First time trying Nice to Meet you, their dinner pricing is $38.99 which includes skewers, plates of meat to order, side dishes, and skewer hot pot meat. For the price point this is an impressive variety of options and I like that you don't get charged extra for having 3 soup bases. If you want drinks its an additional charge. What I ordered + would recommend: - spicy miso soup base - cumin beef skewers - any of the beef skewers from the self-serve section - wagyu beef top - chocolate cake (this was really delicious!!!) They also have a really good lunch special deal which I would return for ($28) Interior is clean and the ambiance is nice, the service is really timely. For a Tuesday night it wasn't too packed, I imagine it could get busy on the weekends. Plenty of parking available!

Nice to Meet You Skewer Hotpot has become one of my favorite places for a satisfying AYCE hotpot experience. The bright and modern interior creates a lively yet comfortable atmosphere, making it a fantastic spot for group dining. Whether you’re catching up with friends or celebrating a special occasion, the setup feels welcoming and fun. What I love most about this place is the wide variety of broths and fresh ingredients. My personal favorite is their spicy broth—it’s flavorful with just the right kick, perfect for dipping all kinds of meats and vegetables. The self-serve fridges are stocked with neatly organized skewers, from marbled beef and tender lamb to seafood and veggies. Everything looks fresh and clean, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The sauce bar deserves special mention too. With so many options, it’s easy to craft your ideal dipping sauce, tailored to your taste. I appreciate that the restaurant keeps the area tidy and well-stocked, even during busy hours. Service is generally efficient and friendly, though it can slow down slightly when the place is packed. Still, the staff are attentive and do their best to keep up. Overall, Nice to Meet You Skewer Hotpot offers a delightful blend of great flavors, fresh ingredients, and a lively atmosphere. It’s always a fun and fulfilling dining experience!

10/10⭐️ Overall: Very clean and nice interior with wonderful service! They kept refilling my water and cleaned up empty dishes promptly. I loved that there were so many options to choose from both from the kitchen and self-serve areas. The fridges has so many skewer and veggie options and the side bar was delicious! Our party picked 3 different soup bases, the Tomyum, Pork Bone, and Spicy Sichuan. All three were amazing but the spicy sichuan was on the hot side. As a spice lover, this was something I really enjoyed. The meats were also very high quality, my favorites being the lamb shoulder and wagyu beef top sirloin. The marbling was beautiful and the meat was delicious. I also really enjoyed the lobster tail and the variety of veggies from the fridge section. We got both the mango and matcha shaved ices for dessert, both were delicious. The matcha had a strong flavor and paried very well with the redbean topping. The mango had both tart and sweet flavors, giving it the perfect balance.

Yes, this is the best hot pot I have ever been to so far and I’ve been to a lot of hot pot places. The inside is super clean the lighting is perfect to take pictures and videos. The seating is comfortable. I love how they have all you can eat and you go inside of a fridge and get different meats. They have so many variety of different flavors and different meats and they have some exotic things also. I seen duck feet, duck beak, frog legs, and brains. I definitely had to try that. And all of them were good. I like tasting exotic foods to expand my food horizons. If you’re not into that and just want to eat the regular meat you can do so. The staff was really nice and came around and refilled our pot when the water got low without us asking. Definitely coming back to this place with friends. Jward the foodie approved.😁✔️.

This food was delicious! We loved everything about this restaurant. They were so nice and super friendly! They checked in on us often and brought out our food super fast! All of the food was amazing! They had so much variety. The meats were really tender. The shaved ice was a nice surprise of how tasty it was! Cant wait to come back.

This place was absolutely amazing. It had a variety of food for an unbelievable good price. There is truly something for everyone here. There’s a wide selection of food and even includes some delicious desserts. The broth was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible. Staff was constantly refilling the stations making sure everything was fully stocked. I would definitely recommend Nice to Meet You !

