eyes) without prompting. Plus the gentlemen at the bbq were entertaining, professional, and efficient. Everything moved quickly...food completely cooked, and fun to waThey seemed to have addressed the signage - it was clear we should put sauce on the side - signage at the ingredient bar and the server also told us. Fun, touristy place with a nice rooftop seating area and firepit. Would definitely recommend to visitors at the Disneyland area and would come again!
My family and I was in town visiting from Alabama. My brother, who lives here took us here for dinner. OMG, the food and atmosphere was Amazing. The live dj was the icing on the cake. We are from the south, so we love music and good food. I will definitely be back when we visit again.
I’m visiting from Germany with my band, and we came to the U.S. to play shows – and I have to say, dining at FiRE+iCE was one of the absolute highlights of our trip! After long days filled with music, this place gave us the perfect mix of amazing food, great energy, and a truly fun experience. The concept is incredible: you choose your own fresh ingredients, pair them with delicious sauces, and watch the talented chefs grill everything right in front of you. It’s not just a meal, it’s entertainment and creativity combined. The atmosphere is lively, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the food options are endless – from Asian-inspired flavors to pasta creations or simple grilled favorites. For us as a band traveling far from home, this was more than just dinner, it was a memory we’ll never forget. Highly recommended – whether you’re local or visiting from abroad, FiRE+iCE will impress you!
It is always a nice experience. I bring people here if it is their first time trying something different. The set up is still the same now that they have reopened after the pandemic shutdown. Dine-in and patio are still options. The food/ingredients bar is still there under the sneeze guards. They just ask that you wear gloves that they provide before selecting your choices. They have so many choices and combinations that you can make from different vegetables to different carbs to different meats and seafood and then there are many sauces to finalize your meal. The great thing is that you can go back again and again and create a completely different meal since it is still all-you-can-eat! Not to mention that, in addition to the grilled stuff, you can build-your-own salad, too!
Great experience, choose your food, any combination or style, anything you see fit. They will grill up your food on the grill, you get to see and watch the food cooked up, can ask to to have it grilled to your choosing. Selected sauce, choices aplenty. Salad options also available. Drinks were great!!
We came here for my hubby's work holiday party and it was amazing. The selection of ingredients to choose from is fantastic, everything was fresh and very tasty. The chefs do an amazing job cooking everything together. We can't wait to come back and try more! The combinations are literally endless.
It's never a disappointment to visit Fire and Ice. The food is really what you make it! The quality of the meat cannot be overstated. Great staff and customer service! Their weekend brunch options are always appreciated. Would recommend and I will be going again.
Had a rough start, but the manager Fernando was amazing. Solved my issue made everything great. Because of him I'm definitely coming back. The hype of this place lives up to what people say. Had some noodles and burgers. Food cooked perfectly, everything taste amazing. I'll be talking about this place. Can't thank Fernando enough for making our night great.
1st time coming here. Haven't been to an all you can eat restaurant since the Before Times of Covid. Loved the options given to me since I was here for Brunch. Service was exemplary and efficient. Cooks were respectful and attentive to the needs of the customers. Will look forward to coming here again with my family in the future.
Love this restaurant. Just wish it was closer to where I live or within my usual area of travel. Really like that they send me yearly birthday email for free dinner if you join their email club. Similar to a buffet, but they cook all the ingredients and amounts you choose right then in front of you.
I’ve been coming to this location since they opened like 15 years ago. I love the concept that it’s basically a Mongolian grill but with more than just “Asian” options. They’ll do burgers on the grill to order, I do Italian stir fry’s, you can even have them make fajitas for you. Oh and don’t worry, all the Asian options are great too. Also, as a picky eater I love that I can make my own weird combinations and there’s no judgment. Today we had our best experience ever. Went right after they opened at 4pm so it was super quiet but all the food was still plentiful and fresh. The woman doing the grilling did such a good job on my food.
Fire and Ice in Anaheim is pretty good. From the interactive dining concept to the delicious food options, everything about this place is top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is vibrant and fun, and the variety of ingredients to create your own customized meal is unmatched. I highly recommend Fire and Ice to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable dining experience.
