Great little urban city Starbucks that’s managed to maximize seating (lots for the size) and has actual car parking. Staff were friendly, too.
There’s a woman here with locs working today around 4:30. She is AMAZING, I hope she’s a manager, getting a raise or on her way to running her is franchise.
This is the best Starbucks and it’s not because the coffee. This shop is staffed with the best Starbucks employees I have met. It is clear they are a team, and they bring a community coffee shop vibe to what we all know is Starbucks. In only a few visits the management team of Lesley and Deidra remembered who I was and Stacey remembered my order. When I come in Inhenuinely smile. Sitting here I’m listening at 7a to Stacey interact with the third customer in a row after me that she not only greets by name but also can recall unique personal details for each person. I’m genuinely blown away that this is the only store I have gone to where this happens. This is textbook how to run a Starbucks. Anywhere else seems like chaos and this is a spot of serenity in an otherwise hectic and crazy morning.
I’ve been to this Starbucks a couple of times and always enjoy the warmth the staff provides their customers, but this visit Eric superseded my expectations. I was treating my staff to coffee and a treat and I didn’t know what I wanted to order. I asked Eric to surprise me and he hit it right on the nail, the perfect drink for how I was feeling… GET YOU AN ERIC! Come to this Starbucks, it’s worth it!
just want to say this team is amazing it's a young lady named Tao she have braids in her hair. She's the best! Out side of being super friendly and fast she remembered my name from weeks ago. My favorite Starbucks hands down!
The staff was super kind to me when my order was left behind. Tat especially was super nice!
This Starbucks is a unicorn's dream. This Starbucks always makes the drinks correctly. ALWAYS! We've never had a bad tasting drink from this store. This store is also hella fast. We only order from our app on our way to Starbucks. This place has the order ready and waiting when we walk in the store. They do not mess around. Parking here is difficult sometimes, but this is a busy spot. I can't fault Starbucks for the small parking lot. They also have a small outdoor patio area that is nice use when the weather allows.
I was in town for business for a few days, by the 3rd day, they remembered me by name. Every day they were smiling as they worked and the quality was exactly what I would expect. Highly recommend!
This is not just the best run Starbucks I’ve ever seen, but also one of the best run restaurants in general! The GM at the place is a total Rockstar, greeting every customer, making the experience personable, lively, exciting, engaging etc etc…Moreover, her personality and leadership is beyond effective which can be easily seen in each staff member. The communication between the team seemed both fun and productive on the tasks at hand but they also serviced the guest first and foremost. I’m in the restaurant industry myself and could not help but write this review! Great job all around you guys are crushing it!
Good Coffee, charisma and Great service! This has become my preferred Starbucks location. They make me feel as if we've known each other for years. My order is always right and most important, they have the Covid 19 precautions down to a science.
This is the only Starbucks I come to I love the energy here. The staff is amazing and I just love TOT her vibe and the way she makes her drinks make me come back for more thank you all so much for the great customer service
Always very friendly service, and my pooch is happy to get a puppaccino as a special treat when we go. The patio is cozy and secluded. Now... just waiting for them to open back up!! Can't wait to see the renovations!
I love this Starbucks! I live very close and every time I have been the staff is so friendly! They also have a great seating area off the the side where my fiancé and pup hang out while I get my drink.

Not easy to park in the parking lot, but some streets a few blocks away have non-permit parking. Only about 8 small tables and window seating. Service is on par with other Starbucks-friendly and enthusiastic baristas.
I typically have no issues at this location however today was not a good experience. I didn’t have them remake my drink but they did not follow the instructions which were quite simple. Two of our three drinks were also given to us very messy with drink spilled all over them and dripping on out hands. Normally I would give 5/5 not today. Even the staff wasn’t as friendly as they normally are.
I come to this location often, I met Kasi today for the first time she was on the register & bar. I get the same drink but a lot of times it comes out a little different. Today my drink so good and Kasi was very pleasant. This was refreshing because last time there was an arrogant & rude girl behind the counter one day making drinks. She was acting like she didn’t want to fix my drink and she had an attitude, I even seen her act rudely towards someone else. Sadly I don’t recall her name. But I haven’t been back in a while since meeting her. I’m saying that to say y’all should have more women like Kasi on your team! She turned my initial 2 star experience to a 5 star ⭐️
Great crew always gets the food and coffee out really quickly. Also this location has a pretty nice area to set right off of Grand and Ogden. It's like a little hidden reading nook where you could get lost in your favorite adult Japanese sexy Ninja literature.
