Llevamos viniendo a Lavanda desde hace 5 años cada que estamos en San Miguel y siempre es un joyaaa. La cazuelita y la limonada de café, son un must. El servicio es excelente y el café es muy rico. Es mi recomendación siempre para los que visitan San Miguel.

¡Me encantó! Me encantó el concepto , el lugar el servicio. Los fines de semana y temporadas altas hay mucha gente , sean pacientes , todos hacen su Mejor esfuerzo. Me encantó ver a muchas mujeres trabajando en el lugar . Girl power! Es una delicia el lugar , felicito muchísimo a cocina . 🧡 El café riquísimo , los alimentos salados una delicia 😋 . Sigan así , seguro volveré a SMA y a ustedes Saludos de un poblano.

Hermoso lugar. Hicimos fila antes de que abrieran y desde ese momento la atención de todas las meseras fue excelente, en especial de la Srita Tere. Nos encantó todo lo que probamos y degustamos.

En mi opinión este lugar es de lo único bueno que la gentrificación le ha dejado a esta zona. Excelente café de especialidad. Muy buena técnica y atención por parte de las chicas que lo trabajan. Una muy grata sorpresa haber encontrado este lugar.

Recomiendo totalmente el latte y café lavanda; café negro filtrado con flor de lavanda, el top de esta cafetería en San Miguel de Allende 1OO% súper deli. Para el brunch los huevos cazuela preparados con papas, champiñón, queso, salsa ranchera y arriba un huevo estrellado, tocino y jitomatitos ó un avocado toast de pan de masa madre con pasta de champiñón, aguacate, rábano y aceite de chile. De postre el rol de pistache 1O de 1O o el pastel chocolate y lavanda, toda una experiencia gastronómica. El lugar es pequeño y muy concurrido, por lo que recomiendo llegar entre 3O a 4O minutos antes de su horario de apertura para desayunar en el lugar.

El lugar está muy limpio, la comida deliciosa y las porciones son de buen tamaño. Al llegar si está lleno el lugar ,te anotan en lista de espera y ellos te marcan por teléfono cuando ya tienen una mesa disponible (me pareció excelente) tu mientras puedes ir a ver otras cosas. Nos permitieron entrar con un perro Chihuahua en las mesas de la terraza, puntos extras para el lugar por eso. El café excelente y eso siempre será una garantía en cualquier lugar de comida.

Es un must al venir a SMA. El concepto de lavanda es diferente, divertido y delicioso. Cualquier platillo que pruebes será una verdadera experiencia muy agradable. Lo malo es que hay que esperar porque siempre hay gente; pero vale totalmente la pena. 😍Es imperdible simplemente 😍

Visité Lavanda entre semana y sólo pedí una bebida, un latte lavanda frío que me sorprendió porque por lo general las bebidas con sabores sólo saben a jarabe, pero no fue así, su sabor fue a la flor natural. Bella decoración, cuidan los detalles. Su personal muy atento.

Yo fui a almorzar, el pan y los alimentos son muy ricos! El espacio es pequeño, pero tiene terracitas con buena vista. Recomiendo mucho los desayunos :)

Este lugar es muy recomendado, sus desayunos son generosos en porciones y el sabor es bastante bueno. Buena calidad en alimentos y precios muy acorde a los alimentos. El lugar si hay que hacer reservación de preferencia, o llegar y reservar, te marcan a tu número celular, lo que lo hace cómodo, pues puedes ir a pasear y ellos te marcan para que te acerques a tiempo. Buenas vistas desde la terraza.

El lugar es agradable y con buena cocina Esta muy bien valorado y la espera puede llegar a ser larga pero vale la pena. Sus platillos son ricos pero su especialidad son los cafés. Hay una variedad de bebidas y rico pan dulce . Si vas con extranjeros o visita, es un buen lugar para en la espera o saliendo ir a ver artesanías alrededor. No hay estacionamiento, pero hay varios cerca :)

I love the lavender latte here, it instantly calms me down from the smell and touch of real lavender on top of my latte foam. I will say, I expected more from the hype - it was recommended by everyone I know. I got the cazuela, and it was really good - again, nothing special and out of this world for the long wait line. As far as ambiance, maybe I was expecting a lot more again - I expected more garden vibes with lavender all over. But it was pretty basic, not much greenery. I did love their lavender cookie though, I highly recommend. It’s very sugary, but I just love the lavender icing on top, so good. I would come back for that coffee and cookie. 😍

Love this place. Went here for a chai latte a week ago and have been back for breakfast 2 times since. Everything we've had was delicious. The apple marmalade that comes with the bread is delicious. Our servers were great both times. And the chai lattes are unbeatable. Can't wait to come back.

If you are looking for the best breakfast in San Miguel de Allende, with a relaxed and fresh atmosphere, this coffeeshop is your best choice! We loved the lavender latte, latte de cáscara, pan francés, pan de plátano, and fresh fruit. They also have plenty of savory options and refreshing lemonades. The service was lovely and even brought us two portions of bread with jam for free! 10/10 recommend! 🤎❤️ Especially on the third floor if you are looking for a rooftop experience.