My wife and I tried this place last week for dinner and it was amazing!! You can try up to three different soups at once so you get a nice and different flavor on each bite. There is a huge selection of skewers to choose from, including meat, chicken, veggies, etc. and the shaved ice was perfect!! Would highly recommend!!

For just $28.99 lunch or $38.99 for dinner, this place is a steal for everything you get and no one leaves without a food baby inside. Forget boring stale steak dinner when you can enjoy 3 different style broth in one pot plus unlimited meats, skewers, veggies and sides. They provide a fully stocked sauce station where you can load up on garlic and green onions. The tasty sides are a must to eat with your hotpot! I love the ambience and being able to comfortably dine with your friends and family. Don't forget to order the matcha shaved ice at the end!

satisfying hot pot spots in Irvine. The all-you-can-eat menu has a huge variety of meats, seafood, and fresh veggies, plus a buffet bar filled with fruits, desserts, and sauces. The soup base options are excellent, and my favorite was the spicy miso. It had just the right amount of heat and flavor for cooking skewers. I really enjoyed loading up on beef belly, lamb, and pork intestines. All were flavorful and tender in the broth. The brown chip they serve was another standout. It added a unique crunch that made the meal even better. The self-serve setup makes it easy to try everything, even if the fridge section can get a bit crowded. Service was friendly and attentive, and pricing is solid at $29.99 for weekday lunch and $39.99 for dinner and weekends. There are also good discounts for kids. For the quality, variety, and experience, this spot is hard to beat. Whether you go with family, friends, or on a casual night out, this hot pot buffet is a must-visit in Irvine.

If you’re a fan of hot pot, Nice to Meet You Skewer Hot Pot is a must-try! The standout feature for me was the fridge packed with an incredible variety of all-you-can-eat skewers. From fresh veggies to perfectly marinated meats and seafood, there’s something for everyone. The flavors were on point, and I loved being able to customize my own dipping sauces. The vibe is casual and fun, making it a great spot to chill with friends or family. Definitely a place I’ll visit again!

Just finished an amazing self-serve skewer hotpot! The variety of ingredients was impressive — from fresh veggies to perfectly marinated meats. I loved the freedom to choose my own combinations and dip them in rich, flavorful broth. The sauces were customizable and delicious. It’s such a fun and satisfying dining experience, perfect for sharing with friends. I’ll definitely come back!

Nice to Meet You Hotpot is one of our favorite go-to spots for hot pot in the area! They offer a wide variety of broths—including Spicy Sichuan, which is one of my personal favorites—and you can choose up to three for your meal. There’s a solid selection of hot dishes and desserts you can order from the kitchen, plus a well-stocked self-serve area with cold appetizers, fresh veggies, seafood, skewers, and plenty of sauces to customize your meal. We especially love coming during their weekday lunch special (available until 4 p.m.), but their regular menu is great too—it even includes a premium item with your order!