Excellent Starbucks with a great outdoor area. Staff is good and there seating is also nice. It is often very busy so if you are looking for a free seat to do work, this place might be too crowded in the morning for you.
Ordered on the application and when I arrived my drink was done. There is a small parking lot for your convenience. The place looks clean and organized. Will stop by again.

This Starbucks location is fine and has parking. When I went it was a bit hard to order and they got my order wrong.
Don't come here for a quiet place to work near the lunch hour. Seems it's a place where people come to conduct interviews and other business. Loud people competing to be heard over other people and loud music. Maybe I'm use to coffee houses being a quiet place to chill.
Small parking lot and hard to find parking, small on the inside too and hard to find a seat. Restaurant was also dirty as were the bathrooms, and waited around 10 minutes for an iced coffee. A bit warm inside as well and it was a hot summer day. Basically everything Starbucks usually is, this one was the opposite. It’s a shame cause it’s a pretty good location and this is the only one I’ve ever had an issue with, and I frequent Starbucks.
Love Starbucks, however my blonde flat white tasted like coffee flavored milk! Definitely wasn't prepared right. And I have to say this was not the first time. Three different locations, I experienced this! Tells me baristas aren't being trained properly! 👎🏼
With the recent trend of independent coffee shops shows in the West Town area, I was hoping that this Starbucks would be my new go-to weekend location. Unfortunately, we needed to shout to be heard over the music at noon on a Saturday. It was obviously for the staff and not the patrons. We left and won't be returning.
I wish this store had better communication. After putting in an order via the app, I arrived early to wait. I never heard my name so after twenty minutes I walked up to ask about my order only to realize I had a note that they ran out of ingredients for my drink. After confirming my new drink order, I waited for my food order for another twenty minutes but it just so happens my order was called out for a “Bobby”.
I’m coming here many times and is the first time that the lady gives me a cup of coffee in this way. I can’t take it. Is hot and she not put nothing. I can’t walk with the cup. The cup is so hot. New review today: Incredible change, I used to come here for the coffee a love it. And when I ask for the code to use the restroom the lady says You need to pay first. If I entrance is because I’m going to buy a coffee and stay a little bit time but for the first time a person looks me bad, I wanted to wash my hand for to use the phone and paying. Personally I think this place just have clients because we love the coffee. Because the customer service is not good for treat people. And said because when I was out of the restroom a lady who going to clean, I hold the door and she just looks like “😏” If I not love this coffee and stay at this side of the city I don’t stop here.

Its 10:20 am on a Wednesday morning I came in to order a caramel ribbon crunch and because of the way I ordered the 2 baristas one named Pauli and the other one refused to give me her name began laughing and saying rude comments under their breathe but I could still hear them and when I looked at so they could know that i heard them they stopped and looked dumb founded after... I order I quickly wanted a refund because I refuse to spend my money in a place where the server are rude to the customers for no reason at all and I will be pushing this issue further
So I was with my boy Oliver, The name of our server was Davy. We ordered 1 small ice coffee, he didn’t ask if i wanted it sweet. Also a caramel frappe, we were waiting for a while until we had to ask staff about our order. But Davy did get us our sandwich and brownie so he cool for that. It appeared as Davy was high during work, first time working, or he was just not getting it together, i handed him the total and while he is giving me my change back he stares at the 10 dollar bill, almost as if its his first time seeing a 10 dollar bill. Not only that but as we’re waiting I see the customer trying to give him the total in “cash” but Mr. Davy pulls out the card scanner? Anyways we got our stuff, but Davy I hope everything is okay. Came in on 11/24/19 at 1:30pm. I come in every sunday to buy a bag of veranda coffee and have it ground turkish for my uncle. A few times in the past there has been miscommunication about how I wanted the coffee ground, but the staff gladly ran the ground through their machine once more to make it Turkish. No conflicts would occur. However today I went in and there was clearly a new employee behind the register who didnt hear me clearly, I clarified by saying as small as possible to make it easier for him to understand. He misunderstood and ran it through as paper, not a big deal. I asked for him to run it through again. The shift manager comes and starts giving me an attitude, saying they're unable to reground because it will clog the machine. Now having seen it done multiple times before she is clearly lying, so I asked for it to be done anyway. It was clear that she clogged the machine out of spite, to make her point. Overall upsetting for a new employee to have such a toxic shift manager, and sad to see said manager act in an immature way.
