I had a great experience here yesterday 12/12/25. I ordered 2 sandwiches off the app for pickup around 12:50pm. The parking lot is weird, but once I parked and went inside, it was packed! Probably like 8-10 people in line. Workers were all busy & pushing sandwiches down the line. I thought it was going to be like 10+ minutes to get someone to check on my pickup order, but immediately as I approached the pick-up area, I was acknowledged, greeted, and asked if I was picking up an order, which I replied, and picked up my order. I was in/out of the restaurant within 60 seconds, even as busy as they were. The employee that helped me wasn't dressed like the normal employee's and holding a clipboard, so maybe he was the manager/owner/trainer, but that was the fastest experience I've had picking up an order to any Jersey Mikes location. Both sandwiches were made perfectly, I had some substitutions/changes, and everything was followed as I requested. 5/5 Location.

I absolutely love their sandwiches. The service is great, very welcoming and positive. I just wish they had seating inside. But the seating outside is nice. Can't go wrong with a Jersey Mike's sub after a long day's work.

The last few nights I have been coming here for dinners and it has been amazing. Fresh food, customisable and hot subs. The staff are accommodating and very personable (which I haven’t seen much in LA). They were also accommodating when there was something wrong with a relatives order. Also giving me a free drink on a long wait (which is awesome because I never see that back home). It’s small things that really do add up to their excellent service! The restaurant was clean and it had an awesome culture! Definitely rate this place!

Placed an online catering order. I realized the day of that I needed it hours sooner than requested. Called the store. They were so nice. Started on my order immediately and I got it within an hour. Over 55 boxes!!! I am so grateful for their amazing customer service. Every sandwich was perfect.

Food was good but will not order the hot sandwiches again as it takes to long when you order a hot sandwich especially when they are extremely busy should of ordered the cold deli sandwiches instead

I will not be returning there found hairs in my daughter sandwich . I was disappointed in my sandwich bread was hard and not tasty. I called and told what happened but I was not going to drive back again . Check your sandwich for hair

This is the second time coming here and very rude. Ordering a sandwich and taking So long to make it and having 2 coworkers doing who knows what and other two at the front and who’s doing the grill. No one.. by the employee making the sandwich putting the mayo it’s mixing with the hot peppers and lettuce.. very disgusting and not very professional. Not even a clean the area and very hard hearing like they don’t wanna do there job..

Extremely rude. Told her my name and was here for pickup. She said" We're working on it", and walked off. Really? Total attitude. Avoid this location!!! Been to several others, very professional..

Wow I am so disappointed, to say the least. I really try not to leave bad reviews as I am a manager at jersey mikes at another location but this is my second time coming to this one and every time Iv got the same employee to serve me. Long black hair guy. So sad because I am getting treated weird and rudely because I am high risk pregnancy and Connor eat boiled meat. I asked if he can wipe down the slicer for me please due to the fact I’m high risk and my doctor has advised me to only eat cooked meat. It’s a problem . He will try to give you hot sun cheese that’s been pre sliced and meant for the grill. If he treats people who work at another jersey mikes location I can only imagine how other people are treated. My sandwich is so easy it’s literally just cheese. Also I asked for rosemary parm bread and this is what I get basically half white bread and barely any cheese. These sandwiches are expensive and we should be treating all customers with respect. Slicers should be cleaned anyways and not left with a bunch of meat. Some people don’t eat meat but love to eat jersey mikes subs. I wish the customers were valued at this location . I will say the ladies working with him go above and beyond but his attitude lingers all the way until you get out the door. So uncomfortable I hope a manager reads this and gets it communicated to the team . I’m hoping for a better experience. He just says I remember you and then proceeds with a attitude about using a clean slicer. Well if you remember how come you don’t just wipe it down. Unfortunate to say the least

If you're from Texas, Do NOT eat here!!! You be highly disappointed in the quality of service, food and cleanliness here. This is NOT your typical Jersey Mikes. The Bread is stale and the entire place is dirty from the tables to the floors.

Roberto is hands-down the most unprofessional “manager” I’ve dealt with. It’s been 25+ days and he still couldn’t process a simple refund or honor the free sub he promised. All talk, zero follow-through. Absolute clown behavior.

This place is next block with my hotel and decided to try to see how good is the sandwich. Didn’t even have chance to order and customer service is little rude maybe there busy or they just don’t care. Hopefully management but more people working here & friendlier.

Do NOT order delivery from this store. The time they tell you is 30-40 minutes — my driver didn’t get here for over an hour with an order of 1 sandwich, and they’re 10 minutes from my place. They provide an “estimated delivery time” and tracking link to make you think you’re delivery is coming but watch the time it’s supposed to get deliver get later and later. Horrible service. Fire your delivery driver.

DO NOT order here at night. The staff is CONSTANTLY leaving things out of the order. This is the second time. Terrible service.
