Una “voglia di Aosta” pienamente soddisfatta. Abbiamo approfittato di un giorno di vacanza in settimana per colmare un pochetto la nostalgia di quella che per me è la mia seconda casa, con i miei ricordi da ragazzina e un abbraccio di un luogo familiare. Abbiamo trovato questo locale che ha in menù i tre piatti che cercavo: la zuppa Valpellinetze, la fonduta e la polenta. Purtroppo il mio stomaco ha avuto la capacità solo dei primi due😅…erano veramente eccezionali😋Così come il tortino di patate con fonduta e le crespelle prese dal mio fidanzato. L’unica nota dolente è stata la lunga attesa, ma ampiamente perdonata dalla bontà delle portate (in fondo la nostra è stata un gita gastronomica/sentimentale). Super consigliato!!

Siamo state qui con mia figlia per caso. Il locale è molto curato e il personale è cordiale,gentile e sorridente (abbiamo dato 5 stelle perché non ne potevamo dare di piu!🙈) Il cibo è davvero buono,un tagliere di antipasto che per me è stato un pasto completo e la bistecca con polenta per mia figlia di 8 anni che ha adorato! Lo consigliamo vivamente e soprattutto torneremo di sicuro quando torneremo ad Aosta!!! 10 stelle su 10!

Abbiamo preso due secondi di carne alla valdostana davvero squisiti ad abbiamo apprezzato i salumi e i formaggi del tagliere d'antipasto. Siamo davvero soddisfatti, dalla cucina all'atmosfera e dalla cortesia del personale.

È la terza volta che veniamo qui. Innanzitutto la gentilezza e disponibilità e poi il cibo naturalmente. Ottimo e di qualità . Carta dei vini molto fornita. È come sentirsi a casa. Non aggiungo altro. Anzi : ci sarà sicuramente una quarta volta.

Weekend ad Aosta Pensavamo di non trovare un posto dove cenare...tutti completi e con poca simpatia. Invece qui, ci hanno accolto con un sorriso e gentilezza. Provate due zuppe e una pizza per mia figlia di 4 anni. Tutto buono. Peccato che siamo scappati perché la bimba aveva davvero molto sonno. Altrimenti i dolci sarebbero stati da provare (bellissimi da vedere). Nota di stra merito....la signora in sala super attenta e premurosa.

Ambiente tipico della zona ottimo, cibo buonissimo, personale molto gentile e premuroso. Super consigliato ✌🏻

Visita di Aosta e pranzo di ottima qualità’ . Entrare alla La Cave e gustare le loro specialità accompagnate dalla cortesia , la simpatia ed il sorriso di Jessica , completano una bella giornata ad Aosta . I’ve had a hard time finding fully vegan options in this region, so stumbling across this place was a nice find. I sat on the patio, which was beautiful and overlooked part of the forum. They brought me a small crostini to start (forgot to take a pic) and it was really good. Then I had the veggie nuggets, which were so good, especially the sauce. And then I had the rigatoni puttanesca, which was also very good. I was hoping they had vegan parmigiana to put on top, but honestly it was great as it came. I thought the portion sizes were good, and similar to other restaurants in the city. The service was also good and everyone was friendly. Not completely sure, but seems like a female-owned, female-run business, which is always nice to support. Definitely recommend.

I was very excited to find a vegetarian restaurant in Aosta as this is quite rare in the alps. The food and service was excellent. I had a pumpkin and chestnut piadina to start followed by lentil strudel with fennel salad. My partner had the vegan burger. We both had tiramisu for dessert. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Aosta

To those who love to travel or are Expats like yours truly, and are always looking for a wonderful Vegan, Vegeterian or Macrobiotic cuisine allow me to advise you of a wonderful and exquisite little restaurant in Aosta City called CIBO. CIBO in Italian means food; Chef Franca and her team deliver quite an amazing and incredibly array of heavenly dishes. Some dishes are revisited like the classic Italian Tiramisù which I tried (rivisited with Amaretto and saffron - delish). If you would like to try a little of everything order the 360 Gradi; but be prepared to leave with one button undone on your trousers. If you want an outstanding appetizer pls try the Vegan Bagna càuda (mind blowing). All in all, CIBO is always a wonderful experience! My lunch today including a glass of red vino, appetiser (schiaccitina made with fava bean & tofu along with a lovely sauce topped with edible flowers) plus a main course of pasta, a fantastic dessert and an espresso the total was EUR 37,00 quite fare if you think that everything is fresh and not pre-made. An absolute A+++

This is a real fine in Aosta. Such a great wee place for vegans and pals to eat/relax in. We enjoyed our meal best the first time. The second time it wasn't quite as tasty, except the desert. Had a delicious cake with a small amount of vegan cream blobs. It would have benefited from more of those or ice cream. Great atmosphere and lovely staff.

