It had been a while since we had eaten at an IHOP, and I am glad we stopped in. Our server was excellent! Friendly, attentive, and very polite. It is always a better experience when we get service with a smile and our late night server made it happen since we walked in the door! Kudos to IHOP for hiring a great employee front of the house and back. Because the food was delicious and not greasy. Well worth the new prices on the menu. Love the selection as well. It was very hard to make a decision. Thank you! 🙏 😊

We ate here as a family of six. Everyone got exactly what they ordered, with several special requests. Our server was efficient, professional, and friendly. The food was all super yummy. Everyone left full and happy. Highly recommend it, especially if you arrive early like we did (7.30am) and beat the morning Disney rush.

Nationwide IHOP is my families go to place for breakfast. They were offering complimentary postcards and with our picture on it. Staff was friendly, clean facility, great service and delicious food.

Excellent service by Aaron. There was a 10min wait. For as busy as it was, we were sat very quickly. The food was out within 20 minutes and was excellent. I would definitely recommend going to this location. The manager, Mel, was also walking around making sure everyone was taken care of.

Right in the heart of the house of Mouse. We came for breakfast and were seated immediately. Our orders taken after a brief skim through the menu, and our drink came shortly after. The waffles are a favorite and you can't forget the pancakes. Love choosing a different flavored syrup with every bite. Very pleasant, and recommend visiting on your next family vacation.

Family of 4. We arrived about 730 am and though there was a bit of wait (which is understandable) Covid has changed EVERYTHING. About 5-10 tables were occupied. Social distancing and clean CLEAN CLEAN. We only met two staff members one being the manager who greeted, seated and gave exceptional service to us. Such a great way to start off our day after such a hectic early Am. To the manager we thank you and wish you and all a safe and healthy days during such unstable times. Went there after my stay at Hotel Lulu. I went in after checkout and got seated quickly. You get more discounts if you order through the app! They have easy parking in the back. The server was really good and accommodating. I wanted something similar to a split decision breakfast and she found me a half order. I also ordered the Gingerbread Hot Chocolate and it was truly delightful! It was whimsical and it had soft gingerbread bits on top as well as red currant berries! The server was super great. It was my first time eating alone at a sit down place and they were really great. The orders came in fairly fast.

For a super busy restaurant, we were seated pretty quickly! Came here for a birthday celebration and ordered the brunch breakfast burgr with fries, the fisherman’s platter, and the breakfast combo of biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, over easy eggs, and hashbrowns. Also ordered the Blue raspberry lemonade splasher.

I would give service 10 stars if I could. Servers were top notch and the reason we returned several times on this trip. They were so friendly and helpful. Food was good and consistent. We knew what we were going to get. Kudos to Management for hiring great staff.

Had a pretty good experience at this IHOP. The service was great—fast, attentive, and on point. The food was decent, nothing extraordinary, but still satisfying. The only downside is that it’s a bit on the expensive side compared to what you’d expect. This is in a very busy part of Anahiem, literally a block away from Disney, so parking can be troublesome. We were able to get seats immediately when going in, it's actually a decent sized IHOP, so even if it's busy, it's going to be fine. Service was great, they made sure the drinks were always refilled, checked up on us every so often, and super nice to talk to! I got my favorite, a strawberry waffle combo. It's always a comforting go to, and it came out perfectly. Don't let the parking scare you off, these people are amazing!

In a list of top 5 places for pancakes, IHOP is number 2 on my list (only Cracker Barrel is better in my opinion) but IHOP has the best options for syrup. Including sugar free if you don’t do sugar. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal at any IHOP ever. Today’s steak omelette (made to my picky specifications) was delicious! Our server, Abraham (at the Anaheim location near Disneyland) was excellent and friendly and quick. Overall an amazing experience.

My wife asked for the restroom and they directed us to it. The hostess was very kind. We decided to have breakfast before heading to the park. Our server was attentive and took our order right away. Made several suggestions for a better deal. We didn’t have issues with refills or getting her attention if we needed her. Our food was cooked to order.

I rated IHOP a 5 as the whole experience worked. The eggs and the pancakes were a little under done for my liking, but that doesn't subtract from the experience. The staff at the door could smile a bit. Remember the customers don't just come for food. That you can get at a KFC drive trough. The IHOP customer comes for a dining experience. Your greeting and smile is part of that. Management please ensure you place extroverted people in that role. I loved food and the coffee flask is a winner in my book. I'll be back for dinner.