My husband suggested hot pot for our date day, so we decided to try Nice to Meet You. He’s been there before, absolutely loves it, and even brought my brothers with him on another occasion so I was excited to finally check it out myself. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated right away. The hostess and servers were all extremely kind, polite, and attentive. The restaurant itself smelled incredible that rich, savory aroma that instantly makes you hungry. It was also spotless and well-organized, which is always a huge plus for me. As soon as we sat down, we were given our menus and started ordering. This is an all-you-can-eat hot pot spot, and they also have a self-serve station with cold sides like salads and small appetizers. The man restocking the food bar was so friendly and even suggested a few things I normally wouldn’t have tried and they turned out to be delicious! Everything looked fresh, vibrant, and clean. Now, let’s get into the meal itself the hot pot! You get to choose three soup bases, and here’s what we went with: Spicy Miso Soup: This was both my husband’s and my personal favorite perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat and richness. Mushroom Soup: Good, but it could’ve used a bit more flavor. Not bad, just not my top pick. Thai Tom Yum: Also really good tangy and flavorful, but the spicy miso still wins for us. For the meats, we ordered ribeye, Wagyu sirloin, and lamb. My personal favorites were the ribeye and the Wagyu sirloin so tender, flavorful, and satisfying. The lamb was good too, but I’m definitely more of a beef fan. They also offer skewers, and my husband ordered a few that were absolutely amazing. One had mushrooms stuffed inside the meat, which ended up being both of our favorites. Another had cilantro stuffed in also flavorful and unique. For appetizers, I went with the vegetable spring rolls, which were crispy and paired perfectly with the sweet chili sauce. And for dessert, I tried the chocolate cake surprisingly rich and delicious for an all-you-can-eat place! They also had fresh fruit and other dessert options that looked great. I didn’t get to take photos of the food bar or the refrigerated section with all the meats and ingredients, but everything was neatly arranged and extremely clean. I also added some instant ramen to my spicy miso soup, and it was the perfect finishing touch warm, comforting, and flavorful. Overall, I’d give Nice to Meet You a 10/10. The food quality is excellent, the service was on point, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly. It’s definitely worth the money for the experience, the freshness, and how attentive everyone was. No complaints at all just an all-around fantastic dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food and service were outstanding, making for an enjoyable dining experience. The variety of meats, sauces, and ingredients to choose from was impressive, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a meal. I especially appreciated how clean and well-organized the kitchen area was, making it easy to grab ingredients and customize my hot pot exactly how I wanted. Overall, it was a memorable visit that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and delicious hot pot experience.

This is one of our favorite hotpot place in Irvine and they’re now an AYCE hotpot spot. For the weekend/holiday price, you get to pick one specialty item per person, we tried the abalone and black beef tripe 👌 both were super fresh and flavorful. You can choose 3 types of broth — we went with Tom Yum, Pork Bone, and Spicy Miso. Totally obsessed with the Tom Yum and Spicy Miso since they add that extra punch to the meat while the Pork Bone is perfect for cooking veggies for a lighter, cleaner taste. For meats, we got beef tongue, top sirloin, lamb shoulder, and beef brisket, all fresh and tender! Plus, you can grab more goodies from the fridge area: skewers, veggies, meatballs, sliced fish, you name it. Don’t skip the sauce bar, which also has appetizers and desserts! Loved the sesame balls, chocolate cake, grass jelly, and black rice porridge to finish off the meal. Definitely coming back for another round of cozy hotpot vibes. Tried this spot for dinner recently and was pleasantly surprised. For a set price, you get a wide range of sliced meats, hotpot skewers, seafood, vegetables, and even a dessert bar. The broth was rich and flavorful — especially the spicy and tomato bases. The self-serve section was well-stocked and clean, and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. I also appreciated the little details, like fresh herbs and a decent dipping sauce station. Great value for the price, especially if you come hungry. Would recommend for group dinners or anyone craving an all-you-can-eat hotpot with solid quality.

Nice to Meet You Skewer Hot Pot is a great place for hot pot lovers. The concept is fun and interactive, with a wide variety of fresh skewers including meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles. Everything looks fresh and well maintained. The broth options are rich and flavorful, with good spice levels to choose from. Cooking the skewers at your own pace makes the experience enjoyable, especially when dining with friends or family. Portion sizes are good, and prices are reasonable for the quality and variety. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to explain the process for first-time visitors. The restaurant is clean, well organized, and has a lively atmosphere. A must-try spot if you enjoy skewer-style hot pot and bold flavors!