Lovely place! Dogs are allowed, good vegan food, an English menu is available and the staff also speaks English if needed. The terrace outside has my recommendation over sitting inside. A beautiful view on the town,the church and the mountains behind it. What else do you want?

I LOVED this restaurant! It may be on the slightly expensive side, but it definitely deserves a try. The dishes I tried were all incredible, as well as the staff, and the interior design of the place.

Perfect restaurant after a long hike in Gran Paradiso natural reserve. Very good ingredients that keep the gut in good condition after effort. Not expensive regarding the quality of the food. Portions are perfect.

Se cercate un ristorante tipico del posto questa brasserie può fare al caso vostro. Luogo adatto a tutti e accessibile solo a piedi, si trova non lontano dalla piazza centrale. Personale cordiale e attento anche se non tutti ben preparati. Vibo di buona qualità anche se non eccelso nonostante il prezzo elevato. Poca possibilità di scelta. Bene non ma non benissimo. Voto 7 e mezzo abbondante. 👏

Ho ordinato una grigliata maxi, perfetta da condividere in 2 in quanto sono molto generosi con le porzioni. Tutto molto buono, unica pecca le costolette di maiale leggermente secche , servizio impeccabile e molto cortesi. Tornerò sicuramente

Nice place. Fairly quiet but it was a rainy night in September. We both had pasta which was good and my daughter had a tiramisu that she really enjoyed. The service was very good and friendly.

Well, well ,well We came in as a group (7 people) We were well hungry. We also left well hungry! We were also well confused.. The service is somewhat chaotic. The owner has tried her best in english, but i'm quite sure we got some dishes we never ordered. The portion size is tiny, if you expect to be saturated better go eat a pizza before! The overall quality was acceptable. In the end we will leave amused, but sadly a bit hungry and with lessened funds as the prices are rather ambitious. One of us is filled to the brim, eventho fearful of being bankrupt. Ps: The Burgers come with neat little embroided sticks. (Stick as seen in the picture, this is not the burger, eventho the size isnt much different) In all honesty, thanks to the hostess, a night to remeber. Cheers Greg Granado💣

It pains me to give a 3 star review to a vegan place but we honestly enjoyed only 3 out of 6 dishes we ordered. I really recommend against their miso soup. It was completely bland.

Terrible experience. Ridiculously small portions for the price, not very tasty and not really comfortable . There a dozens of other typical restaurants around town that will serve food also for vegetarians and with much better quality. The staff is nice though.

Goats cheese was nice. Pasta was boring. Pureed pumpkin and pasta. Could've made at home for a fraction of price. Food to fill - not exciting at all. Both were way overpriced. Do not recommend.

Abbiamo recentemente cenato in questo ristorante, ed è difficile non notare l'atmosfera piacevole che ci ha accolto. Tuttavia, purtroppo, la gioia iniziale si è affievolita quando i piatti sono arrivati in tavola. Ci siamo trovati delusi dall'aspetto e dal sapore dei piatti, che, a mio parere, sembravano essere surgelati nonostante l'assenza di un avviso nel menu. Nonostante le aspettative iniziali, i prezzi dei piatti si sono rivelati abbastanza elevati in rapporto alla qualità del cibo. Ci siamo trovati a riflettere sul fatto che avremmo potuto spendere meglio la nostra cifra in altri ristoranti che offrono un rapporto qualità-prezzo più equilibrato. Sebbene l'esperienza complessiva sia stata incorniciata da un'atmosfera carina, non possiamo ignorare il fatto che i piatti non hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, avremmo preferito goderci una cena più memorabile altrove. Per questo motivo, non possiamo consigliare pienamente questo ristorante e suggeriremmo di esplorare altre opzioni culinarie disponibili nella zona.

I won't bother going onto details because I've seen how you reply to everyone here and all the other reviews explain everything. Your rating also speaks for itself. We ate at 6.9.2023 All the dishes we ordered were either uncooked or tastless. No salt. They succeeded even to uncook regular potato We were 2 people and were disappointed twice. The menu rather small for veggie food options Not recommeneded at all!!!

Delicious food but severely overpriced. The portions are very small, especially the pasta which wasn’t even 100 grams. On a positive note; dog friendly and attentive waiters.