Great place with tons of options for every diet! Sign up for their email list to get some smoking deals! It's a clean, fun and tasty all you can eat Mongolian BBQ restaurant. Pick a base like veggies, pasta or rice then add toppings like carrots, tofu, corn, pineapple almost anything! Then choose a protein (or two... Or three!) In the evenings they have more seafood and serloin steak but lunch offers many options like crab, chicked, shreaded beef, cod etc. Then add some sauces (mix them together for more options!) And have them cook it together! You can also make custom orders like hot dogs, hamburgers and Philly cheese steak! The options are limitless! If your visiting the Disneyland area you need to check this place out!
For starters go park on level 4 of the parking structure. Once you get inside the restaurant, you just want to do the tango from the upbeat music and excitement from the smoke of the grill. You now have to be creative to produce a plate of art to debate with your friends and family who's dish is the most flavorful. All in all, great experience and good quality. Try to sit outside All in all good experience.
The food and the atmosphere are always great. We did ask server to split our check three ways and that never happened. If you were looking to take photos of your group, don't ask your server. Most of them have no idea how to take a picture 😂 Service at the table was okay. The cooks are great and always entertaining. We did request outdoor seating however we thought it was going to be much warmer when we made the reservations for our party. They guaranteed they would turn all the heaters on however the table they set us at had only one working heater and we were surrounded by non-working heaters. We will absolutely be going back.
Fire + Ice is a Mongolian grill type restaurant that is all you care to eat with a great selection of meats, veggies, sauces and more. Flavors are as good as you make it and the grill chefs do a great job of directing and keeping things organized. The whole place seems like it could use a bit of an update but it’s clean and well maintained.
Very clean. Fun experience. If you don't like the food, it's really your own fault since you put the bowl together yourself before they cook it. Came here for lunch on a Friday and was seated right away and had a very attentive server. I was a little surprised that they didn't have shrimp as a protein option, but that was of little consequence as we still left full from a good meal.
I thought coming here during the time we did (house of blues concert) being service would take forever, but it surely did not disappoint. Didn't have the full menu option but did have some apps and a few drinks to kill time before the show. Restrooms are clean, and the whole atmosphere is chill and relaxing. They have chefs who cook in front of you, which is pretty cool. Would like to come again and try their main dishes!
Very cool concept! You get you select your base noodle and as many toppings and sauces as you like. The all-you-can eat dinner option is $23.99 for 2 hours. We sat at the bar and had a few drinks with our dinner. The reason for 4/5 stars is that the metal bowls used for the cold bar were wet and some had small pieces of lettuce from the last person. I'm not picky but I also don't ignore what I see. Definitely coming back though!!
Food was delicious with a good selection to choose from. The downside is that you need to stand in line to select your food then stand and wait for your food to be cooked. I don't recommend taking small kids and it's not a place to relax and conversate with others because of the wait time in the lines
Really glad we decided to go to Fire + Ice. Really good selection of pasta,.noodles, rice, meat, veggies, and sauces. Everything was clean and well stocked. Service was good. Could use some direction on where to go when approaching the grill. Nice that besides typical Mongolian they offer hot dogs, burgers, and even cheesestakes. Enjoyed the flavors and will go back next time in Anaheim.
First timer here! Love this place. They have asian and Italian choices for grilling; meaning in terms of sauce, meat and carbs. Wide varieties of meat with good chicken choices: one unseasoned and two marinated, which is more than enough for me. I only tried the asian side for now 😀. The food was great! Even with only using a single sauce, it was enough to give its own flavor not ending up tasting the same. The chicken and cod I tried had good tenderness and their own flavor. Also, they have a butter compound 🥲. Def coming back hurrrrrr! Oh and the staffs were also attentive and friendly
We loved that you can basically create your own dish. This was the first Mongolian grill concept that I had seen that also let you make pasta, fajitas, and burgers. The cooks working the grill were excellent. They knew the technique really well and got tons perfectly brown and not overcooked. I would have liked avocados, something creamy, and pico de gallo to go with the Mexican dishes. This is a great place if you are vegetarian or have food allergies. They also had a beautiful large patio. The big windows and contemporary vibe made it feel like a special night out.