Have you ever heard that Southern California is a foodie heaven? Well… today’s definition of “food heaven” is definitely Nice to Meet You Skewer. Let’s be transparent with the price — $39.99 for dinner and $29.99 for lunch, and both are all you can eat. I grew up eating hotpot, but honestly, hotpot to me was always just sliced meat, some veggies, and noodles. This place completely changed what I thought hotpot could be. Their dinner AYCE includes appetizers, snacks, skewers, veggies, a full sauce bar, cooked food, meats, seafood, drinks, and dessert. Appetizers like spicy potato, wood ear, edamame… snacks like sesame balls and shrimp chips… even childhood gems like haw flakes. Then you get to the skewer fridge — veggies, offals, marinated meats — all neatly packed and ready to grab. Once you load up your tray, your cooked dishes, meats, and seafood start arriving. And the seafood is insane. Abalone, jumbo shrimp, scallops… and for just $4 more, you can try lobster. The meats are just as impressive — highly recommend the beef tongue and prime short rib. All the cooked dishes come out steaming hot — the cumin beef skewer and chicken cartilage skewer taste like true street-style charcoal grilling. And of course, I saved room for dessert — purple porridge and a brownie, a perfect East-meets-West combo that really captures authentic Asian food culture in the States. Absolutely the best all-you-can-eat in OC — delicious, indulgent, and totally worth it. Ig: socalhkfoodies

It finally started raining in Los Angeles, and it instantly made me crave hotpot. To be honest, buying ingredients, prepping everything, and washing dishes at home feels a bit too much sometimes, so I decided to go for AYCE instead. I ordered the 39.99 option, and for my first hotpot of the winter I wanted to treat myself a little. The sliced meats and skewers are unlimited, the seafood is very fresh, and the sauce bar has a lot of clean, well-organized options. I think it’s definitely worth a visit. The value for money is great.

The atmosphere here is warm and inviting perfect for hanging out with friends, family, or even a casual date night. We ordered the AYCE option. The staff were super friendly and quick to help, constantly checking in to make sure everything was good and refilling whatever we needed. Plates came out fast, and everything was well-presented. There are also a whole cabinet of dishes and drinks to choose from. Overall, this restaurant delivers both great vibes and excellent service, making the hotpot experience that much more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This AYCE hotpot spot absolutely blew me away with its variety and quality! The meat slices were beautifully marbled and fresh, and there were so many different dishes to choose from like skewers, desserts, veggies, and more. Even lobster tail and pork brain! We got to try three different options of the soup base. I also loved the drink station, which really made the whole experience feel elevated. If you love hotpot and enjoy having endless options, this place is a must-visit!

Reservation highly recommended as it can get very busy on weekends. But you’d the surprised of their selection once getting in. Unlimited appetizers of all sorts. Skewers and frozen cuts were plenty. Personally I’d go with unlimited hotpot as their meats were high quality. Beers were priced fairly. Try not to get super hyped of their side dishes as they can be quite filling (though pretty good too!). Oh did I mention their shaved ice?

A

Seriously impressed with the huge variety at Nice to Meet You. You just grab a tray and go wild on the skewer wall. The spicy beef and cilantro beef are elite. Or, you can order a-la-carte from their menu. Even better is that you can get an included premium meat like scallop! The broth is super flavorful (especially the Tom Yum) and everything tastes incredibly fresh. It’s the perfect casual spot to hang out and eat way more than you planned to.

A

It makes sense why this place just made the Yelp Top 100 list for OC. The Sichuan style AYCE is a great value, especially because you can grab your own skewers and veggies from the fridge whenever you’re ready for more. The marinated beef skewers are the best thing on the menu and hold the flavor of the broth much better than the plain sliced meats. Also, being able to do a three-way split pot is a lifesaver if you want to try the spicy house-made broth but still want a milder backup like the mushroom base. Make sure to hit the appetizer section for the cold dishes while you wait for the broth to boil!

A
AJ

We chose the all you can eat hot pot option. For the meats, we ordered #6 prime beef short rib, #7 wagyu beef top sirloin, and #10 chicken breast. The chicken breast was actually the best among them. For the soup base, I recommend the kimchi flavor. It wasn’t spicy at all and tasted really good. One downside was the rice. It was too sticky with the grains stuck together. The side bar had a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, and desserts, which was nice.

