Every time I’ve been here the food and service is out of this world! For instance I got a #4 meal and they forgot to put in an crunchy taco so a gentleman ran out to my car and handed me 2 instead of one! Now that’s good service if I’ve seen any

Young man by the name of Curtis, was very nice he was such an amazing young man. His contiguous smile never left his face even tho he was busy I told him if I still had my business he would definitely be my employee. Great job Curtis. Tia, Michael, and the rest of the team here are really great. Always a smile, always helpful, and great customer service all around. Clean and presentable, with a covered outdoor dining area, and some TVs in the indoor dining area. A great place to grab lunch or a quick snack if you're in the area.

Actually this Taco Bell just opened recently and the food was very well prepared. The taco's were the best as far as size and the way they were wrapped and presented. The people were polite and friendly. I hope this Taco Bell stays this way. Everything just looked like the people cared about what they were doing. Thank you for the great service.

This is one of the nicer Taco Bell’s I’ve been too. Seems clean and order is always right.

Here's another location of Taco Bell that makes sure you get your food as quickly as possible. The Dining Room is closed, so at times, there is a line of cars, but not to worry, the food is very fresh when you get it and very little wait. Not to mention great attitude from the people greeting you at the window.

I don't understand these lower reviews .. every time I've been there the service is great, nothing's been screwed up (yet), the store is immaculate and new. Most importantly the food has tasted perfectly fine and prepared correctly. My wife, daughter and now so do I love both Power Menu Bowls & Black Bean Quesarito. Yum!

I especially appreciated the service. The staff were clearly busy but remained polite and professional at all times. I honestly can't wait for my friend to ask me to go back.

Best taco bell in the area. They have never messed my order up in YEARS, and the ppl are chill there. JT is a good manager that makes sure his store is always clean, and running efficiently, good guy. There's a cpl other employee's that always seem to be in a good mood, joking around and making sure everything gets done too. Always a good experience

This is hands down the BEST taco bell I've ever been to. The service is amazing, I always order customized food and it's always perfect! They treat my kids like they are family along with us. My kids literally ask to come just to chitchat with the staff they are 6 and 4! JT is the BEST he deserves a huge raise!

It's fast food..was hot. Store was clean and fod came up fast.

I was informed they do not have the beefy mini quesadilla which was odd. Other than that the food was hot. One taco was slightly cool. Good location though.

Haven't had taco bell in years. Food came out quick but they still have the inside closed which is pretty lame. Open the indoor dining area and let people enjoy their food 6 feet apart.

I have no complaints yet. I've only been 3 times. No waite inside. A little waite in drive through. No mistakes on my orders and the food always tastes fine. Ive only been at dinner time. I love the location. That's the best picture I have right now. I like to walk my dogs around the lake there before we drive through.

Staff and food exceptional. Bathroom not so good. Floor seemed to have urine on it. Appeared to have been accumulating over time.

Close to our house so we frequent it often. There’s times we have gone later in the night, making sure to check their hours before going. They close up shop before their scheduled close time ALL THE TIME! If they aren’t busy later at night and don’t want to stay open then they need to adjust and publish actual hours of operation. Very unprofessional to close whenever they feel like it. If that’s how they treat a community, I can’t see them Lasting long.

The last three visits have been terribly disappointing. No customers, but store is filthy hard to even get service when you're the only person in there! Bathrooms are filthy tables are dirty trash everywhere nothing wiped off. Staff sitting in the breakroom ignoring their one and only customer. Report it to management they don't care! What a shame

Really bad. The food was thrown into a bag everybody's order was all mixed up and we couldn't tell whose was what. They dropped our money on the ground outside the pickup window. And the dining room was closed we had to eat outside.

Smashed everything in bag including Mexican pizza that was completely inedible..then proceeded to have an attitude about having to remake it over again. Poor service and lack of common sense.

Went we went in, workers were just laying around and they didn’t even know how to work the cash register! After we got our order, we ate one of our tacos and it was so cold. There was barely even any meat on it. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

If I could give zero stars I would. My kids like it so I have continued to go there even though they have managed to screw up ever single order I have ever gotten. Today was the last time I was there about 20 minutes ago. I can’t continue to waste money on missing items and over the top sloppyness of every single items. I don’t generally leave reviews but I was compelled to do this because of the sheer volume of mistakes.

So sad, I ordered a Power Bowl and there was three tiny pieces of chicken and mostly rice. Then I ordered double meat/cheese nachos and got less meat/cheese than you get on a normal order. This is the second time it’s happened, so I’m leaving a review. Just disappointed.

Says they open at 8am. A few weeks ago I called ahead to confirm they serve breakfast. Girl answered, said yes. Got there at 8:30, and nobody would answer the door or drive thru order system. Figured I'd try it again today. Pulled up at 8:35. They said their kitchen wouldn't be open for another half hour. Unreal. Get your act together TB.

I have gone numerous times to this location, and as a fan of Taco Bell, they greatly disappoint me. It’s been the same issues ever since they opened, leaving out key ingredients, making the items too small, and lack of customer service. I went last night (~9:30) and I’ve gone before at night where they tell me that they are done serving specific options. Such as anything with beef or chicken. They close up shop hours prior and have been getting away with it for months. I ordered 3 shredded chicken burritos that came out to 7.36 after tax, and each of them were just were missing ingredients. In addition they each measured to an inch in width and height, which is incredibly small. They each were “baby sized” and it isn’t the first time, Chipotle down the road with their $6.95 bowl is the much better option. These people are rude and treat this location like trash.