There is a variety of foods including a salad bar and a drink bar. It's kind of like an all you can eat buffet meets a Mongolian style. The food is good. Staff are awesome. It does have a 2 hour limit per stay so more people can come in and enjoy. It's fun. Has an outdoor patio. They accept reservations and walk ins. The Ice mega bowl is way good. The patio has a fireplace and electric heaters.
It took about 30 min. to get a drink at the bar! After that, the bartender was really nice.
Sports bar vibe. Not really my thing. Make your own bowl for a chef to cook (hibachi style) buffet.
Overall, good food but service was lacking. There’s something for everyone, even hotdogs (never thought I’d see that at a Mongolian grill). It’s ayce (all you can eat) but the kids price seems a little much since they didn’t eat more than 1 plate. Our server only checked on us once and we had to ask for refills repeatedly from other servers. Even when we were done, she took over 10 minutes to give us the check with a mostly empty dining room at 8:00 pm.
Came here after a long day of flying. Extremely disappointed. The meat had clearly been sitting out for too long nothing looked fresh. Definitely not worth the money. Neat experience though.
For starters I’m not sure why the whole restaurant was being ran by one server who was also the bartender. Now granted it was a Monday. I don’t know if someone called out but that was ridiculous. I will give it to our server. She was working very hard. However, as much as the grill idea seemed nice and the people who were cooking seemed good. There were a bunch of people waiting for it and I didn’t want to wait for all the people in front of me who had to have their food cooked first by the two cooks. We waited 15 minutes for our party of 6 because there was only one server. The hostess had a little bit of attitude but with a smile so odd. We ordered margaritas and drinks along with appetizers. Out margaritas tasted like they use the premade mixes of their items. We didn’t really like our margaritas at all. My friends likes their micheladas although. The appetizers were blah. I have a feeling they don’t have a full kitchen. Our items we ordered were bland. Like they are basically frozen and put in a deep fryer type of situation. I Honestly wouldn’t come back here. Not my type of place. I’m sure the grill which in a sense is like hibachi style that you wait for. So if you don’t mind standing and waiting awhile for your food then I think it will be ok. But to not anyone really working and one person for the entire place was crazy.
Mixed review coming up. The location was incredible. Upper level with lots of patio seating. The cooks worked their butts off! The food offerings were pretty solid. Unique meat selections which made it fun. The bathrooms were a 5-alarm fire. Completely disgusting, no paper towels to dry your hands off, and poop and pee on the floors. Didn’t appreciate this with my two younger daughters needing to use the bathrooms tonight. The DJ they had on the patio was blasting his music. Couldn’t hear anyone at the table talking which made for a not so fun dinner. The last issue was the cost. 5 adults and 2 kids was over $250. Fun place, but dang that was pricey.
My husband and I decided to do a casual date night on a budget and stumbled upon Fire + Ice for their all-you-can-eat special. At around $26 all day, we were honestly surprised at how affordable it was, especially for a customizable stir-fry concept. The setup is straightforward: you choose your base, proteins, vegetables, and sauces, then watch as they cook everything on a large circular grill station in front of you. They also offer a small salad bar with options like build-your-own Caesar salad, macaroni salad, and clam chowder. When we walked in, the restaurant appeared clean and it wasn’t very busy (we went on a Monday). One thing I didn’t realize beforehand is that you’re limited to one bowl at a time for your stir-fry and the bowls are on the smaller side. So you really have to strategize and pack everything in carefully before heading to the grill. The ingredient station could definitely use better organization. The labeling was confusing, and it wasn’t always clear what was what. I also wish there had been more attention to cross contamination practices. For those who avoid certain meats like pork, it’s worth noting that the same spatulas are used across different dishes on the grill. Service was another area that could improve. After being seated, it took quite a while for someone to bring menus and drinks. There appeared to be only one server managing all the tables, and I genuinely felt bad for the young gentleman who was running around trying to keep up. Meanwhile, there was someone in a suit walking around who didn’t seem to be assisting the floor staff, which was a bit puzzling. As for the food itself: the salad bar was decent not amazing, but acceptable. The macaroni salad was fine. The clam chowder, however, was not enjoyable and tasted very canned. The stir-fry was okay overall; I personally wasn’t a fan of the sauce options, but for the price point, expectations should be realistic. Would I come back? Probably not. However, if you’re looking for an affordable all you can eat option and don’t want to spend too much on a night out, it might be worth trying once. It serves its purpose for a budget-friendly meal but it’s not somewhere I’d go out of my way to revisit.