Pretty cafe, good menus both drinks and food Especially smth with lavender as they named their cafe. When I went there, it was a bit cold. And they gave me blanket to cover me which was so sweet! And they serve bread before we get food, it was really nice and smth like honey, i think it's guava ? Not sure, so so delicious. I wanted to take it with me haha And their drinks are good and the cake as well. Highly recommend!!

This cafe is usually bursting out of its seams during the early hours of any day.. but keep them in mind for your 2 pm resting place. Seating is plentiful. Everyone else is exploring San Miguel and you will experience a pleasant afternoon with your coffee and setting your eyes on the showcase featuring the desserts of the day. My favorite is the chocolate ganache but trust me everything is fresh and delicious. Enjoy!

If you want great (and uniquely served) specialty coffee while still enjoying the Mexican charm of San Miguel this is the place to go. One of the two best places for coffee in town but the only one that also highlights the unique style of this area in a modernized and cozy way. Their menu features a wide variety of unique espresso based drinks. I tried the Mareado Lavanda and Affogato. Both were beautifully served, featured unexpected and interesting flavors and textures, and were quite unique. I highly recommend both of them. The pan the elote and lupita cookie were both delicious. The pan especially had a delectable fluffiness and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Service was fast and friendly and their breakfast food looked tasty. I just wish they had some interesting vegan food options and at least one vegan pastry.

Their pour over coffees are really good! Their lavanda coffee is a very interesting pour over with great flavour! I really enjoyed it since it’s the first time I try a pour over with a mix of an aromatic herb. The scent wasn’t overwhelming at all it was actually very nice! Their tea with the coffee flower was also very interesting! First time trying a herbal tea from coffee flower. The Cazuela breakfast was amazing too! Definitely will back whenever I’m back in San Miguel.

Excellent coffee shop roasting and representing specialty coffee beans from all over Mexico. Love the iced cascara latte, most especially! Perfect amount of sweetness. I also had the natural process from Oaxaca as espresso and pourover and enjoyed both -it was very nice and fruity I wish I bought a bag before I left! Didn't get to try their food but when I come back to San Miguel I would definitely try it!

The new location is much larger but it’s very popular and you often have to wait. The food is great and one of the best coffees in town. I e tried many of the different dishes and all have been delicious. There are three levels in this building each floor has a slightly different feel to it. The staff are wonderful friendly and efficient

Amazing place to have breakfast or brunch, everything that we ordered was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great, the day we went they had a performer playing the guitar, which made the experience very enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely putting Lavanda on my favorite places in San Miguel.

Must go for brunch if in San Miguel! All breakfast dishes are amazing, went with a group and got to try various different items and was pleasantly surprised. The green salsa chilaquiles with bacon and avocado were delicious! Also recommend the Toscano eggs - the pesto was great. For drinks, loved the lavender latte - very subtle but amazing. Place is always full so expect a long wait. Pricey but worth it.

This is a very quaint and wonderful breakfast spot with amazing food and coffee. They also had live music when we were there. We heard they moved to a smaller location though.

Es la mejor cafetería de san Miguel de Allende. Sus pasteles jna delicia. Me gusta que todo está bien cuidado. Sin embargo, con la comida tengo a veces no la misma experiencia. Creo que los chilaquiles deberían servirlos en plato hondo porque es difícil comerlos en plato extendido y la salsa es difícil comerla así. También creo que para el costo que tienen sus huevos deberían ser orgánicos y la otra es que los tiempos de espera para comer son de más de 30 min,.eso sí es que no hay fila de espera. Pero en café son 10 de 10. Y el servicio es súper profesional y amable.

El lugar es muy discreto así que no se llena tanto pero tiene un ambiente muy acogedor y amigable. Probamos el chai latte, nada distinto. Su flat white es de buena calidad, es un café ligeramente afrutado pero en lo personal me gusta más fuerte el sabor del café. El café lavanda es ligeramente dulce, y el toque sutil de lavanda es buenisimo, vale la pena la vuelta por este de aquí. Y tristemente ya no tenían casi nada de pan dulce, pedimos el puerquito de piloncillo y está agradable para acompañar el Café, pero no destaca en lo más mínimo. 7.3/10

This place is very cute and a trully coffee shop. When you come in, you instantaneously feel the coffee culture and not just a trendy coffee place. It is a place that invites you to learn a bit above the average about the cup of coffe you will order. I guess, I liked all the love and science they put into the whole coffee bussiness to increase consumers' knowledge and awerness of all the work that is behind a cup of coffee you will enjoy at their shop. Besides, the details of the location and the baristas' technique to get you a beautifull coffee foam design, thats it is also impresive to see because it shows practice. I got a coffee husk latte that was exceptional and unique and also a delicious guava cake. I just visited this place to grab a coffee but they carry out breakfast that seemed also very tasty. I got there right when they open at 8:30 am, it seems that they get quite busy all the time and a line stats when they run out of space inside, but staff seems to manage people flow quite alright.