Ordered 2 tickets through Uber eats. Both wrong number of items, no sauce packets (although I requested 20), incorrect builds (side sauces were put on items), sloppy bags (entire order was piled in a plastic bag) 0/10 would not order here again through mobile.

There is no one at the counter to take your order. I used the large screen there to start my order. It takes too long with with many screens to go thru for a simple order. I was finally ready to complete the order and got an error message. Very frustrating. Myself and several other irritated customers then left to go somewere else to eat.

The waiting time was far too long! Very poor service!

Me and a fellow associate of mine where approached by 2 employees from this Taco Bell following our dinning at this establishment where someone had a medical accident shaming us for what had happened even tho it was totally out of our control.

ZERO MEAT. I REPEAT…. ZERO GROUND BEEF. NONE. NADA. Very nice kids who work there but their lettuce to ground beef ration is astronomically awful. I SAY BOYCOTT.

8:30 and still locked up. Don’t go out of your way in the morning, they do not operate during posted hours. Made the mistake of returning again. Must have forgotten my previous experience. It’s 8:15 on a Saturday morning and they said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes before they would open. Can confirm two out of two tries they are not open during posted hours.

COME ON! If you all sit back in the kitchen PLEASE go to the restaurant part and CLEAN these floors and chairs are grimy as hell . Degusting to the point I didn't want to eat there. If you have nothing else to do while on your shift, CLEAN! This place is degusting and I can't imagine with the restaurant part is dirty what the kitchen looks like. Also if you haven't noticed, per other people there the bike int he bushes has become your staple of trash around this place while a dumpster is in sight! It says A LOT about how it is being run

Lack of service.. After some time waiting at the front counter a Rude young man working the register asked if we ordered already, we said no, he replied well you can go use the kiosk to do so and walked away.. we waited, after he was done chatting and walking around he came back.. You don't know how to use it? He asked.. nope I'd like to order from a person.. he still messed up the order.. messy kitchen, and what looked like pee all over the bathroom floor.. POOR QUALITY.

I’m not one to leave reviews (especially anything negative) but you guys really need to season ur nacho fries plus i got a table spoon of nacho sauce for it. I was so excited. The workers weren’t even nice but I’m way more worried about the lack of seasonings???? Like missing an entire ingredient in my minimal order just doesn’t even sit right with me.

Waited like 15 minutes and still didn’t get the food although the drive through line was moving. Ended up giving my receipt to a man and his daughter so they could have my order due to me leaving.

Ok two separate occasions I ordered food and both times they were missing an item. On my most recent order I specifically asked for no lettuce on my burrito and I took a bite only to get a mouthful of lettuce. Recommend not eating here.

Terrible. Never gotten a correct order here. The kid at the drive thru lies to you saying there’s sauce in the bag instead of actually doing his very simple job of checking. Burritos are always sloppy. Nacho fries were half full. Cinnabon delights didn’t have the dipping sauce. This was all the just the most recent order. Get it together.

This location used to be one of the best. It has changed and now is to be avoided. Terrible service, 20 minutes to get your order and on top of that, the order is wrong. Asked for 7 layer burrito without guacamole. No guacamole, also no lettuce, no meat, very little sour cream and lots of beans. Avoid this location. A visit here is very dissapointing.

Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast item, because the fryer was down. The next time I go the fryer is down again and I left. Terrible service while I waited forever the first time. It’s a new Taco Bell the fryer shouldn’t be broken all the time. Worst Taco Bell in the US.

This doesn’t even deserve a one star review. There’s no one at the register when entering the store so orders were being placed at the kiosk. I was able to see an employee smoking in the back (tall bigger guy dark skinned) also was making food without gloves. The food was thrown into a bag even though I clearly put dine in order. Cheese stuck to the wrapper of the burrito i orders and some sauce not even on my burrito dripping off the bag. Does the Owner not supervise his employees or is smoking a normal thing to do in a kitchen now. Will not be coming here again until this staff is changed.

everytime i order it’s wrong. i’ve never ordered from here and got what i’ve asked. the food is always so cold and stale. ordered a crunch wrap supreme combo. they put in nacho cheese when i requested none. i also got 2 sides of guac. only got one. i also got a doritos locos taco and it didn't come. my food was cold and half the things in the crunchwrap were stale. requested utensils and got none.waste of money. everything was awful and i’m done only getting a couple bucks back everytime on the uber eats app. this place steals my money.

Takeout order was ready when I arrived but I had to stand at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes before any of the numerous employees that made immediate eye contact with me and chose to ignore me standing there waiting even bothered to acknowledge that I was standing there. As a restaurant employee myself I would lose my job for this.

Absolutely 💯 the worst fast food experience ever! Was first told as i waited at the drive thru that i needed to come into the restaurant to use the kiosk to place my order as they were having drive thru issues. I entered at 9:40 pm. Finished placement of my order at 9:43. Did not take ownership of my order till 10:05 pm. The entire staff was having a conversation with other young kids at the front desk area while I waited quietly from a distance at a table. They paid no mind to who I was. Upon the kids finally leaving after many laughs a woman asked if I was picking up an order. I said no I placed my order 15 minutes ago at the kiosk and while all 6 are at the front im wondering who.is making my order. Wow that set her off. Then I noticed someone finally decided to make my order. I left at 10:05. Absolutely 💯 horrible. I was afraid to eat my order and was fearful that I may face more hostility from this staff as I was leaving. I will never go here again. I wrote corporate! But don't expect a response. I would just recommend saving your time and money and visit some other place. So sad that this restaurant does not care how they represent their place of business. Much less that I as a customer just don't matter. Stay away.