I’m refused service because I have $100 bill to pay for my drink. When I woke up across the street from this Starbucks I was still living in United States of America, where 100$ is worth 100$ or about 20 refreshments that you will unlikely sell me in future. If you have a policy- put it on the wall at least
Went to buy some coffees - wouldn’t take my 100$ bill and refused to give me my drinks if I didn’t have another form of payment. No signs nothing saying they don’t take 100 bills- didn’t have my wallet with me only cash- cashier told me “everyone has a debit card”. Would give zero stars if I could
Just got a cold brew with two shots of espresso. I watched the barista make the drink. She didnt put the shots in the drink. When I inquired about them she told me that it was the first thing she did. Even though she absolutely didnt. So. Be ready to deal with that here.
I understand the policy, but I have been a target customer for over 15 years have always stayed in the gold status. My son goes to school literally a block away and I come in from the suburbs. I stopped at a Starbucks, not even 3 miles away and clearly the lady saw that my cup was still cold and halfway full. Now driving an hour I asked to stop to use the bathroom and she said it’s only for pain customers. I am a pain customer. I could see if I walk in with nothing. She was rude and contras cellaring. I hate the way that Starbucks is now their values have gone down the toilet. Super frustrated I will not be stopping at Starbucks anymore. Learn to value your customer..
I used to love this place and the customer service, however a new employee who is Caucasian and old has been so very rude and gave me a drink with lemonade even though I’m allergic. I kindly asked her to remake it and she refused and said that she didn’t make it with lemonade although the hives on my neck say otherwise. I wasted a drink and my breath on someone who was so rude.
All of a sudden they are treating students poorly because of the new policy, no matter if you have purchased something. We are young adults and by now they should understand another persons action shouldn’t discriminate all the other students. Also it seems like they feel a certain way because of our ethnicity and that’s not okay. This is 2025 grow up.

I’m writing to formally express my disappointment with the treatment my friend and I received at one of your locations, specifically involving an employee named Nick. During our visit, my friend became ill after consuming something—possibly from your store—and had to use the restroom. While she was inside, Nick repeatedly banged on the door and was incredibly rude, despite the fact that no one was waiting to use the restroom. This behavior felt completely unnecessary and intrusive, especially considering she had purchased an item and was a paying customer. We understand there may be new policies in place, but the lack of empathy and respect shown was unacceptable. It felt like we were being unfairly targeted, possibly due to our age—as high school customers—or even our race. That kind of treatment is hurtful and discriminatory. We were not causing any disruption; we were simply trying to enjoy our drinks and deal with an unfortunate situation as discreetly as possible. Instead, we were met with judgmental stares and a general feeling of being unwelcome from several staff members, not just Nick. As loyal customers who support Starbucks with our hard-earned money, we expect to be treated with basic decency and respect. I would appreciate a response to this matter, and I am prepared to escalate the issue to corporate if necessary.
Horrible management. I visited on 12/21/24 at 10:50am. They messed up my order (I ordered a venti, and they charged me for a grande). Then they made me wait in line, to pay an additional 50 cents, so I could get my venti. Then they used the old drink, to fill up my venti, instead of making a new drink. The manager is terrible
I visited on Friday, July 26. Extremely slow and not even super busy. Waited for over 10 minutes just to receive a cake pop that I ordered. I got tired of waiting so I just walked out and didn’t receive my food. I won’t be back.
The 1 star is for the early morning. I asked for cream in my drink. Didn't think it was too much of a request (plus, it was iced coffee). The barista talked really fast and also walked away fast as I was trying to say my order. When I got my drink it didn't have cream so I let her know and got "most people put cream in it themselves over there". Besides that, I have never had problems in the afternoon or the evening. The rest of the staff is pretty nice.
