Get a burger and a shake. It's busy but it's fast. They could raise the temp a couple degrees. We ordered to go. Delicious chocolate shake. We were order number 42... Just like Jackie Robinson.

As always, In-N-Out doesn't disappoint in value, quality and taste. The Double-Double was prepared exactly as requested (ie: Animal Style) and was served hot with plenty of condiments (their famous Spread). Needless to say I will be happily returning here.

Very busy when we arrived, but orders were served very quickly despite the lunch rush. Might be a little hard to grab a seat if you go during the rush. Employees were also very friendly.

ProTip: Get your fries “Animal Style!” Not on the menu - this something of a secret menu item! We LOVE IN-N-OUT and always make a special trip to visit when we’re out west! What a unique spot!

Deliciousness according to the reputation. The bread is fluffy and the tomatoes are juicy. The staff was also lively and it was a pleasant response. Even for me, who is not familiar with English, he prepared the actual product, showed me a sample, and responded with a smile.

It's been three long years...first stop off the plane. STILL the Best Burgers in the world...and the service was better than excellent. So good to be home!

Wow…we are impressed! First off, we are from Texas…and are less than impressed with In and Out there. We have always heard, “You have to try it in California it’s way better!” We gave it a try. And have had it every night since on our vacation. The service and food was amazing every single time! If you’re from Texas…think Chick-fil-A service…HIGHLY recommend! You won’t regret it!

Stopped here with my son recently before an Angels game. Grabbed a burger and there was no line! Found a table and ate our dinner. Staff was super friendly and food was great! I always order a double double, protein style. No tomato, no spread. Plus mustard and ketchup. Plus grilled onion and pickles.

The food is always fresh and made to order. We did have an incorrect order, but the staff was super helpful and quick to remake the order. We don't have In-N-Out in Alaska, so this was really a treat.

Fast and efficient service. The location was spotless throughout. Burgers melted in your mouth on every bite. Fries were warm and crispy. The milkshakes were made with real ice cream and were a must on every visit. I wish they had locations on the west coast as they would give other chains a run for thier money!

Excellent location close to Disneyland. We got an Uber here and it took 10 minutes. The food came out quickly and was consistent with other locations. It was clean and felt like a safe area .

I am from Vancouver but the first thing I did when I travelled to California was go get some in n out. The burgers are delicious, the staff at this location are very friendly. It is a busy location, drive through there is usually a big wait. This is a must try if you travel to cali ! No far from Disneyland as well so an uber ride is not as bad .

Best place to get a burger hands down! We get 3x3 animal style, protein style and enjoy every bite! Wish we lived close to an In & Out Burger, but we don’t, so we always get excited to stop for a burger when we find a location. We have waited in a lot of long drive through lanes for their tasty burgers and don’t regret a minute!

I’m visiting from Minneapolis for an advocacy conference, and I have per diem to spend on my meals here. I was running low on cash, so I decided to walk two miles from my hotel to in-n-out in 91 degree weather. It felt like I was crossing the Sahara desert, and the criss-crossed palm trees felt like a mirage. Stepping inside of in-n-out was surreal. I lived in LA from 2018-2019, and in-n-out was my favorite part of living in California. Nostalgia, combined with my grumbling stomach, made for an excellent and quickly-devoured meal. I ordered the double double with onions, fries, and a vanilla shake. Everything was just as I remembered and so fresh and flavorful. It was fun watching the staff run like a well-oiled machine. I watched someone slice potatoes to make the fries, and it was wonderful to see that the fries were made from scratch onsite. In-n-out is always busy, but it always feels organized and calm. It was just so wonderful to be back, and I’m grateful for another amazing meal here.

I'm from the east coast and have had In & Out on my burger bucket list, as far as the big chains are concerned, for years. It was the last one on the list and it was worth the wait. First of all, the place was packed! The drive thru had 3 long lines, but the wait wasn't bad at all. (The Carl's Jr. across the street had 1 customer, so that's saying something.) The staff really has their system down. The burger (A Triple Triple) was amazing! It was juicy, flavorful, and huuuge! By far, the best fast food burger out there! Too bad we don't have any In & Outs on the East Coast. The only thing that wasn't amazing were the fries, which were just Ok, but I would absolutely go back for more.

The double double was exactly as good as I was told it would be and the in-store atmosphere was friendly and fun. Looking forward to my next visit!