We stopped in for appetizers and drinks and we were a little disappointed. The nachos had cheez sauce and very dry rubber chicken. The drink, a Scooby Snack, was pretty strong which is fine depending on what you like. The restaurant specializes in a Mongolian bbq type food which we didn’t try so maybe that’s really good. Still there’s other things on the menu should be equally appetizing.
All I have to say is huge possibility for contamination. If you have an allergy be aware that they use the same utensils for everything and that they cook as many orders next to eachother on the grill. My family and I were also placed outside alone when there were more than enough tables inside, I assume it was because there was a birthday party. However, that should not matter. All-in-all, Not coming back. Foods a bit over priced for what it is, my mother was almost poisoned from cross contamination, also not to mention it felt strange that we were the only family that was placed outside at night. Not the vibe.
Was excited to try the place! Went today about 3pm. The hostess and 2 other employees chatting at the front. 2 tables occupied. It was dead but the hostess said there was a wait. We waited a few minutes as the 3 stayed chatting. My husband asked if he could get a drink at the bar and was told no he had to wait until we were seated. After a few more minutes of 3 employees chatting and us waiting to be seated in an almost vacant restaurant we left. Horrible customer service.
HORRIBLE experience. I’ve never written a review, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. We came expecting a dinner experience, but what we encountered was complete chaos. The restaurant was hosting a wedding reception (100+ people) on the patio. Nearly the entire wedding group got up at once to get their dinner. How do you think that went? The line was literally out the door. It felt like we were part of a reception we weren’t invited to. Our waiter had the audacity to ask if we were going back for seconds. Was he seriously expecting us to stand in line for 45 minutes? Honestly, if the restaurant was catering to such a large event, it should have been closed to regular guests. We got one round of food, paid the bill and left. At a minimum, non-wedding guests should have been offered a refund or a sincere apology. Unfortunately, we got neither. The kicker, we had to pay the gratuity because we were a party of seven. The saddest part, the food was really good. We definitely would have grabbed at least another round.
First time coming here thinking it was Mongolian bbq of some sort… the food was awful. The shaved beef looked like a mash, and had a rancid taste to it when I got back to the table. It was really horrible. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It was really weird.
I wanted so much to like this place. I just moved to the area and really was looking forward to dining here. After fixing my first small bowl I wanted to tip the griller which there was no ATM in the restaurant. I travelled downstairs and pulled out cash and dropped a $5 in the tip jar. I ordered a mojito which was not palatable. I wasn't happy with the bowl I made and decided to try a new one without poultry. At this point I wasn't feeling very well and asked politely, hey can I just box this and go. I had barely eaten anything since being seated. I had already paid the bill gave the server a generous tip and was just asking for my meal to go. He directed me to the manager who said he wanted me to pay "him" $29 for a to go box. More than the cost of dining in. I won't be back.
I had reserved a table for 13 for a work Christmas party. I got there early and checked in. The hostess had a whole list of rules for our party, about only three checks, gratuity automatically added, etc. Things to me that are pretty common, and did not need to be addressed that way. Also I wanted to go get a drink in the bar while I waited, and she said it wasn't available at that time because there was not staffing at the moment for that. I was really looking forward to this experience, because the concept seemed cool, but opted out of it all together. We decided to not even stay. Why would we stay with that kind of welcome. Big mistake on your part, we spent over $800 somewhere else.