Good coffee for sure. If you are hungry, the Cazuela is very good. can be quite busy right there on the edge of the Mercado Artesanias. During our visit, the service was fairly slow. We were sitting up on the third level, and I think that they didn’t want to climb the stairs more than they had to.😅

Our early morning craving for a good cup of coffee led us to this gem. We couldn't resist trying their speciality coffee—a lavender-infused latte. The subtle floral notes added a unique touch to the rich and velvety latte, making it a standout choice. Alongside our coffee, we indulged in a vegetarian chilaquiles with red salsa and a Gallito—a scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon sandwich. The food was undeniably delicious, although the chilaquiles leaned a bit towards the spicier side for our taste. As for the sandwich, while it was slightly dry, a stroke of genius came as I dipped it in the chilaquiles salsa, transforming it into a perfect harmony of flavors. If you plan to visit after 10 am, expect a bit of a queue, as the place is rather small.

I had this highly rated place saved from research on San Miguel de Allende. Such a charming, multi-story cafe with beautiful views from the rooftop setting. I ordered the lavender strawberry ice tea, which was fabulous. An interesting flavor combination that was light, fresh and not sweet. I love the gallito, which is an egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich served with sweet potato chips. The chips were thin and sought and tasty. No salt, so perfect flavor. The bread was incredibly light. The complimentary bread appetizer was served with a house made guava jam, which I used for my breakfast sandwich. Sooooooo good! They also served it with a spicy, tasty salsa, which I sampled in a.all doses. Very flavorful. Great food and drinks. Highly recommend and conveniently located near the artisan markets. 4.7 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The ambiance alone might be worth 5 stars. The chilaquiles and chocolate croissant were excellent and the space is very well done with well placed live music. My 4 star review is because I was expecting to be blown away as I have been at other highly rated places. I was not. The food was good, the chai I had was underwhelming, but we genuinely enjoyed our time. My wife said her latte was fantastic. Worth the visit, but there are other equally good breakfast spots in the city.

si buscas un lugar para desayunar la verdad no es tan rico, es carísimo para lo que es. para postrear esta ok, pero hasta ahí. Mi percepción es que al turista nacional lo tratan no tan bien como al turista gringo. Las bebidas están bien, pero la comida no. Precios de polanco para un lugar que la verdad no es tan rico.

Fuimos a desayunar y la experiencia fue mixta. El tiempo de espera es largo, toman tus datos y te marcan en cuanto una mesa está lista. La comida es bastante normal, nada fuera de lo común. Tomar en cuenta que el pan y postres se terminan rápido. Pedimos un flat white y un latte de lavanda, pero sinceramente no fueron de nuestro agrado. No tuvimos oportunidad de probar más bebidas, aunque el menú es amplio y ofrece varias opciones. Lo mejor del lugar es el ambiente: es muy bonito, amplio y agradable. Además, el servicio fue muy bueno, el personal fue atento y amable durante toda nuestra visita.

Desafortunadamente las porciones de las bebidas fueron engañosas. El refresco de garambullo estaba anunciado como de 360 ml, mientras que el café lavanda decía 260 ml, pero ambos fueron servidos en los mismos vasos pequeños que eran exactamente del mismo tamaño. Con el hielo incluido, es muy difícil creer que el refresco realmente contuviera 360 ml de líquido. Cuando pregunté al respecto, el personal fue poco servicial y no supo dar una explicación clara. Incluso otra mesera afirmó que ambos vasos eran de 360 ml, lo cual contradice lo que dice el menú. El personal parecía no ponerse de acuerdo entre ellos mismos y al final no resolvieron nada. Creo que el Café debería ser más transparente y honesto con las porciones que ofrece.

Esta reseña corresponde a una visita del 21 de diciembre, todas las veces que había acudido a la sucursal anterior todo estaba Perfecto, la comida, la atención, el lugar. Al visitar esta nueva ubicación pensaba que sería lo mismo, tristemente no fue así. Tardaron media hora en tomarnos la orden, 45 minutos en llevarnos el primer tiempo, la comida helada, el lugar es demasiado simple, sin ningún concepto, ni siquiera mantiene los elementos ambientales para conservar lo que alguna vez fue “el café lavanda”. El menú de bebidas es tremendamente limitado, no venden refrescos, ni agua mineral, solamente venden café, agua natural, y un refresco artesanal local que ellos promueven. Ese mismo día por la noche a mi acompañante y a mi nos hizo daño la comida, particularmente creo que el queso de los molletes estaba en mal estado, tuvimos diarrea todo el día y además de ello vómito, particularmente me parece que no están sujetos a la normativa federal de higiene de alimentos y mucho menos al distintivo H. Triste mi experiencia, jamás volvería, y creo que el café “murió” al momento de ser trasladado a esta nueva ubicación.