Friendly staff and warm atmosphere. The pancakes were nice - it they had used fresh strawberries, it would have been top notch. You pay at tilt when you leave, which is a bit of a bummer and it is not nice to queue by the main door. Clean restrooms.

Near to Disneyland and parking at the back of the restaurant for dine in customers. Large seating area but does fill up pretty quickly with guests on their to Disneyland. Good service and food is as good as any other IHOP out there. Opens 24 hours so vey convenient.

For fellow Brits if you think of Little Chef in the 90s, you'll understand what happens at IHOP. It's fine. The coffee is usual poor diner type. But once you get over that, eat some meat and eggs and pancakes and all is fine.

This location is special! I have been to so many Ihops but none of them have had the same impeccable service that was at this location. The servers were all kind and attentive making sure that we were well fed and feeling good. The ambiance was also nice as there were many people but our food still came out hot fast! I got the blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes and it was alright. The pancakes were really fluffy and there was a plethora of blueberries in the pancakes. However the pancakes were quite dry and there wasn’t enough of the delicious tangy sweet ricotta dip for the amount of pancakes. The price was quite exorbitant as it was $20 for some pancakes which is wild but it was still pretty good. OVERALL I definitely recommend this specific location to others and make sure you try the different flavors of maple syrup!

My companions and I were headed to the airport for an early morning flight from California to Florida, leaving at around 6:00 am. Before arriving at the airport, we decided to grab some breakfast. We searched for breakfast restaurants near the airport and discovered that IHOP was nearby. My companions and I opted to have breakfast at IHOP. Upon our arrival, we promptly notified our server, Jennyffer, that we were short on time as we had a flight to catch. She was gracious enough to accommodate our request and promptly took our orders. We ordered black coffee, hash browns, a chicken fajita omelet, and a Mexican tres leches pancake for breakfast. Our server promptly brought us our food. The black coffee was a perfect way to begin our day. We thoroughly enjoyed the Chicken Fajita Omelette, as it was packed with flavor and had delicious chicken and stuffing. The pancakes and hash browns we had alongside the omelet were a perfect complement to our breakfast. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal. Overall, with exceptional service, we enjoyed a delicious and tantalizing breakfast before our flight.

Great breakfast spot close to Disneyland. We had breakfast there on our way to the parks one morning and everyone enjoyed their meals.

Inflation has affected this place. Good service won't increase the score. Pancakes were dry and the 222 breakfast was changed to 111 on ordering. I don't blame the staff.

I love IHOP, so when I saw there was one conveniently located across the street from my hotel, I decided to go for breakfast. The server was really nice but wasn’t paying attention when I ordered. I asked for blueberry inside the pancakes and I got the compote on the outside of them which I don’t like because it makes the pancakes soggy. She didn’t bring the extra butter so I had to flag down other servers, but what really upset me was that the food came out cold. I had sirloin tips n eggs with hash browns n pancakes. It was disappointing because I was on vacation and looking forward to my meal and this location is pricey, I paid $48 for my plate and a kids meal! That’s the price AFTER the discount! I expected that it’s at least hot. I was given a discount after complaining but that doesn’t re-do your experience.

I went for breakfast by myself, because my family chose to sleep in. Had eggs Benedict and a coffee. $27? The server was great, food was pretty good. $27? I am canadian that was arip off. Okay, this might be just me, but the portions were super huge. The pancakes were pretty average in flavour, a bit too salty in my opinion. It was also quite busy and we had to wait 15min to get seated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating though!

Mixed feeling about our visit to IHOP. The food was good - we had blueberry pancakes, double chocolate pancakes, cheesecake pancakes, and strawberry banana french toast. For the most part we enjoyed our meal. My youngest didn't really like his chocolate pancakes - i tried them and they were a little dry. Our server was ok. I feel prices are a little high for what you get. Of course, we're next door to Disney so i guess that's part of the pricing strategy. What cost a star in my review were the little guests that showed up during our meal. About a dozen sugar ants decided to join us on our table. Granted, they're cute little guys, but it feels a little strange to be sharing a table with ants of the insect variety. Most likely they had been chowing down on the syrup and i disturbed them when i moved it.

We told her the food wasn't good and we didn't eat it. She said, "Oh" and handed us the check. A person with a camera also took photos of us without asking and tried to sell them to us before we left, then kept the prints of my 4 year old when we said no. Will not go back.