In a league of their own when it comes to fast food. You gotta explore the secret menu I had fries animal style with melted cheese grilled onions and special sauce with a triple (3x3) burger. Was it a little much to eat you bet but worth every full bite I took. Hats off to you In-N-Out

This In-N-Out Burger is great! There was almost no wait when I went inside. customer service was great! The employees are nice, the food is really good! You may call In N Out “overrated,” but I personally don’t see how. All Double Double combos with two being animal style fries were about 30 dollars for 3 people. And, the place was super clean and there were actually people inside instead of looking like a ghost town. Overall, 5/5 stars!

Had an enjoyable experience here. Burgers were great! Well seasoned and extra cheesy! Animal style burger & Animal style fries for one and mustard fried with cheese and a cheese fry for the other! Inside was rather full at 4pm on a Thursday, so sat outside. Weather was beautiful! Tables were clean, bathroom was clean.

Jaden was Hospitality at its finest! He was at the first window to take the money and politely changed my order without any confusion or hesitation—delicious grilled cheese with lettuce, tomato pickle, and a little bit of secret sauce. The store was clean as always, and the short line went quickly. A wonderful way to end a California day.

First time at an In and Out and it was a great experience overall. I'm gluten free and the cashier was super patient with me flagging my food for allergy aware. I got the onion wrapped burger I had been seeing all over social media and needed to try it! Got the animal style fries and the lemonade is great too!

If you're reading reviews for In-N-Out, you've clearly never been. So let me help: go. This is the greatest Price : Food, Service, Quality ratio in a restaurant of any type. You simply cannot get a better bang for your buck. Now tell the person driving to hook a left, you won't regret it.

Love this place so much, this location was very fast also. I went inside to Eat and it was very clean, managed well and I got my food within ten minutes hot and fresh. My dad and I both got double double animal style minus the pickle and cheese fries animal style minus pickles (secret menu). It was amazing.

It's super packed on a Friday evening so if you want to avoid the parking lot lines and traffic, you might adjust the time you go. The line to get your food is still pretty fast.

In&Out has always been a favorite on my list, I do visit different one's and no matter where I go, employees are well trained and groomed. IN&OUT pays well, so employees do above and beyond. I did get lucky because at lunch it's hard to find parking, but look at the picture, front door parking ♿️ ADA guest are welcomed here. Thank you guys👍

When I visit LA my first stop is to go to In-N-Out. This location in Anaheim was spotless and the staff was friendly. Great food as always. I wish we had it in North Carolina. Our fast food is garbage compared to In-N-Out. If you are reading this just go get some, it's worth it.

In-N-Out Burger is one of my favorite California locations. Whenever we're out from Canada we make it a point to stop off and grab the classic double burger. Friendly atmosphere and great service. Curb ordering during busy times to cut down on the wait.

You guys but the restaurants back east to shame. Fast friendly and the food was very good. It's a shame I don't live on this side of the country because I wouldn't go anywhere else. There menu is simple in to the point nothing you don't need. The burger was cooked good and was surprisingly tasty. I loved the retro theming as well as it really takes you back to the old days!

Clean in n out burger restaurant on ball and st college in Anaheim, I like the Customer Service, always respectful of customer service and even the appearance of the facility was clean. The employees are well mannered and uniforms are intact. Food always cooked right plus refills are free upon purchase of course. I love the flexibility of customizing the order. Extra toasted bun,multiple onion options etc make in and out more than just a hamburger. It is custom to your taste and desires. Always fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Did I Mention the price is incredibly affordable compared to other hamburger places.

After a two-year hiatus, I finally made my way back to this burger haven and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I brought my fiancé along for the ride and I must say, it was a game-changer. She had tried In-N-Out before but wasn't fully convinced of its greatness. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and ordered her a 4x4 animal style (she went for the 2x2) with no pickles or tomatoes, but with extra chopped chilis and a toasted bun. And let me tell you, it was love at first bite. She even got the animal style fries with chopped chilis and well-done fries. Now, my fiancé is quite the food critic and is very particular about taste, but even she couldn't deny the deliciousness of this burger. She even went as far as to say it's the best burger she's ever had from a fast food joint. As for me, I always appreciate the consistency in the taste and ingredients at In-N-Out. The service is always great and fast, even when it's packed. But the one thing that really grinds my gears is the fact that they're not in Boston yet. I mean, come on In-N-Out, what are you waiting for? I really hope it happens in my lifetime. In conclusion, In-N-Out, you never disappoint and I'll be back for more. Really good and pretty affordable for my family of six, burgers were big and fresh, and animal style was definitely the way to go! All of this was $45, which in Anaheim seemed pretty reasonable.

Dine in order right before Friday noon. This place is always busy regardless the time you visit. Order services is fast and calling number can take up to 10 minutes. The only thing down side of this location is the drive through line can be long at times and it does create traffic congestion around the nearby store.

