Excellent food, excellent service, and amazing atmosphere 👌 Try their Pina Colada with Malibu. I always have a Pina colada at a restaurant. If I had to judge, Salsa Texmex's "Pina colada" would be in 1st place. The presentation is unbelievable.

First time trying this place and we’ve been missing out. It was very busy, so be conscious of what time you go there. We didn’t wait long though. They have a rather large drink menu to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. The chips are really thin and the dip options are fantastic. The black bean dip was a great appetizer, but there were two different salsas that were equally tasty, with the right amount of spice. We ordered a steak fajitachanga, which was delicious. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The portion was quite large and could have easily been shared. Another dish was the appetizer platter, that consisted of a quesadilla, jalapeño poppers, nachos, and some flautas. The quesadilla and nachos had steak, that was seasoned similar to the other dish. The Mexican shrimp cocktail was a little sweeter than I’d like, but I still enjoyed it. Our server was great and attentive. We will definitely be back and wished we hadn’t waited so long to try this place.

Authentic Mexican food in Anna You can tell a lot about the quality of a Mexican restaurant by their chips and salsa, and I have to say these were excellent. Aside from that, my mole enchiladas were perfect, a little spicy and a little sweet. I can’t guarantee the mole was made from scratch but it certainly tasted like it was. Also the mangonada margarita is so good

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Salsa Tex Mex and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout our meal. We ordered enchiladas, which were delicious and perfectly cooked. The salsa and chips were fresh and flavorful, making for a great start to our meal. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend Salsa Tex Mex for anyone craving authentic Mexican food!

The food has been delicious. I really loved the three dips they provided to eat with their chips. Some chips have a good crunch, others are sometimes soggy with oil. The environment is nice with pleasant Latino music playing in the restaurant. The staff have been fairly attentive.

We stopped here on a Monday afternoon. It was busy but not packed. We were served chips and salsa (and beans) very quickly. Our drinks and our food came out super fast! This was the best food I've had so far in Texas. Everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly. Absolutely delicious. Another thing that I liked was that it was enough food to be full and not a whole mess of filler or just way too much on the plate. I'm going to make sure we stop here every time we head up to Oklahoma.

The chips and 3 different dips was delicious just like it was 2 years ago. I got the Salsa Mex platter which was an appetizer that I got as my meal. My husband got a 4 layer Chimichanga. Both was very yummy and filing. Waiter stayed on top of our drinks as well. I recommend this restaurant.

First time going to this restaurant and I can genuinely say this place is spectacular and a must stop for anyone wanting some delicious food. We had Miss Debbie as our waitress and what a delight she was to have serving us. Extremely friendly, personable and our drinks never were empty. She is amazing and definitely deserves a raise imo. The restrooms were extremely clean and so was the entire venue. I wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars. Be sure to try out the fried ice cream! That dessert is spectacular!!!

We’ve been coming and dining at salsas since we moved to Anna almost 5 years ago now. We love the food and the atmosphere. The children menu is actually really good and our toddlers always eat their meals. The service can be hit or miss depending on the time and day you go but the management is always helpful and knowledgeable.

I enjoy Salsas immensely, BUT the service this trip today was less than what I expected as a customer who comes here almost once a week. First, it took over 10 minutes for us to get our drinks to us because the waiter was “busy”’. When he showed up, he smelled of cigarette smoke. Whatever, but he told me that he didn’t know if they had broccoli, which they always have and then he never came back to confirm, but it came with our meals. And then, we got two margaritas to go, but when we got in the car, one margarita fell in their parking lot. When I went back in and spoke to the manager, she wouldn’t replace it or do anything about the situation even though we spent over $200 there. We will NOT be coming back to this location even though we have come here many times. This is horrible customer service.

Food smelt good. Unfortunately they don't offer a traditional Street Taco which is what we thought we ordered. They came up with their own version. Was just a unwanted surprise. So make sure you find out what's on their street tacos. Cuz it's not even a taco.

Honest Review: We love Salsa Tex Mex and highly recommend dining in. We’ve eaten in the restaurant easily 30 times and have always had a great experience. Recently, as parents of several small children, we’ve transitioned to ordering takeout. Unfortunately, the last three takeout orders have had the same issue: the sour cream chicken enchiladas were missing entirely. We live two towns over from Anna, so once we get home, it doesn’t make sense to drive back. When you’re feeding a family of five and one person’s meal is missing altogether, it’s understandably disappointing—especially on a $100+ takeout order with tip. An opportunity for improvement could be having a staff member dedicated to takeout orders, along with a designated area where orders can be fully checked before being handed off. Takeout may not seem like a major revenue stream, but when done well, it absolutely can be. We will definitely be back and hope this feedback reaches management. There’s nothing wrong with the occasional mistake—it’s an opportunity to grow as a team. We wish you all the best and look forward to seeing improvements to the takeout experience in the future.

Ordered a chimichanga with queso but could not eat it - tasted like American cheese just melted on top and I could not get past the strong cheese flavor, it was very overwhelming! I ate maybe a fourth of it trying yo just eat the chicken in the middle but the chicken was dry. Left there hungry and unsatisfied 😞 definitely would not recommend any queso if that's what they want to call what they put on top of my chimichanga!