Sending out undercooked or incorrect food is not uncommon. They are very short-staffed. The place was empty and we still had to wait 10min before somebody noticed a crowd at the front desk

It's your usual IHOP with park priced items. You might be better off paying for the park items. Soda is $5.25 at the Blue Bayou on park and $5.80 at the IHOP.

Service was prompt and polite. The food was typical IHOP quality. This is always appreciated when traveling as you know exactly what you are getting. What was not expected is the absolutely eye watering prices. Food for two ran $50. The chicken biscuit meal that costs $11.99 anywhere else, was $18.99. At these prices you could just eat at a "nicer" restaurant. Will take this off of the list for Anaheim visits in the future. Food: 1/5 | Service

IHOP has gone downhill over the last few years. My wifes meal was fine no issues. I had the French toast which was pretty undercooked. Looked good but it really wasn't. Service seemed slower than it should have been.

Service is great but food was underwhelming. Pancakes were hard and dry at the edges. They crumbled while I cut into them. Food is pretty pricey as well.

Visited here twice during our stay in Anaheim, first day was great was not busy at all we just missed the rush we got our food which was amazing. Our second trip the location was very busy, they mixed up my order and my girlfriend requested something on the side that we ordered but never received until we finished our food. Would only recommend when it isn't busy.

Undercooked pancakes fell apart at the touch did not like them at all and thats all we ordered I got a 2nd batch to go same things for $14 thats horrible

We were in the area for 2 days as we were visiting disneyland so we decided to visit this place for breakfast as it had good reviews. However, i had asked for a breakfast sandwich without bacon but they served it with bacon when i mentioned to staff they took it back and just took the bacon out of the sandwich instead of making a new one as i strictly don’t eat bacon at all. my partner got a dirty cup for tea which had a lipstick stain on it from previous customer. Food was very greasy and later that day and it made my belly upset. the thing that they had their condiments in was sticky, i think it had honey spilled inside it. place was not busy at all when we went but doesn’t seem to be hygienic.I would not recommend this place to anyone as we paid $72 for a really bad experience.

The waiter “Bernard” was the worst waiter I have ever had. My family went in before celebrating my special needs nieces bday and he was beyond impatient and made it know. This man even made faces and tried to rush us to order. I am also a in food service and I just couldn’t believe how rude he was to my family. We did not say anything that day but after sitting on it, I am just sadden at how he made us feel.

Absolutely awful. The servers doubled as photographers and were more concerned with selling us $30 photos of us eating than taking our orders/bringing our food. Ridiculous. Server took FOREVER to take our orders, forgot twice to bring the kids menus, my eggs were wrong, and I never got the side of pancakes that came with my meal. Drinks never got refilled. $22 for 2x2x2, $23 for a burger and fries. Miserable experience but I don't think they care, being near Disney, they don't care about reviews or repeat customers

What a joke. Ordered fish, out of tartar sauce, chose something else, they are out of broccoli. Oh, we have no ketchup in the kitchen. I-Hop isn't the greatest anyway, but when they are out of half their menu on top of it. Do yourself a favor and find something else. Server was apologetic and obviously it wasn't his fault. The food came fast, which is the only good thing about it. It looked like food that would be served in a hospital or care center. The potatoes were runny and the turkey had an odd smell which made me worried enough I did not eat it. This was absolutely terrible.

Avoid this place if you can , service is really nice but slow , food is not the same like at any other location , you can so tell they don’t care if you come back on no … also half thru my salad I discovered bug in it and manager nicely took it off our check , that’s it … didn’t even give us complementary coffee or anything … love ihop but not this location !

There were literally 5 families in the entire restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered and then the $11 kids meal came 10 minutes after the adult plates and came with 2 tiny overcooked chicken strips. The fries tasted like they had been sitting under the warmer all morning...stale and hard. My daughter's breakfast was supposed to come with gravy and a side of fruit. The gravy came later, cold and the fruit was sorely under ripe. VERY overpriced and poor customer service. My bill came, didn't comp me the kids meal that came when the rest of us were pretty much done eating and it came to $93...for 2 kids meals and 2 orders of chicken strips, and a breakfast skillet. The picture of the kids meal is missing the 1 other chicken strip which was the same size...not at all work $11.

Pulled up and left immediately. Some wannabe law enforcement/bouncer acting as valet outside and is rude. Told him it was a rental car and can’t have anyone else driving it. Responded if you don’t want me driving it, park all the way in the back. Kick rocks.