Nice to Meet You Hot Pot in Irvine was honestly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The quality of the food really stood out. They have premium meats and seafood, and the lobster option made it feel even more worth it. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. I also loved their sauce bar because you can customize your own sauces exactly how you like. One of the coolest parts was their fridge section where you can grab skewers with different meats and seafood, which made the experience more fun and let us try more variety. They also have really good drinks, and the service was great. The price is such a good value for all-you-can-eat, especially for the quality you’re getting. Definitely one of the best hot pot spots in Irvine. I will 100% be coming back.

Nice to Meet You Hot Pot has such a vibrant, modern atmosphere! It’s the perfect place for a group dinner or a birthday celebration. The staff was super attentive and kept our broths topped up without us even having to ask. I loved the little tech touches and the overall cleanliness of the space. It’s not just about the food (which was delicious); it’s the whole experience and the friendly energy of the staff that makes it stand out.

We had such a fun and satisfying AYCE experience. It's $40 per person and includes access to the self-serve skewer and toppings fridges, sauce bar, appetizer bar, dessert soups, sliced meats, plus one premium item per person. We ordered all of the beef options from the menu and were impressed. The meats were super fresh, and the cuts had really nice marbling. Service was also amazing. Our water was always full, and extra plates were cleared quickly without us needing to ask. I loved the self-serve fridge setup. Having items like quail eggs on skewers is such a game changer, especially since they usually disappear at the bottom of the pot. They also have meats on skewers in the fridge, but I personally preferred the thinly sliced meats you order directly from the server. They even have potato noodles, which are my favorite, along with other veggies and seafood. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well organized, and the space itself is modern and comfortable. Overall, such a great hot pot spot and definitely worth checking out if you're in Irvine!

The setup here is great because you can just grab your own skewers and veggies from the fridge whenever you want while the staff brings out the sliced meats you order. It makes the meal move much faster since you aren't waiting on a server for every little thing. The marinated beef skewers are definitely the move and have way more flavor than the plain cuts. Also, the pots fit three different broths at once so you can actually try the spicy tallow and still have two milder options as a backup.

勾元琳

Easily one of the best hot pot spots in town! The broth bases are incredibly flavorful—I highly recommend the classic spicy beef butter pot if you like a kick, or the tomato base for something savory and sweet. The ingredient quality is top-notch; the wagyu beef was marbled perfectly and the handmade shrimp paste was a highlight. Everything felt very fresh, and the dipping sauce bar had a great variety of toppings to customize your bowl.

Nice to Meet You Skewer Hot Pot in Irvine is a great spot for a quick and customizable hot pot meal. I tried the spicy miso, sukiyaki, and tom yum broths, and all three were flavorful in their own way. The spicy miso had a nice kick, the sukiyaki was savory with a hint of sweetness, and the tom yum was tangy and aromatic. I chose a variety of meat cuts, and everything cooked fast and stayed tender. I like the skewer-style setup because it makes portioning easy and lets you try multiple ingredients in one visit. The broths soaked into the meats really well, making each bite satisfying. The space is clean and modern, and the ordering process is straightforward and efficient. Overall, it is a solid hot pot option in Irvine if you want something warm, customizable, and easy to enjoy.

This is a great self-service skewer hot pot spot and definitely worth a visit if you enjoy hot pot. The soup bases are rich and flavorful, with plenty of depth—you can tell they don’t cut corners on the broth. The sauce station is clean and well organized, which I really appreciate. There’s also a drink area available for an additional charge. One of the highlights is the refrigerated display: all the ingredients are neatly arranged, fresh, and clean, making it easy and enjoyable to pick exactly what you want. Service is another strong point here. Even though the place gets very busy, especially during dinner hours, the staff stay efficient, friendly, and well organized. Be prepared to wait during peak times, as it’s a popular spot and lines are common in the evening. Overall, solid flavors, clean setup, and fast, friendly service. A very satisfying hot pot experience.

