Order tonight at around 12 am was super slow, but 5he worker gave me two free deserts to make up for it!
This location is very slow. I waited in drive thru line for over 45 minutes to pick up my order! One order was a "mobile order" and the other drive thru!!!
The food was great and the customer service was amazing. There is this one female worker who had gold chains and a beautiful smile. Her customers service was top tier, she was professional but also very kind and generous. I left jack with a happy smile on my face just base off there customer service alone. Whoever she is I hope she does well because the kindness she showed u barely get to see that any where in our days now. Thank you Jack in Box I will for sure be coming again.
I don't want to down play these employees here. Looks like some of them might be a little new and they are working 💪 their backside off. I ordered some Tacos 🌮 and curly frys. They order came out perfect. Looks like most of their orders come from the drive thru so they have alot of their focus on the area. The restaurant itself looks like it needed tending too but they were really busy so I get it. Soda machine was out of order but there are alot of homeless people in the area that might have broke it. Second time coming here. Probably come back.
4 star food is always fresh and hot in my opinion. Deducting 1 star because I asked for hot sauce when ordering online and I didn't get any plus there was no napkins.
The food was okay, as usual. The service was mediocre. I would have said the service is good, except that it took them forever to acknowledge me when I was ready to order. After that, they were friendly and helpful. The facility itself is somewhat outdated. You have to ask for a key to use the restroom. Several homeless people came in while I was there. The whole place could use a makeover.
Generally pretty slow drive through. Took 20 minutes waiting in line to order with only 3 cars ahead of me. By the time I finished ordering, the first car that was ordering when I joined the line was still waiting on their food. It's been 30 minutes and the 2nd and 3rd car in front of me are still waiting. This is the same wait time as an In and Out with a full line. Kind of crazy.
Posting this review after my second visit to this location. And mainly I have given three stars to their service their food is five star indeed. First of all their fountain machine has been broken since long. So there's no soda available both from fountain or a bottled one. Secondly when you stand at the register to order nobody even acknowledge. Staff come and check the previous orders on the screen and leave. I'll try to observe that there is no dedicated person on the front desk. In both my visits there were two people sitting in the corner with all their bags and other stuff, sometimes I saw people sleeping as well. And they look like homeless. With due respect to everybody, nobody should be allowed to sleep in the restaurant. I ate there with my family for around 30-40 minutes and they were still there. The guy I saw in the second time visit was there inside the restaurant with his bicycle as well. Which I found little weird. Though the service is fast but it's not courteous. No greeting, no smile while taking your order, they won't even talk to you. I didn't find it very customer friendly.
Not arguing with reviews just 3 months ago, let's face it "another world now!". Jack in a pinch? Cutting [mainly vegetables] back like everyone else. Still better rice bowls than Panda?? Taco (estrogen stuff) still tasty for the Price? $17 2 Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowls 4 Tacos "Whatever Boat" *Avoid another line?
I don’t normally care to leave a review about any place, especially when it’s factors that may be out of the workers’ control and I understand they’re overworked and under paid. However, when I tried to order & pay for 2 shakes in the drive thru with my EBT (as I have many times before) the cashier told me they “don’t take EBT here.” This location literally has a big sign right near the entrance on the window that says “EBT WELCOME.” As mentioned, I’ve paid with my ebt card plenty of times before with no issues. I communicated all this to the cashier and she still kept saying they “don’t accept it.” I’d understand if they changed a policy and no longer take it or the machine is down, but that’s not what I was told and once again: they have a giant sign that says “EBT WELCOME.” It’s frustrating driving all the way here for them to not accept my card & the cashier acting like I was making it all up. If y’all don’t accept EBT anymore then please take your sign down that says you do. False advertising.
Got a bacon breakfast. Jack this morning for a total of $4.30 absolute garbage, the bun was stale. Really had no flavor at all. Waste of money.
He was very rude, when we got to the speaker he greeted me by saying what’s up, then proceeds to say he can’t hear me and tells me to come to the window to order. When I get to the window I place my order and accidentally forgot one item and ask very nicely if he could just add it on ( I mean I just ordered at the window) and then tells me now I can’t place an order and have to go around, he was being very passive aggressive and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. It always seems to problem when I go here with the same guy he says he is the “manager”( he is Asian, not exactly sure.) If it’s that is, he has horrible customer service.
On new years morning after 12am waiting in a long line just to get to the speaker which barely works just for the employee to say sorry not taking orders only taking door dash order and was stuff in the line for another 10 min just to get out of line ! Horrible experience won’t be goin here! Horrible !
Terrible terrible terrible, messed up my order, onion rings were so overcooked they literally turned into a powder, tacos were nasty chicken strips where alright but still just terrible man, so disappointed bad bad bad
4 orders in a row were messed up. Here's the latest and the greatest, see below. 0 management. They made us pull around and park on the side for a marinara sauce, after 5 minutes we just left. Then we get home and this is what we get. EDIT : wouldn't let me add a picture we got an empty mozzarella stick. Just breading..
This has to be the worst Jack in the Box location in Sacramento. It used to be decent up until about six months ago, but now it feels like every visit comes with issues. Almost every time, something is missing from my order, it’s usually the egg rolls or curly fries. And it’s not just when I go in person, even when I order through DoorDash, items are still missing, so it’s clearly a problem with how orders are prepared. Another frustrating practice is that they often ask me to reverse in the drive-thru and pull forward again. I’m not sure if this is to reset a timer or for some other reason, but it seems unnecessary and potentially unsafe. Lately, since I’ve refused to reverse, they just have me park and wait instead. I don’t think the staff are intentionally forgetting items, but the frequency of mistakes shows a lack of oversight and good management. This is the last Jack in the Box location on this side of Sacramento, and I really hope it gets better leadership because the decline has been noticeable and disappointing.
Slowest ever! Went to drive through, They told me to wait on a parking lot and they’ll bring it out, waited for 20 minutes, nothing, went back to drive through and had to wait again. Took them over 30 minutes to prepare the order. I wait less at a fancy restaurant. This supposed to be fast food restaurant not slow food restaurant
Less than 1 star. I had a sourdough jack and strawberry shake. In less than 20 minutes of eating my stomach was so upset. This is my 3rd trip to restroom in less than 1 hour and 20 minutes. I still have a small portion of burger in the wrapper, it should be tested.
Every single day when I go they are closed from 2am-5am and they say it’s for “maintenance” but I just don’t understand how every single night there is problems getting food from a fast food place that is supposed to be 24 hours. It’s truly false advertisement and they stay closed for hours and don’t allow any one to get food you guys are missing out on so much money because of this and it’s really not fair to the customers because when I say every single night I mean every single night they are closed at the same exact time I can not order anything I’m sick of it.
Cashier said they were out of a squeezable sauce for specific item...offered me a side of same sauce box for free. He also said they were out of the topping to go on the specific item...they did have this topping in a separate cup for an extra fee...I asked if they could offer complimentary sauce then why wouldn't they give complimentary topping cup...especially if it was inconvenient for me but same exact item...he then refused to help me saying "we cannot process order without charging you"...and refused to give me service and started helping other people...they act like they'll go bankrupt over a topping that was SUPPOSED TO BE ON ITEM IN THE 1ST PLACE AND THEY HAD IT IN STOCK IN A DIFFERENT FORM