Just spent an important birthday dinner here. So disappointed. The cook at the grill was so rude. It was our first time and he scolded us for not getting the sauce in the little containers. He also cooked everything to a burnt mess. My shrimp was black on one side and entirely inedible. All the noodles had hard burned edges and the rice was also black. This was the case with everyone in our party of five. Very sad. Will not be back. Do not recommend.
Came to eat here with some friends(6 & a baby 4months) and according to the menu 8+ is when they add service charge, when we asked the manager hey gave us a attitude and said that it’s the policy of 6+, after showing him on the menu that it says 8+. Then he rudely said that the host had already told us that we would get charged, when the host never said anything to us. Not happy how the manager handled the situation our waiter was amazing and no complaints on that end We were not going to stiff our server from a tip we just wanted to tip him cash and our way, we come from a service Industry and know how tips work. We just wanted to make sure he was going to be taken care of right.
Noodles, burgers, hot dogs, fried rice all on the large stove flat grill. The variety is amazing. Really worth bringing your kids along. PS: The service has gone extremely downhill lately though. Has haphazard service and staff sometimes are lost and have no clue. It gets hard to tip people for such bad service. You should also most likely fire your general manager who seems to be misdirecting your staff and then blaming them for the mishaps or bad service.
Super nice staff, quick service. Food, however, wasn't fresh. The meat all looked brown and like it had been sitting out forever. Not a ton of options. Definitely not worth the price.
I hope I’m mistaken; but I feel like my family was discriminated against tonight. We walked in for dinner (for 4) at 4:30pm. It was early and the restaurant was not packed at all — maybe 30% occupied. We were told that the restaurant was 100% fully booked for the night and had no availability. We were a bit surprised considering the restaurant was not full at all. So, we left. Then, my wife and I both went to the website and noticed plenty of availability for reservations, and we even booked one. We canceled it since we felt like eating here wouldn’t be safe once we were apparently judged for whatever reason. Proof attached.
If you’re looking for Mongolian, this place is not it. If you’re craving Mongolian and your family wants alternative options, this place is not it. To me, it taste absolutely nothing like traditional Mongolian places. They won’t cook your food with the oils and sauces. They cook your food and then add your sauces after your food has been on the grill for like 5-6 minutes. HUGE disappointment and the service sucked. Reception people were on it but that’s because no one was in line. Getting food was semi straight forward except for the sauces. Getting food cooked was not. I may have not noticed but I didn’t see a sign that directed me to just pick an empty spot to get my food cooked. My bf grabbed a spot and was told to stand somewhere else by the cook, which then we were standing behind a person waiting for their food to cook. We would have been there forever, luckily the guy we were standing behind heard us complaining about how confusing it was and directed us to go to an open spot. The food was okay. My bf got a cheeseburger and it was ten times better than their “Mongolian” wanna be food. If you’re going here, know how you want to season your sauces. That was super difficult for me and I saw others struggle. There is no sign like traditional Mongolian restaurants where they tell you how many oils + whatever seasoning sauce. I actually took a photo and asked ChatGPT - settled on Asian Sesame and Garlic & Lemon. My ratio must have been off, it was way too sweet. There won’t be a next time for me - this place, for me, was a complete waste of money. I think the manager or owner of this place needs to visit a few actual Mongolian restaurants and get some ideas on how to make this place more enjoyable. Waste.
Felt like cafeteria food and was very mushy. Try a different place if you’re thinking this for Mongolian. Food was disappointing. The sauces were not it and the meat was left in a big piece, nothing was mixed in (including the sauce). Super busy- not great service. Wouldn’t personally come again.
DONT BE SINGLE or disabled or you'll be turned away. Yes actually turned away at 1:15pm on Sunday for brunch when the entire restaurant is empty . Disgraceful. Actually offended and upset by the discrimination. Since when is it a punishment to be disabled and alone? Beside already living out that punishment every day? Be better.
