This McDonalds only gets worse each time. Doesn’t prepare food well all the time. Your lucky if your food is prepared well. Service sometimes sucks and it sometimes takes 15 minutes to get a drink. Sadly it’s the only McDonalds near me which is the only reason I keep coming.

I am writing to formally report an issue with my online order placed this morning through the app (Store Order #6C10E). I ordered hotcakes and was under the impression that syrup and butter are included as standard. During the online ordering process, I was prompted to select “extra” butter and syrup, which I did, and I was charged for two extra butter and what I believed to be extra syrup. However, my order arrived with only one syrup packet and no butter at all, despite being charged for the extras. In addition, I ordered a large cappuccino, which was not filled completely. More importantly, it was supposed to be sugar-free. As someone with diabetes, I am very familiar with the taste difference between sugar-free and regular beverages, and this drink was clearly sweetened and not sugar-free, making it unsafe for me to consume. This experience was extremely disappointing. I paid over $60 for this order and did not receive what I paid for, nor what I ordered. I am unsure whether the issue was due to the restaurant’s preparation or the delivery handling, but the result was an unacceptable customer experience. At this time, I am very dissatisfied with the service and overall quality of this order. I hope this matter can be reviewed and properly addressed. (02072026)

Staff is very rude they don’t how talk to the customer its 2.10 am night time and iam asking for refill with mcd cup they ask you have to wait for tomorrow to refill because we give refill only inside not the window so iam asking what i do now they ask me wait for tomorrow to open the gates and come

Bad service January 24 2026 they also give us 4 mc nuggets and we order happy meal of 6 pieces mcnugget and they give us 4 alway and please when u order ur kids happy alway check the mcnugget that it has 6 pieces thank u

My family and I wanted to get breakfast on my daughter's last day of school before she went on winter break. She got the breakfast platter. I got a bagel sandwich, and my husband got an MC griddle breakfast sandwich. Little did we know that all of us were going to end up with food poisoning. My poor daughter was throwing up and had an upset stomach soon after my husband started to get the same symptoms. I was the worst out of all of them. I was constantly puking all night, getting up every minute, and couldn't sleep. I was in pain. And this all happened the week of Christmas 😔

This McDonalds sucks! ALWAYS an issue with my app and survey codes!! Even when I prove I'm valid!! Their food is never fresh anyways but as a hangry woman, I was desperate enough to go to this location. Never will I ever waste my gas or time here again!! I'd much rather starve until the morning! There's a reason they're 3.6 and I think that's even being nice!! They deserve a 0 star!!

so during night i had a simple ice cream order through mobile, mind u it was ONE ice cream cone and I was sitting there for 15 minutes. barely anyone was inside. terrible service.

09/30 at around 6:15pm - self service payment system doesn’t work and u have the option to pay at the counter but good luck with that coz team on that shift will do their utmost best to avoid contact with u or provide some quick service ..half a star tbh!

Trash service at night time can’t even make a sandwich right 3 times they messed up and they where the ones getting mad like grow up like im the one paying and waiting for my food and I wasn’t even mad it was funny how dumb they can be never coming here again yall need to get rid of some people like this is who we r hiring no wonder y finding a job is so hard bc there is dumb ppl like this so sad 🤣

Extremely rude staff – avoid this location. The employees at this McDonald’s are disrespectful and have zero customer service skills. I was spoken to with a bad attitude for no reason, and it felt like I was bothering them just by placing an order. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy. This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Management seriously needs to step in and fix the way customers are treated. I won’t be returning.

We’ve ordered food so many times and they messed up our order so many times especially on the Night Shift. We ordered 40 piece chicken nugget and the lady who was processing my order said 40 piece chicken nugget and I said yes and when I open my bag we only had 20 piece chicken nuggets. They forgot a whole 20 piece of chicken nuggets.