If you’re looking for an all-you-can-eat skewer hot pot in Irvine, this spot is a solid choice. I love the place, it’s one of my top two favorite hot pot restaurants around. The concept and interior decorations here are very unique, I absolutely love the self-serve fridges where you have a diverse selection of vegetables, meats/skewers and noodles. The food itself is delicious, the fried rice is the best I’ve had. Typically I do not even like friend rice because it can be very oily and overly heavy. Here however, the fried rice is light and fluffy and full of flavor. The broths are delicious and perfect for the cold weather and the meat has always been fresh and tasty. The sauce bar has more selection than most places. The AYCE sides are also great and the selection is large, the fried chicken kaarage is so good! Great pricing for a really great selection of fresh AYCE foods and a must try if you haven’t been.

I was honestly so surprised HOW much you really get within the dinner deal!! For $40, you get so many options from meats to skewers (along with a choice of a specialty item like scallops!). The interior is super nice (like you’d be okay taking your parents here haha), and all the servers and staff are welcoming and explain it very well. You also get a choice of 3 broths which is different from other spots (I really like this fact). Please don’t sleep on the chocolate cake (along with the other Chinese desserts!). I’d absolutely go back whenever im around.

It’s finally soup season, and what better way to kick it off than with hot pot! This spot in Irvine — Nice to Meet You — definitely lives up to the hype. They give you three broth flavors to choose from (yes, three!), and the options do not disappoint. Pricing starts at $29.99 for lunch or $39.99 for dinner/holidays, and it’s all you can eat. There’s a sauce bar, a cold food section, and a fridge full of skewers seasoned to perfection — plus all the veggies you could ever want. We came for dinner, which means we got to enjoy their premium items like lobster tails, scallops, frog legs, and abalones. My favorites? The pork belly and beef slices — both melt-in-your-mouth tender. Let’s just say it turned into a full-on protein feast. They’ve also got a good selection of desserts, but we splurged on the matcha shaved snow (not included in the AYCE price) — and honestly, it was 100% worth it. If you’re looking for a cozy, flavorful hot pot spot in Irvine, this one’s a must-try! Also, service is top notch! They have the sweetest staff.

I’m glad I found such descent Szechuan style hotpot! You can choose the spicy level you want. All the meat and vegetables are very fresh. Their drink and dessert are all so good and perfect for spicy food.

This is my first time trying an all you can eat hotpot restaurant and it did not disappoint. The price is really good it's $29.99 for lunch and $39.99 for dinner/holidays. I took advantage of the unlimited free servings of meat, veggies, and appetizers and honestly my favorite were definitely the wagyu, prime short rib, and pork belly. For appetizers I loved the cumin beef skewers and the karage fried chicken. Plus for the dinner price you get to choose a premium item I got the jumbo scallops and my friend got the tiger prawns, both soooo good. If you check in on Yelp you get a free Coke so I did that. The service was amazing our waiter Charles was very attentive, and took our orders as we needed. This place also felt really fancy, the decorations were beautiful, seats and tables were nice and clean, and overall great atmosphere. Im coming again for sure and with an empty stomach again.

What a satisfying meal! The $29.99 all-you-can-eat hot pot skewers at lunchtime are such great value! The variety of ingredients is overwhelming; dinner/holidays are only $39.99 AYCE. Beef tongue, fatty beef, steak, Wagyu beef… take whatever you want! The condiment station is well-stocked and replenished quickly! There are also beef jerky, side dishes, preserved vegetables, ice jelly, and fruit as snacks. The black tripe is crisp and clean, the scallops and lobster tails are very fresh, and the tiger prawns with shells are tender! The restaurant also offers fried beef skewers, chicken cartilage skewers, and golden fried rice.

