Good service, friendly staff. Food is good. I'm not a fan of this dark, industrial look that so many fast food restaurants have gone with, but I guess it works to keep people from staying so long, at least I think that was the idea!

Friendly, quick, got the order correct. Was perfect

I love their tacos, but the service inside was terrible. I stood there a good 10 minutes before I was waited on. There weren't any other customers waiting during that time.

Normally... This is my go to place. The food is always good.... Until tonight... I got the worst made cantina tacos ever! Seemed like a new night crew of ppl... And the meal drink cups are significantly smaller all of a sudden... I understand cost... But they should have to put a sign up stating that drinks sizes have changed .... So ppl understand what they are paying for exactly! Bcuz I very disappointed when she handed my to us!!! Mcdonalds has $1 drink cups usually... Plus tax of course. But still ... It's just the point.

They ask if you want sauce, but don't give it to you. Sign says they open at 9, here it is 9:05am and still have a locked door. BE BETTER

Normally... This is my go to place. The food is always good.... Until tonight... I got the worst made cantina tacos ever! Seemed like a new night crew of ppl... The tutorials that I ordered seem to have skipped on product. The customer service was fine. Except for there seem to be more employees on break eating in the dining room , then there was working. Oftentimes employees that were working were out mingling with those that were on break.

If you like waiting 15 minutes for your Taco Bell every time, no matter how small the order, come here.

I’d say it’s only 3/10 times that I get beans instead of meat that they actually fulfill it. Sadly giving my meal to my parents because there’s meat in it, even though the order screen had the correct substitution. When they do it correctly, this Taco Bell is GREAT! Unfortunately they don’t hit the mark often.

Terrible service, unable to help with anything, give extreme attitude when trying to sort something out on the app, have no patience, food always cold by time I get home and I live a minute away. Been a consistent experience so will not be going back.

Kyle and Jess were very respectful and helpful. But the female night manager was very disrespectful and forgot some of our items and refused to correct her mistake. She stressed out my pregnant fiancé with how she spoke to her. I feel that with how her attitude is towards customers, she has no place working in customer service.

having worked at a taco bell years ago i know nothing is "cooked" to order, in fact nothing is cooked at all, it's warmed up and kept warm on a hot bar, or in a hot reach in ready to assemble any one of their 200 items all with roughly the same ingredients, now I realize they run out of pre-warmed ingredients and must send someone back to the warmer upper gizmo to "cook" more ingredients, BUT most of the time I should be able to get a relatively small order(from a place where everything is made from an assembly line) in a quick few minutes TOPS, but this dump seems to take 15-20 minutes on the simplest orders EVERY TIME, get it together, maybe keep someone on the "warming" gizmo making extra stuff at all times? best skip this gastrointestinal nightmare and head over to la hacienda or one of the taco trucks spend a couple extra bucks and get REAL, COOKED TO ORDER MEXICAN FOOD, rant over

Food has seriously gone down hill recently but I'm sure that's corporate changes not due to staff. Staff is usually very friendly and nice. Dinning room is generally empty when I go there but most people just use drive through. I've generally only been inside when I'm not given enough sauce packs.

Tonight while doordashing.. I had the rudest ignorant little boy at the register completely ignore me and another customer.. its Saturday more night staff would be appreciated especially on a football night. The attitude i received and felt from this employee and others were totally rude.
