Winchell's Donut House

I have been to Winchells at different locations and this has by far been the best experience. They cooked my bagel Xtreme Melt correctly (as in fully cooked)and I didn’t have to ask for them to slice it for me. The person who helped me was nice and attentive.

I came to Winchell's for a drink and I left with their holiday themed donuts. A must get for the kids.

The Iced Coffee was fire, donut holes were good served warm, and the Black Forest and Bacon bagel sandwich was phenomenal. Definitely recommend stopping here, service was great too!

They have variety of donuts, pretty good. Their Tortas De Pierna are really good!

When you have to drive by here daily, the smell of cooking donuts really draws you in. The staff here is great and friendly, they greet you as soon as they can, although they are usually bustling around. The donut selection really depends on what time of day you come, get here early especially on the weekends if you want a good selection. The donuts taste fresh and look appealing. The prices have gone up, but that's just how life is right now. Parking isn't always easy, but of park a bit further away then there's ample parking.

Ok donuts, considering the time was after 2am, but definitely before the morning donuts were made. The one dude working tonight was courteous and patient. He kept the dining room very clean and well stocked. Not a bad place to stop in and relax with a coffee and watch news or whatever anytime of the night.

The Best Donuts in town. I wish i had more room to try alllllllll of them. My tummy wouldn’t allow it. There bagels are okay. There sandwiches are amazing.

Food is good. wide options of hot and cold bagels, sandwiches and donuts with many drink options.

It's more of a 3.5 rating for me, but nonetheless still a good donut shop. Luckily if you're not a donut person they also offer breakfast sandwiches and burritos. If that still doesn't appeal to you, they also offer roast beef, tuna, turkey, and blt sandwiches. For about $6.99, you can order it as a combo with your soda and chips. They do offer a great selection of donuts. A Winchell's dozen is about $9.99 and you could pick 14 different donuts. They also have a nice selection of smoothies and "chillas" (ice blended drinks). Their iced coffee is good, but a bit watered down. I tried the horchata chilla and it was just ok. Give yourself plenty of time. The location tends to get extremely crowded on weekend mornings, especially on Sundays.

Very good donuts 👍🏼 , service is always good. Sandwiches are loaded and yummy 😋 I wished they had the traditional ham n cheese but the upgraded version is also good. They also sell raspados, smoothies,can or bottle sodas, energy drinks. One stop shop for the morning rush!

The fact that I can get donuts at any time is a huge plus; however, I took a star off because I can’t select donuts that I actually want in my order. They only offer presorted combinations …… which is still tasty no matter what time it is!!!

I visited in the late morning on a Tuesday. It was pretty busy and the selection of donuts was great. Every tray was full. The lady behind the counter was friendly and fast. I also purchased a coffee. If you like coffee on the stronger side, then you'll enjoy it here. I got a large coffee,muffin, milk, and donut for my son. It was about 10 bucks. His donut was on point. I never had a muffin from Winchells before, it was alright. Definitely would say go with the donuts and coffee.

the only reason i'm giving this place a 3 is because of the wonderful man that helped me out today. There was a lot of people and only ONE worker. He was by himself doing everyones order. This place is 24hrs there should minimum be 2 people. First off for safety reasons &second for times like this when it gets busy. I wasn't able to get his name &i regret it but thank you to the man that was working July 29,2021 @11:30pm.

Got three sandwiches. They only got one of them right. Ordered a BLTCC. They were out of LETTUCE and didn't even tell me. I mean come on. It's a key ingredient in the sandwich! I ordered a pastrami with no mayo. Only pickles, mustard and cheese. I got my sandwich. It had mayo NOT mustard. And onions not pickles! I go back to get the right sandwich. And the lady tells me they don't t have pickles! When the man who took my order said they do. And what's a pastrami without pickels?! And to top it all off. The lady who remade my sandwich gave me attitude! It's 12/1230 am on August 15th.. Hope she's not there the next time I come back..

I was just here. I have my car in the shop for the past few days and was really craving donuts. So I ubered to here to get them but I left my wallet out of all times. Then my apple pay is not working too so I asked if she could pay and I’ll just apple pay her back. They said they can’t do that. Just disappointed

The only reason to go here is it's open 24 hrs. Coffee is OK and the donuts are average. Early in the morning the parking lot is dark and homeless drug freaks often hang out here. There are much better places for coffee and Donuts that open between 4 and 5 a.m. Kings donuts a few blocks away across Ball Rd. Or Mel's also on Euclid at Orangethorpe. Winchell's is a name only, nothing more.

This place has been here for years, no public restroom, overdue for a renovation and staff is alright, they come across somewhat bothered. But, an overall ok place.

Used to stop by here for donuts frequently, until a few months ago when I ordered a dozen donuts and noticed that my entire dozen was covered in crawling ants. The display case of "fresh" donuts were also crawling with ants. Worst part, the staff didn't even flinch when I said something about it and continued selling contaminated product to other customers.

Some of the personal have very bad actitud One of the ladys was very rude yelling the the names of the customers .i told her she dont have to do because i was next to her ,her answer was(. If you dont like o well to bad) i was very abset and tire because y work grave yard and i just want to eat breakfast but with her unpleasant actitud she screwup my appetite. Definitely i dont go back!!😠😠😠😠

Usually the donuts are awesome but not last night the apple fritters were still raw and doughy on the inside. Tried to explain to the girls on the phone about my experience they were oblivious.

Very disappointed in the management's /owners training of its employees . I called in to express my concern and dismay. A good corporate structurw would use my experience as a training & educational point. It is obvious the staff gets its lead by the example management set.

Horrible service Itzel shouldn't be working here if she isnt a people person, such a rude server, couldn't even order without feeling rushed it wasn't even busy, really should look into your employes. Won't be back here EVER il make sure to let my friends and family to avoid this location.

Walked in went to order waited 5 minutes for some lady to assume I knew Spanish just cause I’m Mexican to ask me if I needed something I told her ya to place an order acting like they don’t see me standing there and she said I needed to stay away from the register and she could help me. Made no sense. Stay away from this place and head to the one down the street way better customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you don't like dealing with people then don't work in foods! If you don't like answering questions for clarification or don't know how to talk to people DONT WORK IN FOODS! I don't know why they hire people with jacked up attitudes like Itzel y Angelica! Instead, they give attitude and ignore the poor people who do not speak Spanish. I speak Spanish, and I saw how they straight up ignored an English speaking customer and attended everyone but the non speaking. When you are trying to decide what you want to pick, they rudely ask and make faces. This needs to change. Change the people who are attending in the front. We are a very happy family that love to joke around and this lady kept on rolling her eyes and side eyeing us... And when we didn't know what donut flavor to choose she would get mad as if she were in a hurry.... I mean "girl you're working".... 🤦 Anyway not trying to offend sizes but just so she can get identified she is a chubby blonde girl... Very disappointed today...

We spent $26 on a dozen donuts. The cinnamon rolls were not cooked enough. The donut was doughy. Disgusting. The service was bad. The one girl didn’t speak English and we asked what kind of jelly filled donuts the were. She had to asked what we were saying. And when we were told the filling we said no and we got one anyway. The store was dirty and had trash all over the place

Me and my wife came here to get strawberry smoothies the young lady gave us 2 cups of what taste like strawberry milk, the smoothie was water thin to say the least, I ask for whip and they gave us 1 little drop