This is a wonderful place for AYCE hotpot. The price is great, no wonder they have so many people even on weekdays. It's $29.99 lunch and $39.99 dinner/holidays. The price already includes self-service bar, soups and sides. Some of these are usually charged extra in other places. The restaurant is very bright and clean. The bar and the fridge are filled regularly. Meat also comes fast. Love it!

I think this place is such a great value. The menu is at the end, and on weekdays it is 29.99 per person. This price includes all the meats, the sauce bar and everything in the cold fridge. It is already a lot and more than enough. If you want better cuts of meat and seafood, the price is 39.99. Both options include the broth — and it is the Mercedes-style three-section pot, where you can choose three flavors. If you do not feel like cooking lunch or want an affordable meal with friends, this place definitely works. Here are some very honest thoughts. Flavor-wise, it is the familiar hot pot profile. But they do several things very well. First, the sauce bar has a huge selection and is very clean. There are snacks, sesame balls, beef jerky, purple rice porridge, white fungus soup, ice jelly, braised duck feet, cold dishes and fruit. Since they offer sukiyaki broth, there are also unlimited pasteurized eggs. The cold fridge for skewers and other ingredients is nicely organized, and even though it is AYCE, the skewers are not skimpy at all; each one is huge. At many hot pot restaurants on weekdays, dishes like tripe or pork brain are expensive, so you usually hold back. Here you can eat as much as you want, which is great. The ingredients also look quite fresh. Since we tried the 39.99 option today, here is what you get compared to the 29.99. The beef cuts are definitely higher quality, with marbling that works really well in sukiyaki broth. And the seafood is worth praising. I think the extra ten dollars is absolutely worth it. The abalone speaks for itself in the photos. The lobster tail is an additional 3.99, but it is huge. The live bullfrog is also impressive, with firm, clean meat. For the pot, you can choose three broths. We picked spicy butter, pickled cabbage pork broth and sukiyaki. Many people forget that there are small dishes you can order too. We got the spicy cold noodles, which were refreshing, plus brown sugar rice cakes and fried skewers. There are actually a lot of choices, and they help balance the meal. The place gets quite busy. Even on a weekday lunch, most tables were full, with lots of Americans dining here, so the value is clearly recognized.

Great AYCE skewer hot pot spot. You grab the skewers yourself so it’s fun to try a little bit of everything. The broth was flavorful and the ingredients were fresh. Lots of meat, seafood, and vegetables to choose from. Very good value for the price and perfect for coming with friends.

Great value AYCE skewer hot pot in Irvine! Lunch is $29.99 and dinner $39.99, and you can choose up to three soup bases,Huge selection of meats, skewers, veggies, and seafood like beef tongue, marbled beef, tripe, shrimp, scallops, and even abalone, all fresh and satisfying. You grab what you want yourself, plus the snack bar (crispy chicken cartilage, duck wings, cold spicy beef) was surprisingly good.

A fun and unique hot pot experience with the skewer style setup. Good variety of ingredients, all fresh and well-prepared. The AYCE (all you can eat) option is a great value for hot pot lovers. The place is clean with a nice atmosphere, and the service was decent. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience worth trying.

This is a screwer hot pot place where you can get variety of ingredients, some of them on screwer and cook them inside three different flavors of broths. We had shichuan spicy mild(which is probably the best), Don Yum, and konbu. As for the meat, we think the beef tongue and short ribs are probably the ones worth trying. They also have various appetizers to choose from and I would recommend the waffle fries which is just like chain store's. As for the dessert, the brown sugar jelly is very nice and refreshing. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly and attentive and responsive, probably the best service in town. Nice place to hang out and really nice to meet you.

The beef skewers had this slimy substance around them and it didn’t go away no matter how long I cooked them. They were boiling for about 25mins and still the slimy mess stayed. Had to stop eating after that. Soup bases were good, tho and so were the premium meats. They also don’t have any chicken skewers for the hot pot so I was disappointed in that.
