The people that work here are seriously AMAZING. Anna is in her own league. I dread if I have to go to a different coffee shop, this is the best dutch with the best customer service and the kindest workers. I love this place. Give Anna a raise. ❤️

Mangonada Rebel on the rocks with extra strawberry chamoy is my thing. I became a Dutch Bros fan since moving to the mainland from another state when the mangonada came out. The service here is always great and beyond exceptional. On rush hours, they are also efficient. I would see very very long lines at the drive thru, but it won't take no more than 15 minutes for me to get out of here.

I was in the drive through yesterday and I was behind the owner of this Dutch. I could hear her interacting with her employees. She was giving a couple of them their Christmas presents. I rolled down my window because I was so fascinated by her interactions with each and every employee. She was kind, she was genuine, she was compassionate. It’s no wonder that every single employee here is happy and genuinely make something as simple as getting coffee, a wonderful experience. They have an amazing boss. To the lady in the blue Bronco who owns this Dutch, this is the white jeep behind you and I just want you to know how refreshing it is to see such a great example of a leader. The way you treat your employees is phenomenal. You make me want to get a job here…oh and because I want one of those sweatshirts you were giving your employees 😜 Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄 Ps…I bought two drinks. One for me and one for my daughter. I got home and dropped my daughters on the ground. I was so upset. I offered her mine and she declined. So I gave her $10 bucks to go get another one. Well she didn’t need it because they remade her drink for free. My daughter is the Dutch girl. I’ve always gone to the other coffee chain. But because of your super kind employees, you just gained another customer for life! A little bit of kindness sure does go a long way 💜

My fav spot locally I alway get the same drink camp out cold brew with oat milk I have tried there other drinks never disappoints me best teas/lemonades

The worker was really nice and respectful. I noticed that there were three customers at the walk-up window waiting for their drinks to come. It didn't take that long for My Caramelizer drink to receive it. By the way, I don't live far from this Dutch Bros location, I live a little more than a mile from where I live.

Dutch Bros was a good experience. Only issued I had with the service was that it was one of my buddies Birthday and got the reward on the app but forget his ID and they didn’t give him a drink.

Dutch Bros is a place of fun and coffee. The employees there are young & energized so with yourself included it could be a quick & fun event getting a drink. Going to their very large competitor is usually a "stuffy" visit. Going to Dutch Bros is more like Fun! And they make great drinks.

The young lady taking my order was pleasant, they brought our drinks out to us in line. My drink was wrong so I had to stop at the window and ask if it was the right drink or if they made it without the syrup and whip cream. The girl was so rude and kept asking me questions that were unrelated to the issue. She then just walked away from the window and about 45 seconds later handed me my drink made correctly. To say the least I was not pleased.

Officially the worst drink I’ve ever gotten from Dutch. The only thing saving this review is the girl Makayla (sorry if I butchered your name) who took my order was absolutely amazing! The girl at the window however should be more concerned with the drinks coming out then idling the line and cackling. I usually go super early in the morning and the crew is amazing and the drinks are beyond delicious. Im on my way to work super disappointed and I was in the line so long I didn’t have time to fix my drink nor with the the giddiness I probably wouldn’t have. I will never return to this location around this time ever again. The girl at the window looked at my drink and her reaction clearly gave the notion my drink wasn’t up to par but she turned to the side and handed it to me waiting for me to complain. NOT TODAY SATAN! What a waste of time and my money. Super disappointed.

I've been coming to this location for over a year. I find that I am continually disappointed with the inconsistency in how the drinks are made. I go to other Dutch Bros locations and don't experience as many issues with inconsistency. The broistas always remake the drink if I ask. And I've never had issues with customer service. I find that the flavor is just a bit off. Whether the roast tastes burnt, the milk perhaps a little sour, or just the wrong drink order. Sometimes I feel like I can taste sanitizer liquid or something almost chemical tasting. I've been drinking dutch bros for years and know what to expect in regards to how the drink tastes. Sometimes I feel like there is almost a sour dairy smell coming from inside the store. It's that smell of when dairy and sugar grow old. Or like the smell of old cleaning rags. I'm sorry, not trying to be picky. But, I just don't find it worth it to spend nearly $10 on a drink that always tastes different than what I've come to expect. And then there's the added concern about whether things are as clean as I'd hope, since the sour smell can be so strong sometimes.

Normally this place is good and courteous. But went in on a sat and I was behind a car in line. This wasn't my issue. Issue was I was next in line and the server skipped me to help a white girl in the other line even tho I was next not her. But shows me if I was a white girl I would have been helped next. But if I'm not black or a dykish lesbian I'm last in line. It took a different girl to come over and help me and yes she was super kind and not radiating gay and If she was cool. but you can already feel the hate from these groups of people. Btw I'm not white so can't say racism. And at the end they messed up my order. If your the owner and want to talk I'll be glad to talk but your staff needs to learn lines since this one is clearly outside of the lines.

I order a coffee light ice and the past 2 times I came the over do it with ice and I clearly make sure I say light ice they give you more ice then coffee

I love going to this dutch bros but isn't a tip supposed to be optional? I always tip but to not be given an option is not cool. My drink was $7.55 for a small and the broista tipped himself $2 without asking me at all.

I ordered my son a kids Dutch not so hot and they gave him a shot of coffee in it. My son took one sip and he didn’t like it. I didn’t realize it until I got home and he said it was nasty so I tried it and it straight up tasted/smelled like a mocha with coffee. Those girls do not pay attention to what they are doing. When we were waiting in line all you can see was three girls standing there clearly gossiping and not working, mind you the line was moving slow too. This is what happens when you are too busy gossiping and not paying attention to what you are doing at your job… You give a three year old a shot of espresso in there kids chocolate milk!!!

Avoid coming to this location if u can they have zero control over their line a few months ago someone cut me off & hit my car. Now today another car cut me off they clearly seen he came after and I had got my order taken first. Instead of helping and telling the man to wait his turn they do nothing so I get out to let him know how rude that was & they yell at me to get back on the car and proceeded to help him first. Not to mention yesterday I said no tip and they added a 1$ tip anyway . The antelope location near the freeway is much better they are polite & make sure everyone waits their turn no special privileges for anyone

For the 911 drinkers, be aware of the preparation of it at this Location. I always order a 911 , its normally dark in color, and they definitely shorted me some Shots in the drink tonight. It was more milky than actual coffee. Very disappointing considering the price paid is $9.15 (I pay the extra for oat milk) for it .

There are split lines at this location. I was waiting at the front of the split as there were cars in front of me. There were no other cars in the other line. After a bit other cars pulled into the otherside. When the gentleman came to take orders he ignored my car and went to the car that came after me. I waited then the car behind that car honked and he went to that car and took their order. A girl came out to take over and was headed back to the other car. I got her attention and expressed that I was upset at being passed over. She didn't care and stated its hard for a person to know who got there first and that she needed to finish up with the other car as the card reader wasn't working. She went back to the other car to finish their order. She came back after, I told her I didn't want anything. She had a smug attitude and let me know I can exit the line. It's the attitude of the worker that was upsetting more than anything.

Actually, the worst dutch bros ever they refused to give me my free bday drink after they scanned it. That employee actually needs professional help.