Normally they're great here, but this morning I was there earlier than usual, ordered an iced quad caramel macchiato, which I've never had a problem with before. Watched the barista put only two shots in, she gives me the drink, I ask if it has 4 shots, she replies that it does. Long story short, I'm not interested in paying for an overpriced glass of milk to be lied to. Not coming back.
I ordered a Trenta Pink Drink and received a 12oz not even fully mixed drink. It literally didn’t even have strawberries in it. It looked terrible and when I called the lady on the phone was polite so that was fine but I couldn’t receive a refund because I used the app I would like a store credit if possible but didn’t get a response.

Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly since around September of last year till now. On one visit, MORNING SHIFT!!!!!!!! I ordered a caffe latte. When I received my drink, it had an excessive amount of milk and very little coffee. I politely explained this and asked if they could reduce the milk slightly. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager responded in a rude and mocking manner, raising their voice and exaggerating their words, saying something like, spelled at the me like Weee caan't do it . You oooorderrrd caffeeeee lattteeeeee itttt haveeee toooo beee millllllk. ifffff yoooou waaant toooo moreee cofffeee buyyyy itttt 89 centttttt. I explained calmly that I understood what a latte is, but the balance of milk was too much for my taste. Eventually, they added one extra shot, but then made an uncomfortable comment along the lines of, “We can’t give you a free shot again. Why do you always do that?” This felt unfair and disrespectful, especially since I was simply asking for a reasonable adjustment and had not demanded anything for free. As an international customer, I already try my best to communicate clearly and respectfully. Being spoken to in that tone made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. What made it worse is that I am a regular customer who supports this location consistently. I believe Starbucks should represent professionalism, kindness, and respect toward all customers. Sadly, this experience did not reflect those values. I hope management will take customer service more seriously and ensure that all customers, regardless of background, are treated with courtesy and respect.
The staff and of course the supervisor of this location are clueless about providing good and quality service. I made a complaint about how the staff made me feel invisible. I came back to this location because the store nearest my place of employment is never open on time. A dark skinned female whose name I can’t pronounce informed me that I was barred from entering the store! 😂 This person had the audacity to say that I caused a scene in their store! If I had why would I return. Starbucks supports ignorant and rude and disrespectful employees! Demons making coffee smh!
I frequent this establishment quite often. My daughter's high school is in the neighborhood & I work not too far but I have to say the quality of their drinks has gone downhill significantly. Case in point I bought a pink refresher drink for my daughter this morning which is a cold drink but after getting the drink there was NO ICE in the drink. These drinks are not cheap. The newer people they have on the morning shift need to be better trained on making decent quality drinks. I used to work for Starbucks & I gotta say that I took making these drinks seriously. I dont think these kids working there know what they're doing.

While she was inside, Nick repeatedly banged on the door and was incredibly rude, despite the fact that no one was waiting to use the restroom. This behavior felt completely unnecessary and intrusive, especially considering she had purchased an item and was a paying customer. We understand there may be new policies in place, but the lack of empathy and respect shown was unacceptable. It felt like we were being unfairly targeted, possibly due to our age—as high school customers—or even our race. That kind of treatment is hurtful and discriminatory. We were not causing any disruption; we were simply trying to enjoy our drinks and deal with an unfortunate situation as discreetly as possible. Instead, we were met with judgmental stares and a general feeling of being unwelcome from several staff members, not just Nick. As loyal customers who support Starbucks with our hard-earned money, we expect to be treated with basic decency and respect. I would appreciate a response to this matter, and I am prepared to escalate the issue to corporate if necessary.
All of a sudden they are treating students poorly because of the new policy, no matter if you have purchased something. We are young adults and by now they should understand another persons action shouldn’t discriminate all the other students. Also it seems like they feel a certain way because of our ethnicity and that’s not okay. This is 2025 grow up.
Horrible management. I visited on 12/21/24 at 10:50am. They messed up my order (I ordered a venti, and they charged me for a grande). Then they made me wait in line, to pay an additional 50 cents, so I could get my venti. Then they used the old drink, to fill up my venti, instead of making a new drink. The manager is terrible
I visited on Friday, July 26. Extremely slow and not even super busy. Waited for over 10 minutes just to receive a cake pop that I ordered. I got tired of waiting so I just walked out and didn’t receive my food. I won’t be back.