Place was pretty busy for a tuesday night. This was my first time at In-N-Out, food came out fairly fast given it was quite busy inside. Ordered a double with animal style fries and Neapolitan milkshake. Burger was good, fries were ok. We didn't eat it inside so it may have tasted better warm.

Pro tip, do not go through the drive through at peak eating times unless you want to wait 45+ minutes, it will be so much faster if you park and go inside. They have 3 drive through 'lanes' where cars sit and wait to be funneled into the actual drive through so it's a bit misleading to be able to tell how long the wait will be, and once you're in you won't be able to leave. Another pro tip, get your fries well done! Inside was super clean and customer service was great.

It’s In-N-Out, what more can I say? Open late night, fresh beef burger patties, fresh lettuce and tomatoes and onions (make sure to add pickles) with that sauceee! This location can get really busy so expect a wait— but it’ll be worth it! We had the cheeseburger combo with hamburger and animal fries ($4) and added a milkshake. Everything was delicious and we can’t wait to come back!

Their burgers are great, im just not a fan of the fries. I would make a stop here just for the burgers though! The service is great as well!

Well made burger that tasted as expected. Nice crowd inside and service was great at keeping up with orders in a timely manner. Only disappointing factor in today’s visit was the fries that were not well made and of poor taste. Aside from that everything else was great, building was clean and well kept and the surrounding grounds were neat and groomed. Plenty of seating inside & out but parking is a little odd and tight.

Food was good but it's always so packed because it's the closest in n out to Disneyland which is to be expected. Always full of tourest. But with all that taken into consideration the service gets out food rather quickly, so you won't be stuck waiting an hour for your burger and fries. The parking lot situation is a whole other ordeal when the drive through gets backed up it's a nightmare for any parked guest to exit the restaurant and really have to hope for the cooperation of the drive through patrons, which doesn't always go smoothly.

I am giving it three stars just for the guy revving his engine in the parking lot. I was a little disappointed upon learning the two drive thru lanes merge into one.

I only came here because it is popular, but the fries were dry and tasteless. The burger was cheap quality and not worth it. Go to McDonald's at this point 🙃

Food is great (as always at every In-n-Out) but this location gets very busy in the evening, being so close to Disneyland. Last time I was here, it took over an hour to get food. Not sure what the hold up was but once you're in the drive-thru line you're sort of locked in and just have to accept it. Wish they would hire more staff for the evening shift or get the issue worked out.

In the last couple of months I been getting cold food I usually order drive thru but today was the worst they miss up my order and because of my frustration trying to get it right I did not get my fries didn't realize till I got home. I’m not sure what the hype is - maybe it was not a good location or I got a bad batch? But I regret having wasted a meal here when I could have tried so many other things as a visitor from NY. Burgers were cold and putter edges were a little on the hard side. Not very flavorful, fries were stale tasting with no salt at as well. Do not come here. My mom ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions and got raw onions. On top of that, she had a long strand of hair ingrained in her top bun. Completely disgusting. Both my doctor pepper and her coke was flat and almost flavorless.

I had the worst experience at In-N-Out today. The fries were all broken into tiny pieces, making it feel like I was being fed like a rabbit. The pieces were so small that they were difficult to eat, and it felt like they scraped together the last bits of fries to serve me. Serving such poor quality food is unacceptable. I will never order from here again.

I’m visiting from MD and figured I would check it out. The burger was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted. The fries were a pile of cold soggy mess. There was no crisp. The shake was good. BK and Wendy’s are definitely better.

I waited for 45 minutes for my order. They skipped orders 10-20 because of a printer malfunction and proceed to complete orders 20- 40. the manager jacob was not apologetic and was a bit condescending and making sarcastic remarks when customers expressed their frustration. We microwaved one and when we ate them I found a Maggot crawling out of my burger!!!! And there was a dead one too!! I’m 6 months pregnant so when I’m telling you was puking I was puking!! There was plastic in the burger! 🤮 Today I had the most shocking In-N-Out experience I’ve ever had — and it was through the drive-thru. After getting back to work and taking a bite, I discovered a piece of plastic inside my burger. Unfortunately, since it was a drive-thru order, I didn’t get the chance to bring this to the staff’s attention in the moment. But this is a major food safety issue that needs to be addressed. I’ve always trusted In-N-Out for their quality, which makes this even more disappointing. It’s honestly upsetting. Imagine if someone hadn’t noticed and swallowed that—especially a child. Things like this aren’t just “accidents,” they’re signs that something went wrong in food prep or packaging that shouldn’t happen at all. I truly hope In-N-Out takes this seriously and investigates how this could have happened. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this really shook my trust.
